The effect of ultrasonic extraction on extraction yields, cytotoxicity, and anticancer activity of Spirulina maxima was investigated in this study. Optimal extraction conditions were determined as 60 kHz frequency at 60°C for 30 min with 120 W intensity, which resulted in 19.3% of extraction yields and 19.1% of cytotoxicity on normal human cells. Yields from conventional water and ethanol extraction were 15.8% at 100°C and 8.3% at 80°C, respectively. It was found that the extracts obtained by ultrasonic extraction process selectively inhibited the digestive-related cancer cell lines, such as human stomach cancer cells, having 89% of the highest inhibition ratio and 4.5 of the highest selectivity. In adding 0.5 mg/mL of the extract, human promyelocytic leukemia cells' cell differentiation was increased 1.72 times over that of the control. Expression level of B cell lymphoma-2 from Hep3B cell was also effectively suppressed by the extract obtained at 60 kHz and 60°C, leading to the inhibition of the early step of carcinogenesis. This work suggests that anticancer activity of the extracts is due to water-soluble polysaccharides rather than proteins and is further supported by the result that the ultrasonification extraction process can efficiently extract relatively intact polysaccharides rather than digesting the proteins in S. maxima by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight and high performance size exclusion chromatography chromatogram analyses. Therefore, ultrasonic extraction increases both extraction yield and the biological activity of S. maxima extracts, which might be useful as an alternative natural anticancer agent in the medical and food industries.  相似文献

Bacillus licheniformis CBFOS-03 is a chitinase producing bacteria isolated from oyster (Crassostrea gigas) shell waste. We have cloned and expressed the chi18B gene of B. licheniformis CBFOS-03, which encodes a glycohydrolase family 18 chitinase (GH18). Chi18B is a predicted 598 amino acid protein that consists of a catalytic domain (GH18), a fibronectin type III domain (Fn3), and a chitin binding domain (CBD). Purified Chi18B showed optimum chitinase activity at pH 9 and 55 °C, and activity was stimulated with 25 mM Mn2+. In kinetic analysis, Chi18B showed Km values of 9.07?±?0.65 μM and 129.27?±?0.38 μM with the substrates 4-methylumbelliferyl-N-N′-diacetylchitobiose and α-chitin, respectively. Studies of C-terminal deletion constructs revealed that the GH18 domain with one amino acid in C-terminal region was sufficient for chitinase activity; however, fusions of full length and CBD-deleted constructs to green florescent protein (GFP) and yellow florescent protein (YFP) suggest that the C-terminus is supposedly important in binding to shell powder. Full length Chi18B with GFP showed green fluorescence with oyster shell powder, but GH18+Fn3 with GFP did not. Similarly, full length Chi18B with YFP showed yellow fluorescence with clam (Chamelea gallina) shell and disk abalone (Haliotis discus) shell powder, but GH18+Fn3 with YFP construct did not. So, the CBD domain of Chi18B appears to play an important role in binding of oyster and other marine shells. It is likely to be used as a probe to identify the presence of chitin in marine shells like oyster shell, clam shell, and disk abalone shell using fusions of Chi18B with fluorescent proteins.  相似文献

We developed a sensitive quantitative assay for detecting Ralstonia solanacearum in soil by most probable number (MPN) analysis based on bio-PCR results. For development of the detection method, we optimized an elution buffer containing 5 g/L skim milk for extracting bacteria from soil and reducing contamination of polymerase inhibitors in soil extracts. Because R. solanacearum can grow in water without any added nutrients, we used a cultivation buffer in the culture step of the bio-PCR that contained only the buffer and antibiotics to suppress the growth of other soil microorganisms. To quantify the bacterial population in soil, the elution buffer was added to 10 g soil on a dry weight basis so that the combined weight of buffer, soil, and soil-water was 50 g; 5 mL of soil extract was assumed to originate from 1 g of soil. The soil extract was divided into triplicate aliquots each of 5 mL and 500, 50, and 5 μL. Each aliquot was diluted with the cultivation buffer and incubated at 35 °C for about 24 h. After incubation, 5 μL of culture was directly used for nested PCR. The number of aliquots showing positive results was collectively checked against the MPN table. The method could quantify bacterial populations in soil down to 3 cfu/10 g dried soil and was successfully applied to several types of soil. We applied the method for the quantitative detection of R. solanacearum in horticultural soils, which could quantitatively detect small populations (9.3 cfu/g), but the semiselective media were not able to detect the bacteria.  相似文献

