In this paper, we measured the HCN potential (HCN-p) of 148 sorghum (Sorghum hicolor (L.) Moench) and sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense) varieties and the changes of HCN-P during seedling growth. The results showed that most of the varieties had their HCN-p more than 1000 ppm (94:59%). Among them, 33.11% belonged to 1400–1600 ppm, 22.97% to 1200–1400 ppm, 17.57% to 1000–1200 ppm, and 14.86% to 1600–1800 ppm. The varieties which HCN-p were less than 1000 ppm or higher than 1800 ppm had a little proportion (11.44%). The varieties with the lowest HCN-p were “Xinliang 80” (672 ppm), “sudancao” (753 ppm), “Huangke Sudancao” (856 ppm), “Limuji” (860 ppm), and “MI03” (876 ppm). Those with the highest HCN-p were “Yuanxin lA” (1967 ppm), “Shisanjie” (1904 ppm), “Mi- bangz” (Da Lai (1900 ppm), “7503 A” (1889 ppm), and Mijia Honggaoliang (1883 ppm). Sudangrass had the lowest HCN-p (about 700 ppm), sweet sorghum had higher HCN-p (about 1500 ppm). with the seedling growth, HCN-p reached its highest value in 4-day-old seedling. The first leaf had the highest HCN-p content, the second leaf and sheath had lower and root had the lowest.  相似文献

山药品种间氨基酸含量的差异性研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用盐酸水解法分析了福建省建阳主栽的7个山药品种的氨基酸含量及组成。得出供试材料中都含有17种氨基酸,总氨基酸质量分数在2.86~6.64%,平均4.95%,其中以JY-4品种总氨基酸质量分数最高,JY-2最低;各种氨基酸质量分数高低顺序基本相似,以精氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸居前三位,胱氨酸质量分数最低,必需氨基酸质量分数的高低依次是亮氨酸>苯丙氨酸>赖氨酸>缬氨酸>异亮氨酸>苏氨酸>蛋氨酸;鲜味氨基酸在各品种间的差异显著,以JY-4最高,达3.41%,依次是JY-3、JY-6、JY-1、JY-5、JY-7、JY-2。再运用聚类分析方法从氨基酸的组成及含量角度对7个品种进行分类可分为三类;相关分析表明:山药总氨基酸含量愈高,必需氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸含量亦愈高。  相似文献

Sorghum grain (two varieties) was modified to different water contents (12% to 16% wet weight basis) and heated to 60°C, 70°C and 80°C for periods of 4, 8 and 12 min. Germination, seedling vigour, seedling dry matter, free fatty acid (FFA) content, fungal contamination and infestation with the insect pest Rhyzopertha dominica (F.) were all markedly affected by heat treatment. The effectiveness of the heat treatment was also influenced by the size of the sample used. Heat treatment at 60°C and 70°C resulted in germination being unaffected or stimulated while at 80°C and the higher water contents significantly reduced, when compared to untreated controls. The dry matter of seedlings, and seedling vigour was positively correlated with germination and heat treatment. Heat treatment had no effect on FFA. All stages of the insect pest, R. dominica, were destroyed at 70°C and an 8 min exposure time. However, the water content of the sorghum was critical in determining the efficacy against this pest. The percentage fungal contamination of grain was reduced from 90% to about 25% by heat treatment. However, some grain fungi, particularly Eurotium spp., Aspergillus niger and Penicillium spp. could still be isolated from sorghum grain treated at 80°C for up to 12 minutes.  相似文献

The changes in crude protein, free amino acids, amino acid composition, protein solubility, protein fractionation and protein digestibility after germination of sorghum were investigated. Sorghum varieties (Dorado, Shandaweel-6, Giza-15) were soaked for 20 h followed by germination for 72 h; the results revealed that crude protein and free amino acids in raw sorghum varieties ranged from 10.62 to 12.46% and 0.66 to 1.03 mg/g, respectively. Shandaweel-6 was the highest variety in crude protein and free amino acids content. After germination, crude protein was decreased and free amino acids were increased. There was an increase in content of valine and phenylalanine amino acids after germination. On the other hand, there was a decrease in most of amino acids after germination. After germination protein solubility was significantly increased. Regarding protein fractions, there was an increase in albumin, globulin and kafirin proteins and a decrease in cross linked kafirin and cross linked glutelin after germination.  相似文献

The increase in salinity of the medium resulted in the decrease α-amylase and protease activities in all cotton varieties tested, however it was more pronounced in NIAB-86. Decrease in concentration of reducing and non-reducing sugars, slower mobilization of reserve protein and reduced amino acidslevels were observed with increase in salinity levels. However, varieties K-115 showed better performance than others. The variety K-115 also had a capacity to mobilization and had higher levels of sugars, total free amino acids and reserve protein during germination and early seedling growth stages. However, varieties K-115 showed better performance than others. Variety K-115 showed highest germination followed by NIAB-Karishma and NIAB-86. The variety K-115 also had a capacity to mobilization and had higher levels of total free amino acids and less reserve protein during germination and early seedling growth stages.  相似文献

