Four new dinuclear Mn(III) compounds have been synthesised: [{Mn(bpy)(H2O)}2(μ-4-ClC6H4COO)2(μ-O)}](ClO4)2 (1), [{Mn(EtOH)(phen)}2(μ-O)(μ-4-ClC6H4COO)2](ClO4)2 (2), [{Mn(bpy)(EtOH)}(μ-4-BrC6H4COO)2(μ-O){Mn(bpy)(ClO4)](ClO4) (3) and [{Mn(H2O)(phen)}2(μ-4-BrC6H4COO)2(μ-O)](ClO4)2 (4). The crystal structures of 2 and 3 are evidence for the tendency of the ethanol and the perchlorate to act as ligands. Due to the coordination of these groups, the environment of the manganese ions is elongated in the monodentate ligand direction, and this distortion is more important when this ligand is the perchlorate. The magnetic properties of the four compounds have been analysed: compounds 1, 3 and 4 show antiferromagnetic behaviour, with J = −6.33 cm−1 for 1, J = −6.76 cm−1 for 3 and J = −3.08 cm−1 for 4 (H = −JS1·S2), while compound 2 shows a very weak ferromagnetic coupling. For this compound, at low temperature the most important effect on the χMT data is the zero-field splitting of the ion, and the best fit was obtained with |DMn| = 2.38 cm−1 and |EMn| = 0.22 cm−1.  相似文献

Leaves and flowers of Artemisia gorgonum (Asteraceae) collected in Fogo, Cape Verde islands, were phytochemically investigated and resulted in isolation and characterization of three guaianolides 1, 2, 5, and a secoguainolide 4, in addition to eight known guaianolides 6-11 and two known germacranolides 12, 13. Structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Careful examination of the 13C NMR spectrum led to revision of the structure of a previously described guaianolide from 2 to 3. Most compounds exhibited mild antiplasmodial activities, ridentin (13) being the most interesting with an IC50 of 3.8 ± 0.7 μg ml−1 against Plasmodium falciparum FcB1 and weak cytotoxicity in a vero cell line (IC50 71.0 ± 3.9 μg ml−1).  相似文献

Dinuclear nickel(II) complexes [Ni2(bomp)(MeCO2)2]BPh4 (1) and [Ni2(bomp)(PhCO2)2]BPh4 (2) were synthesized with the dinucleating ligand 2,6-bis[bis(2-methoxyethyl)aminomethyl]-4-methylphenol [H(bomp)]. X-Ray analysis revealed that the complex 1 · 0.5CHCl3 contains two nickel(II) ions bridged by phenolic oxygen and two acetate groups, forming a μ-phenoxo-bis(μ-acetato)dinickel(II) core. Electronic spectra were investigated for 1 and 2 in the range of 400-1800 nm, and the data were typical for the octahedral high-spin nickel(II) complexes. Obtained spectral components were well simulated based on the angular overlap model assuming the trigonally distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic susceptibility was measured for 1 and 2 over a temperature range of 4.5-300 K. The optimized magnetic data were J = 1.75 cm−1, zJ′ = −0.234 cm−1, g = 2.21, D = 15.1 cm−1, and TIP = 370 × 10−6 cm−1 for complex 1 and J = 3.55 cm−1, zJ′ = −0.238 cm−1, g = 2.23, D = 21.8 cm−1, and TIP = 470 × 10−6 cm−1 for complex 2. The data revealed ferromagnetic interactions between the two nickel(II) ions.  相似文献