Increasing concern regarding mining area environmental contamination with heavy metals has resulted in an emphasis of current research on phytoremediation. The aim of the present study was to assess the efficiency of symbiotic Cupriavidus necator strains on different leguminous plants in soil contaminated with heavy metals following the application of inorganic materials. The application of limestone and calcium silicate induced a significant increase in soil pH, with reductions in zinc and cadmium availability of 99 and 94 %, respectively. In addition, improved nodulation of Mimosa caesalpiniaefolia, Leucaena leucocephala and Mimosa pudica in soil with different levels of contamination was observed. Significant increases in the nitrogen content of the aerial parts of the plant were observed upon nodulation of the root system of Leucaena leucocephala and Mimosa pudica by strain UFLA01-659 (36 and 40 g kg?1) and by strain UFLA02-71 in Mimosa caesalpiniaefolia (39 g kg?1). The alleviating effect of calcium silicate resulted in higher production of dry matter from the aerial part of the plant, an increase in nodule number and an increase in the nitrogen fixation rate. The results of the present study demonstrate that the combination of rhizobia, leguminous plants and calcium silicate may represent a key factor in the remediation of areas contaminated by heavy metals.  相似文献

In order to assess the potential impact of long-term sewage sludge application on soil health, the equivalent of about 25 years of agronomic applications of low-metal (`EQ') sewage sludge products were made to greenhouse soil columns. After a 6-year period of `equilibration', during which time successive crops were grown with irrigation by simulated acid rain, the plant-available quantities of trace elements were estimated in the soils by extraction with 0.01 M CaCl2 at 90 °C, and measured directly by uptake into a crop of red clover (Trifolium pratense L.). Soil pH had a strong influence on the level of extractable and plant-available metals, and because the tested sludge products affected soil pH differently, pH was directly factored into the comparison of different sludge treatments with controls. CaCl2-extractable levels of several metals (Cu, Zn, Mo), sulfur and phosphorus were found to be higher in the soils amended with organic-rich sludge products than in the control soils. However, extractable Cd and Ni were not significantly elevated by the sludge amendments, presumably because of the low total loading of these metals. Copper, Zn and Mo applied in the form of sludge ash had low soil extractability, suggesting that these trace metals were trapped in high-temperature mineral phases formed during sludge incineration, and resisted subsequent weathering in the soil environment. Extractable soil metals in the alkaline-stabilized sludge treatment were also generally low. Phytotoxicity from the sludge metal loadings (Zn≤125, Cu≤135 kg/ha), was not clearly indicated as long as soil pH was maintained in the 6–7 range by lime amendment. Nevertheless, unexplained depressions in yield were noted with some of the sludge products applied, particularly the dewatered and composted materials. On limed soil columns, the most consistent effect of sludge product amendment on red clover composition was a marked increase in plant Mo.  相似文献

To evaluate how native soil microorganism and nutrients interact in a bioaugmented or biostimulated calcification process, batch experiments were conducted in saturated soil extract either amended with Bacillus pasteurii and/or NB-NH4Cl media (nutrient broth, 3.0 g/L; NH4Cl, 10.0 g/L; NaHCO3, 2.12 g/L). The NB-NH4Cl medium was chosen out of three potential candidates, where B. pasteurii precipitated the maximum amount of calcium (>95 %) as calcite in 12 h of incubation. The addition of B. pasteurii into saturated soil extract marginally improved the calcification to 4.26 % compared to the unamended control (3.2 %). Calcification with B. pasteurii in autoclaved soil extract was even better (18.75 %). However, the addition of the NB-NH4Cl medium into the soil extract could significantly improve the calcification irrespective of whether B. pasteurii was added (88.46 %) or not (77.04 %). It suggests that soil microbial activity was not limiting even though soil nutrient was inadequate. It also indicates a possible negative interaction between soil microorganisms and B. pasteurii under nutrient-limited conditions.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the antifungal activity of mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus (white oyster mushroom) and licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root extract against three undesirable fungi. They are Trichoderma spp., Trichoderma harzianum I and Trichoderma harzianum II which was tested on PSA (potato sucrose agar) medium enriched with licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root extract (PSA-G media) using three concentrations (0.05, 0.10 and 0.20 g/L) in alone and dual cultures. Trichoderma spp. showed less mycelial growth of 8.75, 9.17 and 9.50 mm/day on PSA-G0.05, PSA-G0.1 and PSA-G0.2 respectively compared with 10.25 mm/day on fresh PSA (control) in dual culture. The best mycelial growth inhibition was recorded on PSA-G0.2 (14.97%) by T. harzianum II in alone culture opposite 63.72% in dual ones. The lower mycelial growth rate of T. harzianum I was 17.75 mm/day on PSA-G0.1 (0.10 g/L). In dual culture, overgrowth time of T. harzianum I had 5 days compared as approx. 6 days in alone culture. Generally, when the concentration of licorice extract increased, the mycelial growth rate of the undesirable fungi decreased. Also, all PSA-G media, especially PSA-G0.2, indicated low growth averages compared with the control (fresh PSA) against the pathogen while this concentration encourages growth of oyster mushroom. Also, this concentration reduced the density of sporulation of green molds; therefore, this concentration can be applied to reduce influence this pathogen in cultivation farm.  相似文献

