Os3(CO)10(MeCN)2 reacts at room temperature in MeCN or toluene with R-Pyca2 to yield two isomers of Os3(CO)10(R-Pyca) that differ in the bonding of the R-Pyca ligand to the Os3(CO)10 unit. In all cases Os3(CO)10(R-Pyca(4e)) (isomer A; 4a: R = c-Pr, 4b: R = i-Pr, 4c: R = neo-Pent, 4d: R = t-Bu), containing a chelating 4e donating R-Pyca ligand and three OsS bonds, could be isolated. In the case of R = c-Pr and R = i-Pr Os3(CO)10(R-Pyca(6e)) (isomer B; 5a: R = c-Pr, 5b: R = i-Pr), in which only two OsS bonds are present and the R-Pyca ligand is bonded as a 6e donating ligand bridging two non-bonded Os atoms, could be isolated as a minor product.At 70 °C Os3(CO)10(R-Pyca(4e)) (4b and 4d) loses one carbonyl and the pyridine moiety of the R-Pyca ligand is ortho-metallated to form HOs3(C5H3N-2-C(H)NR)(CO)9 (6b: R = i-Pr and 6d: R = t-Bu). Under the same conditions Os3(CO)10(i-Pr-Pyca(6e)) (5b) reacts to Os2(CO)6(6e)) (7b) containing a bridging 6e donating ligands. The latter two reactions were followed with FT-IR spectroscopy in a high temperature IR cell.The structure of the complexes in solution have been studied by 1H and 1C NMR and IR spectroscopy. The stoichiometries of 4a and 5a were determined by FAB-mass spectrometry while an exact mass determination was carried out for 4a.The crystal structure of 6b has been determined. Crystal of 6b are monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 7.808(2),b = 17.613(3),c = 16.400(8)Å, β = 94.09(3)° and Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.039. The molecule contains a triangular array of osmium atoms [Os(1)Os(2) = 2.898(2)Å, Os(1)Os(3) = 2.886(2)Åand Os(2)O(3) = 2.911(2)Å] and nine terminally bonded carbonyl ligands. The C5H3N-2-C(H)N-i-Pr ligand is chelate bonded to Os(2) with the pyridine and imine nitrogens atoms axially and equatorially coordinated respectively [Os(2)N(1) = 2.00(2)Åand Os(2)N(2) = 2.11(2)Å]. The i-Pr-Pyca ligand is ortho-metallated at C(1) and forms a four membered ring containing Os(2), Os(3), C(1) and N(1), the Os(3)C(1) distance being 2.12(2)Å. The hydride, which could not be located unequivocally from a difference Fourier map is proposed to bridge the Os(2)(3) bond on the basis of stereochemical considerations.  相似文献

The reaction of [M(H2O)3(CO)3]+ (M=Tc, Re) with Na[CpCo[PO(OR)2]3] (NaLOR; R=Me, Et) in water produced the compounds M(CO)3(LOR), all of which were yellow solids, in yields varying from 55 to 89%. The two compounds M(CO)3(LOEt) were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. In both cases, the ligand LOEt was bound to the metal center in a tridentate fashion utilizing an {OOO} donor set. The ligands LOR can be used as models for facially coordinated triaqua groups owing to their position in the spectrochemical series. Therefore, these four compounds, M(CO)3(LOR), can be considered structural models for [M(H2O)3(CO)3]+. Crystal data for Tc(CO)3(LOEt) are as follows: molecular formula C20H35CoO12P3Tc, MW=717.32, monoclinic, a=11.5661(11) Å, b=18.671(2) Å, c=13.7852(13) Å, β=92.770(2)°, V=2973.5(5) Å3, space group P21/n, Z=4, final R1=0.0669, wR2=0.1361. The crystal structure of the dimeric Ag maleonitriledithiolate complex, Ag2[S2C2(CN)2] [P(C6- H5)3]4 (1), has been performed. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group P21/c with a = 12.2898(77), b = 23.8325(91), c = 23.1790(118) Å, β = 101.315(43)° and Z = 4. Refinement using 3253 reflections with Fo2>3σ(Fo2) yielded R = 0.0662, Rw= 0.0669. The most interesting aspect of the structure is the strong bridging interaction of the chelating maleonitriledithiolate ligand with the second Ag center, where a Ag-S distance of 2.478 Å is observed. The residual bonding capability of the sulfur atoms in the chelating anion [Ag(S2C2(CN)2)(PPh3)2] for [Ag(PPh3)2]+ is demonstrated.  相似文献