The complexation of Al3+, Zn2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ by the 3-hydroxyflavones: 3-hydroxy-2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one (H1) and 3-hydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one (H2), and by the 3-methoxythioflavone: 3-hydroxy-2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-thione (H3) have been studied spectrophotometrically and fluorimetrically to determine the corresponding complexation constants, Ksp and Kfl, in 5:95 water:ethanol (v/v) solution for which [HClO4] was either 10−2 or 10−5 mol dm−3 and I = 0.10 mol dm−3 (NaClO4) at 298.2 K. Complexation occurs dominantly through the deprotonated ligand for [Al(1)]2+ and [Al(2)]2+ for which log Ksp = 4.51 and 4.73, respectively, in 10−2 mol dm−3 HClO4 and 4.21 and 4.61 in 10−5 mol dm−3 HClO4. For Pb2+ complexation by H1, H2 and H3 is characterized by log Ksp = 2.20, 2.57 and 3.22, respectively, in 10−2 mol dm−3 HClO4 and 4.70, 5.38 and 5.74 in 10−5 mol dm−3 HClO4. Equilibrium mixtures of [Pb(H1)]2+ and [Pb1]+, [Pb(H2)]2+ and [Pb2]+, and [Pb(H3)]2+ and [Pb3]+ appear to be formed. Complexation of Zn2+ and Cd2+ by all three ligands was only detected in 10−5 mol dm−3 HClO4. For Zn2+ complexation by H1, H2 and H3 log Ksp = 3.22, 3.74 and 4.46 and for Cd2+ the corresponding values are 2.39, 2.40 and 3.72 for Cd2+. Only [Al1]2+ and [Al2]2+ show significant fluorescence and are characterized by log Kfl = 6.30 and 7.49 in 10−2 mol dm−3 HClO4.  相似文献

Two new inorganic-organic hybrid polymers [ClBzQl]2[Cd(SCN)3.5Br0.5]·0.25H2O (1) and [ClBzMePy][Cd(SCN)3] (2) (ClBzQl = 1-(4′-Cl-benzyl)quinolinium cation and ClBzMePy = 1-(4′-Cl-benzyl)-2-methylpyridinium cation) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. Crystal structure analyses show that two polymers belong to the monoclinic space group P2/n (1) and P21/c (2) with a = 18.548(2) Å, b = 9.526(1) Å, c = 20.689(2) Å, β = 94.008(1)°, V = 3646.6(5) Å3 for 1, and a = 11.195(2) Å, b = 16.415(3) Å, c = 10.751(2) Å, β = 102.930(3)°, V = 1925.7(7) Å3 for 2. The Cd atom exhibits a distorted octahedral coordination geometry for 1 and 2. For 1, a pair of 1,1-μ-SCN anions and a pair of 1,3-μ-SCN anions are alternately bridge adjacent Cd centers to form infinite polymeric chains. For 2, adjacent Cd atoms are linked by three 1,3-μ-SCN anions to form infinite [Cd(SCN)3] polymeric chains. The luminescent properties of the two polymers in the solid state at room temperature were investigated.  相似文献

[Tl3(μ-1,2,3-btc)]n (1,2,3-H3btc = 1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid) (1), [Tl2(μ-1,3,5-Hbtc)(H2O)]n (1,3,5-H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) (2) and [Tl4(μ-1,2,4,5-btc)]n (1,2,4,5-H4btc = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) (3), three new TlI coordination polymers have been synthesized, characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy and their structures determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The thermal stability of compounds 1-3 were studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA). The single-crystal X-ray analysis of compounds 1-3 shows that the compounds are structurally diverse showing three-dimensional coordination polymers. The carboxylic groups of the ligands 1,2,3-btc3−, 1,3,5-Hbtc2− and 1,2,4,5-btc4− in the new TlI coordination polymers are not chelated and only act as bridging groups. In compounds 1-3, the lone pair of Tl(I) atoms is ‘active’ in the solid state and the coordination spheres are hemisphere type. Solution state luminescent spectra of compound 2 indicate intense fluorescent emissions at ca. 400 nm.  相似文献

