应用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察了红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren、热带火蚁Solenopsis geminata Fabricius和黑头酸臭蚁Tapinoma melanocephalum Fabricius的上颚类型及形态特征。头宽和上颚长度测量结果表明:两种火蚁的头宽和上颚大小具有连续性特征,黑头酸臭蚁工蚁仅1个类型,3种蚂蚁中黑头酸臭蚁的上颚最小,其前端具4个锋利切齿叶,后部有一排小而钝的臼齿叶,上颚内缘较光滑。在形态上,红火蚁的大、中、小型工蚁与热带火蚁工蚁的上颚区别不大,表面纹理光滑,都具4个锋利小齿,上颚内缘也比较光滑;热带火蚁兵蚁上颚仅3个小齿且较钝,其上颚内缘凹面比两种火蚁工蚁的深且纹理粗糙,推测红火蚁工蚁不仅用于筑巢,还用于防御,而热带火蚁兵蚁的强壮上颚可能主要用于磨碎食物,而非保卫蚁巢。  相似文献

水稻品种抗性对褐飞虱和白背飞虱种群动态的影响   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
用TN1、N22、AsD7和Ptb33等4个抗虫性差异明显的水稻品种测定了褐飞虱和白背飞虱在它们上面的栖息率、落卵量、卵存活率、若虫存活和发育状况,以及后代种群数量表现。结果表明,Ptb33通过减少2种飞虱的栖息率、落卵量,降低卵和若虫存活率,延长若虫的发育时间,抑制后代的种群数量增长,表现出明显的抗性。N22对白背飞虱、AsD7对褐飞虱的后代种群建立与发展均表现明显的抑制作用。2种飞虱在TN1上  相似文献

In this study, we examined the oviposition behavior and preference of Spalgis epius, a potential predator of mealybug crop pests. An ethogram of oviposition behavior was constructed based on observations made in an oviposition cage. Ovipositional behavioral acts were catalogued and separated into two behavioral repertoires: searching and egg laying. Gravid females of S. epius oviposited similar numbers of eggs on three mealybug species. Females preferred eggs and adults to nymphs of mealybugs for oviposition. Among three species of mealybugs attended by ants, females laid fewer eggs in the mealybug mass attended by Oecophylla smaragdina than on mealybugs attended by Tapinoma melanocephalum and Camponotus variegatus. Females preferred mealybug masses already containing conspecific eggs to mealybug masses containing conspecific larvae or Cryptolaemus montrouzieri larvae for egg deposition. Gravid females laid larger numbers of eggs under bright sunlight than in diffused sunlight or shade. The results of this study showed that S. epius can effectively attack any species of mealybugs, avoid intra- and interspecific competition, and co-exist with some species of ants attending mealybugs. With the knowledge of these behaviors, this predator can be effectively utilized as a major biological control agent of mealybugs.  相似文献