In mollusks, the shell mineralization process is controlled by an array of proteins, glycoproteins and polysaccharides that collectively constitute the shell matrix. In spite of numerous researches, the shell protein content of a limited number of model species has been investigated. This paper presents biochemical data on the common edible land snail Helix aspersa maxima, a model organism for ecotoxicological purposes, which has however been poorly investigated from a biomineralization viewpoint. The shell matrix of this species was extracted and analyzed biochemically for functional in vitro inhibition assay, for amino acid and monosaccharides compositions. The matrix was further analyzed on 1 and 2D gels and short partial protein sequences were obtained from 2D gel spots. Serological comparisons were established with a set of heterologous antibodies, two of which were subsequently used for subsequent immunogold localization of matrix components. Our data suggest that the shell matrix of Helix aspersa maxima may differ widely from the shell secretory repertoire of the marine mollusks studied so far, such as the gastropod Haliotis or the pearl oyster Pinctada. In particular, most of the biochemical properties generally attributed to soluble shell matrices, such as calcium-binding capability, or the capacity to interfere in vitro with the precipitation of calcium carbonate or to inhibit the precipitation of calcium carbonate, were not recorded with this matrix. This drastic change in the biochemical properties of the landsnail shell matrix puts into question the existence of a unique molecular model for molluscan shell formation, and may be related to terrestrialisation.  相似文献

This paper deals with the new mineral feed additives with Cu produced in a biosorption process from a semi-technical scale. The natural biomass of edible microalga Spirulina sp. was enriched with Cu(II) and then used as a mineral supplement in feeding experiments on swine to assess its nutrition properties. A total of 24 piglets divided into two groups (control and experimental) were used to determine the bioavailability of a new generation of mineral feed additives based on Spirulina maxima. The control group was feed using traditional inorganic supplements of microelements, while the experimental group was fed with the feed containing the biomass of S. maxima enriched with Cu by biosorption. The apparent absorption was 30 % (P?<?0.05) higher in the experimental group. No effect on the production results (average daily feed intake, average daily gain, feed conversion ratio) was detected. It was found that copper concentration in feces in the experimental group was 60 % (P?<?0.05) lower than in the control group. The new preparation—a dietary supplement with microelements produced by biosorption based on biomass of microalgae S. maxima—is a promising alternative to currently used inorganic salts as the source of nutritionally important microelements.  相似文献

The growth of the blue-green algae Spirulina platensis and Spirulina maxima, cultured in complete mineral Zarouk medium containing Na+ or Na+-deficient medium, was studied over a period of 24 h. The optical densities of S. platensis and S. maxima cells, determined during the last hour of exposure to sodium deficiency, amounted to 55.6 and 32.6%, respectively, of the optical densities of the same cells grown in complete Zarouk medium. Moreover, the cultures grown in Na+-deficient medium exhibited increased ability to take up sodium (which was low in S. platensis and S. maxima cells cultured in complete mineral medium). It is concluded that the two species studied are characterized by periodic, on the order of minutes, changes in the cellular uptake and release of sodium.  相似文献