The synthesis, structural characterization and magnetic property of two new coordination polymers [Cu(pyz)(μ-CH3CO2)4]n (1) and [Cu(pyz)(μ-CCl3CO2)4]n (2) (pyz = pyrazine) are reported. Here, the carboxylato bridged two dinuclear copper(II) complexes are linked through pyrazine giving a 1-D alternating chain. The magnetic property of the complexes indicates a significant difference originated from the introduction of electron withdrawing substituent on the bridging dicarboxylate. Complex 1 exhibits strong antiferromagnetic interactions with J = −344.61 cm−1, whereas 2 exhibits comparatively less strong antiferromagnetic coupling with J = −238.53 cm−1.  相似文献

Three new triply bridged dinuclear copper(II) compounds containing carboxylato bridges, [Cu2(μ-CH3COO-κ-O1,O2)2(μ-CH3COO-κ-O1)(dpyam)2](BF4) (1), [Cu2(μ-CH2CH3COO-κ-O1,O2)(μ-OH)(μ-OH2)(bpy)2](ClO4)2 (2) and [Cu2(μ-CH3COO-κ-O1,O2)(μ-OH)(μ-OH2)(phen)2](ClO4)2 (3) (in which dpyam = di-2-pyridylamine, bpy = 2,2-bipyridine, phen = phenanthroline), have been synthesized in order to investigate the magnetic super-exchange pathway between coupled copper(II) centres. All three compounds display a distorted square-pyramidal arrangement around each copper(II) ion with a CuN2O3 chromophore. Compound 1 has three acetato bridges, two of which connect each square pyramid at two equatorial sites in a triatomic bridging mode and the third acetato bridge acts at the apical site in the monoatomic bridging mode. The structures of compounds 2 and 3 are mutually similar. In each dinuclear unit, both copper(II) ions are linked at two equatorial positions through a hydroxo bridge and a triatomic carboxylato bridge and at the axial position through a water molecule. The magnetic susceptibility measurements, measured from 5 to 300 K, revealed an antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(II) ions in compound 1 and a ferromagnetic interaction for compounds 2 and 3 with singlet-triplet energy gaps (J) of −56, 149 and 120 cm−1, for compounds 1, 2 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

(ML)2(bipy) complexes (LH2 = thiosemicarbazone of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, M = Ni(II), 1, or Cu(II), 2) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 possessed porous structure due to peculiarities of crystal packing, whereas 2 formed infinite zig-zag chains with dense non-porous packing. It was shown that 1 absorbed 0.013 cm3/g of methanol vapor in two steps. Complex 1 was diamagnetic; for 2, the dependency of χ versus T could be interpreted by Bleaney-Bowers expression in 20-300 K temperature range (J = −6.8 cm−1, g = 2.07).  相似文献

The linkage isomers, (OC)5M[κ1-PPh2 CH2CH(PPh2)2] 1 and (OC)5M[κ1-PPh2 CH(PPh2)CH2PPh2] 2 (M = Cr, Mo and W) exist in equilibrium at room temperature. Equilibrium constants for 1Cr ? 2Cr, 1Mo ? 2Mo and 1W ? 2W at 25 °C in CDCl3 are 2.61, 5.0 and 4.74, respectively. Enthalpy favors the forward reaction (ΔH = −13.5, −12 and −12.2 kJ mol−1, respectively) while entropy favors the reverse reaction (ΔS = −37.6, −28 and −28.2 J K−1 mol−1, respectively). Isomerization is much faster than chelation with 1Mo ? 2Mo ? 1W ? 2W > 1Cr ? 2Cr. Enthalpies of activation for 1Cr ? 2Cr and 1W ? 2W are 119.0 and 92.6 kJ mol−1, respectively, and entropies of activation are 1.4 and −28.2 J K−1 mol−1, respectively. Isomerization is 104 times faster for these complexes than for (OC)5M[κ1-PPh2CH2CH2P(p-tolyl)2]. A novel mechanism is proposed to account for the rate differences. The X-ray crystal structure of 2W shows that the phosphorus atom of the short phosphine arm lies very close to a carbon atom of the W(CO)4 equatorial plane (3.40 Å) which could allow “through-space” coupling, accounting in part for the observation of long-range JPC and JPW coupling. The X-ray structure of (OC)5W[κ1-PPh2 C(CH2)PPh2] 5W has been determined for comparison to 2W.  相似文献