The crystal structure of erbiumdicyclopentadienidechloride [Er(C5H5)2Cl]2 has been determined from X-ray diffraction data. The compound crystallizes in space group P21/c with a=11.056(3), b= 8.015(1), c=12.154(3) Å, β=110.28(2)°, V= 1010.2(7) Å3, Dc=2.189 g cm−3 and Z=2 dimers. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least- squares techniques to a conventional R factor of 0.027 for 2042 reflections (with I > 2σ(I)). In the unit cell centrosymmetric dimers of orte type exist with bridging chlorine atoms and C5H5 groups bonded in η5-fashion to the metal (mean ErC 2.59 Å). The [Er(C5H5)2Cl]2-type is compared to the [Sc(C5H5)2Cl]2-type structure which is realized in several dicyclopentadienidebromides of the lanthanides.  相似文献

Trifunctional dialkyl [1,2-bis(diethylcarbamoyl)- ethyl] phosphonates, (RO)2P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2]- [CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2] R  CH3, C2H5, i-C3H7, n-C6H13 were prepared from the respective sodium salts, Na[(RO)2P(O)CHC(O)N(C2H5)2] and N,N- diethylchloroacetamide, and they were characterized by elemental analysis, mass, infrared and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of (i-C3H7O)2- P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2][CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2] was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and found to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a=15.589(6), b=9.783(4), c= 16.283(7) Å, β = 110.90(3)°, Z = 4 and V= 2320(2) Å3. The structure was solved by direct methods and blocked least-squares refinement converged with Rf = 5.7% and RwF= 4.4% on 2266 unique data with F>4σ(F). Important bond distances include PO 1.459(3) Å, CHCO 1.228(3) Å and CHCH2CO 1.223(3) Å. The coordination chemistry of the ligand with several lanthanides was examined, and the structure of the complex Gd(NO3)3{[(i-C3H7O)2P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2][CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2]}2·H2O was determined. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.524(5), b = 22.033(4), c = 19.604(4) Å β = 106.22(2)°, Z = 4 and V= 5609(3) Å3. The structure was solved by heavy atom techniques and blocked least-squares refinement converged with RF = 5.9% and RwF = 4.1% on 5275 reflections with F > 4σ(F). Both trifunctional ligands were found to bond to Gd(III) through only the phosphoryl oxygen atoms. The remainder of the Gd coordination sphere was composed of three bidentate nitrate oxygen atoms and an oxygen bonded water molecule. Several important bond distances include GdO(phosphoryl)av = 2.343(5) Å, GdO(nitrate)av = 2.475(7) Å, GdO(water) = 2.354(5) Å, PO(phosphoryl)av = 1.467(6) Å, CHCOav = 1.242(10) Å and CHCH2COav = 1.209(11) Å.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cu2(O2CCH3)4·2H2O] with trimethoprim is reported. In methanol a green solution was obtained, which, on adding benzene, yielded tetrakis(μ-acetato)bis(trimethoprim)dicopper(II) di-benzene methanol solvate. The compound crystallizes with four molecules per cell in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 24.109(5), b = 15.256(3), c = 16.532(3) Å, β = 116.89(2) for λ(Mo-Kα) = 0.71073 Å. The copper atoms are bridged by four acetate groups to form the binuclear molecule [Cu2-(O2CCH3)4(TMP)2]·2C6H6·CH3OH. The TMP ligand acts as a donor molecule through one pyrimidinic nitrogen atom.  相似文献