17.5 ± 2.41 mg/g and 15.2 ± 2.09 mg/g of total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a, respectively, were obtained from the marine microalga, Spirulina maxima under an optimal extraction condition of 70% ethanol at 65°C for 4 h associated with ultrasonic pretreatment at 40 kHz for 8 h. In comparison, 14.5 ± 1.36 mg/g and 7.1 ± 0.99 mg/g of total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a, respectively, were obtained from a conventional extraction process using 70% ethanol at 80°C for 12 h. The extract from the optimal conditions had the highest ratio of chlorophyll a to total chlorophyll, approximately 3:4, indicating that more intact chlorophyll a was obtained at low temperature. Moreover, the extract obtained using the optimal extraction condition showed substantial neuroprotective effects such as 92.78 ± 0.04% protection against glutamate-induced mouse hippocampal neuronal cells, compared to 81.64 ± 0.07% protection with the extract from the conventional extraction process. Compared to the control, the activities of two key enzymes related to glutathione synthesis, i.e., glutathione reductase and glutathione peroxidase, were also strongly increased, up to 90%, by the extracts from the optimal conditions. Interestingly, the addition of the same concentration of chlorophyll a as in the optimized extract had lower neuroprotective effects than did the extracts. This finding indicates that the extract likely exerted a synergistic effect, showing that the extract had better neuroprotective activity than the single component (chlorophyll a) alone. This work also confirmed the neuroprotective mechanism of the extract mainly due to its high antioxidant activity, allowing it to greatly decrease accumulation of ROS and Ca2+ within HT22 cells. The results of this work will have implications for expanding the use of a nonthermal ultrasonic process to extract heat-sensitive bioactive substances from natural resources.  相似文献

Aspein is one of the unusually acidic shell matrix proteins originally identified from the pearl oyster Pinctada fucata. Aspein is thought to play important roles in the shell formation, especially in calcite precipitation in the prismatic layer. In this study, we identified Aspein homologs from three closely related pterioid species: Pinctada maxima, Isognomon perna, and Pteria penguin. Our immunoassays showed that they are present in the calcitic prismatic layer but not in the aragonitic nacreous layer of the shells. Sequence comparison showed that the Ser-Glu-Pro and the Asp-Ala repeat motifs are conserved among these Aspein homologs, indicating that they are functionally important. All Aspein homologs examined share the Asp-rich D-domain, suggesting that this domain might have a very important function in calcium carbonate formation. However, sequence analyses showed a significantly high level of variation in the arrangement of Asp in the D-domain even among very closely related species. This observation suggests that specific arrangements of Asp are not required for the functions of the D-domain.  相似文献

The Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas has been introduced widely and massively and became an economically important aquaculture species on a global scale. We estimated heritabilities of growth and shell color traits and their genetic correlations in black shell strain of C. gigas. Analyses were performed on 22 full-sib families in a nested mating design including 410 individuals at harvest (24 months of age). The parentage assignment was inferred based on four panels of multiplex PCR markers including 10 microsatellite loci and 94.9% of the offspring were unambiguously assigned to single parent pairs. The Spearman correlation test (r = ? 0.992, P < 0.001) demonstrated the high consistency of the shell pigmentation (SP) and L* and their same efficacy in shell color measurements. The narrow-sense heritability estimated under the animal model analysis was 0.18 ± 0.12 for shell height, 0.25 ± 0.16 for shell length, 0.10 ± 0.09 for shell width, 0.42 ± 0.20 for total weight, 0.32 ± 0.18 for shell weight, and 0.68 ± 0.16 for L*, 0.69 ± 0.16 for shell pigmentation, respectively. The considerable additive genetic variation in growth and shell color traits will make it feasible to produce genetic improvements for these traits in selective breeding program. High genetic and phenotypic correlations were found among growth traits and among shell color traits. To optimize a selection strategy for both fast growth and pure dark shell strain of C. gigas, it is proposed to take both total weight and black shell as joint objective traits in selective breeding program. Our study offers an important reference in the process of selective breeding in black shell color stain of C. gigas and will facilitate to develop favorable breeding strategies of genetic improvements for this economically important strain.  相似文献