Three mono-nuclear copper(II) complexes [Cu(tepza)X]ClO4 (X = Cl, 1; X = NCS, 2; X = dca, 3) and two dinuclear bridging complexes [Cu2(tepza)2(μ-C4O4)](ClO4)2·H2O(4) and [Cu2(tepza)2(μ-C5O5)](ClO4)2(5) where tepza = tris[2-ethyl(1-pyrazolyl)]amine, dca = dicyanamide, C4O42− = 3,4-dihydroxycyclobut-3-ene-1,2-dionate (squarate dianion) and C5O52− = 4,5-dihydroxycyclopent-4-ene-1,2,3-trionate (croconate dianion) were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy as well as by single X-ray crystallography. In the solid state, the geometry of copper(II) centers in these complexes are as follows: close to SP in 2, distorted TBP in 3, predominant SP in 4, and distorted octahedral in 5, whereas in solution distorted SP geometry was generally found. The squarato and the croconato dianions in complexes 4 and 5 are bridging the two copper(II) centers in cis-bis-monodentate and bis-bidentate bonding modes, respectively. Magnetic susceptibility measurements at variable temperatures (2-300 K) reveal the weak antiferromagnetic coupling in the two bridging dinuclear complexes 4 (= −24.9 cm−1) and 5 (= −3.1 cm−1).  相似文献

A new pyridyl-carboxylate ligand, the anion of trans-4-cotininecarboxylic acid, HL, 1, has been used to prepare a new polymeric copper(II) complex, [CuLN3]2n, 2, based on a [CuLN3]2 dimeric building block. The single crystal structures of both 1 and 2 have been determined and 1 has been found to be in its zwitterionic configuration. The structure of 2 is a one-dimensional tape-like polymeric structure based on an end-on azido-bridged binuclear [Cu2N3]2 backbone moiety. Magnetic studies reveal that 2 is close to paramagnetic from 2 to 300 K with a Curie constant of 1.094 emu K/mol, a Weiss temperature of 0.73 K and a corresponding μeff of 2.09 μB. A fit of χMT for 2 with S1 = S2 = ½, yields g = 2.441(6), J = −0.49(3) cm−1, zJ = −0.38(2) cm−1 and N(α) = 0.00053(12) emu/mol, a fit that indicates the presence of both very weak intramolecular intrachain antiferromagnetic exchange coupling within the one-dimensional tape-like chains and very weak interchain antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between these chains.  相似文献

The new mononuclear bis(oxamato) complex [n-Bu4N]2[Cu(obbo)] (1) (obbo=o-benzyl-bis(oxamato)) has been synthesized as a precursor for trinuclear oxamato-bridged transition metal complexes. Starting from 1 the homotrinuclear complexes [Cu3(obbo)(pmdta)2(NO3)](NO3)·CH2Cl2·H2O (2) and [Cu3(obbo)(tmeda)2(NO3)2(dmf)] (3) have been prepared, where pmdta = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, tmeda = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine and dmf = dimethylformamide. The crystal structures of 1-3 were solved. The magnetic properties of 2 and 3 were studied by susceptibility measurements versus temperature. For the intramolecular J parameter values of −111 cm−1 (2) and −363 cm−1 (3) were obtained.  相似文献

