The trunk wood of Licaria chrysophylla contains rel-(7S, 8R, 1′S, 5′S)-Δ8′-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,4′,5′,6′- tetrahydro-4′-oxo-7.1′,8.0.2′-neolignan (chrysophyllin A), which differs from all other known benzofuranoid neolignans by showing 7.1′ (rather than 8.1′) and 8.0.2′ (rather than 7.0.2′) linkages between the propenylphenol and allylphenol derived moieties.  相似文献

In a continuing research for neolignans from Piper kadsura (Choisy) Ohwi, six benzofuranoid neolignans were isolated from the aerial part of the plant. Their structure determination were based on the spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS, NMR and CD) and derivative synthesis. Three of the isolated compounds were identified as new structures: 7R, 8R, 1′S-△8′-3, 4-methylenedioxy-5′-methoxy-l′, 4′-dihydro-4′-oxo-7, 0, 2′, 8. l′-neolignan ( Ⅰ ), 7 R, 8 R, 1 ′ R- △8′ - 3,4- methylenedioxy- 1 ′- methoxy - 1′,6′- dihydro- 6′- oxo- 7.0.4′,8. 3′-neolignan (Ⅳ) and 7R, 8R, 1′S-△8′-3, 4-methylenedioxy-l′-methoxy-1′,6′-dihydro-6′-oxo-7.0.4′,8.3′-neolignan (Ⅴ). Known compounds among them are 7R, 8S,1′S-△8′-3, 4-methylenedioxy-5′-methoxy-1′, 4′-dihydro-4′-oxo-7. 0. 2′, 8. 1′-neolignan(Ⅱ), 7S, 8S, 1′R-△8′-3, 4, 5′-trimethoxy-1′, 4′-dihydro-4′-oxo-7.0. 2′, 8. 1′-neolignan (Ⅲ) and 75, 85, 1′S-△8′-3, 4, l′-trimethoxy-l′, 6′-dihydro-6′-oxo-7. 0. 4′, 8. 3′-neolignans (Ⅵ). Bark, wood and leaves of Ocotea catharinensis contain respectively 10 (average yield 0.7%.), 15 (average yield 0.004%.) and one (yield 0.4%.) neolignans of the bicyclo[3.2.1]octanoid and the hydrobenzofuranoid structural types, including the new rel-(7S,8R,1′R,4′S,5′R,6′R)-Δ8′-4′,6′-dihydroxy-5′-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-3′-oxo-8.1′,7.5′-neolignan, (7S,8S)-Δ1′,3′,5′,8′-5,3′,5′-trimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-8.1′,7.O.6′,4.O.7′-neolignan, (7R,8S,1′R,3′R)-Δ5′,8′-3,4,3′,5′-tetramethoxy-4′-oxo-8.1′,7.O.6′-neolignan and rel-(7R,8S,1′R,2′S)-Δ4′,8′-2′-hydroxy-3,4-dimethoxy-3′-oxo-8.1′,7.O.2′-neolignan.  相似文献

(7S,8R,7′S)-9,7′,9′-Trihydroxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-3′-methoxy [7-O-4′,8-5′] neolignan (1) and (7S,8R,7′S)-9,9′-dihydroxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-3′,7′-dimethoxy [7-O-4′,8-5′] neolignan (2), two new natural dihydrobenzofuran-type neolignans, along with 9,9′-dihydroxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-3′-methoxy [7-O-4′,8-5′] neolignan (3) and (-)-machicendiol (4), were isolated from the whole plants of Breynia fruticosa. The structures of 1 and 2, including the absolute configurations, were determined by spectroscopic methods and circular dichroism (CD) techniques. The absolute configuration of 4 was confirmed by calculations of the OR spectrum, together with OR and ECD spectra of its p-bromobenzoate ester (4a).  相似文献

Di-nor-benzofuran neolignan aldehydes, Δ7-3,4-methylenedioxy-3′-methoxy-8′,9′-dinor-4′,7-epoxy-8,3′-neolignan-7′-aldehyde (ocophyllal A) 1, Δ7-3,4,5,3′-tetramethoxy-8′,9′-dinor-4′,7-epoxy-8,3′-neolignan-7′-aldehyde (ocophyllal B) 2, and macrophyllin-type bicyclo[3.2.1]octanoid neolignans (7R, 8R, 3′S, 4′S, 5′R)-Δ8′-4′-hydroxy-5′-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-2′,3′,4′,5′-tetrahydro-2′-oxo-7.3′,8.5′-neolignan (ocophyllol A) 3, (7R, 8R, 3′S, 4′S, 5′R)-Δ8′-4′-hydroxy-3,4,5′-trimethoxy-2′,3′,4′,5′-tetrahydro-2′-oxo-7.3′,8.5′-neolignan (ocophyllol B) 4, (7R, 8R, 3′S, 4′S, 5′R)-Δ8′-4′-hydroxy-3,4,5,5′-tetramethoxy-2′,3′,4′,5′-tetrahydro-2′-oxo-7.3′,8.5′-neolignan (ocophyllol C) 5, as well as 2′-epi-guianin 6 and (+)-licarin B 7, were isolated and characterized from leaves of Ocotea macrophylla (Lauraceae). The structures and configuration of these compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses. Inhibition of platelet activating factor (PAF)-induced aggregation of rabbit platelets were tested with neolignans 1–7. Although compound 6 was the most potent PAF-antagonist, compounds 3–5 showed some activity.  相似文献