The seaweed extract Kelpak® made from the kelp Ecklonia maxima is registered as a biostimulant for use in agriculture. It elicits many beneficial responses including improved root and shoot growth, higher yields and greater resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. Previously, cytokinins, auxins and polyamines were identified in Kelpak®. The aim of the present study was to quantify other groups of plant growth regulators (PGRs)—abscisic acid (ABA), gibberellins (GAs) and brassinosteroids—that may be present in E. maxima and Kelpak®. Kelpak® samples harvested between 2008 and 2010 and stored for up to 26 months were analysed using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. ABA levels were below the limits of detection in E. maxima but were detected in low concentrations in Kelpak®, ranging from 0.31 to 20.70 pg mL?1 Kelpak®. Eighteen GAs were found in E. maxima and Kelpak® with concentrations from 187.54 to 565.96 pg mL?1 Kelpak®. The biologically active GAs (GA1, GA3, GA4, GA5, GA6 and GA7) comprised less than 3 % in Kelpak®. Although GA13 (a final product in the metabolic pathway) was present in low concentrations in E. maxima, very high concentrations were present in Kelpak®. The brassinosteroids brassinolide (BL) and castasterone (CS) were identified in E. maxima and Kelpak®. Concentrations varied with harvest and storage time, ranging from 384.72 to 793.23 pg BL mL?1 Kelpak® and 62.84 to 567.51 pg CS mL?1 Kelpak®. It is likely that this cocktail of natural PGRs present in Kelpak® may act individually or in concert and thus contribute to the numerous favourable physiological responses elicited by Kelpak® application to plants.  相似文献

Acne vulgaris is a very common skin disorder affecting human beings. There is a paucity of report on the role of heavy metals—lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd)—globally, and trace metals—zinc (Zn) and copper (Cd)—particularly in Nigeria in the development/severity of acne vulgaris. This study is aimed to determine the blood levels of some heavy metals—cadmium and lead—and trace metals—zinc and copper—in acne vulgaris sufferers in a Nigerian population. Venous blood samples were collected from a total number of 90 non-obese female subjects consisting of 30 mild, 30 moderate and 30 severe acne vulgaris sufferers for blood Cd, Pb, Cu and Zn determination. They were age-matched with 60 females without acne vulgaris who served as the control subjects. Acne sufferers had significantly higher blood Cd and Pb (P = 0.0143 and P = 0.0001 respectively) and non-significantly different blood levels of Cu and Zn (P = 0.910 and P = 0.2140 respectively) compared to controls. There were significant progressive increases in blood levels of Cd and Pb (P = 0.0330 and P = 0.0001 respectively) and non-significant differences in the mean blood level of Cu and Zn (P = 0.1821 and P = 0.2728 respectively) from mild to moderate and severe acne vulgaris sufferers. Increases in blood Cd and Pb may play critical roles in the pathogenesis/severity of acne vulgaris, while Cu and Zn seem to play less significant roles in the development of this disorder in this environment.  相似文献

Fourteen taxa from Chlorophyta, Rhodophyta and Phaeophyta were collected from seven stations at different depths, along the north-western Mediterranean coast of Egypt during winter and summer 2006. Total carbohydrates (TCH), total protein (TPr), total lipids (TL), chlorophyll a, β-carotene, minerals and trace metals were determined in a total of 50 specimens. The concentrations of these components varied significantly with respect to the algal taxa and showed different patterns of distribution in the three classes. The content of TCH ranged from 5 to 20.9?%, being much higher for Cystoseira spinosa (20.9?%), TPr 3.86 to 27.65?% where Gelidium corneum showed the maximum value and TL content displayed wide variation (2.34 to 48.95?%), with Sargassum hornschuchii having the highest values. A minor component was β-carotene in all samples (1.80?2.50?×?10?3 mg (100 g)?1) which was much lower than in vegetables, in contrast to chlorophyll a concentrations which have attained high values (6.70?94.20 mg (100 g)?1) and were lower than in vegetables. Mineral content was abundant in all samples and was higher than in common food and vegetables, whereas the measured trace metals all exceeded the permissible doses and were far from the accepted concentrations in the regulations of many countries. This limits their use in food consumption, except copper which recorded acceptable concentrations in the study. The maximum values of phosphorus (3,305 mg (100 g?1), potassium (930 mg (100 g?1) and calcium (3,070 mg (100 g?1) were recorded in members of Chlorophyceae: Codium bursa, Udotea sp. and Udotea petiolata, whereas the red alga Rhodymenia ardissonei had the lowest concentrations in iodine (80 ppm) and sodium (1,450 mg (100 g)?1) and the highest concentrations in the trace metals copper (3.89 ppm), nickel (13.14 ppm), zinc (38.87 ppm) and a relatively large amount of lead (41.60 ppm).  相似文献