Two new neutral, binuclear CuIICuII bis(oxamato) complexes with the formula [Cu2(opba)(pmdta)(MeOH)] · 1/2MeOH · dmf (3) and [Cu2(nabo)(pmdta)(MeOH)] (4), with opba = o-phenylene-bis(oxamato), nabo = 2,3-naphthalene-bis(oxamato), pmdta = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine and dmf = dimethylformamide have been synthesized and their crystal structures have been determined. The structure of 3 consists of dimeric [Cu2(opba)(pmdta)(MeOH)] entities, joined together by mutual intermolecular Cu?O contacts of the Cu2+ ion of one [Cu(opba)]2− complex fragment and one carboxylate atom of the oxamato group of a second [Cu(opba)]2− complex fragment. The structure of 4 consists of neutral binuclear complexes joined together by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions, giving rise to an unique supramolecular 1D-chain. The magnetic properties of 3 and 4 were studied by susceptibility measurements versus temperature. For the intramolecular J parameter, identical values of (−114 ± 2) cm−1 (3) and (−112 ± 2) cm−1 (4) were obtained.  相似文献

Single crystal structures of L1, 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 were solved. The Pd-E bond distances (Å): 2.2563(6) (E = S), 2.3575(6)−2.392(2) (E = Se); 2.5117(5)−2.5198(5) (E = Te) are near the lower end of the bond length range known for them. The Pt-Se bond length, 2.3470(8) Å, is also closer to the short values reported so far. The Heck and Suzuki reaction were carried out using complexes 1, 3, 5 and 7 as catalysts under aerobic condition. The percentage yields for trans product in Heck reaction were found upto 85%.  相似文献

The syntheses and comparative studies of the spectral, voltammetry and spectroelectrochemical properties of new manganese phthalocyanine complexes, tetra-substituted with diethylaminoethanethio at the peripheral (complex 3a) and non-peripheral positions (complex 3b) are reported. Solution electrochemistry of complex 3a showed quasi-reversible metal-based (MnIIIPc−2/MnIIPc2, E1/2 = −0.07 V vs. Ag|AgCl) and ring-based (MnIIPc−2/MnIIPc−3, E1/2 = −0.78 V vs. Ag|AgCl) reductions, but no ring-based oxidation. However, complex 3b showed weak irreversible ring-oxidation signal (Ep = +0.86 vs. Ag|AgCl). Reversible metal-based (MnIIIPc−2/MnIIPc−2, E1/2 = −0.04 V vs. Ag|AgCl) and ring-based (MnIIPc−2/MnIIPc−3, E1/2 = −0.68 V vs. Ag|AgCl) reductions were also observed for complex 3b. Spectroelectrochemistry was used to confirm these processes. Reduction process involving the metal (MnIIIPc−2/MnIIPc−2) was associated with the formation of manganese μ-oxo complex in complex 3a.  相似文献

Four new zinc(II) cyclams of the composition {Zn(L)(tp2−) · H2O}n (1), {Zn(L)(H2bta2−) · 2H2O}n (2), [Zn2(L)2(ox2−)] 2ClO4 · 2DMF (3), and Zn(L)(H2btc)2 · 2DMF (4), where L = cyclam, tp2− = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate ion, H2bta2− = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate ion, ox2− = oxalate ion, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide, and H2btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate ion, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by a combination of analytical, spectroscopic and crystallographic methods. The carboxylato ligands in the complexes 1-4 show strong coordination tendencies toward zinc(II) cyclams with hydrogen bonding interactions between the pre-organized N-H groups of the macrocycle and oxygen atoms of the carboxylato ligands. The macrocycles in 1, 2, and 4 adopt trans-III configurations with the appropriate R,R,S,S arrangement of the four chiral nitrogen centers, respectively. However, the complex 3 shows an unusual cis V conformation with the R,R,R,R nitrogen configuration. The finding of strong interactions between the carboxylato ligands and the zinc(II) ions may provide additional knowledge for the improved design of receptor-targeted zinc(II) cyclams in anti-HIV agents.  相似文献

