鱼类在食物网中的营养位置对其消化道寄生蠕虫的群落结构有重要作用。本研究调查了梁子湖、洞庭湖、鄱阳湖中鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)消化道寄生蠕虫群落的组成和多样性。在3个湖泊中共发现11种寄生蠕虫, 优势种均为范尼道佛吸虫(Dollfustrema vaneyi), 频率分布中感染有12种寄生虫的样本占65%, 单个样本中最大物种数为6。3个湖泊中平均物种丰富度为1.532.13, Brillouin多样性指数为0.120.33, 其中鄱阳湖中的多样性最高。梁子湖和洞庭湖之间的Jaccard相似度和百分比相似指数最高。通过比较食物网中不同营养位置鱼类的消化道寄生蠕虫群落结构, 发现鳜的消化道寄生虫群落的物种丰富度与多样性水平都高于植食性和杂食性鱼类。研究还讨论了宿主食物组成对消化道寄生蠕虫群落结构的影响。    相似文献

One hundred and twenty-eight specimens of namorado sandperches, 62 P. numida and 66 P. semifasciata, collected between October 2002 and June 2003 off the Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Lat 23 degrees S and Long 42 degrees W), were examined to study their metazoan parasites. Parasite communities of these fish were composed basically of endoparasites, mainly digenean and cestodes species, with low prevalence and abundance but having high parasite species richness values (at the component community level). Among these values, that found for P. numida is the highest so far recorded for marine fishes from the Neotropical Region. Thirty-nine species of metazoan parasites were collected: 36 from P. numida and 28 from P. semifasciata. Twenty-five parasite species were common to both species of namorado sandperches. Pseudopercis numida and P. semifasciata are new host records for all parasite species collected, with the exception of Microcotyle pseudopercis. Choanodera sp., Leurodera decora, Neolebouria georgenascimentoi, and Proctoeces sp. which were recorded for the first time in the South American Atlantic Ocean. Gnathia sp. from P. numida and Scolex pleuronectis from P. semifasciata were the species having the greatest dominance frequency. Parasite abundance in P. numida and P. semifasciata were positively correlated with the host total length. Only in P. numida was parasite species richness correlated positively with the host total length. No significant differences between endoparasite infracommunities of P. numida and P. semifasciata were detected. The ectoparasites of P. numida had higher values for parasite abundance, parasite richness, Brillouin index, evenness index, and Berger-Parker index than those of the ectoparasites of P. semifasciata. Comparisons among all ecto- and endoparasites showed the ectoparasites of P. numida as the most heterogeneous group. Low similarity values were observed among the three types of parasite infracommunities of the two hosts.  相似文献

An analysis was undertaken of intestinal helminth communities in flounder Platichthys flesus from two sites on the River Thames. A comparison was made between helminth community richness and diversity from these sites at the component and infracommunity levels. At the component community level, a richer and more diverse parasite community was found in flounder from the Tilbury location (marine influence) than that from the Lots Road location (freshwater influence). At the infracommunity level, more parasite species and parasite individuals per host were found at Lots Road and the percentage of similarity values were low at both locations. Helminth species with high prevalence values in the parasite communities of the flounder are the dominant species in any individual fish, harbouring multi-specific infections. The presence of more invertebrate species, which are intermediate hosts in the helminth life cycle in the Thames, fish vagility and the high prevalence and abundance values of Pomphorhynchus laevis in the flounder, may explain the differences between the two locations.  相似文献

研究天柱山国家森林公园不同强度旅游干扰下黄山松群落的物种多样性,用物种丰富度指数S、Simpson指数D、ShannonWiener指数日和Pialou均匀度J比较分析了不同层次物种多样性变化。结果表明:乔木层中,低度干扰下多样性指数较大;其他层次中,中度干扰下多样性指数最高。整个群落分析表明,低度干扰下几种多样性指数分别为38、3.0976、0.9326、0.7515;中度干扰下,多样性指数最高,分别为44、3.2519、0.9421、O.8594,其中灌木层和草本层所起的作用较大;高度干扰下,多样性指数有很大程度的下降,分别为34、3.0095、0.9289、0.7834。利用群落优势度(C)衡量了不同干扰下黄山松群落的稳定性。结果发现中度干扰下的群落稳定性最低。表明中度干扰能一定程度增加群落的物种多样性,但可能会导致群落稳定性降低。  相似文献

