The mitogen-activated protein kinase/ERK kinase (MEK)/ERK pathway was shown to be constitutively activated in a large number of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cells, suggesting the important roles of this pro-survival signaling in leukemogenesis and proliferation of AML cells. This study explored the impact of the MEK inhibitor AZD6244 on the effect of cytarabien (AraC), one of the most commonly used anti-leukemia agents, to induce growth arrest and apoptosis of AML cells. AZD6244 effectively blocked AraC-induced MEK/ERK activation and enhanced its ability to induce growth arrest and apoptosis of NB4 and HL60 cells in parallel with induction of DNA damage as measured by detection of γ-H2AX by Western Blot analysis, resulting in enhanced expression of p21 waf1 and downregulation of c-Myc and Bcl-xl in these cells. Enhanced induction of apoptosis mediated by combination of AZD6244 and AraC was also shown in freshly isolated AML cells (n = 3). Taken together, concomitant administration of AraC and the inhibitor of MEK/ERK signaling may be useful for treatment of individuals with AML.  相似文献

Glucokinase activators (GKAs), such as AZD1656, are designed as antihyperglycemic agents for diabetics and can cause dose‐limiting hypoglycemia in normal animals used in embryofetal development studies. Genetically modified heterozygous GK knockout (gkdel/wt) mice are less susceptible to severe GKA‐induced hypoglycemia than wild‐type mice due to their elevated baseline glucose levels. In this study, the gkdel/wt mouse was used as an alternative rodent strain for embryofetal development studies with AZD1656. Heterozygous global knockout gkdel/wt females were dosed with 20, 50, or 130 mg/kg/day of AZD1656 or vehicle for a minimum of 14 consecutive days before mating with wild‐type males and throughout organogenesis. Maternal effects were confined to slightly reduced food consumption, reduced body weight gain, and the pharmacologic effect of decreased plasma glucose. Fetuses were genotyped. Fetal weights at the high dose were slightly reduced but there was no effect on fetal survival. There were two specific major malformations, omphalocele and right‐sided aortic arch, with increased fetal incidence in mid‐ and high‐dose fetuses (e.g., omphalocele fetal incidence of 0.6, 0.7, 4.6, and 2% across the dose groups) plus increased incidences of minor abnormalities and variants indicative of either delayed or disturbed development. Fetal weight and abnormalities were unaffected by fetal genotype. The fetal effects are considered hypoglycemia related. There was no effect on embryofetal survival in the gkdel/wt mouse at AZD1656 exposures, which were 70× higher than those causing 75% fetal death in rabbits. This illustrates the value of genetically modified animals in unraveling target versus chemistry‐related effects.  相似文献

The statins are a group of therapeutic drugs widely used for lowering plasma cholesterol level, while it has also been reported to induce cell death in human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. To determine antitumor activity triggered by simvastatin, four AML cell lines—U937, KG1, THP1 (NRASG12D mutant) and HL60 (NRASQ61L mutant)—were cultured with simvastatin and cell viability was assessed using the CellTiter-Glo reagent. For understanding mechanism of antitumor activity, immunoblot analysis for pAkt (Ser473), Akt, pMEK, MEK, pERK (Thr202/Tyr204) and ERK (Thr202/Tyr204) was performed. Apoptotic cell population was calculated using the Annexin V-FITC assay, and cell cycle state was assessed by flow cytometry. Simvastatin showed different cytotoxic effect among AML cells, of which NRASG12D mutant THP1 was the most statin sensitive cell line (IC50 values: 1.96 uM in HL60, 7.87 uM in KG1, 0.83 uM in THP1 and 1.37 uM in U937). Western blot analysis revealed that Ras downstream signaling molecules including Akt, MEK, and ERK1/2 were markedly inhibited in THP1 cells compared to other AML cells when exposed to simvastatin. In addition, only in THP1 cells, increased apoptosis and cell cycle arrest by simvastatin was observed. The combination of simvastatin and MEK inhibitor AZD6244 synergistically reduced THP1 cell proliferation compared to simvastatin alone and AZD6244 alone (IC50 values: 0.88 uM in simvastatin, 0.32 uM in AZD6244, and 0.23 uM in combination of simvastatin and AZD6244). Simvastatin exhibited anti-leukemic effect in human AML cells in vitro, especially at NRASG12D mutant AML cell line.