近年来,大气CO2浓度升高等全球气候变化和转Bt作物非靶标害虫抗虫性等问题备受关注.大气CO2浓度升高直接或间接地影响植食性昆虫,而迄今为止有关大气CO2浓度升高对刺吸式昆虫(同时也是转Bt作物的非靶标害虫)的影响结论不一,且对其刺吸取食行为的影响研究少有报道.本研究利用智能人工气候箱设置CO2浓度,研究大气CO2浓度倍增(800 μL·L-1)对转Bt水稻的非靶标害虫褐飞虱取食行为及其生长发育和繁殖等的影响.结果表明: 大气CO2浓度倍增对褐飞虱卵和若虫历期、成虫体质量和寿命,以及4龄和5龄若虫的刺吸取食行为等都具有显著影响,但对其繁殖力影响不显著.与对照CO2浓度(400 μL·L-1)相比,倍增CO2浓度处理下褐飞虱的卵和若虫历期及雌成虫寿命分别显著缩短了4.0%、4.2%和6.6%;长翅型成虫比例显著增加了11.6%;初羽化成虫体质量降低,且雌成虫体质量显著降低了2.2%;此外,倍增CO2浓度处理下褐飞虱4龄和5龄若虫口针的刺探效率都显著增加;其中,N4b波的持续时间分别显著延长了60.0%和50.1%,频次分别显著增加了230.0%和155.9%.可见,CO2浓度倍增可通过提高褐飞虱的刺吸取食而促进其生长发育,并缩短其世代历期、提高长翅成虫比例,最终导致大气CO2浓度升高下转Bt水稻的非靶标害虫褐飞虱发生危害严重,并面临其迁飞扩散为害加重的风险.  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在分析红火蚁Solenopsis invicta毒腺细菌群落多样性,并与热带火蚁Solenopsis geminata和聚纹双刺猛蚁Diacamma rugosum比较毒腺细菌群落差异。【方法】采用Illumine Hiseq 2500测序平台对红火蚁(工蚁、有翅蚁和蚁后)、热带火蚁(工蚁)及聚纹双刺猛蚁(工蚁)毒腺细菌群落16S rRNA基因V3-V4区测序,基于测序数据进行生物信息学分析。【结果】变形菌门(Proteobacteria)在红火蚁工蚁、有翅蚁和蚁后以及热带火蚁工蚁毒腺中占优势,而厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)在聚纹双刺猛蚁工蚁毒腺中占优势。与红火蚁工蚁和有翅蚁相比,柔壁菌门(Tenericutes)在红火蚁蚁后毒腺中更丰富。广州红火蚁蚁后毒腺中假单胞杆菌Pseudomonas相对丰度显著高于其在有翅蚁及工蚁中的。螺原体Spiroplasma相对丰度在热带火蚁毒腺中显著高于在聚纹双刺猛蚁工蚁毒腺中的。毒腺中细菌多样性分析发现,芽孢杆菌属Bacillus和乳酸杆菌属Lactobacillus在广西红火蚁工蚁中的相对丰度显著高于在广州红火蚁工蚁中的。然而,乳酸杆菌属细菌在聚纹双刺猛蚁工蚁毒腺中的相对丰度显著高于广西的热带火蚁工蚁毒腺中的。【结论】毒腺细菌组成和多样性在3种不同种类蚂蚁工蚁和红火蚁不同品级中存在差异。  相似文献

Ants known for attacking and killing hatchling birds and reptiles include the red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta Buren), tropical fire ant [Solenopsis geminata (Fabr.)], and little fire ant [Wasmannia auropunctata (Roger)]. We tested whether sea turtle nest placement influenced exposure to predaceous ants. In 2000 and 2001, we surveyed ants along a Florida beach where green turtles (Chelonia mydas L.), leatherbacks (Dermochelys coriacea Vandelli), and loggerheads (Caretta caretta L.) nest. Part of the beach was artificially replenished between our two surveys. As a result, mean beach width experienced by nesting turtles differed greatly between the two nesting seasons. We surveyed 1,548 sea turtle nests (2000: 909 nests; 2001: 639 nests) and found 22 ant species. S. invicta was by far the most common species (on 431 nests); S. geminata and W. auropunctata were uncommon (on 3 and 16 nests, respectively). In 2000, 62.5% of nests had ants present (35.9% with S. invicta), but in 2001, only 30.5% of the nests had ants present (16.4% with S. invicta). Turtle nests closer to dune vegetation had significantly greater exposure to ants. Differences in ant presence on turtle nests between years and among turtle species were closely related to differences in nest placement relative to dune vegetation. Beach replenishment significantly lowered exposure of nests to ants because on the wider beaches turtles nested farther from the dune vegetation. Selective pressures on nesting sea turtles are altered both by the presence of predaceous ants and the practice of beach replenishment.  相似文献

根据形态特征鉴定结果首次证实红火蚁SolenopsisinvictaBuren入侵中国大陆 ,并调查了广东省吴川市红火蚁发生为害情况。调查结果表明 ,发生区内部分地点红火蚁发生密度较高 ,主要发生于较稳定的生态环境中 ,如荒坡、草地、长满杂草的田埂等。红火蚁已对当地农业生产、人们的身体健康、日常生活等造成了不利影响。此外 ,Cytb基因序列分析结果表明 ,采自美国佛罗里达和广东吴川的红火蚁与采自广东 4个地方的热带火蚁S .geminata (Fabr.)两物种间有 61个变异位点 ,种内变异为 0。限制性酶切多态实验 (RFLP)的结果显示 ,BamHI酶在红火蚁的特异扩增片段中有一个识别位点 ,而在热带火蚁中无酶切位点 ;MspI酶在热带火蚁的扩增片段中也有一个识别位点 ,而在红火蚁中无识别位点。有酶切位点的扩增产物在酶切后分别获得近 2 0 0bp与 2 5 0bp的片段各一带。因此 ,用PCR RFLP的方法可以简单快速地鉴别红火蚁和热带火蚁。  相似文献