云南中部湖群是云贵高原重要的水禽越冬区,掌握该地区越冬水禽群落特征对水禽保护以及湿地资源管理具有重要指导意义。于2017—2018和2018—2019年冬季,采用样点法对云南中部湖群(滇池、抚仙湖、杞麓湖、星云湖)水禽群落特征进行了调查。共记录到水禽7目9科40种,总体来看,云南中部湖群的水禽群落在物种组成上以鸭类为主,占总种数的30%,而在数量上以鸥科的红嘴鸥Larus ridibundus(91.92%)为优势种类。运用非参数物种丰富度估计,发现滇池水禽丰富度较高(37.17±1.13),其次为杞麓湖(33.70±1.74)和星云湖(32.05±1.80),抚仙湖(17.78±0.43)较低;从物种均匀度(Simpson指数)来衡量,抚仙湖水禽均匀度较高(0.63±0.03),其次为星云湖(0.53±0.07)和杞麓湖(0.52±0.05),滇池较低(0.11±0.03)。各湖的物种丰富度与湖体平均水深呈负相关(r=-0.509,P<0.05),而与湖体面积无显著相关性(r=0.286,P>0.05);对物种组成相似性进行聚类分析,发现滇池和其他3个湖泊的水禽组成差异性...  相似文献

The infra- and component communities of intestinal helminths of carp Cyprinus carpio were investigated in six lakes in the flood plain of the lower and middle reaches of the Yangtze River, China. Eight species of helminth parasites were recorded. The intestinal helminth communities were species rich in Niushan and Tonghu lakes where the digenean Asymphylodora japonica was the dominant species, whereas in Qinggang and Yanglan lakes a species-poor helminth community had only one species, Khawia sinensis . The degree of similarity within localities was highest in Qinggang and Yanglan lakes, and was high between communities where K. sinensis was the dominant species. The rich composition of these helminth communities may be because China is the heartland for carp while the poor helminth composition of those in Qinggang and Yanglan lakes may reflect the poor fauna there. It is suggested that species compositions of intestinal helminth communities of carp may be diversified in lakes in the flood plain of the Yangtze River.  相似文献

Patterns of distance decay in similarity among communities of the fish Pinguipes brasilianus (Teleostei: Pinguipedidae) from five areas in the southwestern Atlantic were investigated to determine whether the rate of decay varied depending on the community level or the parasite guild analyzed (ectoparasites, adult endoparasites and larval endoparasites). Similarities in species composition were computed at both the component community and infracommunity levels. Similarity indices were calculated between all possible pairs of assemblages from different zones. Infracommunity similarity values between and within host populations were averaged. Significance of linear regressions for similarity values against distance was assessed using randomization tests. Different patterns were observed for each guild, and similarity among infracommunities within host populations varied accordingly. Decay in similarity over distance was recorded for most communities. The slopes differed significantly between infracommunities and component communities in all cases, and stronger decay was always observed for infracommunities. Different geographical patterns in parasite communities were a consequence of variability in parasite availability in the different regions, modulated by oceanographic conditions, as well as variation among species in terms of host specificity and life-cycles strategies. Infracommunities showed a stronger effect of distance than component communities, probably due to the influence of short term and local variability of oceanographic conditions.  相似文献

This article examined the composition of parasite assemblages of whitefish (Coregonus lavaretus) in 8 interconnected lakes in northeastern Finland and evaluated the role of coregonid specific parasites and the geographical distance between populations in determining the similarity of the assemblages. Parasite assemblages were compared using the Jaccard qualitative similarity index and a quantitative similarity index and by incorporating the allogenic-autogenic species concept and the effects of 2 corresponding measures of geographical distance between the lakes. The majority of the parasite species found (10 of 14) were specific to salmonids. Similarity of assemblages of autogenic parasites between the lakes was negatively correlated with geographical distance. The dominance of 2 parasite species, the whitefish specialist Ichthyocotylurus erraticus and the generalist Ergasilus sieboldi, was also demonstrated. We concluded that the high proportion of widespread parasite species specific to coregonids is an important determinant of similarity in these assemblages. However, ecological factors were likely to contribute to qualitative (presence of species) and quantitative (difference in abundances) differences between lakes, in the case of autogenic parasites, their importance increasing with geographical separation.  相似文献