Microalga biomass has been described worldwide according their capacity to realize biosorption of toxic metals. Chromium is one of the most toxic metals that could contaminate superficial and underground water. Considering the importance of Spirulina biomass in production of supplements for humans and for animal feed we assessed the biosorption of hexavalent chromium by living Spirulina platensis and its capacity to convert hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium, less toxic, through its metabolism during growth. The active biomass was grown in Zarrouk medium diluted to 50% with distilled water, keeping the experiments under controlled conditions of aeration, temperature of 30°C and lighting of 1,800 lux. Hexavalent chromium was added using a potassium dichromate solution in fed-batch mode with the aim of evaluate the effect of several additions contaminant in the kinetic parameters of the culture. Cell growth was affected by the presence of chromium added at the beginning of cultures, and the best growth rates were obtained at lower metal concentrations in the medium. The biomass removed until 65.2% of hexavalent chromium added to the media, being 90.4% converted into trivalent chromium in the media and 9.6% retained in the biomass as trivalent chromium (0.931 mg.g?1).  相似文献

In the present study laccase production potential of a photosynthetic, non nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria Arthrospira maxima (SAE-25780) was investigated for their probable use in synthetic dye decolorization which poses environmental pollution problem in aquatic bodies. A. maxima (SAE-25780) showed a constitutive production of laccase which increased up to 80% in the presence of inducer guaiacol. The optimal condition for laccase was 30 °C, 10 mM sucrose as a carbon source, 10 mM sodium nitrate as a nitrogen source, and 2 mM copper as metal activator. The partially purified laccase showed 84% and 49% decolorization potential for the two anthroquinonic dyes-Reactive Blue 4 and Remazol Brilliant Blue R, respectively (RBBR) within 96 h without any mediator. Therefore the laccase extracted from A. maxima (SAE-25780) can be used efficiently in bioremediation of synthetic dyes from paper, pulp and textile industries.  相似文献

Extracts from marine sources exhibit antimicrobial and antioxidant properties in vitro and there has been great interest within the food industry to move towards natural methods of food preservation. Natural extracts from seaweeds could potentially have a multiple functionality within the food industry to increase safety and enhance the quality of food products. The present study is aimed to assess the antimicrobial activity of a hydrophilic extract from the fucoid brown alga Himanthalia elongata in model food systems. Carbohydrate and protein model food systems (CMFS and PMFS, respectively) were studied at varying concentrations (1 %, 5 % and 10 %) and bacterial inhibition of the extract was investigated against Salmonella abony and Listeria monocytogenes. The extract provided up to 100 % inhibition of the bacteria with a bactericidal effect in CMFS, while a bacteriostatic effect was seen in PMFS. In general, there was a significant difference (P?<?0.05) between the efficacies of the extract against S. abony as compared to L. monocytogenes with higher inhibition for S. abony. In terms of antioxidants; the extract had a total phenolic content of 34.0 mg GAE g?1 of extract and a DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging activity of 139.8 mg AAE g of extract. Methanolysis of sunflower oil catalyzed by immobilized Aspergillus niger mycelium was studied in a packed-bed reactor. The optimal cultivation parameters for A. niger were determined using full factorial and steepest ascent experimental designs. Sunflower oil, yeast extract and soybean meal were selected as the best carbon and nitrogen sources and were used in the subsequent experiments. Intracellular lipase activity and cell mass concentration were respectively 3.2 and 2.4 times greater and cultivation period decreased by 24 h compared with the initial medium. The optimum values of these most significant parameters were as follows: sunflower oil (13.2 g/L), yeast extract (6.2 g/L), soybean meal (7.4 g/L) and incubation period (72 h) at 30 °C. With A. niger biocatalyst grown in optimized conditions, the biodiesel fuel yield reached 23.1% after sixth pass of recycled reaction mixture through the reactor.  相似文献