Three new neolignan glucosides (13), together with four known analogs (47), have been isolated from the stems of Dendrobium aurantiacum var. denneanum. Structures of the new compounds including the absolute configurations were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods as (−)-(8R,7′E)-4-hydroxy-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethoxy-8,4′-oxyneolign-7′-ene-9,9′-diol 4,9-bis-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), (−)-(8S,7′E)-4-hydroxy-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethoxy-8,4′-oxyneolign-7′-ene-9,9′-diol 4,9-bis-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and (−)-(8R,7′E)-4-hydroxy-3,3′,5,5′,9′-pentamethoxy-8,4′-oxyneolign-7′-ene-9-ol 4,9-bis-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), respectively.  相似文献

The trunk wood of Pterodon apparicioi contains five known compounds: 7-hydroxy-6,4′-dimethoxy-, 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxy-, 6,7,2′,3′,4′-pentamethoxy-, 6,7,2′,4′,5′-pentamethoxy- and 6,7,2′-trimethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyisoflavone. Six bicyclo[3,2,1]octanoid neolignans, isolated from the benzene extract of Aniba simulans Allen (Lauraceae) trunk wood, are shown to derive from two basic structures: 1-allyl-8-hydroxy-6-(3′-methoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-7-methyl-3-oxobicyclo[3,2,1]octane, substituted by 4-hydroxy, 4-hydroxy-5-methoxy, 4-methoxy or 4,5-dimethoxy groups; and 1-allyl-8-hydroxy-6-(3′-methoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-7-methyl-4-oxobicyclo[3,2,1]oct-2-ene, substituted by 3-hydroxy or 3-hydroxy-5-methoxy groups. The structural proposals are based on spectral data, interconversions synthesis of a derivative from the known (2R,3S,3aS)-3a-allyl-5-methoxy-2-(3′-methoxy,4′,5′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-3-methyl-2,3,3a,6-tetrahydro-6-oxobenzofuran.  相似文献

The trunk wood of an Amazonian Aniba (Lauraceae) species contains, besides dillapiol and the benzodioxane-type neolignan eusiderin, four bicyclo(3.2.1)octanoid neolignans. Phytochemical investigation of the rhizomes of Smilax trinervula led to isolation and structure elucidation of eight lignan glycosides, including five new lignans, namely, (7S, 8R, 8′R)-4, 4′, 9-trihydroxy-3, 3′, 5, 5′-tetramethoxy-7, 9′-epoxylignan-7′-one 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), (7S, 8R, 8′R)-4, 4′, 9-trihydroxy-3, 3′, 5, 5′-tetramethoxy-7, 9′-epoxylignan-7′-one 4-O-β-d- glucopyranoside (2) (7S, 8R)-4, 9, 9′-trihydroxy-3, 3′, 5-trimethoxy-4′, 7-epoxy-8, 5′-neolignan 9′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), (7R, 8R)-4, 9, 9′-trihydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxy-7.O.4′, 8.O.3′- neolignan 9′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), and (7S, 8R)-4, 9, 9′-trihydroxy-3, 3′, 5-trimethoxy-8, 4′-oxy-neolignan 4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (5), along with three known compounds (6-8). Their structures were established mainly on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectral data, ESI–MS and comparison with the literature. Compounds 1-8 were tested in vitro for their cytotoxic activity against four human tumor cell lines (SH-SY5Y, SGC-7901, HCT-116, Lovo). Compounds 3 and 5 exhibited cytotoxic activity against Lovo cells, with IC50 value of 10.4 μM and 8.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Four neolignans, dehydrodieugenol, its monomethylether, carinatone and carinatin have been isolated from the hexane fraction of the bark of Virola carinata. Three new neolignans were separated from the chloroform fraction and examined by spectroscopy and chemical reactions. Their structures were determined as (2S, 3S)-5-allyl- 7-methoxy-3-hydroxymethyl-2-(3′,4′-dimethoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran, (2S)- 1-(3′,4′-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-(3″-allyl-5″-methoxy-6″-hydroxyphenyl)propanone(1) ol(3), (1S,2S)-1-(3′,4′-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-(3″-allyl-5″-methoxy-6″-hydroxyphenyl) propanol(1) and called dihydrocarinatinol, carinatonol and carinatol, respectively.  相似文献

