不同土壤水分状况对杨树、沙棘水分关系及生长的影响   总被引:25,自引:1,他引:25  
在盆栽条件下对杨树、沙棘进行了3种土壤水分处理,研究结果表明:沙棘的叶含水率在同一土壤水分下比杨树高、而水势低,说明沙棘叶的抗旱保水能力强于杨树;沙棘单叶的光合速率能够长时间维持在较高的水平,蒸腾速率却并非如此。杨树无论在生长初期,还是生长中期其单叶WUE均高于沙棘。以新生枝生物量/耗水总量计算的整体WUE在3种土壤水分条件下,杨树的WUE分别是沙棘的2.4倍、2.3倍、2倍,其差异达极显著水平,但在3种土壤水分条件下2个树种都以中度亏缺下的水分利用率最高。整个生长季节处在严重干旱下的杨树和沙棘的生长均受到显著影响,沙棘生长受干旱影响程度小于杨树,从整个生长趋势上看杨树适宜于良好水分下的生长,沙棘在适宜水分和中度亏缺下均可良好生长。  相似文献

Blackfoot disease is a peripheral vascular disease resulting in gangrene of the lower extremities. Although extensive epidemiological study has implicated high arsenic content in artesian well water in the endemic area, there is more to learn about the etiology of the disease. In this study, effort is paid on multielement determination and arsenic speciation in order to find out whether the trace element concentration pattern in well water in the Blackfoot disease endemic area is different from those of two control areas. Experimental results indicate that the concentrations of Fe, P, Na, and Ba in well water in the Blackfoot disease endemic area are found to be significantly higher than those of the controls, but they are still below the drinking water standard. The total arsenic in well water in the endemic area (671±149 ppb) is much higher than that of one normal control area of Hsin-Chu (<0.7 ppb), but is a similar level as that of other control areas of I-Lan (653±71 ppb) where no Blackfoot disease has ever been found. It was also found that the insoluble arsenic in the endemic area (21.9 ppb) is much higher than that in two control areas (≤1.8 ppb), and the concentration ratio between As(III) and As(V) species in the endemic area (2.6) is much lower than that in one of the control areas, where the total arsenic is also high (14.7). The possible connection of Blackfoot disease with trace elements, arsenic species, and possibly other as yet undefined environmental factors in the artesian well water, is discussed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT. The ultrastructure of two species of Holomastigotoides is presented. The basic unit of organization of these large cells is the flagellar band. Each flagellar band consists of a row of flagellar basal bodies linked by three fiber systems. The number of flagellar bands is species dependent. The flagellar bands originate at the cell apex and are arranged in parallel spirals of increasing gyre, thus defining the conical shape of the cell. In the cell apex a striated root called a parabasal fiber is juxtaposed with the basal bodies of each flagellar band. Linear extensions of two parabasal fibers function as the spindle poles for the persistent extra-nuclear spindle. The nucleus is in close contact with the spindle poles and spindle microtubules. Parallel sheets of microtubules which constitute axostyles are nucleated along the underside of the parabasal fibers. The axostyles extend away from the cell apex, with many reaching the basal region of the cell. Some of the axostyles follow the spiral pattern of the flagellar bands. Numerous Golgi bodies are spaced regularly along the flagellar bands. Together the parabasal fiber, axostyles and Golgi bodies associated with a flagellar band are termed a parabasal complex.  相似文献

对不同产地同一品种收获期罗汉果总皂苷、甜苷V和硒的含量进行比较,了解罗汉果的品质特点与产地的相关性,科学指导种植区域的生产规划,明确不同区域罗汉果的品质特点和开发等直接关系到罗汉果深加工产业的质量与发展。采用香草醛-浓硫酸试剂分光光度比色法分别测量各罗汉果果实样品中总皂苷的含量,采用高效液相色谱法测量甜苷V的含量,采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测量其中硒的含量,并对各指标进行方差分析和差异显著性的多重比较。结果表明,各样品总皂苷含量在2.42%~3.34%之间,甜苷V含量在0.68%~1.41%之间,硒含量在5.634~41.462μg/kg之间;来源于不同产地的罗汉果样品,其总皂苷含量差异并不显著,但甜苷V和硒含量分别表现出显著差异;广西、湖南和四川,罗汉果果实总皂苷和甜苷V含量均可达到药典指标要求。因此,罗汉果具有较广的种植区域,但不同产地甜苷V含量差异相对显著,暗示果实甜苷V的转化效率或成熟度具有一定差异,宜根据产地及年度气候条件适当调整收获期,以满足不同加工利用的需要。  相似文献