The right dose of daunorubicin (DNR) for the treatment of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is uncertain. Previous trials have shown conflicting results concerning the efficacy of high or low doses of daunorubicin to induction chemotherapy for newly diagnosed AML. A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted to resolve this controversial issue. We compared the efficacy and safety of high doses of daunorubicin (HD-DNR) and traditional low doses of daunorubicin (LD-DNR) or idarubicin (IDA) during induction therapy of newly diagnosed AML. Data of 3,824 patients from 1,796 articles in the literature were retrieved and six randomized controlled trials were analyzed. The primary outcomes were overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), and event-free survival (EFS). The secondary outcomes included complete remission (CR), relapse, and toxicity. The meta-analysis results suggest that comparing HD-DNR with LD-DNR, there were significant differences in CR (RR = 1.19, 95%CI[1.12,1.18], p<0.00001), OS(HR = 0.88, 95%CI[0.79,0.99], p = 0.002), and EFS (HR = 0.86, 95%CI [0.74, 1.00], p = 0.008), but not in DFS, relapse, and toxicity. There were no statistically significant differences in any other outcomes between HD-DNR and IDA. The analysis indicates that compared with LD-DNR, HD-DNR can significantly improve CR, OS and EFS but not DFS, and did not increase occurrence of relapse and toxicity.  相似文献

XIAP, a potent caspase inhibitor, is highly expressed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells and contributes to chemoresistance. A multi-center phase 1/2 trial of XIAP antisense oligonucleotide AEG35156 in combination with idarubicin/cytarabine was conducted in 56 patients with relapsed/refractory AML. Herein we report the pharmacodynamic studies of the patients enrolled at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. A total of 13 patients were enrolled in our institution: five in phase 1 (12–350 mg/m2 AEG35156) and eight in phase 2 (350 mg/m2 AEG35156) of the protocol. AEG35156 was administered on 3 consecutive days and then weekly up to a maximum of 35 days. Blood samples were collected from patients on days 1 through 5 and on day 28–35 post-chemotherapy for detection of XIAP levels and apoptosis. AEG35156 treatment led to dose-dependent decreases of XIAP mRNA levels (42–100% reduction in phase 2 patients). XIAP protein levels were reduced in all five samples measured. Apoptosis induction was detected in 1/4 phase 1 and 4/5 phase 2 patients. Importantly, apoptosis was most pronounced in CD34 + 38 AML stem cells and all phase 2 patients showing apoptosis induction in CD34 + 38 cells achieved response. We conclude that at 350 mg/m2, AEG35156 is effective in knocking down XIAP in circulating blasts accompanied by the preferential induction of apoptosis in CD34 + 38 AML stem cells.  相似文献

AZD1152, an Aurora kinase inhibitor with selectivity for Aurora B kinase, can enhance the effect of ionizing radiation (IR). The aim of this study was to evaluate and to mechanistically explore scheduling effects of AZD1152 on tumor responses to IR, in three different settings: neoadjuvant (AZD1152 before IR), adjuvant (IR before AZD1152), or concomitant treatments (AZD1152 plus one single IR dose). A more pronounced tumor growth delay was observed in the neoadjuvant and adjuvant schedules as compared to the concomitant schedule. However, AZD1152 enhanced the efficacy of IR when concomitant IR was fractionated over several days. Histopathological examination revealed that AZD1152 + IR induced polyploidy, multinucleation and micronuclei in vivo. Time-lapse videomicroscopy confirmed that cell death induced by AZD1152 + IR was preceded by multinucleation and the formation of micronuclei, which both are hallmarks of mitotic catastrophe. Caspase inhibition or removal of the pro-apoptotic protein Bax did not ameliorate the long-term cell survival of AZD1152-treated cancer cells. In contrast, a chemical inhibitor of CHK1, Chir124, sensitized cancer cells to the lethal effect of AZD1152. Altogether, these data support the contention that AZD1152 mediates radiosensitization in vivo by enhancing mitotic catastrophe, which can be used as a biomarker of treatment efficacy.  相似文献

Background EEG activity is considered an index of functional state of brain. Chemotherapy (CT), used for non-central nervous system (CNS) cancer, can cross the blood brain barrier and contribute to changes in the functional state of brain that can alter background EEG activity. Quantitative EEG (qEEG) is superior to conventional EEG in the detection of subtle alterations of EEG background activity and for this reason, the use of qEEG might assist the clinician in evaluating the possible effect of CT on the CNS. The nucleoside analog cytosine arabinoside (Ara-C) is one of the milestone chemotherapeutic agents used for treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Our observational study evaluates the possible effect of Ara-C on the qEEG of patients with AML, without CNS involvement. We conducted an observational study on newly diagnosed AML patients without CNS involvement, undergoing treatment with Ara-C to analyze the possible effect of Ara-C high doses on EEG background activity using qEEG analyses. A total of nine AML patients, 5 with Ara-C i.v. high dose (≥3 g/m2 die), 4 with standard dose (100 mg/m2 die) underwent qEEG (at rest, during hyperpnoea, mental arithmetic task and blocking reaction). We compared the EEG background activity of the two groups at baseline and after 6 months. Statistical analysis showed no significant differences between the two groups in mean relative power for all frequency bands, at rest and during hyperpnoea, mental arithmetic task and blocking reaction. Our data indicate that high dose Ara-C i.v. did not induce significant changes on EEG background activity in our patients. Future research in this area could include prospective studies that would combine qEEG and neuropsychological testing to assess the impact of CT on brain functions.  相似文献

