The photomotogram (P.M.G.) of the Achilles tendon reflex was studied in 26 patients with hypothermia (rectal temperature 33·3°C or less), 10 of whom also had myxoedema (serum protein bound iodine 2·8 μg/100 ml or less). No reflex could be elicited in eight (31%) of these patients, including three of those with myxoedema. Hypothermia increases both the contraction and the relaxation times of the reflex, the relaxation phase being particularly prolonged in those with myxoedema. In those patients from whom the reflex was elicited the ratio of the contraction time to the “half-relaxation time” in the P.M.G. was less than unity in six of the seven with myxoedema, and considerably greater than unity in eight of the 11 (73%) who were euthyroid. Thus, analysis of the Achilles tendon reflex P.M.G. correctly predicted the thyroid status in 14 of the 18 hypothermic patients in whom the Achilles tendon reflex was present (78%). The wider use of this rapid test of thyroid function would allow a more rational use of thyroid hormones in hypothermic patients and so lead to a better assessment of their value.  相似文献

Vitamin B12, thiocyanate, and folate levels in the blood were estimated in 69 apparently normal subjects, of whom 26 were non-vegetarian non-smokers, 19 non-vegetarian smokers, 15 vegetarian non-smokers, and nine vegetarian smokers. The serum total (cyanide-extracted) B12 level (value A) ranged from 105 to 728 pg/ml, with a mean of 292 pg/ml. The highest values were found in non-vegetarian non-smokers and the lowest in vegetarian smokers. There was no significant difference in value A between smokers as a group and non-smokers as a group. On the other hand, in vegetarians value A was very significantly lower than in non-vegetarians regardless of their smoking habits. It is suggested that A may represent both the protein-bound and free forms of vitamin B12 in the blood, and B mainly the free B12, which may be the physiologically active form. The plasma thiocyanate level varied from 1·0 to 15 μmol/100 ml, being, as expected, much higher in smokers (mean 8·20 μmol/100 ml) than in non-smokers (mean 2·02 μmol/100 ml). There was a rough correlation between falling B12 levels and rising thiocyanate levels. The serum folate level ranged from 2·75 to 15·75 ng/ml, and was slightly but significantly higher in vegetarians (mean 6·60 ng/ml) than in non-vegetarians (mean 4·79 ng/ml), reflecting the greater content of folate in a vegetarian diet.  相似文献

Hypercholesterolaemia has been predicted as a possible complication of chenodeoxycholic acid treatment for gall stones. To exclude this, fasting serum lipids were measured in patients with stones before and at monthly intervals for six months after starting chenodeoxycholic acid. Before treatment half of a group of 36 patients with presumed cholesterol gall stones had serum cholesterol levels exceeding 260 mg/100 ml or serum triglyceride values greater than 160 mg/100 ml or both; these lipid levels were significantly greater than those in control subjects matched for age and sex. Treatment with chenodeoxycholic acid (0·5-1·5 g/day by mouth) did not change serum cholesterol levels but did significantly reduce serum triglyceride concentrations from a pretreatment level of 118 (± S.E. of mean 11·7) mg/100 ml to 95 (± 7·2) mg/100 ml after six months of therapy. The mechanism of this triglyceride-lowering action of chenodeoxycholic acid is not known, but it may have therapeutic value in patients with hypertriglyceridaemia.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive gas chromatographic technique was used to measure the steady-state serum concentrations of tolbutamide and chlorpropamide in 97 patients with maturity-onset diabetes mellitus who had been taking these drugs (37 tolbutamide, 60 chlorpropamide) for at least a year. No other antidiabetic agents had been given. The serum tolbutamide concentrations varied widely between the patients (from close to zero to 370 μmol/l (100 μg/ml)), yet the variation in dosage was only sixfold (0·5-3·9 g daily). The serum chlorpropamide concentrations varied even more widely (from close to zero to 882 μmol/l (244 μg/ml)), though the dosage variation was fourfold (125-500 mg daily). There was no systematic relation between dosage and serum concentrations of the drugs.Only 2 (5·4%) of the tolbutamide-treated patients and 10 (16·7%) of the chlorpropamide-treated patients had normal fasting blood glucose concentrations (below 5·5 mmol/l (99 mg/100 ml)), and fewer than half had values below 8·0 mmol/l (144 mg/100 ml). In most cases, therefore, the treatment was insufficient. There was no significant difference in mean fasting blood glucose concentrations between the two treatment groups. The mean steady-state concentration of chlorpropamide, however, was significantly higher than that of tolbutamide. Thus, contrary to common belief, the intrinsic activity of chlorpropamide is apparently not greater than that of tolbutamide. The alleged greater potency of chlorpropamide seems to be related wholly to kinetic differences, such as the less extensive metabolic degradation and slower elimination of the drug.We conclude that treatment with sulphonylureas in conventional dosage is far from optimal and that monitoring the concentrations of these drugs in the blood may help to improve their efficacy.  相似文献

