Basing on the detrended corespendenee analysis (DCA) , twb-way indicative species analysis (TWINSPAN) and environmental interpretation mathematical models and warm temperate deciduous-broad leaf forest community samples collected from Dongling mountain in Beijing, primary vegetation types and ecological gradients, and their quantitative relations with environmental factors of the region were studied. The data from 26 climate stations in this region were used to get the multivarient regression for estimating the climate information of various warm temperate deciduous-broad leaf forest according to longitude, latitude and altitude of each sample plot. It is shown that the vegetation types of warm temperate deciduous-broad leaf forest and their distribution are mainly determined by the thermal and moisture ( include soil fertility) gradients. In moisture gradients, in mid-montane from drier to moisture there are Spiraea trilobata shrubland-Vitex negundo shrubland-Prunus sibirica shrubland -manmade Pinus tabulaeformis forest-Quercus liaotungensis forest -mixed deciduous-broad leaf forest- Betula dahurica forest; In subalpine from drier to moisture there are meadow-Caragana jubata shrubland-Betula costata forest. In thermal gradients, from warm to cold there are manmade Pinus tabulaeformis forest-Virex negundo shrubland–Quercus liaotungensis forest -Betula dahurica forest-mixed deciduous-broad leaf forest -Spiraea trilobata shrubland -Prunus siberica shrubland -manmade Larix princips forest-Betula platyphylla forest - B. costata forest-subalpine meadow -Caragana jubata shrubiand . Vegetation of Dongling mountain exists 4 polars anal 2 centers, 4 polars are subalpine Caragana jubata shrubland ( drier and cold habitat), mid-low montane Virex negundo shrubland (drier and warm habitat), subalpine B. costata forest (moisture and cold habitat) and mid-montane B. dahurica forest (moisture and warm). Two centers are Quercus liaotungensis forest and mixed deciduous-broad leaf forest (actuality) , and subalpine coniferous forest (the spruce and larch forest, is the potential center). The dominant and indicative plant species are Aconitum sinomontanurn (cold and moisture), Poa botryoides , Dendrantherna zavadskii, Aconiturn kusnezoffii and Carex rigescencs (cold and drier), Maianthemurn bi foliurn and Corylus rnandshurica (warm and moisture) Spiraea trilobata and Prunus siberica (warm and drier). And these species could be indication species for succession, its would indicate the state of pioneer communities. The Plant-geographic mathematical model of DCA axles (1 and 2) and environment factors (climate and soil) have been set up.  相似文献

喀斯特退化天坑地下森林主要分布在不同坡向的倒石坡上,探究环境过滤、竞争排斥和随机过程在天坑地下森林群落构建中的作用,有助于揭示天坑物种避难所价值,为天坑植物多样性的保护及坑外地表生态恢复提供科学的参考。以云南沾益深陷塘退化天坑为例,综合运用功能性状生态学和系统发育方法,研究不同坡向植物群落的土壤环境特征、功能性状变异、系统发育信号及系统发育多样性。研究表明:(1)不同坡向土壤环境差异较大,相对于南坡和北坡而言,东坡的土壤环境变异程度最大。(2)各坡向具有不同的优势种群,其中壳斗科植物种群多度较大,在北坡和东坡的黄背栎(Quercus pannosa)种群数量较大,在南坡则是青冈(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)多度最大。各优势物种功能性状在不同坡向存在差异,整体上变异程度中等,但南坡优势物种变异程度最大。(3)叶宽、长宽比、叶厚度、比叶面积具有较强且显著的系统发育信号(K>1,P<0.05),性状进化过程中受遗传因素影响较大;而叶长、叶面积、叶干重、叶干物质含量、最大树高系统发育信号弱(K<1),性状进化过程中受生境因素影响较大。(4)各坡向植物群落构建过程由生态位理论的环境过滤和竞争排斥作用主导,坡向从北坡-东坡-南坡的转变过程中,植物群落构建中环境过滤作用逐渐减小,竞争排斥作用逐渐增大。北坡可能较长时间内都是以旱生型植物为主要建群种,而南坡则可能最终演替成亚热带湿润气候型的顶极群落。  相似文献