蝴蝶作为指示生物, 被广泛地应用于生物多样性监测及环境质量评估。探究新疆吉木萨尔县蝴蝶群落多样性, 可为当地蝴蝶多样性的保护及环境监测提供基础数据。本研究采用样线法在新疆吉木萨尔县选取山前荒漠、农田、山地草原、山地森林、亚高山草甸5种不同的生境类型, 对蝴蝶种类和群落多样性进行调查。共记录蝴蝶4,401号, 隶属于7科26属38种。其中蛱蝶科有9属12种, 为优势科; 粉蝶科的个体数最多, 占比55.01%; 绢蝶科、凤蝶科和弄蝶科的种类数和个体数最少, 均为单科种, 是该地区的稀有类群。对不同生境蝴蝶群落多样性和相似度分析比较的结果显示: 5种生境中多样性指数从高到低依次为亚高山草甸、山地森林、山地草原、农田及山前荒漠, 其中山地森林和亚高山草甸的相似性系数较高, 达到0.77, 山前荒漠和山地草原的相似性系数最低, 为0.37。蝴蝶物种数及多样性指数随海拔的增加呈上升趋势。蝴蝶群落随月份发生变化, 蝴蝶种类和数量在5月发生、7月达到峰值。蝶类个体数在3年内呈下降趋势。研究结果表明, 蝴蝶物种的组成和多样性与生境类型具有密切联系, 保护生态环境, 维持该地区植物群落的多样性、降低人为干扰程度是保护蝶类多样性的关键。  相似文献

从雅鲁藏布江中游地区采集土壤样品35份,主要涵盖农田、城市花园、高山草甸、湿地和防护林带五种生态类型,从中分离获得土壤淡色丝孢菌12属。利用种群优势度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀度、生态位宽度、群落相似性等指标对该地区不同生境的土壤淡色丝孢菌物种(属级)的生态多样性及物种生态位进行了分析。结果表明,土壤淡色丝孢菌的数量和类群分布在该地区不同生态类型土壤中差异明显。农田生境中土壤淡色丝孢菌物种多样性指数最高,均匀度较高;防护林带生境中土壤淡色丝孢菌物种多样性指数最低,均匀度也最低。对不同生态类型土壤中淡色丝孢菌的相似性分析发现,农田和防护林带生境的相似性系数最大,说明这两种生境具有较多的共同物种;湿地和城市花园生境的相似性系数最小。物种生态位结果分析表明,在上述五种生境中,拟青霉属Paecilomyces、刺座霉属Volutella、曲霉属Aspergillus和青霉属Penicillium具有较宽的生态位宽度,属于广适性物种;而白僵菌属Beauveria和绿僵菌属Metarhizium生态位很窄,只存在于某个生境中,属于狭适性物种。  相似文献

2008年3~7月采用样线法对长江师范学院李渡校园鸟类组成和种群数量进行了调查,共记录鸟类6目21科28种,数量1633只,物种多样性指数为3.9204,均匀性指数为1.1765,其中国家“三有”名录鸟类25种,CITES名录鸟类1种。鸟类区系以东洋界成分为主。对不同生境鸟类多样性的分析结果表明:(1)乔灌林鸟类多样性指数和均匀性指数最高,水域鸟类多样性指数最低,建筑区均匀性指数最低;(2)乔灌林与竹林的相似性指数最高,竹林与水域的相似性最低。  相似文献

2005~2006年,对广州地区4个不同城市化发展区域(森林区、农田区、城市区、沿海湿地区)的蝶类进行6次调查,共统计到10科46属73种.森林区科、属、物种和个体数目都最多,沿海湿地区各项数量指标都最小,农田区的个体数量大于城市区,但科、属和物种数却与城市区差异不大.多样性分析结果表明,森林区的种类丰度、多样性指数最高,沿海湿地区的种类丰度和多样性指数最低;均匀度大小依次为沿海湿地区﹥农田区﹥森林区﹥城市区;优势度指数大小依次为沿海湿地区﹥城市区﹥农田区﹥森林区.相似性分析结果表明,森林区和农田区具有的相同物种数最多,相似性系数最高;沿海湿地区和森林区、农田区、城市区具有的相同物种数都较少,相似性系数也较低.  相似文献