红火蚁与两种本地蚂蚁间的干扰竞争   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为了探讨重大入侵生物红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren与本地蚂蚁的竞争机制以及红火蚁成功入侵的机理, 本研究以红火蚁和2种本地蚂蚁黑头酸臭蚁Tapinoma melanocephalum (Fabricius)及亮红大头蚁Pheidole fervida Smith为材料, 室内测定了红火蚁分别与黑头酸臭蚁、亮红大头蚁之间在个体水平和种群水平上的攻击性和攻击强度。一对一攻击试验结果表明:红火蚁和黑头酸臭蚁之间攻击级别多集中在Ⅲ级, 即竞争优势明显的红火蚁对黑头酸臭蚁缺乏激烈的攻击, 只是在相互攻击时多摆出威胁姿势; 红火蚁与亮红大头蚁之间攻击性较强, 尤其是红火蚁中型和小型工蚁与亮红大头蚁兵蚁之间的攻击性(3.35和3.30)显著强于红火蚁大型工蚁与亮红大头蚁兵蚁的攻击性(2.70)。群体攻击试验结果表明:与黑头酸臭蚁群体攻击的红火蚁各处理组合中, 无死亡红火蚁出现, 而黑头酸臭蚁死亡率为31.80%; 而与亮红大头蚁群体攻击中, 红火蚁死亡率为0.20%~12.00%, 而亮红大头蚁平均死亡率为49.91%。可见, 红火蚁的群体攻击能力强于黑头酸臭蚁和亮红大头蚁, 其中红火蚁与亮红大头蚁间的相互攻击程度激烈, 死亡率较高, 而与黑头酸臭蚁间的攻击程度较弱, 可能由于黑头酸臭蚁化学防御对本身起到一定的保护作用, 这为进一步加强红火蚁发生区本地蚂蚁优势种--黑头酸臭蚁的保护利用提供理论基础。  相似文献

【目的】植食性刺吸式口器昆虫的唾液蛋白参与调控植物抗虫防御反应,影响其对寄主植物的适应性。本研究旨在通过克隆褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens重要唾液蛋白基因Nl15,调查其时空表达模式,明确其在褐飞虱致害性中的作用。【方法】基于褐飞虱IR56种群转录组数据,用RT-PCR克隆褐飞虱基因Nl15 cDNA序列,并进行生物信息学分析。利用qPCR检测其在褐飞虱TN1和IR56种群不同发育阶段(卵、1-5龄若虫和雌雄成虫)和雌成虫不同组织(头、胸、腹和足)中的表达模式。通过显微注射dsRNA对褐飞虱TN1和IR56种群的4龄若虫进行Nl15的RNAi,利用qPCR检测Nl15 RNAi后褐飞虱若虫中Nl15的相对表达量以及Nl15 RNAi后褐飞虱若虫取食3 d时水稻植株中防御相关基因(OsLecRK4, OsMPK10, OsWRKY24, OsLox, OsNPR1和OsGns5)的相对表达量,并生物测定Nl15 RNAi后褐飞虱的存活率以及成虫蜜露量和体质量增量。【结果】克隆了褐飞虱Nl15 cDNA序列(GenBank登录号:OK181113),其开放阅读框长1 008 bp;预测编码335个氨基酸,理论等电点为7.54,分子量为38.7 kD,含有23个氨基酸的信号肽序列和一个糖基化修饰位点,不存在跨膜结构域和其他已知的功能域;Nl15与灰飞虱Laodelphax striatellus同源蛋白氨基酸序列一致性为45%。发育表达谱结果表明,Nl15在褐飞虱各个发育阶段均表达,在3-4龄若虫中的表达量最高;组织表达谱结果表明,Nl15在褐飞虱雌成虫头部中的表达量最高,且在IR56种群头部中的表达量高于在TN1种群头部中的。RNAi实验结果表明,与注射dsGFP的对照组相比,注射dsNl15的处理组中Nl15的表达量显著降低了89.5%,褐飞虱的存活率以及成虫蜜露量和体质量增量均显著降低,上述6个水稻防御相关基因的表达量显著上调。【结论】褐飞虱IR56种群中的Nl15参与褐飞虱与水稻的防御与反防御分子互作。本研究为进一步阐述褐飞虱克服抗虫基因的机制及揭示昆虫与植物互作的分子网络提供了思路。  相似文献