This contribution reports the synthesis and characterization of the organothorium alkylthiolate complex [(CH3)5C5]2Th(SCH2CH2CH3)2. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (#15) with four molecules in a cell of dimensions a=19.066(2), b=11.603(1), c=16.379(2) Å, and β=130.08(1)°. Least-squares refinement led to a value for the conventional R index (on Fo) of 0.040 for 132 variables and 2030 observations having Fo2⩾3σ(Fo2). The molecular structure consists of an unexceptional ‘bent sandwich’ [(CH3)5C5]2Th fragment coordinated to two n-propylthiolate ligands. The ThS bond distance is 2.718(3) Å; the SC(α) distance, 1.78(2) Å; the ThSC(α) angle, 108.3(5)°; and the SThS′ angle, 102.5(2)°. The compound In[(pz)2BH2]3 (pz = 1-pyrazolyl, C3H3N2) was prepared from In(NO3)3 and K[(pz)2-BH2] in water, and characterised by spectroscopic and X-ray methods. Crystals are orthorhombic,Pna21,a = 20.279(4),b = 8.884(2),c = 13.411(2)Å;R = 0.0285. Individual molecules contain a near-regular six-coordinate indium atom with In–N (av.) 2.241(5)Å. The crystal structures and 95Mo NMR spectra of two complexes formed between 2-α-hydroxybenzyl- benzimidazole (C6H5·CHOH·C7H5N2=HOBB), as its sodium salt, and MoO2Cl2 are reported. [MoO2- (OBB)2]·EtOH (OBB=deprotonated HOBB) crystallizes in space group P21/n, with a=12.8441(7), b=15.917(3), c=13.314(2) Å, β=97.163(8)° and Z =4. The structure was determined from 3096 observed reflections and refined to a final R value of 0.030. The complex is a six coordinate cis-dioxo species, the 95Mo spectrum of which shows a single sharp peak at 56 ppm in dimethylformamide (DMF). The second complex, [Mo2O5(OBB)2]·EtOH·H2O, crystallizes in space group Pbca, with a=22.482(4), b=16.442(3), c=18.407(3) Å and Z=8. The structure was determined from 2936 observed reflections and refined to a final R value of 0.061. The complex is a binuclear doubly bridged species in which one metal atom is six coordinate while the other is five coordinate. Its 95Mo NMR spectrum in DMF shows a sharp peak at 124 ppm and a second broader much weaker peak at 51 ppm.  相似文献

The reactions between [TcOCl4] and the sterically bulky thiols ArSH (Ar = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 2,4,6- Pri3C6H2 and 2,6-Ph2C6H3) in methanol afford complexes of formula [TcO(SAr)4] which may be isolated as salts with bulky organic cations. The molecular structure of [Bun4N][TcO(2,4,6-Me3C6H2S)4] was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The Tc(V) centre was found to adopt the expected square pyramidal geometry in which an oxo group occupies the apical site and the four thiolate sulphurs the basal sites. The TcO distance is 1.659(11) Å and the average TcS distance 2.38(2) Å. The average cis STcS, trans STcS and OTcS angles are respectively 82.7(6)°, 138.4(3)° and 110.8(4)°.  相似文献

