研究了刈割时间和频率对牧草产量和品质的影响,结果表明:刈割间隔时间的延长使牧草的茎/叶比值和粗纤维含量显著增加,粗蛋白、粗灰分、P、K等的含量显著下降,其中K下降的幅度最大,其次是粗灰分、粗蛋白和P等.刈割时间对粗脂肪、Ca、Mg的含量影响不大,没有统计学上的差异.适宜的刈割频率可提高牧草的产量和质量,隔50-55d收割1次,可使牧草的产量和质量均维持较高的水平,隔57d割1次,牧草的蛋白质含量略有下降,而粗纤维含量却有不同程度的上升.  相似文献

为确定呼伦贝尔草原高效生产和可持续利用的最佳刈割制度,于2019—2021年在呼伦贝尔草原开展刈割时间(7月31日、8月10日、8月20日、8月30日、9月9日)、留茬高度(3、9、15 cm)及两者交互作用对草原群落特征、牧草产量和品质影响的研究。结果表明: 较晚时间刈割和低留茬刈割会降低翌年群落高度和盖度;低留茬刈割降低翌年地上部分生物量,但刈割时间对其影响不显著。禾草、莎草相对生物量随刈割时间的延迟表现出先增加后减少的趋势,杂类草则与之相反,而豆科植物无明显变化。低留茬刈割在当年能够获得高的干草产量,但翌年的干草产量显著下降;8月30日,留茬3 cm刈割时干草产量达到最高值(469 g·m-2),高于最低值361.5%。牧草品质中粗蛋白含量在8月30日刈割时亦达到峰值,高于最低值约6.5%,且在高留茬刈割下含量更高;酸、中性洗涤纤维含量随刈割时间延迟逐渐升高,9月9日刈割高于7月31日8.0%、5.9%,并且随留茬高度增加而降低。呼伦贝尔草原刈割制度设置为留茬高度9 cm左右、8月20—30日刈割为最佳,但需更长期的刈割试验观测才能得到更可靠、更客观的结论。  相似文献

通过对青海海北高寒矮嵩草(Kobresia humilis)草甸进行为期3年的野外控制试验, 研究了刈割(留茬1 cm、3 cm及不刈割)、施肥(2.5 g·m-2尿素+ 0.6 g·m-2磷酸二胺、不施肥)和浇水(20.1 kg·m-2、不浇水)处理对矮嵩草补偿生长(包括分株密度、株高和分株地上生物量)的影响, 及其比叶面积、叶片净光合速率和相对增长率的变化, 探讨矮嵩草补偿生长的机制。研究结果表明: 刈割后, 矮嵩草的补偿生长高度和比叶面积显著降低; 分株密度有增加的趋势, 但会随刈割强度的增加而下降; 株高和生物量的相对增长率随刈割强度的增加而呈上升趋势; 补偿地上生物量在重度刈割处理下最高。施肥能显著增加矮嵩草的补偿高度、分株密度、补偿地上生物量、株高相对增长率、生物量相对增长率、比叶面积和净光合速率; 与不浇水处理相比, 浇水处理对重度刈割处理下的分株地上生物量、密度相对增长率、比叶面积和净光合速率无影响, 而显著降低了中度刈割处理下的补偿高度和株高相对增长率, 提高了不刈割处理下的分株密度和重度刈割处理下的生物量相对增长率。刈割、施肥和浇水处理的交互作用也显示出刈割与施肥对矮嵩草补偿生长具有拮抗效应, 而刈割与浇水具有协同效应。上述结果说明, 矮嵩草在刈割后可通过增加分株密度和相对增长率等途径来提高补偿能力, 弥补在生长高度上出现的低补偿, 而施肥可显著抵消刈割的不利影响, 提高矮嵩草的补偿能力。  相似文献