In this study, we aimed to study the effect of miR-33b in regulating sensitivity to daunorubicin (DNR) in acute myelocytic leukemia (AML). We used quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Cell Counting Kit-8 assay to detect the level of miR-33b and cell viability. Cell apoptosis and the expression of eIF5A-2 and MCL-1 protein were detected by flow cytometry analysis and Western Blot analysis, respectively. MiR-33b mimic increased sensitivity of AML cells against DNR, while miR-33b inhibitor had the opposite effect. Furthermore, the results showed that the eIF5A-2 gene was a direct target of miR-33b, and miR-33b regulated eIF5A-2 mRNA and protein expression. Silencing of eIF5A-2 by RNA interference increased the sensitivity of AML cells against DNR. We also found that MCL-1 contributed to the regulation of DNR sensitivity, which was dependent on downregulation of eIF5A-2. Finally, knockdown of eIF5A-2 eliminated the effects of miRNA-33b mimic or inhibitor on DNR sensitivity. These findings indicate that miR-33b maybe as a new therapeutic target in AML cells.  相似文献

Anthracycline drugs and MDR expression in human leukemia   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
We investigated the expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in 50 adults with de novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at the initial diagnosis in order to further define the relationship between the presence of P-gp on leukemic cells and the efficacy of two different anthracycline drugs, Daunorubicin (DNR) and Idarubicin (IRR), in terms of remission, induction and survival. We found that 30 (60%) of the 50 patients were negative for P-gp expression (group 1) and 20 patients (40%) were positive (group 2) for P-gp expression by MRK16 MoAb using a cut of 10% positive cells. Among the 50 patients, 35 (70%) obtained complete remission (CR); depending on P-gp expression the CR rate was 80% for group 1 and 45% for group 2 (p<0.005). The median duration of overall survival (OS) was 20 months for patients in group 1, compared to 10 months for patients in group 2 (p<0.005). Regarding the anthracycline used, no difference in CR has been observed in patients of group 1 (75% CTR with DNR versus 90% CR with IDR); on the contrary in group 2 we observed 40% CR with DNR versus 70% CR with IDR (p<0.005). No significant difference has been achieved in group 1 terms of median duration ofoverall survival between DNR and IDR regimen; on the contrary the median duration of OS in patients of group 2 treated with IDR regimen was significantly longer than DNR regimen (p<0.005). These results confirm the prognostic value of P-gp expression in AML at diagnosis and we suggest that Idarubicin could be a valid anthracycline drug for reversing multidrug resistance.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim was to evaluate the role of the combination of olmesartan, an angiotensin II (Ang II) receptor blocker (ARB), with daunorubicin (DNR) in reducing cardiac toxicity in rats. DNR was administered at a dose of 3 mg/kg/day every other day for 12 days. Olmesartan was administered orally every day for 12 days. Rats treated with DNR alone showed cardiac toxicity as evidenced by worsening cardiac function, elevation of malondialdehyde level in heart tissue and decreased in the level of total glutathione peroxidase activity; treatment with ARB reversed these changes. Furthermore, ARB treatment down-regulated matrix metalloproteinase-2 expression, myocardial expression of Ang II, attenuated the increased protein expressions of p67phox and Nox4 and reduced oxidative stress-induced DNA damage evaluated by expression of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine. In conclusion, the result demonstrated that Ang II and oxidative stress play a key role in anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity and that treatment with ARB will be beneficial against DNR-induced cardiotoxicity.  相似文献