Introduction

Kawasaki disease (KD), an acute febrile disease, characterized by systemic vasculitis, predominantly affects infants and children under 5 years of age. Coronary artery lesions (CALs) are its most critical complication, and the etiology remains unknown yet. In order to explore the value of resistin, S100A12 and soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products (sRAGE) in the pathophysiology of KD, we studied the serum levels of resistin, S100A12 and sRAGE in different stages of KD.

Methods

Serum levels of resistin, S100A12 and sRAGE were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in 15 healthy children and 40 KD patients at acute, afebrile and subacute stage.

Results

The resistin and S100A12 levels, including the ratio of resistin to sRAGE and S100A12 to sRAGE increased significantly in the acute stage, and decreased progressively in the afebrile and subacute stage. However, the sRAGE levels decreased significantly in the acute stage, and increased progressively in the afebrile and subacute stage. In the acute, afebrile and subacute stage, the resistin levels were higher in intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) non-responders (0.64 ± 0.30, 0.48 ± 0.35, 0.28 ± 0.19, × 102 ng/ml) than in IVIG responders (0.35 ± 0.24, 0.21 ± 0.19, 0.12 ± 0.05, × 102 ng/ml). In the acute and subacute stage, the S100A12 levels were higher in IVIG non-responders (7.92 ± 2.61, 4.98 ± 4.75, × 102 ng/ml) than in IVIG responders (5.05 ± 3.22, 2.35 ± 2.26, × 102 ng/ml). In the afebrile and subacute stage, the sRAGE levels were lower in IVIG non-responders (3.51 ± 2.64, 3.65 ± 3.27, × 102 pg/ml) than in IVIG responders (6.00 ± 2.78, 7.19 ± 2.88, × 102 pg/ml). The resistin levels were positively correlated with S100A12 levels. The sRAGE levels were negatively related with S100A12 and resistin levels.

Conclusions

Resistin, S100A12 and sRAGE are involved in the pathophysiology of KD.  相似文献

Continuous intravenous infusion of small amounts of insulin has been used in the management of a series of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. In 13 patients with a plasma glucose level on admission of 725 mg/100 ml (± 80 S.E. of mean) and an arterial pH of 7·07 ± 0·05 a mean loading dose of 6·5 ± 0·82 units of soluble insulin was administered intravenously, and thereafter a sustaining infusion of 6·5 ± 0·82 U/hr was continued until ketosis was corrected and the plasma glucose fell below 300 mg/100 ml. The total insulin dose needed to achieve this was 39·2 ± 6·6 units given over a 3 to 10-hour period. Plasma insulin was measured in patients who had not previously received insulin and the mean level at an infusion rate of 4 U/hr was 75·6 ± 8·0 μU/ml. Plasma glucose fell at a regular rate of 101 ± 11 mg/100 ml/hr, and ketosis improved in parallel. Plasma potassium was well maintained throughout treatment. This regimen of treatment was clinically effective and simple to follow.  相似文献

Two hours after birth 30 normal infants had a fall in blood glucose of 20·6 mg/100 ml and a rise of plasma pancreatic glucagon of 50·7 pg/ml. Fifteen infants of diabetic mothers treated with insulin had a much greater fall in blood glucose of 77·5 mg/100 ml and a smaller rise of glucagon of 20·9 pg/ml. By comparison 14 small-for-dates infants, who are also prone to hypoglycaemia, had a blood glucose fall of 32·8 mg/100 ml and a larger rise of pancreatic glucagon of 96·0 pg/ml. It is suggested that the impaired pancreatic glucagon rise in the infants of diabetic mothers may be a significant factor in their hypoglycaemia.  相似文献