(Lauraceae), included the hitherto unknown (2S,3S,5S)-5-allyl-5-methoxy-3-methyl-2-(3′,4′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-6-oxobenzofuran and (1R,5R,6R,7R)-1-allyl-6-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-3-methoxy-7-methyl-4,8-dioxobicyclo-[3,2,1]oct-2-ene. The former structure was previously assigned to a constituent of A. terminalis Ducke which is in fact the 5R-epimer. The trunk wood of an Amazonian Nectandra (Lauraceae) species contains one bicyclo[3.2.1]octanoid and four hydrobenzofuranoid neolignans. The latter comprise representatives of the mirandin, the rearranged burchellin and the burchellin types. Twelve pyramidatins, i.e., dibenzocyclooctadiene-type lignans, together with Machilin G, were isolated from the dichloromethane extracts of aerial material of Talauma gloriensis, Magnolia fraseri, and Magnolia pyramidata (Magnoliaceae). These lignans contain a highly oxidized 7,9′-epoxy-2,2′-cyclolignane skeleton. Their structures were established using NMR spectroscopy (1D and 2D experiments) and mass spectrometry. The absolute configurations of five pairs of atropisomers (Sa/Ra-pyramidatins) and two single atropisomers (Sa-pyramidatins) were determined by experimental and calculated circular dichroism (CD). In addition, the absolute configuration of (Sa)-3,3′,4,4′,5,5′-hexamethoxypyramidatin was confirmed using X-ray crystallography.Five pyramidatins, (Ra)-3,3′,4,4′,5,5′-hexamethoxypyramidatin, (Ra)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,5:4′,5′-bis(methylenedioxy)pyramidatin, (Sa)-3,3′,4,5′-tetramethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxypyramidatin, (Ra)-3,3′,4,5′-tetramethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxypyramidatin, and (Ra)-3,3′,4,5-tetramethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxypyramidatin are reported herein for the first time. In the current dataset, NMR values are in accordance with the observed and calculated CD values. These values are herein reported with particular reference to previously described data of pyramidatins, which have to be revised.  相似文献

Twenty-two known compounds were isolated from the 95% alcohol extract of the fruits of Illicium simonsii Maxim, including seven sesquiterpenoids (1622) and fifteen lignans (115). In the present research, compounds 3 ((7S,8R,8′S)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′,9-trihydroxy-7,9′-epoxylignan-7′-one), 4 ((−)-(7′S,8S,8′R)-4,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethoxy-7′,9-epoxylignan-9′-ol-7-one), 5 ((+)-8-hydroxypinoresinol), 6 ((+)-8-hydroxymedioresinol), 8 ((2R,3R)-2β-(4″-hydroxy-3″-methoxybenzyl)-3α-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxybenzyl)-γ-butyrolactone 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranoside), 12 ((+)-8-methoxyisolariciresinol), 13 (α-conidendrin), 14 (boehmenan) and 15 (7R,8R,7′E-7′,8′-didehydro-4,7,9,9′- tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan) were reported from the Illicium genus for the first time, and compounds 1 (simulanol), 7 ((+)-secoisolariciresinol monoglucoside), 10 ((+)-9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl lyoniresinol), 11 ((+)-isolariciresinol), 18 (neoanisatin), 19 (veranisatin A), 20 (4,5-d2-8′-oxo-dihydrophaseic acid) and 22 (Oligandrumin A) were firstly isolated from the plant. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

The fruits of Virola sebifera contain several tetralone neolignans, including 2,4-dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxy-2,3-dimethyl-4-veratryltetralin-1-one. The 3-hydroxylated derivative of this compound may undergo a biosynthetic pinacol-pinacolone rearrangement to give 2-acetyl-3-hydroxy-2-methyl-5,6-methylenedioxy-3-veratrylindan-1-one which, together with other indanone neolignans, was also isolated.  相似文献

Virola pavonis was found to contain in the arils of its fruits 8.O.4′,7.O.3′-neolignans (eusiderins A, C and K) and a 8.O.4′-neolignan (of the β-propenylaryloxy-arylpropane type) and in the seed coats of its fruits 8.5′-neolignans (carinatone, carinatol) and 8.5′,7.O.4′-neolignans (dihydrocarinatin, carinatin).