为了解迁飞种群与居留种群后代发生再猖獗的生理生化差异,探讨再猖獗的机制,比较研究了在两个水稻品种(TN1和协优963)上施用杀虫剂后褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (Stål)迁飞虫和本地虫后代3龄、5龄若虫和成虫体内可溶性糖和粗脂肪含量以及迁飞成虫与其后代成虫体内游离氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明: 施药以及未施药处理(对照)TN1水稻品种上的迁飞后代3龄、5龄若虫和成虫体内的可溶性糖含量均显著高于本地虫。与可溶性糖含量相比,施药以及对照TN1水稻品种上的迁飞后代3龄、5龄若虫和成虫体内的粗脂肪含量均显著低于本地虫。协优963上3龄、5龄若虫体内可溶性糖含量的变化趋势与TN1上相同。对照水稻上迁飞成虫的粗脂肪含量显著高于本地种群,迁飞与本地3龄、5龄若虫间粗脂肪含量没有显著差异。杀虫剂处理后的水稻上迁飞后代5龄若虫和成虫体内粗脂肪含量显著高于本地虫。方差分析结果也显示,可溶性糖和粗脂肪含量的变化在虫源和杀虫剂,虫源和杀虫剂浓度以及杀虫剂类型和浓度方面有显著交互作用。两种水稻品种上,迁飞当代成虫体内的游离氨基酸含量显著低于其后代成虫。在经3种杀虫剂处理后,TN1上施用三唑磷后成虫体内的氨基酸含量显著高于施用溴氰菊酯和吡虫啉的处理,而协优963上施用溴氰菊酯和吡虫啉显著高于施用三唑磷的处理。本研究结果对深入阐明农药诱导褐飞虱再猖獗的机制具有参考价值。  相似文献

Colony genetic structure was studied in natural populations of three fire ant taxa, Solenopsis richteri Forel, S. geminata (Fabr.), and hybrid S. invicta/richteri , using allozyme markers. All colonies studied exhibited arrays of female genotypes predicted under a model of monogyny (single functional queen) and monoandry (single insemination of queens). Males produced in the colonies appear to originate exclusively from the foundress queen, rather than from any virgin females present in the colonies. Thus these social insect colonies represent simple, albeit enormous, family groups. Single insemination and foundress parentage of males appear to be conserved reproductive traits in the subgenus Solenopsis , whereas another major determinant of colony genetic structure, the number of functional queens, is evolutionarily labile in this group.  相似文献

Eight laboratory-reared ant species were fed baits of house fly, Musca domestica L., pupae treated with hydramethylnon. Two fire ant species, Solenopsis invicta Buren and Solenopsis geminata (F.), and Pheidole morrissi (Forel) were killed; average percentage of mortality of the five other species was less than 20%. In contrast, all species that were fed the commercial fire ant bait containing hydramethylnon (Amdro) died or were adversely affected. In the field, applications of house fly pupae and eye gnat, Hippelates pusio Loew, pupae dipped in acetone solutions of fenoxycarb significantly reduced population indices of the red imported fire ant, S. invicta, compared with commercial formulations of fenoxycarb (Logic) and hydramethylnon (Amdro). Field observations showed that the pupae of either species can be carried or moved by one or two worker ants. The smooth, hard cuticle of the pupae make them easy to handle and apply with application equipment. The current cost of house fly pupae is considerably more than the cost of a granular carrier, pregel defatted corn grits. However, if mass-production methods reduce this price differential, fly pupae could become an effective and more species-specific fire ant bait carrier.  相似文献

The effect of nitrogen content in rice plants on the tolerance of brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens Stal to high temperature, starvation and insecticide, was studied in the laboratory at International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), Philippines. Survival of nymphs and adults, fecundity and egg hatchability were significantly increased by the increase of nitrogen content in host plants at 38℃. Moreover, the survival of nymphs,fecundity and egg hatchability were significantly higher in BPH populations on rice plants with a high nitrogen regimen than those on rice plants with a low nitrogen regimen.Meanwhile, the tolerance of female adults to starvation and nymphs to growth regulator buprofezin on rice plants with a high nitrogen regimen were slightly increased. This indicates that the tolerances of BPH to adverse environmental stresses were positively increased by the application of nitrogenous fertilizer. The outbreak potential of BPH induced by the excessive application of fertilizer in rice fields was also discussed.  相似文献