An analysis of 35 consecutive episodes of diabetic ketoacidosis confirmed the frequent high levels of serum amylase in this condition. Serum amylase was raised during 21 episodes (60%), and in six instances (17%) the peak level exceeded 1,000 Somogyi units per 100 ml. Hyperamylasaemia was more often found when the initial blood sugar exceeded 500 mg/100 ml, or when the onset of the episode had been relatively acute (less than 48 hours). There was no conclusive evidence in any patient to support a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis and other explanations for the hyperamylasaemia are discussed. Even grossly raised amylase levels were not associated with increased mortality or morbidity.  相似文献

Purpose

This work investigates how short-term changes in blood glucose concentration affect the refractive components of the diabetic eye in patients with long-term Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.

Methods

Blood glucose concentration, refractive error components (mean spherical equivalent MSE, J0, J45), central corneal thickness (CCT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), crystalline lens thickness (LT), axial length (AL) and ocular aberrations were monitored at two-hourly intervals over a 12-hour period in: 20 T1DM patients (mean age ± SD) 38±14 years, baseline HbA1c 8.6±1.9%; 21 T2DM patients (mean age ± SD) 56±11 years, HbA1c 7.5±1.8%; and in 20 control subjects (mean age ± SD) 49±23 years, HbA1c 5.5±0.5%. The refractive and biometric results were compared with the corresponding changes in blood glucose concentration.

Results

Blood glucose concentration at different times was found to vary significantly within (p<0.0005) and between groups (p<0.0005). However, the refractive error components and ocular aberrations were not found to alter significantly over the day in either the diabetic patients or the control subjects (p>0.05). Minor changes of marginal statistical or optical significance were observed in some biometric parameters. Similarly there were some marginally significant differences between the baseline biometric parameters of well-controlled and poorly-controlled diabetic subjects.

Conclusion

This work suggests that normal, short-term fluctuations (of up to about 6 mM/l on a timescale of a few hours) in the blood glucose levels of diabetics are not usually associated with acute changes in refractive error or ocular wavefront aberrations. It is therefore possible that factors other than refractive error fluctuations are sometimes responsible for the transient visual problems often reported by diabetic patients.  相似文献

To investigate which factors might protect against the development of retinopathy 40 insulin-dependent diabetics who had remained free from retinopathy despite diabetes of long duration (mean±1 SD 30±10 years) were compared with 40 patients who had background and 47 who had proliferative retinopathy (mean durations of disease 16±5 and 19±5 years respectively). The three groups had had similar mean ages at onset of diabetes. The mean of all postprandial blood glucose measurements at hospital clinics from diagnosis of diabetes to detection of retinopathy, or to the most recent negative eye examination, was 9·9±2·1 mmol/l (178±38 mg/100 ml) in the group with no retinopathy, 11·8±2·1 mmol/l (213±38 mg/100 ml) in those with background retinopathy, and 12·4±2·1 mmol/l (223±38 mg/100 ml) in those with proliferative retinopathy (p <0·0001). This difference was not reflected in present concentrations of haemoglobin A1C, probably because glycaemic control had been improved after the development of retinopathy. In the groups with background and proliferative retinopathy there were significant negative correlations between mean blood glucose concentrations and the number of years that had elapsed from diagnosis of diabetes to detection of retinopathy, suggesting that the development of both grades of retinopathy depends on the degree and duration of glycaemic exposure. The patients with no retinopathy had attended clinic more frequently (p <0·025), more of them had required emergency hospital treatment for hypoglycaemia (p <0·0025), and they tended to have had a lower prevalence of hyperglycaemic coma than the other groups. Although mean percentage ideal body weight and diastolic blood pressure were lower in the patients with no retinopathy at the time of study, mean body weight, blood pressure, and the prevalence of smoking in the years before the development of retinopathy had been similar in all groups, suggesting that these did not influence the development of retinopathy.  相似文献

Serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels were estimated and oral glucose tolerance tests performed on 16 patients with carcinoma of the prostate before treatment and while receiving stilboestrol in doses of 1 mg, 7·5 mg, and 15 mg daily and conjugated equine oestrogens (Premarin) 15 mg daily. Serum triglyceride levels were greater than 170 mg/100 ml in nearly all the patients while receiving Premarin or stilboestrol 7·5 mg and 15 mg daily. In six out of 10 patients who were given stilboestrol 1 mg daily the serum triglycerides remained within the normal range. No significant effects on serum cholesterol levels or glucose tolerance tests were observed with the various oestrogen regimens. The results support previous suggestions that a daily dose of 1 mg of stilboestrol should be regularly used in the treatment of carcinoma of the prostate.  相似文献

The effect of insulin-induced hypoglycemia on serum thyroid hormone concentrations was studied in nine healthy individuals. Before, during and after the hypoglycemia blood samples were taken for measurement of the concentrations of glucose, thyroxine (T4), triiodothyronine (T3), reverse triiodothyronine (rT3), catecholamines and pituitary hormones. There was no change in the mean serum T4 level (± the standard error of the mean) of 67 ± 2 μg/l. However, the T3 concentrations rose from a mean basal level of 1.86 ± 0.06 μg/l to a mean peak of 2.51 ± 0.21 μg/l (P < 0.01) at 45 minutes after the insulin injection, and the rT3 concentrations fell from a mean basal level of 0.184 ± 0.008 μg/l to a mean nadir of 0.171 ± 0.022 μg/l (not a significant change). The mean peak epinephrine level was 545 ± 103 ng/l and it occurred between 30 and 45 minutes after the insulin injection; the mean peak norepinephrine level was 584 ± 114 ng/l and it occurred between 30 and 90 minutes after the injection. The growth hormone levels reached a mean peak of 26.1 ± 4.8 μg/l and the plasma cortisol levels rose to 215 ± 9 μg/l. The mean basal prolactin level was 8.5 ± 0.9 μg/l; in five subjects there was a rise to a mean peak of 50.6 ± 14.6 μg/l, whereas in the remaining four no significant increase occurred. No correlation was found between the changes in the serum T3 concentration and any of the other factors studied. It was concluded that acute hypoglycemia is associated with a rapid increase in the serum T3 concentration.  相似文献

A specific radioimmunoassay for angiotensin II has shown that its normal concentration in arterial blood is 2·4±1·2 (S.D.) mμg./l00 ml.; the venous level is consistently below this value, being usually 50–75% of it. Definite rises in blood angiotensin II levels were found in some patients with hypertension, both essential and secondary to renal disease. Extremely low levels were observed in two anephric women, and in one patient with Conn''s syndrome. This radioimmunoassay offers a valuable alternative to renin bioassay in evaluation of the role of the renal pressor system in clinical disorders associated with hypertension and aldosteronism.  相似文献

Aim

The dietary contents have a very important role in the management of metabolic syndrome along with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Indian diet contains a large amount of carbohydrates that set off unpredictable blood sugar fluctuations and leads to increased risk of diabetic complications. The aim of the present study was to identify the effect of mulberry tea in the reduction of abnormally high postprandial blood glucose (PPG) levels in T2DM patients.

Methods

The study design was follow-up T2DM, 20 diabetic patients were given plain tea (control) and 28 diabetic patients were given mulberry tea (test subject) to measure the effect of mulberry tea on fasting blood glucose and PPG levels. Fasting blood glucose samples were collected after a standard breakfast. The PPG levels were recorded after the consumption of 70 ml tea along with 1 teaspoon of sugar after 90 min in all 48 patients.

Results

Fasting blood glucose levels in control and test group samples were found to be 178.55 ± 35.61 and 153.50 ± 48.10, respectively. After the consumption of plain tea and mulberry tea, the PPG values were recorded as 287.20 ± 56.37 and 210.21 ± 58.73, respectively. A highly significant (p < 0.001) change in the PPG level was observed in response to mulberry tea in all the test patients compared with control. Moreover, the effect size was also found to be very large (1.31).

Conclusion

Mulberry tea suppresses postprandial rise of blood glucose levels after 90 min of its consumption.  相似文献

Background

There is a need for biomarkers insuring identification of septic patients at high-risk for death. We performed a prospective, multicenter, observational study to investigate the time-course of lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) serum levels in patients with severe sepsis and examined whether serial serum levels of LBP could be used as a marker of outcome.