植物的补偿生长特性受放牧强度和生境资源获得性的影响。通过为期2年的野外控制实验,研究了刈割高度(留茬1cm、3cm及不刈割)、施肥(施、不施)和浇水(浇、不浇)处理对垂穗披碱草(Elymus natans)补偿生长的影响,并结合对各处理分株密度、比叶面积、净光合速率和相对生长率的变化研究,探讨了其补偿生长机制。结果表明:刈割后垂穗披碱草分株种群密度显著增加,补偿生长高度显著降低,比叶面积和相对生长率随刈割强度增加而呈上升趋势,叶片净光合速率变化不显著;施肥能显著增加垂穗披碱草的补偿生长高度、比叶面积、叶片净光合速率和相对生长率;浇水处理以及刈割、浇水、施肥处理之间的交互作用均不显著。可见,在刈割条件下,垂穗披碱草具有一定的密度补偿机制,但由于刈割抑制补偿性高生长,导致分株高度出现低补偿。因此,即使刈割后比叶面积和株高相对生长率显著增加,也不一定必然引起株高的超补偿;但施肥可显著提高垂穗披碱草的补偿能力,增加耐牧性,证实了改进后的限制资源模型的预测。  相似文献

通过1996年大田试验研究了黄土高原半干旱区春小麦苗期(三叶-心期)受到不同强度刈割伤害(模拟动物的采食)后的补偿作用,结果,在大田试验条件下,受轻度刈割(刈割一半叶面积,H0,H1),春小麦的补偿效应大于受重度刈割(刈割全部叶面积T0,T1)春小麦的补偿效应,且都低于未受刈割处理(对照,CK0,CK1),即CK0>H0>T0;CK1>H1>T1,刈割处理后,灌溉一次水(CK1,H1,T1)虽可增强其补偿能力,促进小麦的生长,但仍为低补偿。  相似文献

对刈割处理下高寒矮嵩草草甸建群种矮嵩草(Kobresia humilis)构件等级中基株、分株和分蘖3个层次构件单元的数量、生物量及其变异系数的变化进行了研究。结果表明.矮嵩草株丛刈割部分和未刈割部分被测性状在处理间的差异显著性以及作构件等级间变异系数的大小均为分蘖层次〉分株层次〉基株层次。刈割后相同时期内,分蘖层次对相同处理的反应发叶生得最快,基株则最为迟缓。这说明在刈割后的相同时期内,构件等级中较外层次(分蘖层次)会发生更大的表型变异.对相同强度的刈割扰动发生反应也最快。由此证实矮嵩草在刈割条件下也同样会发生等级性反应。  相似文献

盆栽实验研究了春小麦在苗期(三叶期)受到不同强度刈割伤害(模拟动物的采食)后的补偿作用。结果表明,在保持田间持水量60%和90%两种水分梯度下,春小麦苗期的刈割伤害均可刺激生长,出现生物产量和经济产量的超越补偿,而且受到重度刈割伤害春小麦(E、F)的补偿作用大于受到轻度刈割伤害春小麦(B、D)的补偿作用。这一超越补偿作用是以耗费较多的水分为基础的。  相似文献

采用7种播种方式(3种单播和4种混播)和3种刈割留茬高度裂区试验,测定了青藏高原高寒地区人工建植3年的垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)和羊茅(Festuca ovina)草地地上生物量、物种丰富度以及杂草生物量,以分析刈割对青藏高原人工草地初级生产力和物种丰富度的影响。结果显示:(1)在草地建植第2年,不刈割与刈割留茬60和20 mm的草地初级生产力均有显著差异;留茬60和20 mm刈割使单播草地的平均初级生产力分别降低20%和27%,使混播草地的平均初级生产力分别降低29%和37%。(2)草地建植第3年,不刈割、留茬60和20 mm 3个处理间的草地生产力均差异极显著;留茬60和20 mm刈割使单播草地的平均生产力分别降低19%和36%,使混播草地的平均生产力分别降低4%和18%。研究表明,刈割显著降低了人工草地的初级生产力,同时显著增加了垂穗披碱草单播草地的物种丰富度和杂草生物量以及3种牧草混播草地物种丰富度,其他播种草地的物种丰富度和杂草生物量与不刈割草地均无显著差异。  相似文献