为探讨石笔木Tutcheria championi苗木对遮阴环境的适应性,以全光照(无遮阴覆盖)为对照,研究遮阴30%、50%和70%对2年生石笔木苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,全光照下石笔木苗木生长较为健壮,其苗高、地径生长优于遮阴处理;全光照下石笔木总生物量、根生物量比以及根冠比显著大于遮阴处理(P<0.05);50%遮阴处理苗木叶片叶绿素含量显著高于全光照和70%遮阴处理(P<0.05),叶绿素a/b值在各处理间无显著差异。丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05);70%遮阴处理的苗木叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最高,显著高于全光照和50%遮阴。由此表明,充足的光照环境有利于石笔木苗木生长。  相似文献

以小麦品种‘西农88’(Triticum aestivum L.,cv.Xinong 88)为材料,研究了外源施加不同浓度茉莉酸(1、2.5、5、10 mmol/L)对UV-B辐射(1.5 kJ·m-2·d-1)下小麦幼苗光合色素、抗氧化酶、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、紫外吸收物、花青素、根系活力等生理指标以及对其生长的影响,探讨了茉莉酸在UV-B辐射胁迫中的可能作用及其作用机制.研究结果表明,外源茉莉酸对小麦幼苗生理指标产生显著影响,并且表现出浓度效应,其中较低浓度的茉莉酸(1 mmol/L和2.5 mmol/L)能明显提高小麦幼苗的UV-B抗性.表现为低浓度茉莉酸显著提高UV-B辐射下小麦幼苗叶片中的总叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.并且外源施加的茉莉酸还能够增加小麦幼苗的游离脯氨酸含量,降低脂质过氧化水平,提高花青素含量,增强根系活力.可见,茉莉酸通过提高小麦幼苗的抗氧化酶活性,增加渗透调节物含量以及保护性色素含量,从而缓解膜脂过氧化程度和提高防御物质含量,进而增强植物抵抗UV-B辐射胁迫的能力,保证小麦幼苗正常生长.  相似文献

Osmopriming with PEG has potential to improve seed germination, seedling emergence, and establishment, especially under stress conditions. This research investigated germination performance, seedling establishment, and effects of osmopriming with PEG on physiology in sorghum seedlings and their association with post-priming stress tolerance under various soil moisture stress conditions. Results showed that seed priming increased the environmental range suitable for sorghum germination and has potential to provide more uniform and synchronous emergence. Physiologically, seed priming strengthened the antioxidant activities of APX, CAT, POD, and SOD, as well as compatible solutes including free amino acid, reducing sugar, proline, soluble sugar, and soluble protein contents. As a result, seed priming reduced lipid peroxidation and stabilized the cell membrane, resulting in increased stress tolerance under drought or excessive soil moisture environments. Overall, results suggested that seed priming with PEG was effective in improving seed germination and seedling establishment of sorghum under adverse soil moisture conditions. Osmopriming effectively strengthened the antioxidant system and increased osmotic adjustment, likely resulting in increased stress tolerance.  相似文献

The relationships between organogenesis of oil flax (Linum usitatissimum L., cv. ‘Szafir’) in vitro, cyanogenic potential (HCN-p) of these tissues and light were investigated. Shoot multiplication obtained on Murashige and Skoog medium containing 0.05 mg L?1 2,4-dichloro-phenoxyacetic acid and 1 mg L?1 6-benzyladenine (BA), was about twice higher in light-grown cultures than those in darkness. Light-grown explants showed also higher rate of roots regeneration (in medium containing 1 mg L?1 α-naphtaleneacetic acid and 0.05 mg L-1 BA) than dark-grown ones. The cyanogenic potential (expressed both as linamarin and lotaustralin content and linamarase activity) of flax cultured in vitro was tissue-specific and generally was higher under light conditions than in darkness. The highest concentration of linamarin and lotaustralin was detected in light-regenerated shoots, and its amount was twice as high as in roots, and about threefold higher than in callus tissue. The activities of linamarase and β-cyanoalanine synthase in light-regenerated organs were also higher than those in darkness. Thus, higher frequency of regeneration of light-grown cultures than dark-grown ones seems to be correlated with higher HCN-p of these tissues. We suggest that free HCN, released from cyanoglucosides potentially at higher level under light conditions, may be involved in some organogenetic processes which improve regeneration efficiency.  相似文献