To determine the capacity of the fetus to adapt to chronic O2 deficiency produced by decreased placental perfusion in the early development of growth retardation, we embolized the umbilical placental vascular bed of fetal sheep for a period of 9 days. Fetal umbilical placental embolization decreased arterial O2 content by 39%, decreased total placental blood flow by 33%, and produced a 20% reduction in mean fetal body weight. Neither the combined ventricular output nor the regional blood flow distribution was significantly different between the 8 growth-retarded and 7 normally grown fetuses despite the 39% decrease in fetal arterial O2 content. Thus a 33% reduction in total placental blood flow restricts normal fetal growth, but does not exceed the placental circulatory reserve capacity necessary to maintain normal basal metabolic oxygenation. Because the proportion of combined ventricular output to the placenta at rest is decreased in late IUGR fetuses but not in early IUGR fetuses, despite chronic oxygen deficiency, we conclude that the growth retarded fetus maintains a normal regional blood flow distribution until the placental circulatory reserve capacity is depleted.  相似文献

通过调查不同盐度(12~36)环境下养殖的哈氏仿对虾(Parapenaeopsis hardwickii)肌肉一般营养成分和氨基酸组成及含量,研究了盐度对该虾肌肉营养品质的影响。结果显示,肌肉的水分随环境盐度升高出现显著的直线下降,而粗蛋白含量随环境盐度升高而直线升高;各盐度组的粗脂肪含量虽然没有明显差异,但其含量随盐度升高有一定的线性下降趋势;36盐度组的粗灰分含量比12、16、20和28盐度组的明显高,32盐度组的灰分含量比20和24盐度组的也明显高;所检测的肌肉干样16种氨基酸中,只有3种氨基酸的含量随盐度升高而升高,而其他13种氨基酸的含量随盐度升高明显降低,其中有10种氨基酸的含量在盐度12~24条件下的比盐度28~36条件下的明显高,而这些氨基酸含量在盐度12~24之间没有明显差异。各盐度组间氨基酸总量和鲜味氨基酸含量均没有明显差异;必需氨基酸和半必需氨基酸含量在盐度12~24条件下的均比盐度28~36条件下的明显高,而在12~24盐度组之间以及28~36盐度组之间均没有明显差异。必需氨基酸/氨基酸总量的比值和必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸比值随盐度升高均明显线性降低;盐度12~24组的必需氨基酸指数(66.13~67.42)高于盐度28~36组的(62.56~64.46)。综上所述,盐度12~24环境下养殖的哈氏仿对虾肌肉营养价值相对较高,表现为低盐趋向,考虑到肌肉的水分含量和生长性能,哈氏仿对虾在养殖期间选择16~24盐度范围比较合适,同时也说明哈氏仿对虾适合大多数沿海地区环境的盐度条件。  相似文献

Water retention characteristics, rainfall, throughfall and soil water content dynamics were investigated in a low mountain area to compare a forest and a grassland. The soil water retention curve of the topsoil has similar shape in both studied areas, however that of the deeper soil layer shows more difference. We determined the precipitation depth, duration and intensity values of rainfall events. The relationship between rainfall and throughfall depth was described in linear regressions. Interception was calculated as the difference between rainfall and throughfall plus stemflow, assuming stemflow to be 3% of rainfall. Soil water content dynamics show a similar trend in the two vegetation types but the drying is more intensive in the forest in the soil layers deeper than 20 cm during the growing-season.  相似文献