Methodology/Principal Findings

LBP serum levels at study entry, at 48 hours and at day-7 were measured in 180 patients with severe sepsis. Data regarding the nature of infections, disease severity, development of acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and intensive care unit (ICU) outcome were recorded. LBP serum levels were similar in survivors and non-survivors at study entry (117.4±75.7 µg/mL vs. 129.8±71.3 µg/mL, P = 0.249) but there were significant differences at 48 hours (77.2±57.0 vs. 121.2±73.4 µg/mL, P<0.0001) and at day-7 (64.7±45.8 vs. 89.7±61.1 µg/ml, p = 0.017). At 48 hours, LBP levels were significantly higher in ARDS patients than in ALI patients (112.5±71.8 µg/ml vs. 76.6±55.9 µg/ml, P = 0.0001). An increase of LBP levels at 48 hours was associated with higher mortality (odds ratio 3.97; 95%CI: 1.84–8.56; P<0.001).

Conclusions/Significance

Serial LBP serum measurements may offer a clinically useful biomarker for identification of patients with severe sepsis having the worst outcomes and the highest probability of developing sepsis-induced ARDS.  相似文献

A longitudinal prospective study of serum cholesterol concentrations during the first year of life has been carried out in 302 healthy babies. The results show that serum cholesterol estimations in cord blood cannot be used as a screening test for the diagnosis of familial hypercholesterolaemia. The only child subsequently found to have the condition had a cord serum cholesterol of 85 mg/100 ml compared with the mean value for the group of 78 mg/100 ml. The babies who had cord values greater than 100 mg/100 ml had values distributed throughout the normal range when re-examined at 1 year of age. Serum cholesterol concentrations during the early months of life were markedly influenced by the type of milk fed; it is suggested that investigations to establish the diagnosis of familial hypercholesterolaemia are deferred until the child is about 1 year old and feeding with cows'' milk and mixed diet is established.Values obtained for serum cholesterol concentrations (mg/100 ml, mean ± 1 S.D.) in healthy infants in this study were: at birth 78 ± 23, at 1 week 155 ± 31, at 6 weeks 155 ± 31, at 4 months 184 ± 36, at 8 months 195 ± 37, and at 1 year 191 ± 36.  相似文献

Background

This study was performed to investigate the correlation between CT perfusion with acetazolamide challenge and angiogenesis in C6 gliomas.

Methods

Thirty-two male Sprague-Dawley rats were evaluated. The rats were divided randomly to four groups: eight rats with orthotopically implanted C6 gliomas at 10-days old (Group A), eight rats with gliomas at 14-days old (Group B), eight rats with gliomas at 18-days old (Group C), eight rats with orthotopically injected normal saline served as controls. CT perfusion was performed before and after administration of acetazolamide. Changes in perfusion parameters due to acetazolamide administration were calculated and analyzed.

Results

Elevated carbon dioxide partial pressure and decreased pH were found in all 32 rats post acetazolamide challenge (P<0.01). Cerebral blood flowpre-challenge was increased in group C (95.0±2.5 ml/100g/min), as compared to group B (80.1±11.3 ml/100g/min) and group A (63.1±2.1 ml/100g/min). Cerebral blood flow percentage changes were detected with a reduction in group C (54.2±4.8%) as compared to controls (111.3±22.2%). Cerebral blood volume pre-challenge was increased in group C (50.8±1.7ml/100g), as compared to group B (45.7±1.9 ml/100g) and group A (38.2±0.8 ml/100g). Cerebral blood volume percentage changes were decreased in group C (23.5±4.6%) as compared to controls (113.5±30.4%). Angiogenesis ratio = [(CD105-MVD) / (FVIII-MVD)] ×100%. Positive correlations were observed between CD105-microvessel density, angiogenesis ratio, vascular endothelial growth factor, proliferation marker and cerebral blood flowpre-challenge, cerebral blood volume pre-challenge. Negative correlations were observed between CD105-microvessel density and cerebral blood flow percentage changes (P<0.01, correlation coefficient r=-0.788), cerebral blood volume percentage changes (P<0.01, r=-0.703). Negative correlations were observed between angiogenesis ratio, vascular endothelial growth factor, proliferation marker and cerebral blood flow percentage changes, cerebral blood volume percentage changes.