The effect of 28-homobrassinolide and 24-epibrassinolide on the germination and seedling growth of three varieties of sorghum, viz. CSH-14 and ICSV-745 (susceptible to water stress) and M-35-1 (resistant to water stress), under osmotic stress conditions was studied. Both the brassinosteroids were very effective in increasing the percentage of germination and seedling growth of all the three varieties of sorghum under osmotic stress, the growth promotion being associated with enhanced levels of soluble proteins and free proline. Brassinosteroid treatment enhanced the activity of catalase and reduced the activities of peroxidase and ascorbic acid oxidase.  相似文献

Stress state in plants caused by salinization conditions is characterized by the disturbance of ionic and osmotic homeostasis. The maintenance of the latter is reached by accumulation of osmolytes including free amino acids and soluble sugars in cells. The free amino acid level in the 8-day-old control seedling leaves was higher, than in the roots, whereas the contrary picture was observed in 17-day-old plant tissues. At the same time 8-day-old seedling roots contained more total sugars, than leaves, although the reduced sugar content was nearly a half of the total sugar content. A decrease of both total and reduced sugar levels was observed in 17-day-old seedling tissues. One-day exposure of 7-day-old seedlings to 0.1 M NaCl increased the free amino acid content especially in roots, than in leaves, and the total sugar content in maize leaves, whereas in roots this level remained without changes. The prolongation of salt exposure to 10 days leads to osmolyte content decrease. The seed treatment with Methyure and Ivine intensified accumulation of free amino acids and soluble sugars in the root and leaf tissues under salinization conditions.  相似文献

运用水培试验法研究不同营养水平对黄芪幼苗根系活力和游离氨基酸组成及含量的影响。结果表明:缺素显著降低黄芪根系活力,不同营养处理游离氨基酸含量差异显著,游离氨基酸总量的变化规律为叶片>根,各处理游离氨基酸总量为-K>-P>NPK>-N。全素处理与缺素处理相比,能提高根系活力、协调根冠比。黄芪幼苗通过提高体内游离氨基酸含量以增强对营养胁迫逆境的适应能力。  相似文献

高粱中的可溶性总氮、可溶性总糖和绝大部分游离氨基酸,特别是必需氨基酸,在感性品种中的含量显著地比抗性品种中的含量高.感性品种叶液微偏酸,抗性品种近中性.多元回归分析表明,高梁对高粱蚜Melanaphis sacchari(Zehntner)的抗性与可溶性总氮、可溶性总糖和游离氨基酸的含量呈反相关.  相似文献

以拟南芥野生型(WT)和突变体sex1为材料,采用HPLC、显微观察等方法,研究了WT在10个不同生长期时游离态水杨酸(SA)含量的变化,比较了在丁香假单胞菌番茄致病变种(Pst.DC3000)、H2O2、甲基紫精(MV)和SA处理环境下WT和sex1中游离态SA含量及幼苗根形态的差异.结果表明:在花序继续开放期(6.30、6.50)以及长角果出现期(8.0),WT中游离态SA含量处在更低水平;2 mmol·L-1 SA处理能够极显著提高WT和突变体sex1中游离态SA的积累,且突变体sex1中游离态SA水平增加更明显,是其他处理游离态SA水平的10倍左右;在MV和H2O2处理下,WT和sex1主根生长受抑制的程度没有明显差异,而突变体sex1幼苗的根毛在低浓度MV环境中比WT更长但密度差异不明显,且WT和sex1根毛在低浓度H2O2环境中差异情况与对照组相似,但外源SA处理使WT和突变体sex1的主根生长均受到明显的抑制,两者的根毛密度随SA增加逐渐降低甚至消失,且突变体sex1比WT受到的抑制作用更明显.研究发现:拟南芥的开花和结果过程与SA依赖途径有一定关系;外源添加SA比Pst.DC3000、H2O2和MV处理更能直接促使拟南芥突变体sex1产生更多的游离态SA;突变体sex1根的生长发育比WT更易受到生长环境条件的影响,且sex1根形态的生长存在一定的SA浓度依赖模式.  相似文献

以小黑杨当年播种苗为材料,研究了不同施氮量(12,24和48 mg·株-1)和不同形态氮素(有机氮和无机氮)施肥对小黑杨幼苗生长的影响,以探讨小黑杨对氮基酸类有机氮素施肥的生长响应。结果表明:无论施无机氮(硝酸铵)还是有机氮(精氨酸),小黑杨幼苗的苗高、地径、总生物量都是随施氮量的增加而增加,但是中等施氮量处理的幼苗氮利用效率最高。无机氮(硝酸铵)和有机氮(精氨酸)处理的幼苗在相同施氮水平下生长表现无明显差异,施用有机氮可以与施用无机氮获得相同的促进苗木生长的效果。不同氨基酸及其组合肥料施用对小黑杨幼苗生长的影响显著。单一氨基酸施肥情况下,施用精氨酸促进苗木生长的效果最好,谷氨酸次之,甘氨酸最差;氨基酸组合施肥情况下,有精氨酸的组合施肥苗木生长好,有甘氨酸的组合施肥苗木生长差。不同氨基酸施肥处理对小黑杨幼苗各器官氮含量没有明显影响。  相似文献