Copper(I) complexes have been synthesized from the reaction of CuCl, monodentate tertiary phosphines PR3 (PR3 = P(C6H5)3; P(C6H5)2(4-C6H4COOH); P(C6H5)2(2-C6H4COOH); PTA, 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane; P(CH2OH)3, tris(hydroxymethyl)phosphine) and lithium bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)dithioacetate, Li[LCS2]. Mono-nuclear complexes of the type [LCS2]Cu[PR3] have been obtained and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, ESI-MS and multinuclear (1H, 13C and 31P) NMR spectral data; in these complexes the ligand behaves as a κ3-N,N,S scorpionate system. One exception to this stoichiometry was observed in the complex [LCS2]Cu[P(CH2OH)3]2, where two phosphine co-ligands are coordinated to the copper(I) centre. The solid-state X-ray crystal structure of [LCS2]Cu[P(C6H5)3] has been determined. The [LCS2]Cu[P(C6H5)3] complex has a pseudo tetrahedral copper site where the bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)dithioacetate ligand acts as a κ3-N,N,S donor.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, SnCl(C6H5)(C4H9)[S2CN(C2H5)2], was determined and refined to an R factor of 3.2% for 4876 reflections. The molecule contains five-coordinate tin in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal arrangement with the tin atom lying 0.20 Å below the equatorial plane formed by one of the sulphur atoms, S(1), and the donor carbons of the butyl and phenyl groups. The chlorine and the other sulphur atom, S(2), occupy axial sites, making a S(2)SnCl angle of 156.85(1)°. The SnS(2) bond is markedly elongated (2.764(1) Å) compared to the SnCl bond (2.449(1) Å) and the SnS(1) bond (2.454(1) Å). The structure resembles those of analogues such as (C6H5)2Sn(glygly) in having both hydrocarbon ligands located in the equatorial plane. Crystal data: space group P1: a = 8.291(2) Å, b = 14.726(3) Å, c = 9.509(2) Å, α = 96.24(2)°, β = 107.02(3)°, γ = 116.70(2)°, Z = 2, R = 3.2% for 4876 independent reflections.  相似文献

The crystal structure of chloro-(1-methyltyminato- N3)-cis-diammineplatinum(II) monohydrate, cis- (NH3)2Pt(C6H7N2O2)Cl·H2O, is reported. The compound crystallizes in space group P1 with a = 6.911(2) Å, b = 8.598(3) Å, c = 11.464(4) Å, α = 100.13(3)°, β = 120.03(3)°, γ = 93.16(3)°, Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.048 and Rw = 0.057. The compound contains the deprotonated 1-methylthymine ligand coordinated to Pt through N3 (1.973(10) Å). This distance represents the shortest Pt-N3(pyrimidine-2.4-dione) bond reported so far. The two PtNH3 bond lengths differ significantly: PtNH3 (trans to Cl) is longer (2.052(10) Å) than PtNH3 (trans to N3 of 1-MeT) (2.002(11) Å). The PtCl distance (2.326(3) Å) is normal, as is the large dihedral angle between the Pt coordination plane and the nucleobase (76.5°).  相似文献

Reaction of cis-(NH3)2Pt(1-MeU)2 (1-MeU = 1- methyluracil anion, C5H5N2O2) with ZnSO4·7H2O leads to the formation of a dinuclear complex of composition [(NH3)2Pt(C5H5N2O2)2Zn(H2O)3]SO4· 2H2O. The compound crystallizes in space group P21/c with a = 10.534(1), b = 17.933(2), c = 11.490(1) Å, β=94.61(1)°, Z=4. The structure was refined to R=0.043 and Rw=0.061. In this compound, Pt is coordinated through N3 to the 1-MeU ligand, while Zn is bound through the two O4 oxygens and completes its distorted square-pyramidal coordination sphere by three aqua ligands. The positions of the two metals relative to their basal donor atoms and the shortness of the PtZn separation (2.760(1) Å) suggest a bonding interaction between the two metals. Using 1H NMR spectroscopy, a formation constant of ca. 114 1 mol?1 for the Pt, Zn complex has been estimated.  相似文献