The longlegged ant, Anoplolepis gracilipes (Fr. Smith) (Hymenoptera: Formicidae), is a highly invasive species that can aggressively displace other ant species. We conducted laboratory assays to examine interspecies aggression of A. gracilipes versus 15 sympatric ant species found in the urban environment and disturbed habitat in Malaysia: Monomorium pharaonis (L.), Monomorium floricola (Jerdon), Monomorium orientale Mayr, Monomorium destructor (Jerdon), Pheidole parva Mayr, Crematogaster sp., Solenopsis geminata (F.), Tapinoma indicum (Forel), Tapinoma melanocephalum (F.), Technomyrmnex butteli Forel, Dolichoderus thoracicus (Smith), Paratrechina longicornis (Latrielle), Oecophylla smaragdina (F), Camponotus sp., and Tetraponera rufonigra (Jerdon). A. gracilipes showed aggressive behavior toward all opponent species, except the smallest M. orientale. Opponent species size (body size, head width, and mandible width) was significantly correlated with A. gracilipes aggression level and mortality rate. We also found a significant positive relationship between A. gracilipes aggression level and the mortality of the opponent species. The results suggest that invasive populations of A. gracilipes would have the greatest impact on larger ant species. In addition, we examined the intraspecific aggression of A. gracilipes. We found that A. gracilipes from different localities in Malaysia showed intraspecific aggression toward one another. This finding differs from the results of studies conducted in Christmas Island earlier. Differences in the genetic variability among populations may explain these differing results.  相似文献

【目的】建立褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens对常用杀虫剂抗性的快速检测技术,实时掌握田间褐飞虱种群的抗药性水平,以指导褐飞虱防控合理用药。【方法】基于玻璃瓶药膜法,研制褐飞虱3龄若虫对吡虫啉、啶虫脒、醚菊酯、毒死蜱和异丙威5种杀虫剂抗性的快速检测试剂盒;利用试剂盒测定的死亡率与稻苗浸渍法测得的抗性倍数进行相关性分析,并验证利用试剂盒快速测定褐飞虱田间种群对5种杀虫剂 抗性水平的准确性。【结果】处理1 h时吡虫啉、啶虫脒、醚菊酯、毒死蜱和异丙威对褐飞虱室内敏感种群3龄若虫的LD90分别为:30.96, 92.05, 117.24, 514.21和1.24 ng/cm2。在吡虫啉、啶虫脒、醚菊酯、毒死蜱和异丙威相应诊断剂量下,贵州省不同田间种群褐飞虱3龄若虫的校正死亡率分别在23.75%~78.75%, 25.00%~78.75%, 43.75%~88.75%, 36.25%~85.00%和18.75%~67.50%之间。相关性分析表明,上述田间种群褐飞虱3龄若虫的死亡率与稻苗浸渍法测定的抗性倍数呈显著负相关,相关系数在0.8751~0.9754之间。通过快速检测试剂盒获得的死亡率及相关性方程计算得到贵州安龙地区(AL)褐飞虱种群对吡虫啉、啶虫脒、醚菊酯、毒死蜱和异丙威的推测抗性倍数分别为7.23, 3.68, 4.14, 4.12和31.18,采用稻苗浸渍法测得上述5种杀虫剂的实测抗性倍数分别为6.33, 5.24, 3.71, 4.50和26.56,表明推测抗性倍数与实测的抗性倍数结果表现一致。【结论】该快速检测试剂盒可以通过测定褐飞虱田间种群的死亡率,快速评估褐飞虱田间种群对杀虫剂的抗性水平。  相似文献

重庆市秀山地区稻飞虱的发生主害种类为白背飞虱Sogatellafurcifera和褐飞虱Nilaparvatalugens,白背飞虱的危害重于褐飞虱 ;白背飞虱 1年发生 5~ 6代 ,以 4 ( 3)代为主害代 ,田间发生 2~ 3次若虫高峰 ,以第 2次为主害代峰、虫量最大 ;褐飞虱 1年发生 4~ 5代 ,以 5 ( 4 )代为主害代 ,田间发生 3~ 4次若虫高峰 ,以第 3次为主害代峰、虫量最大 ;( 3)稻飞虱重发年比例高 ,达 85 %以上 ;( 4 )白背飞虱呈逐年加重和主害期提前、褐飞虱呈逐年减轻和主害期推迟的趋势。其主要原因是 :特殊的槽谷地形、迁入虫量大、品种及栽培技术的变化、防治技术的提高和气候条件有利等。  相似文献