以辽宁省大洼县三角洲平原水库坝体不同坡向、坡位、剖面深度的土壤为研究对象,分析了土壤含水率和可溶性盐总量在水平空间与垂直空间上的变异与分布特征。结果表明:与含水率相比,土壤可溶性盐总量的变异相对较高;二者均为中等变异性且变异性的趋势较一致。坝体南坡土壤的平均可溶性盐总量、平均含水率均大于北坡。不同土层之间平均可溶性盐总量从大到小的顺序为:中层>下层>表层;而平均含水率随土壤剖面深度增加而增加。不同坡位间可溶性盐总量没有显著性差异;上坡位与中坡位的平均含水率基本持平,下坡位最高。研究结果可为辽河三角洲地区平原水库堤坝及其周边盐碱土治理与植被恢复提供依据。  相似文献

The phospholipid composition has been determined for placental microsomes from 11 normal and eight pregnancies complicated by steroid sulphatase deficiency. Phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and sphingomyelin were found to be the major phospholipids of normal placental microsomes, comprising respectively 41.6 +/- 4.6% (mean +/- SD). 30 +/- 5.7% and 22.5 +/- 4.9% of the total phospholipid content. There was no correlation between the steroid sulphatase activity of the microsomes and the content of any of the three phospholipids. Though their contents were significantly decreased. (P less than 0.001) phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and sphingomyelin similarly constituted the major portion of the total phospholipids in sulphatase deficient microsomes, representing 36 +/- 4.2%, 34 +/- 6.1% and 22.4 +/- 6.7% respectively. Only the percentage of phosphatidylcholine was significantly different (P less than 0.02) from normal microsomes. The results show that the decreased phospholipid content of steroid sulphatase deficient placental microsomes reflects a lower content of all major classes of phospholipids, particularly phosphatidylcholine.  相似文献

Woodfordia fruticosa Kurz is a member of family Lythraceae, commonly used in the treatment of diseases like leucorrhoea, dysentery, leprosy and menorrhagia. The plant material such as leaves, bark and flowers were collected from three different (200, 402 and 600?m) altitudes of Khandala (M.S. India) and the extracts were prepared in solvents like methanol, ethanol and distilled water. The radical scavenging potential and total phenolic content of the extracts were evaluated. The methanol extract of bark collected from the location one (200?m) showed high radical scavenging activity (96.52?±?0.02) than distilled water and ethanol extracts (57.80?±?0.2 and 86.52?±?0.03). The bark of the plant showed highest (663?±?37.85) total phenolic content that of flowers and leaves. The methanol extracts of leaves, bark and flowers showed high tannic acid content, while TBARS assay of ethanol extract of flowers showed maximum protection (27.65). It was observed that there is no significant difference in percent scavenging activity in different plant parts collected from three different altitudes but showed difference in the solvent system used. The results obtained are in support of extensive use of Woodfordia fruticosa in traditional medicine and endorses the use of bark, while it needs further investigations on the plants growing in different geographic areas.  相似文献

SYNOPSIS. Culture forms and lumen-dwelling phases of the ameboflagellate Histomonas meleagridis, which are structurally indistinguishable from each other, have a single flagellum. Their well-developed pelta is connected to the anterior segment of the broad, spatulate axostylar capitulum, applied to the left-ventral surface of the nearly spheroid or somewhat ellipsoid or ovoid nucleus. The capitulum narrows into a very slender axostylar trunk that tapers to a fine point and does not project beyond the body surface. The parabasal apparatus consists of a V-shaped parabasal body and a large parabasal filament. A new flagellum appears early during division and soon approaches its full length. The 2 flagella persist thruout division and each becomes the locomotory organelle of a daughter histomonad. The arms of the parental parabasal body appear to separate, each going to 1 of the daughter mastigont systems; some parabasal material is lost early in division. The 2nd arm is regenerated in each daughter parabasal body. The large parabasal filament seems not to be retained in the parental mastigont system, and new filaments are seen at both poles before 2 daughter nuclei are formed. The old axostyle degenerates from the anterior toward the posterior end; at the same time lamellar primordia of the daughter pelta-axostyle complexes appear in the separating mastigont systems that are connected by an extranuclear spindle during the entire division process. The structure and taxonomic status of H. meleagridis are discussed in the light of this and previous studies.  相似文献