Aims The community assembly has been a prominent issue in community ecology. This work was intended to explore the mechanisms of the species coexistence and biodiversity in communities. Our objective was to explore the mechanisms of community assembly in subalpine meadow plant communities along slope gradients in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, Northwest China.Methods We selected five slope-oriented plots to construct a super-tree representing the species pool. We surveyed the leaf functional traits and soil environmental factors in different slopes. Then we tested the phylogenetic signal of leaf dry matter content (LDMC), specific leaf area (SLA), leaf nitrogen content (LNC) and leaf phosphorus content (LPC).Important findings The changes of slope aspect had significant influence on soil water content (SWC) and soil nutrient content. Most of the plants leaf functional traits had significant difference along different slope aspects. The LDMC was higher in south and southwest slope than north slope, while SLA, LNC and LPC were relatively high in north and northwest slope. The LPC showed feeble phylogenetic signal, while LDMC, SLA, LNC did not have a significant phylogenetic signal. With changes in the slope aspect from south to north, community phylogenetic structure shifted from over-dispersion to clustered dispersion. In south and southwest slope, habitat filtering was the driving force for community assembly. Interspecific competition was the main driving factor for community assembly in north and northwest slope aspects. But in west slope, two indices showed contrary consequence. This means the process of community assembly in west slope was more complicated and its phylogenetic index may be the result of several mechanisms working together.  相似文献

研究群落水平上的植物功能性状特征及其随环境梯度的变化规律,对认识不同环境梯度下植物群落的形成及其对环境的适应机制具有重要意义。以延河流域不同环境梯度下的稳定的自然植物群落为对象,测量了植物群落组成物种的叶厚度、比叶面积、叶组织密度、比根长、根组织密度、单位质量叶氮含量、单位质量根氮含量、种子质量、种子体积等9个性状,然后以物种重要值为基础加权平均得到各个性状在群落水平上的平均值(即群落性状值);以现有的环境因子栅格图为基础,利用ArcGIS提出各群落对应的环境因子值,同时测定各个群落的土壤水分,分析群落各性状值与环境因子的关系,并建立关系模型。结果表明:在群落水平上,9个植物功能性状分别与13个环境因子存在不同程度的相关性,同时这9个植物功能性状对8个环境因子梯度(土壤水分、年4-10月平均气温、年7-9月总降雨量、降雨季节变化、年平均降雨量、年平均蒸发量、坡度、坡向)的响应特征较好,不同植物功能性状间具有较好相关性。群落水平上植物功能性状及其组合随环境梯度的规律性变化,反映了延河流域植被群落构建过程中环境对功能性状的筛选效应。该研究结果对该区的植被恢复重建的物种选择及植被布局规划具有重要的实践意义。  相似文献

首次在DCCA排序的基础上使用排序轴分类法(OAC),将其发展为一个新的典范分类方法,并应用这种方法对山西关帝山八水沟的植物群落进行了数量分类,共划分出5类,效果较好。方差分析与多重比较表明,环境与群落结构因子在不同群落之间存在较为显著的差异,表明DCCA排序轴分类法能较好地反映群落与环境的变异。因为DCCA排序轴分类同时结合了植被因子与环境因子,所以它能较好地表达植物群落的环境梯度和结构梯度,反  相似文献

Question: What are the responses of epiphytic lichens to the intensity of management along a large environmental gradient in Mediterranean Quercus forests? Location: Central Spain. Methods: This study was carried out on 4590 trees located in 306 forest stands dominated by Quercus faginea or Quercus ilex ssp. ballota. The effect of forest management and other predictor variables on several species diversity indicators were studied. Variables modelled were total species richness, cyanolichen richness and community composition. A large number of predictor variables were included: forest fragmentation (patch size, stand variability), climate and topographic (altitude, slope, sun radiation, annual rainfall and mean annual temperature) and intensity of management. General linear models and constrained ordination techniques were used to model community traits and species composition, respectively. Results: Total richness and especially cyanolichens richness were significantly and negatively affected by the intensity of management. Lichen composition was influenced by management intensity, climatic and topographic variables and stand variability. Conclusions: In Mediterranean forests, human activities related to forestry, agricultural and livestock use cause impoverishment of lichen communities, including the local disappearance of the most demanding species. The conservation of unmanaged forests with a dense canopy is crucial for lichen diversity.  相似文献

