金沙江干热河谷的资源植物及其生态特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
金沙江干热河谷是金沙江沿岸具有特殊景观的一类地区,其环境特点是热量高,水份含量低。金沙江干热河谷资源植物多样性及其生态与分布特点的初步研究表明,金沙江干热河谷有记载的资源植物为585种,占全部1004种植物的58.3%。将资源植物分为9类,其中以药用植物的种类最多,达377种,占全部资源植物的64.4%。资源植物的生长型、生活型、叶型等生态成分反映出生态环境的干热特点,也为资源植物的进一步引种提供基础。  相似文献

从金沙江干热河谷(元谋段)75种植物的根际土壤中分离鉴定了44种丛枝菌根真菌, 分属无梗囊霉属Acaulospora、古孢霉属Archaeospora、内养囊霉属Entrophospora、巨孢囊霉属Gigaspora、球囊霉属Glomus和盾巨孢囊霉属Scutellospora, 其中,球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属为金沙江干热河谷中丛枝菌根真菌的优势属。齿状无梗囊霉A. denticulata、刺状无梗囊霉A. spinosa、瘤状无梗囊A. tuberculata,近明球囊霉Glomus claroideum、明球囊霉G. clarum、根内球囊霉G. intraradices、单孢球囊霉G. monosporum、弯丝球囊霉G. sinuosa是金沙江干热河谷(元谋段)的优势种。金沙江干热河谷土壤中丛枝菌根真菌的孢子密度为5~6400个/100g土壤,平均1504;每个根际土壤中丛枝菌根真菌的物种丰富度1~18种,平均9种。  相似文献

[目的]揭示金沙江干热河谷区这一特殊地理环境下田菁根瘤菌的多样性和系统发育地位. [方法]采用了数值分类、16S rDNA PCR-RFLP、16S rDNA和GSⅡ序列分析方法.[结果]数值分类结果表明:在93%的水平上,待测菌株分布于6个群,其中4个群分别与R.tropici、 R.etli、 S.saheli、A.rubi的参比菌株聚在一起,两个群没有参比菌株与之聚群.16S rDNA PCR-RFLP结果与数值分类基本一致,只有两个独立群有所差异.16S rDNA序列分析表明:两独立群中心菌株SCAU176 和SCAU144与R.huautlense聚在一起,与该种同源性分别为100%和98.9%.GSⅡ序列分析中SCAU176 和SCAU144单独聚在一起,与最近的参比菌株R.tropici的同源性系数在90%以下.[结论]金沙江干热河谷区田菁根瘤菌具有较为丰富的多样性,在系统发育地位上分布于Sinorhizobium、Agrobacterium和Rhizobium三个属.  相似文献

对金沙江干热河谷中植物区系成分和生态多分的多样性进行了初步研究。研究显示,金沙江干热河谷虽然气候干燥,给植物的正常生长带来不利影响,但河谷所具有充沛的光、热因子却为许多热带、亚热带植物的生长提供了条件,而特殊的地理位置和地形也为许多植物物种的保存创造了有利条件,形成一些植物的保留地。其植物区系成分中热带成分占67.26%,高于中国、云南,以及滇中。生长型以草本植物为主,其所占比例超过半数;生活型以  相似文献

对金沙江干热河谷攀枝花苏铁种群进行野外调查和定位观察,结果表明:成年植株的雌雄比拉近1:1,但开花季节雌雄球花的比例是偏雄性的。雌雄植株在树干大小、叶数、叶大小和无性系小株数目等方面差异不大。叶数、叶长、叶宽、茎直径等随植株年龄的增高而增加。树干30-40cm高的植株平均营养叶数和茎直径已基本恒定。  相似文献

近年在金沙江干热河谷及其邻近地区陆续发现的苏铁天然植物群落,为本属植物在欧亚大陆内陆分布的最北边缘。其中,面积最大和保存较好的是渡口市攀枝花苏铁(Cycas panzhihuaensis)植物群落。本文研究了这个群落的分布与生境、生长状况、外貌、种类组成以及群落的综合特征等。认为具有稀树草原的特点,而这里的稀树草原是次生性质的,苏铁群落是其中幸存的残遗植被类型。这对研究我国植物地理有着重要意义。  相似文献