在草原生态系统中,土壤是植物生长发育最重要的基质,对植物群落动态有显著的影响。刈割是内蒙古典型草原区除放牧外最重要的利用方式。研究不同刈割频度对典型草原区群落特征和若干土壤性质的影响及土壤因子与群落特征的相关性,旨在得出对群落多样性最有利并最适宜生产利用的刈割频度。研究区设置在内蒙古锡林浩特市东部以大针茅建群的典型草原;在2009—2013年进行不同频度的刈割处理,共设置处理,一年两次刈割、一年一次刈割、两年一次(割一年休一年)刈割、围封,在2013年8月采集测定土壤养分的样品。刈割对群落多样性影响显著,割一年休一年Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数、丰富度指数均高于其他刈割处理(P0.05);不同频度刈割下,一年两次刈割处理下土壤20—30cm和30—40cm的有机质含量显著高于其他处理(P0.05);不同频度刈割处理下土壤中的速效磷和速效氮的含量没有显著差异;一年两次处理的土壤全氮含量显著高于其他处理(P0.05)。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与有机质含量、全氮含量呈显著负相关;Pielou均匀度指数与土壤元素间无显著相关关系;Richness指数与有机质含量呈显著负相关,与全氮含量为极显著负相关关系。割一年休一年刈割处理下土壤元素含量呈现更好的状态,结合群落物种多样性及生产利用的角度,割一年休一年为最合理的刈割频度。  相似文献

Plant functional traits capture important variation in plant strategy and function. Recent literature has revealed that within-species variation in traits is greater than previously supposed. However, we still have a poor understanding of how intraspecific variation is coordinated among different traits, and how it is driven by environment. We quantified intraspecific variation in wood density and five leaf traits underpinning the leaf economics spectrum (leaf dry matter content, leaf mass per unit area, size, thickness and density) within and among four widespread Nothofagus tree species in southern New Zealand. We tested whether intraspecific relationships between wood density and leaf traits followed widely reported interspecific relationships, and whether variation in these traits was coordinated through shared responses to environmental factors. Sample sites varied widely in environmental variables, including soil fertility (25–900 mg kg–1 total P), precipitation (668–4875 mm yr–1), temperature (5.2–12.4 °C mean annual temperature) and latitude (41–46 °S). Leaf traits were strongly correlated with one another within species, but not with wood density. There was some evidence for a positive relationship between wood density and leaf tissue density and dry matter content, but no evidence that leaf mass or leaf size were correlated with wood density; this highlights that leaf mass per unit area cannot be used as a surrogate for component leaf traits such as tissue density. Trait variation was predicted by environmental factors, but not consistently among different traits; e.g., only leaf thickness and leaf density responded to the same environmental cues as wood density. We conclude that although intraspecific variation in wood density and leaf traits is strongly driven by environmental factors, these responses are not strongly coordinated among functional traits even across co-occurring, closely-related plant species.  相似文献

为明确重齿当归(Angelica biserrata)数量性状的分布规律,对6份种质资源的14个数量性状指标进行测定与分析。结果表明,6份种质资源的8个数量性状存在显著差异,在6个数量性状的差异不显著。14个数量性状的变异系数为6.47%~33.34%,最大的是叶面积,最小的是复叶回数。复叶回数不符合正态分布,叶序数近似于正态分布,其余数量性状均符合正态分布。叶宽、叶长、叶面积、叶周长间呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.568~0.925,其余数量性状间的相关系数均低于0.560;主成分分析表明,10个数量性状在2个以上主成分中起主要决定作用。概率分级结果表明,去除复叶回数、叶周长、叶面积、叶长、叶序数等5个数量性状,8个数量性状被分为5个连续分布的分级,1个数量性状被分为3个连续分布的分级。  相似文献

A detailed morphological study of three prairie grass cultivars(Bromus willdenowii Kunth) was conducted under ‘vegetative’and ‘reproductive’ growth conditions (short andlong photoperiods) and at different temperatures. Perennialryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) and Westerwolds ryegrass (Loliummuhiflorum Lam.) were compared during vegetative growth. Prairie grass had higher leaf appearance rates (leaves per tillerper day) and lower site filling (tillers per tiller per leafappearance interval) than the ryegrass species. Tillering rates(tillers per tiller per day) were also lower, except under vegetativeconditions at 4C. Low tiller number in prairie grass was notdue to lack of tiller sites but a result of poor filling ofthese sites. Lower site filling occurred because of increaseddelays in appearance of the youngest axillary tiller and lackof axillary tillers emerging from basal tiller buds. In prairiegrass, no tillers came from coleoptile buds while only occasionallydid prophyll buds develop tillers. Low tiller number in prairiegrass was compensated for by greater tiller weight. Prairiegrass had more live leaves per tiller, greater area per leafand a high leaf area per plant. Considerable variation between cultivars was found in prairiegrass. The prediction of tillering is poor or absent in existing sorghum crop models even though fertile tillers contribute significantly to grain yield. The objective of this study was to identify general quantitative relationships underpinning tiller dynamics of sorghum for a broad range of assimilate availabilities. Emergence, phenology, leaf area development and fertility of individual main culms and tillers were quantified weekly in plants grown at one of four plant densities ranging from two to 16 plants m(-2). On any given day, a tiller was considered potentially fertile (a posteriori) if its number of leaves continued to increase thereafter. The dynamics of potentially fertile tiller number per plant varied greatly with plant density, but could generally be described by three determinants, stable across plant densities: tiller emergence rate aligned with leaf ligule appearance rate; cessation of tiller emergence occurred at a stable leaf area index; and rate of decrease in potentially fertile tillers was linearly related to the ratio of realized to potential leaf area growth. Realized leaf area growth is the measured increase in leaf area, whereas potential leaf area growth is the estimated increase in leaf area if all potentially fertile tillers were to continue to develop. Procedures to predict this ratio, by estimating realized leaf area per plant from intercepted radiation and potential leaf area per plant from the number and type of developing axes, are presented. While it is suitable for modelling tiller dynamics in grain sorghum, this general framework needs to be validated by testing it in different environments and for other cultivars.  相似文献