High values of dominance index, low values of evenness and Shannon index are characteristic of component parasite communities of prespawning (Prosopium cylindraceum) and spawn migratory fishes (Coregonus autumnalis, Oncorhynchus nerka). Autogenic specialists are dominant in the component parasite communities of C. autumnalis. The component parasite communities of P. cylindraceum and O. nerka are dominant in a content of generalist species. The O. nerka parasite communities are communities "sentenced to death". Low values of dominance index, high values of evenness abd Shannon index are peculiar to component parasite communities of prespawning and spawning cyprinid fishes (Phoxinus phoxinus, Oreoleuciscus humilis). Autogenic specialists are dominant. Increase of dominance index and decrease of two other indexes characterize the postspawning period. The same tendency characterises infracommunities. Thus, the component parasite communities respond differently to the fish spawn of the cyprinid and coregonid/salmonid fishes. Similarity is in the dominance of autogenic specialists in one case only (C. autumnalis). These differences are defined by the mode of fish stock formation for spawn. The cyprinids congregate for spawning and move apart for foraging and vice versa is observed in the coregonids and salmonids. Autogenic specialists dominance seems to be the important adaptation to reduce a negative effect to host during spawning. Bush and Kennedy in 1994 established that "parasites live in patches (host individuals) and fragments (host populations)". They consider the host fragmentation as "hedging your bets against extinction" due to frequency and magnitude anthropogenic factors, which increase fragmenting of host populations. This conclusion was made for a species level. From the other hand the fragmentation is a natural feature for a single host population too. Such fragmentation is a host population structure. The role of fragmentation is obvious from the data on component parasite communities during fish spawn. The fragmentation decreases in the cyprinids and increases in the salmonids that leads to the growing of the cyprinid component parasite communities diversity and to declining the salmonid component parasite communities diversity. Nevertheless the role of host population structure in a component parsite community structure is not obvious, because parasites are able or not able to "recognise" different host subpopulation groups. It is well known from data on parasite species population biology. Such recognizable subpopulation groups or groups can be a "real fragment" for the parasite community. The question is what parameters could be used for this purpose on a component community level. Host population age structure can be used as an example, because the age groups are one of the invariable population characters. Value of Shannon index for component parasite communities of spawn migratory O. nerka (5+) is similar to that of fishes of 1+ age. Difference is statistically insignificant. It is insignificant between the parasite communities of 2+ and 3+ age groups too. Fishes of these two groups could be defined as a real united fragment. It spite of similarity between the fishes of 5+ age group and fish of 1+ age group they are not united fragment. The parasite community of 1+ age fishes is not stabilized yet and one of 5+ age is a community "sentenced to death". Thus the structuring of O. nerka freshwater parasite communities are defined by 3 real host age fragments: 1+ age group, 2 and 3+ age group, 4+ age group. It looks as that Shannon index is suitable parameter to study a parasite communities structure.  相似文献

In aquatic ecosystems, fish play a key role in parasite accumulation and transmission to predacious animals. In the present study, realized on seven populations of a small cyprinid fish species, the European bitterling Rhodeus amarus, we investigated (1) the role of the European bitterling as a potential intermediate or paratenic host, (2) the ability of the fish to accumulate parasites with similar final host group, and (3) its significance as a potential source of parasite infection in the ecosystem in respect to habitat characteristics. A total of 36 parasite species were recorded; 31 species (90% of all parasite specimens) were classified as endoparasites. Most of the endoparasites were found in the larval life stage, using bitterling as an intermediate or paratenic host. In particular, parasite community structure showed significantly higher proportions of allogenic parasites in comparison with autogenic. The supposed co-occurrence of parasite species with identical final host groups showed only a weak association. The adjacent reservoir areas were a significant determinant of both the total and infracommunity parasite species richness and for the mean parasite abundance. No relationship between the distance of sampling site from the adjacent reservoir and parasite community characteristics was found. As a small-sized fish with a wide distribution range and high local abundances, the European bitterling can represent a natural prey for a wide range of piscivorous predators. Due to its susceptibility to the number of larval endoparasites, this fish species may therefore fulfill the role as important transmitter of parasites to their final hosts.  相似文献