The steroidal sapogenins yielded by the leaves of Agave aurea, A. avellanidens, A. cerulata, A. cerulata ssp. subcerulata, A. cocui, A. goldmaniana, A. shawii and Furcraeamacrophylla are recorded. In all these species, hecogenin and tigogenin were the major sapogenins isolated. Gitogenin was found in the extracts of all the leaf samples, except that of A. shawii, and manogenin and 9-dehydromanogenin in all but that of A. cocui. Chlorogenin was isolated from A. cocui, but was not detected in any of the other species examined. Qualitative and quantitative variations were found in the sapogenin contents of extracts of different regions of the same leaves of A. cocui and F. macrophylla. A gas-liquid chromatographic method has been devised for the routine estimation of the hecogenin [3beta-hydroxy-(25R)-5beta-spirostan-12-one] and tigogenin [ (25R)-5beta-spirostan-3beta-ol] contents of Agave sisalana leaf and juice samples and of the crude sapogenin concentrates known as "coffee grounds". Because of partial degradation of the sapogenins in the GLC system it was found necessary to acetylate the compounds prior to their estimation. In East African samples the tigogenin proportion of the total sapogenin content is usually about 10%. At this level, the 95% inverse tolerance limits on predicted tigogenin weights are approximately +/- 7%.  相似文献

以岷江上游干旱河谷地区引种的番麻为研究对象,通过对不同海拔番麻的株高、冠幅、单株叶片数以及萌芽数等生长指标的调查研究结果,了解其在干旱河谷区的生长分布上限,为该地区与类似地区引种该品种相关物种提供理论依据;同时,利用株高等简单生长指标与番麻生物量的关系进行拟合,建立预测方程.通过高度、冠幅、单株叶片数、萌芽数(株/100m2)等生长指标比较表明,番麻的最适生长区为海拔1400~1500m.在干旱河谷阳坡的生长上限为海拔1800m,往上仅能成活,不能自身繁殖.根据番麻的株高、冠幅、叶片数等简单生长指标与生物量呈显著相关(P<0.01),分别建立了相应的回归模型,其中地上生物量和单株生物量的最优回归模型R2值均在0.90以上,地下生物量的最优回归模型R2值也在0.75以上.  相似文献

The steroidal sapogenins yielded by the leaves of 34 species and 1 cultivar of Agave, 1 species of Beschorneria, 1 species of Doryanthes and 3 species of Furcraea have been studied. Steroidal sapogenins were found in extracts of most of the species examined. Smilagenin, sarsasapogenin, diosgenin, yamogenin, tigogenin, neotigogenin, gloriogenin, gentrogenin, hecogenin, sisalagenin, 9-dehydrohecogenin and gitogenin were detected. Gloriogenin was found only in A. ghiesbrechtii, yamogenin in A. horrida and A. rigidissima, neo-tigogenin in A. horrida and A. toneliana and gitogenin in A. filifera, F. cabua, F. gigantea and F. selloa cv marginata. The highest yield of smilagenin was obtained from both A. haynaldii and A. rigidissima, of sarsasapogenin from A. attenuata, of diosgenin from A. ellemeetiana, of tigogenin from A. haynaldii and of hecogenin from F. cabua.  相似文献

GDSL and SGNH hydrolases are lipases involved in a wide range of functions, behaving in many cases as bifunctional enzymes. In this work, the isolation and characterization of AgaSGNH, a cDNA encoding a member of the SGNH-hydrolase superfamily from young leaf epidermis of the monocot Agave americana L., is reported. The protein possesses a typical signal peptide at its N-terminus that allows its secretion to the epidermis cell wall, as verified by immunolocalization experiments. In addition, the AgaSGNH sequence contains a His-Leu-Gly-Ala-Glu (HLGAE) motif which is similar to that observed in other plant acyltransferases. Expression levels by northern blot and in situ localization of the corresponding mRNA, as well as the immunolocalization of the protein in Agave young leaves indicate that the protein is specifically present in the epidermal cells. The detailed study performed in different parts of the Agave leaf confirms two aspects: first, the expression of AgaSGNH is limited to the epidermis, and second, the maximum mRNA levels are found in the epidermis of the youngest zones of the leaf which are especially active in cutin biosynthesis. These levels dramatically decrease in the oldest zone of the leaf, where the presence of AgaSGNH mRNA is undetectable, and the biosynthesis of different cuticle components is severely reduced. These data could be compatible with the hypothesis that AgaSGNH could carry out both the hydrolysis and the transfer, from an activated acyl-CoA to a crescent cutin in Agave americana leaves and, therefore, be involved in the still unknown mechanism of plant cutin biosynthesis.  相似文献

Plant material of 55 strains from 32 species ofSolanum sect.Solanum ( = sect.Morella) has been investigated for the content of steroidal alkaloids and sapogenins. The leaf-extracts of all species contain diosgenin resp. tigogenin or both together in considerable amount. On the contrary the characteristic steroidal alkaloid solasodine was absent in these samples. For 29 species the presence of steroidal sapogenins has been proved for the first time. In unripe fruits, however, solasodine could be detected in most of the species examined. New occurences of solasodine are reported for seven further species. These chemical results may contribute to a better comprehension of the difficult genusSolanum.—Ontogenetic studies on different organs ofS. atriplicifolium show the relationship between accumulation of steroidal compounds and plant maturity.  相似文献