The complexes (Bu4N)[TcO(O2C6H4)2] (1) and Na[TcO(OCH2CH2O)2] (2) have been prepared by reacting TcOCl4- with respective diols in methanol. Compound 2 was identified by its elemental analysis and field desorption mass spectrum. Crystals of compound 1 are monoclinic, C2/c, with cell dimensions a = 10.393(3), b = 13.835(3), c = 20.643(5) Å, β = 101.74(3)° and four formula units in the unit cell. The crystal structure was determined by standard methods and refined to R1 = 0.0694, R2 = 0.0613, on the basis of 2887 independent reflections. The data were collected with use of Mo Kα radiation and a Syntex P21 diffractometer. The anion of 1 is square pyramidal with a short TcO(oxo) bond (1.648(5) Å). TcO distances to the diolate groups are longer (1.956(3), 1.958(3) Å). The technetium atom lies 0.7014(4) Å out of the plane of the four diolate oxygen atoms. Compound 2 is hydrolytically unstable in pure water, but can be stabilized by the addition of a several-fold molar excess of ethylene glycol. Compound 1 decomposes minimally in pure water after 24 h. These complexes are shown to be good structural models for 99mTc-radiopharmaceuticals containing purely oxygen-donor ligands. Comparison of the physical properties of the structurally characterized members of the series of complexes with core structures TcOSxO(4-x) (x = O, 2, 4) shows a shift to low energy in the frequency of the terminal oxygen-technetium band in the IR correlated with increasing softness of the basal plane donor atom set.  相似文献

The preparation and molecular and crystal structure of the complex [(ethylenediamine)bis(7,9,-dimethylhypoxanthine)platinum(II)] hexafluorophosphate, [Pt(C2H8N2)(C7H8N4O)2] (PF6)2, are reported. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 12.334(2)Å, b = 10.256(2)Å, c = 22.339(3)Å, β = 101.31(1)°, V = 2771.0Å3, Z = 4, Dmeasd = 2.087(3) g cm?3, Dcalc = 2.094 g cm?3. Intensities for 3992 symmetry-averaged reflections were collected in the θ-2o scan mode on an automated diffractometer employing graphite-monochromatized MoKα radiation. The structure was solved by standard heavy-atom Patterson and Fourier methods. Full matrix least-squares refinement led to a final R value of 0.051. Both the ethylenediamine chelate and the PF6? anion are disordered. The primary coordination sphere about the Pt(II) center is approximately square planar with the bidentate ethylenediamine ligand and the N(1) atoms [Pt(II) ? N(1) = 2.020(5)Å] of two 7,9-dimethylhypoxanthine bases (related by a crystallographic twofold axis of symmetry) occupying the four coordination sites. The exocyclic O(6) carbonyl oxygen atoms of the two 7,9-dimethylhypoxanthine ligands participate in intracomplex hydrogen bonding with the amino groups of the ethylenediamine chelate [N(ethylenediamine) ? O(6) = 2.89( )Å]. The observed Pt ? O(6) intramolecular distances of 3.074(6)Å are similar to those found in other Pt(II) N(1)-bound 6-oxopurine complexes and in several Pt(II) N(3)-bound cytosine systems.  相似文献