通过对中条山混沟地区森林植被调查资料的多元分析——TWINSPAN分类、CCA排序与环境解释,划分了该地区的植被类型,给出了植被与环境因子的定量关系。结果如下:1)40个样地可划分为青檀林(Form.Pteroceltis tatarinowii)、栾树林(Form. Koelreuteria paniculata)、槲栎林(Form. Quercus aliena)、栓皮栎林(Form. Quercus variabilis)、鹅耳枥+葛萝槭林(Form. Carpinus turczaninowii+Acer grosseri)、元宝槭+千金榆林(Form. Acer truncatum+Carpinus cordata)和辽东栎林(Form. Quercus liaotungensis)7种群落类型,体现了中条山地带性植被类型为暖温带落叶阔叶林的特点。2)群落类型的划分主要反映了CCA排序第一、二轴的环境梯度,CCA排序第一轴突出反映了海拔与土壤养分梯度,第二轴与土壤pH值、湿度指数和坡度显著相关。总体来说,海拔和土壤因子是影响混沟地区乔木物种分布分异的最主要环境因子。3)环境因子和空间因子解释了物种格局变化的46.14%,其中环境因子占30.79%,空间因子占8.48%,空间因子和环境因子交互作用解释的部分占6.87%。良好的环境解释反映了调查取样和环境因子选取的合理性,同时也体现了混沟地区植被的原始性。  相似文献

植物群落功能多样性对于维持生态系统功能具有十分重要的意义。该研究以青藏高原高寒草甸植物群落为研究对象,运用R软件程序包(FD、Vegan)与单因素方差分析法,分析高寒草甸不同坡向植物群落功能多样性的变化及其与环境因子的关系,以揭示微生境梯度上植物对环境的适应策略以及群落种间功能特征及生态系统内部结构和功能的变化机制。结果显示:(1)青藏高原高寒草甸的北坡和西北坡的物种丰富度、植物株高、比叶面积、叶片有机碳、叶片氮以及叶片磷显著高于其他坡向,且坡向间差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)在北坡到南坡的变化中,功能丰富度差异比较明显(P<0.05),株高、比叶面积、叶片有机碳、叶片氮及叶片磷等功能丰富度均呈递减趋势。(3)北坡的株高功能均匀度、西北坡比叶面积、叶片有机碳、叶片氮及叶片磷等功能均匀度均显著高于南坡,且多元性状功能均匀度在坡向间差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)北坡的比叶面积、叶片氮功能离散度及西北坡的株高、叶片有机碳、叶片磷等功能离散度均高于南坡,且坡向间差异显著(P<0.05)。(5)植物群落功能多样性与土壤含水量、土壤有机碳、土壤全氮、土壤全磷呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),与坡度、土壤pH、土温、照度呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。  相似文献

Topographic factors strongly affect the diversity of plants and local environmental conditions, yet little is known about their effects on the distribution of ectomycorrhizal fungi (EMF). By combining morphological and molecular identification methods, we investigated the relationship between EMF communities of Quercus liaotungensis and topographic factors along local slopes in the temperate oak forest on the Loess Plateau of northwest China. ITS-RFLP analysis revealed a high diversity of EMF taxa (135 taxa) associated with Q. liaotungensis along three local slopes. EMF communities among slope sites or slope positions, tended to share major common EMF species, which accounted for more than 80 % of the total EMF abundance, and showed a diverse distribution, which mainly related to rare species. Ordination analyses showed that EMF taxa distribution was significantly correlated with several environmental variables (slope site, slope position, slope gradient, and soil C:N). Topography-mediated changes of environmental conditions may be important determinants of the distribution of EMF taxa along local slopes (slope position and slope site) in the central Loess Plateau.  相似文献