The dinuclear terephthalato-bridged nickel(II) complexes [Ni2(cyclen)2(μ-tp)](ClO4)2 (1) [Ni2(trpn)2(μ-tp)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (2) and [Ni2(3,3,3-tet)2(μ-tp)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (3), where tp = terephthalate dianion, cyclen = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, trpn = tris(3-aminopropyl)amine and 3,3,3-tet = 1,5,9,13-tetraazatridecane, were synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Their magnetic susceptibilities were also determined at variable temperatures over the range 2-300 K. The structures of these complexes consist of μ-tp bridging two Ni(II) centers in a bis(bidentate) bonding fashion in 1 and in bis(monodentate) bonding fashion in 2 and 3. The coordination geometry around the Ni(II) ions in these compounds has a distorted octahedral geometry with four nitrogen atoms from the amine ligand (cyclen, trpn or 3,3,3-tet) and two coordinated oxygen atoms supplied by the chelated carboxylate group of the bridged terephthalate ligand in 1, and by one tp-carboxylate-oxygen in 2 and 3. The sixth coordination site in the last two complexes 2 and 3 is achieved via an oxygen atom from a coordinated water molecule. The intradimer Ni…Ni distances in these complexes are 10.740, 11.428 and 11.537 Å for 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The electronic spectra of the complexes in aqueous solutions are in complete agreement with the assigned X-ray geometry around the Ni(II) centers. Also, the analysis of the infrared spectral data for the ν(COO) stretching frequencies of the tp-carboxalato groups reveals the existence of the bis(bidentate) and bis(monodentate) coordination modes for the bridged terephthalate ligand in 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Despite the different coordination modes of the tp bridging ligand in these complexes, they all exhibit very weak antiferromagnetic coupling. The coupling constants J were found to be −2.2, −0.6 and −1.5 cm3 K mol−1 for the complexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The structural and magnetic results of 1-3 are discussed in relation to the other related published μ-terephthalato dinuclear Ni(II) compounds.  相似文献

Binuclear cyanate bridged nickel(II) complex [Ni(L)(NCO)]2(PF6)2 (1) and copper(II) complex [Cu(L)(NCO)]2(PF6)2 (2), where L is N,N-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)aminomethylpyridine, a tetradentate N4-coordinated ligand have been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical method. The structures of complexes 1 and 2 have been studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The structure analysis reveals that both nickel(II) and copper(II) center are coordinated in distorted octahedral fashion and coordination mode of cyanate ligand is end-to-end (μ-1,3) for complex 1 but it is double end-on (μ-1,1) mode for complex 2. The variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data, measured from 2 to 300 K, show weak antiferromagnetic interaction with J value −6.2(1) cm−1 for complex 1, whereas complex 2 has very weak ferromagnetic interaction with J value +0.5(1) cm−1.  相似文献

Two new mononuclear bis(oxamato) complexes with the formula [nBu4N]2[M(nabo)] M = Ni (4), Cu (5), with nabo = 2,3-naphthalene-bis(oxamato) have been synthesized as precursors for trinuclear oxamato-bridged transition metal complexes. Starting from 5 the homo-trinuclear complex [Cu3(nabo)(pmdta)2(BF4)](BF4) · MeCN · Et2O (7), with pmdta = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, has been prepared. The central N,N′-2,3-naphthalene bridge of 7 is so far the most extended π-conjugated bridge of trinuclear bis(oxamato) type transition metal complexes. The goal of this work was to verify the N,N′-2,3-naphthalene bridge of 7 on its magnetic properties in comparison to the N,N′-o-phenylene bridge of the related homo-trinuclear complex [Cu3(opba)(pmdta)2(NO3)](NO3) · 2MeCN (6) (opba = o-phenylene-bis(oxamato)). The crystal structures of 4-7 were solved. The magnetic properties of 6 and 7 were studied by susceptibility measurements versus temperature. For the intramolecular J parameter, values of −89 cm−1 (6) and −113 cm−1 (7) were obtained. The different J values are discussed based on the crystal structures of 6 and 7.  相似文献