为了探索番茄幼苗生长发育对红蓝组合光的响应机制,本试验采用发光二极管(LED)精量调制光源,以番茄品种‘SV0313TG’为试材,设红光(R)、蓝光(B)和红蓝组合光(9R1B、6R1B、3R1B、1R1B、1R3B)7个处理,以白光为对照,研究不同比例红蓝光质对番茄幼苗生长、光合色素含量、光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数及根系活力的影响.结果表明:不同比例红蓝光质处理对番茄幼苗生长的影响具有明显差异.红光显著促进幼苗株高增加,比叶面积增大,胞间CO2浓度提高,但PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ФPS)降低,根系生长受阻,根系活力下降,壮苗指数降低;蓝光下幼苗生长受到明显抑制,叶绿素含量降低,但叶绿素a/b 值升高;红蓝组合光有利于番茄幼苗的生长发育,3R1B处理下植株干物质量、叶绿素含量和光合性能均显著提高,幼苗生长健壮,壮苗指数最大.综上,红蓝组合光能够增加番茄幼苗叶片光合色素含量,提高光合效率,促进植株生长,尤以3R1B处理最佳.  相似文献

Seedlings of sorghum varieties (M35-1, a drought tolerant species; SPV-839, a drought sensitive one) differing in their drought tolerance were subjected to 150 mM NaCl stress for a short duration of time (up to 72 h). Both the varieties failed to exhibit efficient ion exclusion mechanism like that of salt tolerant species, but in turn resulted in higher accumulation of Na+ and Cl ions over a period of 72 h salt stress. In addition, accumulation of calcium, potassium and proline in seedlings of sorghum varieties was moderate to short-term NaCl stress. The modulation of antioxidant components significantly diverged between the two varieties during seed germination, further the efficiency of antioxidant scavenging system is maintained during short-term NaCl treatments. In comparison to tolerant variety, the sensitive variety depicted higher SOD activity under control and salinity treatments but specific activity of catalase was significantly reduced. In contrast, drought tolerant variety exhibited efficient hydrogen peroxide scavenging mechanisms with higher catalase and GST activities under control and salt stress conditions, but not in the sensitive one. In conclusion, our comparative studies indicate that drought tolerant and susceptible varieties of sorghum induce efficient differential oxidative components of enzymatic machinery for scavenging ROS thereby alleviating the oxidative stress generated by salt stress during seedling growth.  相似文献

Low temperature during germination and early seedling growth is one of the most significant limiting factors in the productivity of plants. Tomato seedling germination is sensitive to chilling stress. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), as a non-protein amino acid, involved in various stress tolerances in plants. In this study, 5-day old tomato seedlings were exposed to chilling stress (2 ± 0.05 °C for 48 h) and then the effects of 0, 100, 250, 500 and 750 μmolL−1 concentrations of GABA on electrolyte leakage, proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were investigated. The resultS showed that the antioxidant enzyme activity, electrolyte leakage, MDA and proline content were significantly reduced by GABA treatments. However under chilling stress seedlings treated with GABA exhibited significantly higher sugar and proline contents as compared to un-treated seedlings. These results suggest that GABA treatment protects tomato seedlings from chilling stress by enhancing some antioxidant enzymes activity and reducing MDA content which results in maintaining membrane integrity.  相似文献

以‘西域一号’甜瓜为试验材料,采用营养液水培法,研究了低氧胁迫下外源添加γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对甜瓜幼苗多胺代谢的影响.结果表明:与通气对照相比,低氧胁迫处理的甜瓜幼苗谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性和GABA含量显著提高,同时多胺合成酶活性提高诱导多胺含量显著增加,但二胺氧化酶(DAO)和多胺氧化酶(PAO)活性也显著提高;根系精氨酸脱羧酶(ADC)活性提高幅度较大,导致根系游离态腐胺含量较高,而叶片乌氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)和S-腺苷甲硫氨酸脱羧酶(SAMDC)活性提高幅度较大,导致叶片游离态亚精胺(Spd)含量较高;根系游离态DAO和PAO活性显著低于叶片,其细胞壁结合态PAO活性显著高于叶片.与低氧胁迫处理相比,低氧胁迫下外源添加GABA处理的甜瓜幼苗叶片和根系中GABA和谷氨酸含量均显著提高,而GAD活性显著降低;精氨酸、鸟氨酸、甲硫氨酸含量的提高促使多胺合成酶活性显著提高,从而诱导多胺含量显著增加,DAO和PAO活性显著降低.  相似文献