Abstract. Climatic differences between three types of deciduous (Quercus pyrenaica) and three types of sclerophyllous (Quercus rotundifolia) Mediterranean forests in the Spanish Sistema Central were analyzed by means of Canonical Discriminant Analysis and Jancey's Discriminant Analysis, applied in successive steps to data from 252 meteorological stations. Climatic data included temperature and precipitation records as well as bioclimatic indices. Discriminant analysis was applied to broad-leaved sclerophyllous and deciduous forest communities sampled at each meteorological station using phytosociological methods. Annual and seasonal (summer, spring) water availability are the most important factor controlling the distribution of the two physiognomic forest types; southwestern associations of Quercus pyrenaica and Q. rotundifolia differ from their colder homologues by annual and monthly temperatures; western associations were separated from eastern ones in terms of annual and seasonal precipitation gradients. Discriminant analysis was a good technique to explore climatic gradients not shown by other general ordination or classification methods.  相似文献

河北小五台山国家级自然保护区森林群落与环境的关系   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
植物与环境之间的关系是一个复杂的演变过程,运用数量生态学方法探讨森林群落的物种组成、种群的生态特征、不同植物群落与环境之间的关系,有助于保护该区森林群落的稳定性和生物多样性。根据148个森林群落样方数据,选用双向指示种分析(TWINSPAN)和典范对应分析(CCA)方法,对河北小五台山国家级自然保护区森林群落进行分类和排序研究。结果表明:(1)TWINSPAN将该区的森林群落分为20个类型;(2)CCA排序结果较好地反映出群落分布格局与环境梯度的关系,各个森林群落类型在前两轴分异明显,在11个环境因子中,海拔、坡位、凋落层厚度、土壤导电率、土壤温度、土壤湿度、土壤厚度和干扰程度这8个环境因子对森林群落的分布起较大的作用,影响森林群落的分布格局,形成不同的植被类型。(3)乔木层优势种的CCA二维排序图所揭示的环境梯度与群落类型的分布有很大的相似性;t值双序图阐明了海拔、凋落层厚度、土壤温度、干扰程度等环境因子对森林群落乔木层优势种有着重要影响。采用TWINSPAN分类与CCA排序的方法,较好地解释了森林群落与环境因子的关系,为小五台山地区森林生态系统的科学管理和保护提供了理论依据,研究结果也为同类地区森林生态系统研究及保护提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

植物功能性状反映了植物对生长环境的响应和适应, 是连接植物与环境的桥梁, 研究植物功能性状特征及其随坡向的变化规律, 对认识不同微地形生境下植物群落空间格局形成及适应机制具有重要意义。本文以五大连池不同历史年代的8座火山共有树种色木槭(Acer mono)为研究对象, 测定了9类叶功能性状, 研究了植物叶功能性状在火山间及火山坡向间(阴坡-阳坡)的变化规律, 以期揭示生境对火山植物主要叶功能性状的影响, 以及阴阳坡植物生存策略的变化, 初步探讨了植物对环境的适应机制。结果表明: (1)坡向的变化是造成色木槭叶功能性状差异的重要原因; (2)火山间叶功能性状的差异反映了它们具有不同的资源环境, 色木槭生长主要受氮元素的限制; (3)南北坡向及火山间叶片厚度与叶面积均呈极显著的正相关关系, 叶片厚度与比叶面积在不同火山间均呈显著的正相关关系, 这与色木槭在火山土壤条件下的自我保护密切相关, 色木槭通过这些指标间的功能调节来适应环境的变化, 并形成最佳功能组合。五大连池不同历史年代火山的色木槭采用增加植物叶片叶干物质浓度、叶面积、叶片厚度、叶氮和叶磷浓度提高固碳能力, 通过降低比叶面积和氮磷比来适应干旱、土壤养分贫瘠的环境。  相似文献

森林群落的构建过程及其内在机制是生态学研究的热点问题。植物功能性状是指能够代表植物的生活史策略,反映植物对环境变化响应的一系列植物属性。通过植物功能性状的分布格局及其对环境因素的响应有助于推测群落的构建过程及其内在作用机制。以吉林蛟河21.12hm2温带针阔混交林样地为研究对象,采集并测量了样地内34种木本植物的6种不同的功能性状。以20m×20m的样方为研究单元,通过计算平均成对性状距离指数(mean pairwise trait distance;PW)和平均最近邻体性状距离指数(mean nearest neighbor trait distance;NN)来探讨群落中单个性状和综合性状的分布格局。同时结合地形因子采用回归分析探讨功能性状的分布格局对局域生境变化的响应。基于PW的结果显示:单个性状中除叶面积外,其余性状的分布格局均为聚集分布多于离散分布;基于NN的结果显示:除叶面积和最大树高外,其余性状的分布格局为聚集分布多于离散分布。此外,由6种单个性状组成的综合性状的分布格局同样为聚集分布多于离散分布。基于回归分析的结果显示:森林群落中功能性状的分布格局受到海拔、坡度和坡向等因素的显著影响,而凹凸度的影响则不显著。研究结果表明包括环境过滤和生物相互作用的非随机过程能够影响温带针阔混交林的群落构建过程,中性过程对该区域群落构建过程的影响不显著。  相似文献