The effects of nitrogen supply and cutting regime on the morphologicalcharacteristics (leaf appearance and expansion rates, leaf growthduration, leaf lifespan) of a cocksfoot sward were studied overthree growing seasons to gain a better understanding of thechanges in tiller characteristics (length and age of laminae,number of leaves per tiller) over time and in different seasons.We show that, for a given regrowth, the lamina expansion rateat the tiller level depended on herbage nitrogen status, butthe time course of its components differed according to nitrogensupply. When nitrogen was supplied, leaf appearance was fasterbut also decreased faster. In other words, the length of successivelaminae increased faster when nitrogen was supplied. The samewas true for the growth duration of the laminae and their lifespan.These changes resulted from the length of the sheaths from whichthe successive laminae emerged. As nitrogen increased cell number,it changed the ratio of lamina lengthn+1/sheath lengthnmorethan the ratio lamina lengthn/sheath lengthnat the same insertionlevel. Therefore sheath length increased faster and leaf appearancedecreased faster when nitrogen was supplied. This finding helpsto explain the effects of different heights and frequenciesof cutting in terms of their effects on sheath length. Simulated swards of Lolium perenne cv. S.23 growing in the fieldwere shaded at various stages of regrowth during August andSeptember, when insolation was most likely to be limiting. Reductionof ambient illumination to 50 per cent for periods up to 24days had little effect on the current production of herbage(mainly leaf blade), which progressed at the expense of rootand stubble growth. After defoliation, however, previously shadedswards transferred to full light regrew relatively slowly. Leafarea and leaf extension were increased by shading, but leafappearance rates were only slightly affected. Shading decreasedtiller densi ties, and hence stubble yields, but did not affectmean tiller weights. The dangers of relating herbage yield tocurrent rates of insolation and photosynthesis, and the relevanceof these findings to other grass varieties are discussed.  相似文献

Effects of time of initial cut and subsequent cutting interval(1, 2 or 4 weeks) were examined in a glasshouse during summer1988 for reproductive plants of three prairie grass cultivars(Bromus willdenowii Kunth), Westerwolds ryegrass (Lolium multiflorumLam.) and perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.). Measurementswere made of tiller and leaf numbers, sites of tillering, reproductivedevelopment, and herbage quality and yields. Effect of timeof initial cutting on regrowth appeared to be independent ofstage of reproductive development and unrelated to any of themeasured plant parameters. Characteristics for each cultivaras identified during undisturbed growth prior to the initialcuts, were modified by the subsequent cutting frequencies. Perennial ryegrass had the highest yields under frequent cuttingwith high herbage quality. Westenwolds ryegrass and the prairiegrass cultivars ‘Grasslands Matua’ and ‘Primabel’had the highest yields with infrequent cutting, but lower herbagequality than in perennial ryegrass. At each cut, tiller deathin prairie grass was determined by the number of reproductivetillers, and in the ryegrasses also by the numbers of elongatedvegetative tillers. Recovery of tiller numbers was rapid andprimarily from inhibited tiller buds at the base of reproductivetillers. In prairie grass, tiller numbers were relatively unaffectedby cutting frequency, but at frequent cutting, many axillarytillers originated from vegetative tillers rather than frominhibited tiller buds at the base of reproductive tillers.