【目的】探明褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens过氧化物酶基因NlPOD1的分子特性、表达模式和生物学功能。【方法】基于褐飞虱转录组数据,利用PCR技术克隆获得NlPOD1基因全长cDNA序列;利用生物信息学手段分析其序列特征;通过qRT-PCR技术检测NlPOD1在褐飞虱不同发育时期(卵、1-5龄若虫和初羽化雌雄成虫)和5龄若虫不同组织(头部、脂肪体、血淋巴和肠道)中的表达水平,以及不同微生物(大肠杆菌Escherichia coli、金黄色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus和金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae)(1×107/mL)注射感染褐飞虱5龄若虫不同时间后的诱导表达模式;利用RNAi技术沉默褐飞虱 5 龄若虫NlPOD1基因,并通过生物测定分析NlPOD1基因沉默和接种金龟子绿僵菌(1×108/mL)后褐飞虱的存活率及致死中时(LT50)。【结果】获得褐飞虱NlPOD1全长 cDNA 序列(GenBank登录号: MZ682107),其开放阅读框长2 049 bp,编码682个氨基酸,含有一个典型的动物亚铁血红素过氧化物酶结构域(An_peroxidasedomain),且N端包含一段由29个氨基酸残基组成的信号肽。系统发育分析表明,NlPOD1与半翅目其他昆虫的POD亲缘关系较近,其中与茶翅蝽Halyomorpha halys POD亲缘关系最近。发育表达谱结果表明,NlPOD1在褐飞虱不同发育阶段均有表达,其中卵期表达量最低,5龄若虫中表达量最高;组织表达谱结果表明,NlPOD1在褐飞虱5龄若虫不同组织中均有表达,且肠道和血淋巴中的表达量显著高于头部和脂肪体中的;微生物诱导表达模式表明,与注射PBS的对照组相比,大肠杆菌诱导48 h内各时间点NlPOD1在褐飞虱5龄若虫中的表达量显著上调,而在金黄色葡萄球菌和金龟子绿僵菌诱导下,NlPOD1表达量均呈现先上调后回稳的态势。RNAi分析结果显示,显微注射dsNlPOD1可显著抑制NlPOD1的表达水平。通过RNAi抑制NlPOD1表达后褐飞虱5龄若虫存活率不变,但注射dsNlPOD1联合金龟子绿僵菌感染对褐飞虱5龄若虫的LT50(4.5 d)显著低于注射dsGFP联合金龟子绿僵菌感染的对照组的LT50(5.4 d),说明沉默NlPOD1后褐飞虱对金龟子绿僵菌侵染的抵御能力显著降低。【结论】NlPOD1在褐飞虱病原防御过程中发挥重要作用,可作为开发RNAi和病原真菌联合介导的褐飞虱防治技术中的一个潜在靶标。  相似文献

为了解褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens侵害后水稻抗性水平与根系吸收氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)的关系,对不同抗性水平的水稻受褐飞虱侵害后的平均受害水平、植株功能损失指数及水稻吸收水培液营养元素N,P,K情况进行了研究。结果表明:不同水稻品种(TN1、协优63、协优963和超级培矮64S/E32)接种褐飞虱后,TN1受害最严重,协优63和超级培矮64S/E32 次之;受害最轻的是协优963,30头/株侵害后植株功能损失指数仅为0.661。40,60和80头/株侵害水稻后根系对K吸收下降程度最显著,其次为P,最后为N;且随褐飞虱侵害时间的延长(6 d, 9 d)影响愈显著。60头/株侵害TN1、协优63、协优963和超级培矮64S/E32后9 d,根系对K吸收下降率分别为164.11%,74.61%,55.16%和46.60%。由此可见,随水稻品种抗性水平的下降,接种褐飞虱后,水稻根部对水培液营养元素吸收下降程度愈显著。本研究结果可对深入阐明不同抗性水平水稻抗(耐)虫机制与根系吸收能力关系提供参考。  相似文献