We carried out a histological examination of the implantation traces in delivered rats. The implantation traces could be identified more than 500 days after delivery on the mesometrial side as black and brown spots. The implantation traces were recognizable as a cicatrix remaining in the parametrium, mesometrial triangle, which was formed by repair of injury caused by placental desquamation. In this area, metrial gland cells which were laid down through pregnancy were recognized for about two months after delivery. The implantation traces consisted of cicatrix tissue associated with collagen production and hemosiderin. It was possible to distinguish old and new traces by the size of the siderophile cells and by the degree of hemosiderin present. It was also possible to discriminate new traces as yellowish-brown areas, covered with a yellowish-white mass of degenerated metrial gland, in cleared uteri stained with 2% NaOH solution. Siderophile cells on the implantation traces were derived from giant cells which persisted around the peripheral region of the placental desquamation site, and these giant cells were considered to be identifiable with metrial gland cells. It was considered that formation of the cicatrix is essentially the same in abortion, stillbirth and normal delivery. However, it was found that the implantation traces had different histological appearances depending on the degree of injury to the endometrium and myometrium and time of placental desquamation. The iron content of the implantation traces corresponded quantitatively with the hemosiderin observed in the histological investigations. The iron content decreased rapidly up to 21 days after delivery, decreasing gradually thereafter. The iron in the implantation traces could, however, be analyzed quantitatively by atomic absorption spectroscopy until day 365 after delivery.  相似文献

The [32P]phosphoamino acids in proteins of first trimester and term-cultured human placentas have been separated and their relative amounts were measured. A significant phosphorylation of tyrosine residues could be detected in the cultured placental tissue at different stages of gestation. The phosphotyrosine accounts for 2-4% of the total acid-stable phosphate in the phosphoamino acids after partial acid hydrolysis. The difference in the extent of [32P]tyrosine in various placentas seems to be a function of biological variation of the individual placentas, rather than a function of placental age and stage of gestation. In contrast, a significant difference in the phosphorylation ratio of serine and threonine could be measured between first trimester and term placentas. As more evidence is accumulating that protein phosphorylation of tyrosine is involved in the processes of cellular growth and proliferation, our findings of the relatively high tyrosine phosphorylation in human placenta strongly suggest that this type of protein phosphorylation may play an important role in the placental growth and development. Furthermore, these findings may correlate with the existence of the endogenous RNA virus-like particles found in normal human placenta.  相似文献

The present study assessed condition of pouting ( Trisopterus luscus Linnaeus, 1758) in nursery areas and other coastal areas along the Portuguese coast using different indices. Condition factor Fulton's K, RNA : DNA ratio and total protein content were determined for 0-group pouting collected in three shallow nursery grounds. Adult pouting were sampled in 10 sites along the coast and Fulton's K, hepatosomatic index (HSI), total protein content and water content were determined as indicators of condition. For 0-group individuals, only total protein content showed significant differences among the sites, whereas in adults all the indices evaluated differed significantly among the sites. However, due to high RNA : DNA ratios it was considered that all investigated nursery areas provided suitable conditions for survival and rapid growth of early stages of T. luscus . Adult pouting were also considered to be in good physical and nutritional condition along the Portuguese coast, although better growth conditions seem to be provided in the warmer waters of southern Portugal, evidencing a latitudinal trend.  相似文献