以延河流域不同植被带的地带性植物群落为研究对象,对群落优势种和主要伴生种的6种叶片性状进行测定,分析这些性状及其关系随环境梯度的变化,以了解该区域植物对环境变化的适应策略.结果表明: 植物比叶面积(SLA)与叶组织密度(LTD)、叶片单位面积氮和磷含量均呈显著负相关,与单位质量叶片磷含量呈显著正相关;各性状间的尺度关系和生存对策在不同植被带不同,典型草原带和森林草原带植物LTD SLA的尺度依赖关系比森林带植物的强,而森林带植物叶片单位〖JP2〗面积N、P含量与SLA、LTD间的尺度关系较草原带更明显,植物对环境的适应策略发生了位移.在干旱贫瘠的草原带和森林草原带,植物以防御和抗胁迫策略为主,而在环境条件相对湿润、富养的森林带,植物以快速生长和资源优化配置策略为主.  相似文献

植物功能性状(plant functional trait)是近年来生态学研究的热点.其中叶功能性状(leaf functional trait)与植株生物量和植物对资源的获得、利用及利用效率的关系最为密切.研究了东灵山地区叶功能性状之间的关系、叶功能性状与地形因子的关系,并对不同群落叶功能性状进行了比较.通过Pearson相关分析发现,叶干物质含量(LDMC)与比叶面积(SLA)、叶氮浓度(LNC)、叶磷浓度(LPC)、叶钾浓度(LKC)负相关;叶大小与叶厚度正相关;SLA与 LNC、LPC、LKC正相关;LNC与LPC、LKC正相关;LPC与LKC正相关.通过灰色关联度分析发现,对叶大小、LNC、LKC来讲,海拔是各项地形因子中的首要影响因子;对LDMC、叶厚度来讲,坡度对其影响最大;对SLA、LPC来讲,坡位是其首要影响因子.依据乔木层的SLA和LDMC将5种群落分成3类,第一类是黑桦林和山杨林,第二类是辽东栎林,第三类是胡桃楸林和糠椴林.群落的分类情况符合该地带性植被优势度类型的分类情况,LDMC和SLA是最能体现群落间差异的叶功能性状.  相似文献

Aim Historical land use in eastern North America and much of Europe has created a mosaic of successional forest stands of widely varying age. An estimate of the rate of successional community development would allow the conservation value of individual stands to be assessed. We estimate the rate of herb community development in secondary forests in our region, and the extent to which physical gradients determine herb distributions. Location Second‐growth forest in the Appalachian Oak section of the Central Hardwoods Region, southeastern Ohio, USA. Methods Thirty‐five plots were surveyed in old (82–193 years) and young (35–40 years since pasture) deciduous forest stands and pine plantations. In each plot, herb species cover and environmental factors were measured. Results Herb community composition was clearly distinguishable between oak‐dominated upland sites and mixed mesophytic stands in moist ravines. In both community types, young stands were compositionally distinct from old stands. Species lacking obvious seed dispersal mechanisms were disproportionately uncommon in young stands, implying dispersal limitation in the process of recolonization. Among old stands, distributions of many species showed significant regressions on the environmental variables, whereas few showed significance in young stands. Species with weak dispersal tended to be more frequently linked to environmental gradients in old stands than in young stands. Main conclusions Early arriving forest species appear to assort rapidly along physical gradients, defining communities early in the successional trajectory. The re‐assembly of the full forest community continues over a longer period as individual species assort on environmental gradients at rates determined by their dispersal abilities. Thus, long‐established stands show more spatial variation than successional stands, and offer greater opportunities for conservation of the forest community.  相似文献