Conclusion

Our findings suggest that CT perfusion with challenge can provide new insight into non-invasive assessment of rat C6 glioma angiogenesis.  相似文献

Irisin is a recently found myokine that aids obesity control and improves glucose homeostasis by acting on white adipose tissue cells and increases total energy consumption. The aim of this study was to evaluate serum irisin levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and to compare these levels with those of normal controls. Among 595 health screen examinees who had visited our institute between January 2013 to March 2013, 355 patients (84 NAFLD patients and 271 normal controls) were enrolled depending on whether they gave written informed consents and their history of alcohol intake, blood tests, and abdominal ultrasonographic findings. Age; sex; laboratory test parameters; homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance; and levels of leptin, adiponectin, and irisin were assessed. Serum irisin levels (ng/ml) were significantly higher in the NAFLD group than in normal controls (63.4±32.6 vs. 43.0±29.7, p<0.001) and higher in the mild fatty liver group than in the moderate-to-severe fatty liver group (68.3±38.2 vs. 56.6±21.2, p<0.001). Additionally, serum irisin levels were not different between the non-obese and obese groups (48.4±34.2 vs. 45.8±22.9, p = 0.492); however, the levels were significantly lowest in normal controls and highest in the mild fatty liver group in the non-obese (44.9±31.7 vs. 73.1±48.5 vs 59.7±18.0, p<0.001) and obese groups (35.0±17.0 vs. 62.9±21.2 vs. 54.6±23.3, p<0.001). Serum irisin levels were significantly higher in NAFLD patients, which is not consistent with the results of previously published studies. Therefore, more studies are needed to confirm the role of irisin in NAFLD.  相似文献

Fasting gastrin levels in serum were measured in 49 patients with different types of chronic gastritis and in matched controls. In 15 patients with established pernicious anaemia the mean (± S.E. of mean) level of gastrin was greatly raised (699 ± 99 pg/ml). In 17 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, seropositive for parietal cell antibody but with adequate vitamin-B12 absorption, the level was also raised (476 ± 74 pg/ml). By contrast, in “simple” atrophic gastritis seronegative for parietal cell antibody the gastrin levels were significantly lower for both diffuse atrophic gastritis (129 ± 31 pg/ml) and multifocal gastritis (14 ± 4 pg/ml). These levels were similar to those in the controls (46 ± 7 pg/ml).The mechanism of the raised gastrin levels remains uncertain, but neither achlorhydria nor in vivo action of the parietal cell antibody wholly accounted for the hypergastrinaemia. We conclude that hypergastrinaemia is characteristic of gastritis associated with autoimmune reactions to gastric antigens and pernicious anaemia and that a raised serum gastrin is a useful marker of the type of gastritis that tends to progress to the gastric lesion of pernicious anaemia. The findings suggest that this type of gastritis is an essentially different disease from “simple” atrophic gastritis, and the differences in gastrin levels may be due to sparing of the antral mucosa in the autoimmune type but not in “simple” gastritis.  相似文献

Spexin is novel biomarker, which plays a potential role in glucose and lipid metabolisms. However, there was paucity of serum spexin levels in obesity and diabetes mellitus subjects. Hence the current study was aimed to find the relationship between the serum spexin levels in type 2 Diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM) with extrapolation of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. A cross-sectional study included 330 participants, subdivided as control (n=110), type 2 DM (n=110) and type 2 DM with CVD groups (n=110). HbA1c, insulin, lipid profile, spexin & leptin including blood pressure and body mass index were analyzed from all the participants. The serum spexin levels (ng/ml) were significantly decreased in type 2 DM (mean ± sd: 0.65 ± 0.03) and type 2 DM with CVD (0.48 ± 0.02) groups compared to the control (0.79 ± 0.03) group (p<0.001). The decreased spexin levels were observed in type 2 DM, and further more decreased in type 2 DM with CVD patients compared to controls indicating that spexin levels could be served as an early prediction of obesity-induced T2DM with CVD risk.  相似文献