The parasite communities of fish in three reservoirs (Temengor, Kenering and Cenderuh) along the Perak River, as well as in the lower Perak, are compared. A total of 36 species, 51 species, 61 species and 58 species of metazoan parasites from six types of fishes common in all studied locations, were obtained in Temengor, Kenering, Cenderuh Reservoirs, and downstream Perak River, respectively. The various criteria (prevalence, mean intensity, diversity index, similarity index and evenness) of the parasite community were highest at the Cenderuh Reservoir, followed by the downstream river, Kenering, and Temengor Reservoirs. Monogeneans were the most common parasites in all species of fish examined from all study sites. Fish of the same species showed a high degree of similarity of its parasite fauna regardless of study site, but different hosts had a low similarity of their parasite fauna, even within the same study site. 位于滇西北的高黎贡山是全球生物多样性研究和保护的热点地区之一, 然而该地区昆虫多样性缺乏系统调查和总结。本研究聚焦蝴蝶类群, 考虑该区域高山峡谷特点, 结合海拔梯度、生境类型和季节变化, 采用样线法调查、分析蝴蝶物种多样性及群落结构变化。结果显示: 共观测记录到蝴蝶2,055只, 隶属于5科85属151种, 在历史记录上新增27种, 使该地区已知蝴蝶种类达488种; 其中蛱蝶科物种多样性最高, 灰蝶科次之, 凤蝶科最低。蝴蝶群落多样性分析结果表明: 中海拔1,000-2,000 m区域种类丰富、多样性指数最高; 低海拔区蝴蝶分布明显聚集, 并且与高海拔地区空间上分离, 少有重叠。该地区不同生境中蝴蝶的种类及数量差异也较大, 物种数及多样性指数在自然保护区最高、边缘交错带居中及农业种植区最低。此外, 蝴蝶的种类和数量也存在季节差异, 春季调查到的个体数少, 夏季观察到的物种数少, 两年秋季调查到的物种丰富度、多样性均高, 但存在季节内变化。总之, 高黎贡山地区不同海拔、生境、季节间和季节内蝴蝶群落组成有自身特点, 共存物种有限, 蝴蝶群落相似性低。综合评估分布于该地区的蝴蝶保护种类, 包括易危种17种、近危种50种, 有国家二级保护蝴蝶3种。本研究弄清了高黎贡山地区蝴蝶的物种本底, 并调查获得其多样性随海拔、生境和季节变化的模式, 为加强区域物种多样性监测、保护生物多样性提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Similarity in parasite community composition often decreases with both increasing geographic distance and environmental dissimilarity between localities, though it is unknown whether similarity in local abundance of selected parasite species follows similar rules. We tested this using data on metazoan parasites in 126 stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) populations, with locations from Eurasia, eastern North America, and western North America treated separately. Similarity values were regressed against pairwise distances between localities; after correcting for distance, the effect of environmental dissimilarity was assessed by splitting similarity values into those between pairs of localities with either similar, moderately different or very different salinity (freshwater, marine or brackish). For selected parasite species, pairwise similarity in abundance (mean no. parasites per host) were computed across all localities, and treated as above. Similarity in parasite community composition decreased with increasing distance between localities in all three geographic regions. A significant effect of environmental difference was found in all regions: for a given distance between two sites, their parasite communities were more similar if they were of the same salinity. Slopes for distance decay in similarity were consistently higher for eastern North America than for Eurasia. Among the 12 parasite species for which sufficient data were available, only 4 showed the expected relationship, i.e. the greater the geographical separation between host populations, the greater the difference in parasite abundance; also, significant effects of environmental differences in salinity were only found for 3 of these species. Our findings show that parasite communities of sticklebacks are structured by geographical distance and local salinity conditions. The results indicate that strong effects at the community level do not translate into corresponding effects at the population level, suggesting that parasite dispersal and population dynamics are controlled by different processes.  相似文献

The analyses of the ectoparasite species associated with a small mammal community on Ilha Grande, a coastal island in southern of the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, evaluated the level of host-ectoparasite specificity. Was used the Jaccard index for qualitative data to analyse the similarity. The lowest value of similarity occurred between Proechimys iheringi and Marmosops incanus and between Sciurus aestuans and Nectomys squamipes (Cj=0.08) and the highest between P. iheringi and Oxymycterus sp. (Cj=0.33). This index showed a low value of similarity across the ectoparasite community. The only exception from this pattern of high host specificity occurred with P. iheringi and Oxymycterus sp., which shared five species of ectoparasites. The similarity values, for most of the cases, is smaller than 0.2.  相似文献