采用多元回归树(MRT)对秦岭山地天然次生林群落进行数量分类,采用典范对应分析(CCA)进行排序,分析了秦岭山地天然次生林群落物种多样性沿海拔梯度的变化规律。结果表明:(1) 275个样方共有种子植物195种,隶属61科128属。乔、灌、草3个层次物种多样性变化沿海拔梯度的变化趋势基本一致,呈单峰模型;(2)经交叉验证认为秦岭山地天然次生林群落可分为2类,Ⅰ冬瓜杨(Populus purdomii)+陇东海棠(Malus kansuensis)+蛇莓(Duchesnea indica)群落,Ⅱ锐齿槲栎(Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata)+黄栌(Cotinus coggygria)+茜草(Rubia cordifolia)群落;(3) CCA排序结果揭示了群落生境的分布范围,反映出生态轴的排序意义,较好地反映秦岭山地天然次生林群落与环境因子的关系,其结果表明,海拔、坡向、凋落层厚度和干扰情况4个变量对该地区次生林群落的分布有较大的影响。  相似文献

喀斯特退化天坑的负地形生境中阴坡和阳坡的局域环境具有显著差异,导致植物群落类型差异明显。本研究以云南沾益退化天坑深陷塘为例,探究退化天坑阴坡与阳坡壳斗科植物功能性状特征,有助于揭示天坑的物种多样性保护库价值。结果表明: 阴坡土壤营养物质含量高于阳坡,阴坡壳斗科植物的叶面积、比叶面积和叶干重显著大于阳坡,叶厚度显著小于阳坡,叶干物质含量小于阳坡;阴坡壳斗科植物功能性状的主要环境影响因子是土壤全钾和土壤含水量,全磷是阳坡的主要环境影响因子。阴坡的叶功能性状变异程度小于阳坡,主要是以改变叶干重增加植物体内光合速率和碳积累能力的方式适应阴坡生境;阳坡通过保持较小比叶面积,增加叶面积变异程度来获得更多的资源。退化天坑深陷塘阴坡植物群落演替速度明显快于阳坡,壳斗科植物优势在阴坡逐渐减小,在阳坡仍是优势建群种。  相似文献

The Digital Climatic Atlas and the Ecological and the Forestry Inventory of Catalonia (NE Spain) were analysed to study the climate effect on leaf mass per area (LMA) and leaf area index (LAI) on Quercus ilex L., one of the most widely spread tree species in the Mediterranean region. 195 sites in this region of 31,895 km2 were considered. The relationship between climatic variables (total annual rainfall, mean annual temperature, mean minimum winter temperatures, and mean annual solar radiation) and LMA and LAI were analysed by simple and multiple regressions. LMA was higher in the drier sites and specially in the colder sites. There was also a significant correlation between solar radiation and LMA. On the contrary, LAI values, which were negatively correlated with LMA values, were lower in drier and colder sites, and were not significantly affected by solar radiation. Forest edges affect many aspects of plant communities, causing changes in microclimate, species composition, and community structure. However, the direct role of edges in regulating forest regeneration is relatively unknown. The pattern of tree establishment across a forest-old field edge was experimentally examined to determine the response of three tree species to the edge gradient. We placed 100 1-m(2) plots in a 90 × 90 m grid that began 30 m inside the forest, extended across the edge, and ended at 60 m into the old field. Into each plot, we planted seeds of Acer rubrum, Acer saccharum, and Quercus palustris. Emergence increased with distance into the field for both A. saccharum and Q. palustris. Emergence for A. rubrum increased from forest to field, reaching a maximum near 20 m into the field, and then declined with further distance. Nearly all A. rubrum seedlings died shortly after emergence. Survival of A. saccharum increased with distance into the old field, while survivorship of Q. palustris did not respond to the edge gradient. Establishment probabilities increased with distance into the old field for both A. saccharum and Q. palustris. Growth of Q. palustris and allocation patterns of A. saccharum also varied across the edge gradient. These results suggest that edges have complex, species-specific effects on tree establishment and growth that can influence the spatial pattern and species composition of regenerating forests.  相似文献
