The investigation and reinvestigation respectively of 23 Senecio species afforded 11 further cacalol derivatives, a furoeremophilone, 17 eremophilanes, 4 bisabolene derivatives, a shikimic acid derivative, a bis-prenylated p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, menth-2-en- 1,7-diol and a cumol derivative. The configuration of some eremophilanes have been revised. Structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The results are summarized in a table. The chemotaxonomic aspects agree with those of previous investigations.  相似文献

Fifteen acetylenic compounds have been isolated and characterized from the flower heads of Chrysanthemum leucanthemum L. Five of these acetylenes have not previously been published as naturally occurring compounds. These are: 1,7(c)-hexadecadien-10,12,14-triyne; 1,8(c)-heptadecadien-11,13,15-triyne; 4(c)-tridecen-7,9,11-triyn-l-ol; 1,8(t)-hexadecadien-10,12,14-triyn-(6·7)-oxirane; and [3(t),5(t)-tridecadien-7,9,11-triyn-l-yl]-3-methyl-2-butenoate. The first three compounds are interesting since they are important intermediates in previously postulated biogenetic pathways. Ten acetylenes have been identified from the roots of the same plant, all of these having different structures from those of the flower heads. One of the acetylenes, [3(t), 5(t)-tridecadien-7,9,11-triyn-l-yl]-3-methylbutyrate, from the roots has never been reported as a naturally occurring compound.  相似文献

An investigation of the aerial parts of Chromolaena chasleae afforded a prostaglandin-like acid, whose structure followed from the 1H NMR spectral data and from the reaction with periodate, which afforded a hemiacetal. One of these compounds had been isolated previously but its structure had not been elucidated with certainty. The investigation of two further Trixis species afforded five new sesquiterpenes related to trixikingolide, six new germacrene derivatives and a sesquiterpene derived from rotundene. Some further known compounds were isolated too, which in part may be of chemotaxonomic significance. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and a few chemical transformations. The relative position of the ester groups in eight of the new sesquiterpenoids however, could not be established with certainty as partial saponifications were not successful.  相似文献

The investigation of five Blumea species afforded, in addition to known compounds, several cuauthemone derivatives, most of them being 7,11-epoxides, some thymol derivatives, an eremophilane epoxide and a himachalane diol.