以宁夏4个不同地区(灵武、中宁、青铜峡、银川)成熟期的灵武长枣果实为研究对象,经水提醇沉法提取,采用DEAE-cellulose52和HW-55S分离纯化,并利用GC-MS法进行多糖的单糖组成分析。结果表明:多糖提取率最高的是灵武地区,达到1.795%;分离纯化后,4个地区的长枣多糖各得到1个中性(Ju-0)和3个酸性组分(Ju-1、Ju-2、Ju-3),其中Ju-2含量最高;GC-MS分析可知灵武长枣多糖含有阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、核糖、岩藻糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸10种单糖,不含果糖,以阿拉伯糖、核糖、半乳糖和2种糖醛酸为主,木糖含量最低。各地区多糖的单糖组成、含量各不相同,从各组分来看,四个地区多糖的Ju-0和Ju-1组分组成均以阿拉伯糖、核糖、半乳糖为主,四个地区多糖的组成差异主要在于Ju-2和Ju-3组分。从各地区单糖总量来看,灵武地区是阿拉伯糖含量最高,中宁、青铜峡、银川地区以葡萄糖醛酸含量为最高。  相似文献

Gonadotropic activity of 106 series of immunoglobulin preparations obtained in the USSR and-the People's Republic of Bulgaria was studied. In difference from donor immunoglobulins, all the preparations of placental materials were contaminated with chorionic gonadotropin. Gonadotropin content in the immunoglobulins made of abortion serum was 2--7 times greater than in the preparations from the retoplacental serum and the placental extracts. The mean results of gonadotropin content in the immunoglobulins obtained by biological studies differed from those obtained from the investigations by immunological methods since the mentioned methods apparently characterized different properties of the hormonal molecule.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Our previous study revealed that gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in Earl’s muskmelon is more concentrated in the inner than the outer parts of the fruit. Here, the GABA and antioxidant capacity of the placental tissue of muskmelon, which is considered waste, were evaluated for possible use as a source of bioactive compounds. The concentrations of GABA and related substances in the placental tissue were significantly higher than in the fleshed pulp, whereas glutamic acid and sugar levels were significantly lower. The two sites showed no difference in GAD activity. Furthermore, the placental site showed high antioxidant capacities based on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and oxygen radical absorbance capacity for hydrophilic compounds assays compared with the fleshed pulp, because of the higher levels of total phenolic and L-ascorbic acids. Therefore, the placental tissue of muskmelons may be useful for developing functional foods, which would also reduce the amount of residues during muskmelon processing.  相似文献

中华通草蛉(Chrysoperla sinica)成虫在自然条件下抗寒能力的季节性变化研究表明,雌、雄成虫的抗寒能力均呈现出季节性的变化趋势,即随着冬季低温的到来,其抗寒能力逐渐增强,冬季过后又随气温的回升,其抗寒力逐渐减弱.雌、雄成虫的体内含水量、过冷却点(SCP)和结冰点(FP)均随气温的降低而降低,升高而升高,但体内总脂肪的含量却随气温的降低而升高,升高而降低.越冬代在越冬的前期和中期,雌、雄成虫体内的含水量和SCP均显著低于生长季节的其它各代,越冬代后期的含水量和SCP与生长季节其它各代没有显著差异.经回归分析发现,雌、雄成虫体内含水量与SCP之间均存在极显著负相关关系(p<0.01);越冬代成虫(特别是越冬前期)的体内总脂肪含量显著高于其它时期,并且雌成虫体内的总脂肪含量与SCP之间呈显著正相关(p<0.05),雄成虫体内总脂肪含量与SCP之间没有显著相关性(p>0.05).在一年的不同世代中,雌、雄成虫体内含水量只是在越冬前期有显著差异,SCP和体内总脂肪含量却在越冬后期有显著差异.  相似文献

 以甘肃省的民勤绿洲为例,选择土壤水分最为亏缺的7月,对白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)沙包不同迎风面,以及绿洲和荒漠交错地带的土壤水分进行了取样分析。结果表明,对于白刺沙包而言,其上层和深层土壤水分是迎风坡大于背风坡,中间层次(40~80 cm)则刚好相反。在绿洲与荒漠的交错带上,灌丛沙包与沙丘间低地水分变化有很大的不同,总体而言,丘间地水分含量大于灌丛沙包,但在距离绿洲406 m处,二者均出现一个土壤水分的最低值。在丘间地表层,水分变化是距离绿洲愈近,土壤含水量愈高;而深层土壤水分的变化趋  相似文献