Short-bite aminobis(phosphonite) containing olefinic functionalities, PhN{P(OC6H3(OMe-o)(C3H5-p))2}2 (1) was synthesized by reacting PhN(PCl2)2 with eugenol in the presence of triethylamine. The ligand 1 acts as a bidentate chelating ligand toward metal complexes [M(CO)4(C5H10NH)2] forming [M(CO)42-PhN{P(OC6H3(OMe-o)(C3H5-p))2}2}] (M = Mo, 2; W, 3). The reaction between 1 and [CpFe(CO)2]2 leads to the cleavage of one of the P-N bonds due to the metal assisted hydrolysis to give a mononuclear complex [CpFe(CO){P(O)(OC6H3(OMe-o)(C3H5-p))2}{PhN(H)(P(OC6H3(OMe-o)(C3H5-p))2)}] (4). Treatment of 1 with gold(I) derivative, [AuCl(SMe2)] resulted in the formation of a dinuclear complex, [(AuCl)2{PhN{P(OC6H3(OMe-o)(C3H5-p))2}2}] (5) with a Au···Au distance of 3.118(2) Å indicating the possibility of aurophilic interactions. An equimolar reaction between 1 and [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2]2 afforded a tri-chloro-bridged bimetallic complex [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(μ-Cl)3Ru{PhN(P(OC6H3(OMe-o)(C3H5-p))2)2}Cl] (6). The crystal structures of 1-3 and 5 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The reaction of Fe3(CO)12 with N-methyl-4- mercaptopiperidine gives the title compound. Crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.922(2), b = 14.784(5), c = 13.607(2) Å, β = 112.41(1)°. With Z = 4 the calculated density is 1.49 g cm−3. Solution of the structure by direct methods led to a final weighted R factor of 0.029 for 2270 independent reflections. The FeFe bond length is 2.534(1) Å and the S···S distance of 2.940(1) suggests bonding interactions. By heating upon reflux in toluene during 10 h, the IR spectrum of the chromatographed solution indicates the syn isomer formation. The reaction with CH3I and HClO4 produces the methylation and protonation, respectively, of the nitrogen atoms of the piporidine rings giving rise to the formation of the [Fe(μ-(CH3)2NC5H9S)(CO)3]2I2·2H2O and [Fe(μ-HCH3NC5H9S)(CO)3]2·H2O·CH3OH compounds.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the cadmium(II) and lead(II) complexes of phenoxyacetic acid (PAH) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The cadmium complex, [Cd(PA)2(H2O)2] (1), space group C2, with Z = 2 in a cell of dimensions, a = 11.801(2), b = 5.484(1), c = 13.431(3) Å, β = 100.87(2)°, possesses a distorted trapezoidal bipyramidal coordination around the metal atom, involving two water oxygens [2.210(5) Å] and four carboxyl oxygens from two symmetrical bidentate phenoxyacetate ligands [2.363(4), 2.365(4) Å] with Cd lying on the crystallographic two- fold axis. The lead complex, [Pb2(PA)4(H2O)]n(2) is triclinic, space group P1, Z = 2, with a cell of dimensions, a = 10.135(4), b = 10.675(3), c = 19.285(9) Å, α = 114.66(3), β = 91.94(3) and γ = 114.99(3)°. (2) is a two-dimensional polymer with a repeating dimer sub-unit. The first lead [Pb(1)] has an irregular MO8 coordination [2.34?2.96(2) Å: mean, 2.63(2) Å] involving the water molecule, two oxygens from an asymmetric bidentate carboxylate group, two from a bidentate chelate [O(ether), O(carboxylate)] group and three from bridging oxygens, one of which also provides a polymer link to another symmetry generated lead. The second lead [Pb(2)] is irregular seven-coordinate [PbO, 2.48?2.73(2) Å: mean, 2.61(2) Å] with three bonds from the bridging groups, two from an unsymmetrical bidentate carboxylate (O, O′) group and one from a second carboxyl group which also bridges two Pb(2) centres in the polymer.  相似文献

α-Aqua[N,N′-bis(2′-pyridinecarboxamido)-1,3-propane]copper(II) dihydrate, C15H20N4O5Cu, is monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 11.719(2), b = 13.092(2), c = 12.663(2) Å, β = 119.56(1)°, Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.026 for 2398 diffractometer data using full-matrix least-squares methods. The copper atom is five-coordinate with the N4-tetradentate ligand encompassing the base of a distorted square-based pyramid which is appreciably distorted towards a trigonal bipyramid [average Cu-N(amide) 1.950(2), Cu-N(pyridine) 2.043(2) Å, N(amide)-Cu-N(amide) 94.5(1), N(pyridine)-Cu-N(pyridine) 100.2(1)°] and with the copper atom lying 0.27 Å above the N4 plane towards the apical water molecule [Cu-O 2.236(2) Å]. The central six-membered chelate ring adopts a skewed boat conformation and the enforced strain in the molecule results in non-planar distortions in the pyridine rings with only small distortions in the amide groups. The molecules pack in sheets parallel to (101) and the hydrogen-bonding network involves the water molecules and the amide oxygen atoms of the ligand.  相似文献