Daunorubicin (DNR) is a widely used antitumor drug, but its application is limited because of its cardiotoxic side effects. The present study was designed to investigate the interaction between DNR and cardiac myosin (CM) in the presence of chromium(III) (Cr3+) and manganese(II) (Mn2+) using fluorescence spectrometry under simulative physiological conditions with the aim of exploring the influence of metal ion on DNR-CM complex and finding out an aggressive approach to abrogate of DNR-induced cardiotoxicity. In detail, the quenching and binding constant of ternary system, including metal ion, DNR, and CM, were measured and compared with the DNR-CM. The data from in vitro experiments indicate that the presence of Cr3+ or Mn2+ distinctly decreased the binding force between DNR and CM, and alleviated the cardiac toxicity caused by DNR. In addition, the variations in mice body weight and myocardial enzyme level were examined by in vivo experiments. Animals receiving Cr3+ or Mn2+ supplementation of DNR showed preservation of the normal pattern of the heart, especially 2.0 mg Cr3+/kg body wt or 50.0 mg Mn2+/kg body wt exhibited an obviously protective effect accompanied with body weight raise when compared with the mice treated with DNR alone, decreased the ratio of heart to body weight (BW) and the ratio of left ventricular mass to BW to the normal levels, and inhibited the leak of myocardial enzyme caused by DNR. As a result, this study suggests that pretreatment of lower dose of Cr3+ (2 mg/kg wt) and moderate dose of Mn2+ (50 mg/kg wt) might be useful and play an important role in ameliorating the cardiotoxicity of DNR treatment in cancer patients.  相似文献

Anthracycline daunorubicin (DNR) is one of the major antitumor agents widely used in the treatment of myeloid leukemia. Unfortunately, the clinical efficacy of DNR was limited because of its cytotoxity at high dosage. As a novel cytoprotective mechanism for tumor cell to survive under unfavorable conditions, autophagy has been proposed to play a role in drug resistance of tumor cells. Whether DNR can activate to impair the sensitivity of cancer cells remains unknown. Here, we first report that DNR can induce a high level of autophagy, which was associated with the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2). Moreover, cell death induced by DNR was greatly enhanced after autophagy inhibition by the pharmacological inhibitor chloroquine (CQ) and siRNAs targeting Atg5 and Atg7, the most important components for the formation of autophagosome. In conclusion, we found that DNR can induce cytoprotective autophagy by activation of ERK in myeloid leukemia cells. Autophagy inhibition thus represents a promising approach to improve the efficacy of DNR in the treatment of patients with myeloid leukemia.  相似文献

Patients with pancreatic cancer have dismal prognoses, and novel therapies are urgently needed. Mutations of the KRAS oncogene occur frequently in pancreatic cancer and represent an attractive target. Direct targeting of the predominant KRAS pathways have been challenging and research into therapeutic strategies have been now refocused on pathways downstream of KRAS, phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK [MEK]). We hypothesized that concurrent inhibition of the PI3K and MEK pathways would result in synergistic antitumor activity, as it would circumvent the compensatory feedback loop between the two pathways. We investigated the combined effect of the PI3K inhibitor, GDC0941, and the MEK inhibitor, AZD6244, on cell viability, apoptosis and cell signaling in a panel of pancreatic cancer cell lines. An in vivo analysis was conducted on pancreatic cancer xenografts. While BxPC-3 (KRAS wild type) and MIA PaCa-2 (KRAS mutated) cell lines were sensitive to GDC0941 and AZD6244 as single agents, synergistic inhibition of tumor cell growth and induction of apoptosis were observed in both cell lines when the two drugs were combined. Interestingly, phosphorylation of the cap-dependent translational components, 4E-binding protein (p-4E-BP1) and S6 was found to be closely associated with sensitivity to GDC0941 and AZD6244. In BxPC-3 cell xenografts, survival differences were observed between the control and the AZD6244, GDC0941, and combination groups. Our study provides the rationale for concurrent targeting of the PI3K and MEK pathways, regardless of KRAS status, and suggests that phosphorylation of 4E-BP1and S6 can serve as a predictive biomarker for response to treatment.  相似文献

Undertreatment of older patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) can explain, in part, their inferior outcome when compared to that of younger patients. In agreement with the benefit seen by patients under age 60 from high-dose cytosine arabinoside (Ara-C), there are dose effects in the over 60s, in particular for daunorubicin, in induction treatment and for the duration of postremission treatment. The use of these effects can partly overcome the mostly unfavorable disease biology in older age AML, as expressed by the absence of favorable and the over-representation of adverse chromosomal abnormalities as well as the expression of drug resistance. We recommend an adequate dosage of 60 mg/m2 daunorubicin on 3 days in combination with standard dose Ara-C and 6-thioguanine given for induction and consolidation, and followed by a prolonged monthly maintenance chemotherapy for at least 1 year's duration. Further improvements in supportive care may help to deliver additional antileukemic cytotoxicity. As a novel approach, nonmyeloablative preparative regimens may open up the possibility of allogeneic transplantation for older patients with AML. Other new options like multidrug resistance modulators, antibody targeted therapies and molecular targeting are under clinical investigation. A questionnaire study in patients with AML showed that, according to patients' self-assessment, intensive and prolonged treatment did not result in a diminished quality of life. This finding did not vary by age, under or over 60 years. As the median age in this disease is more than 60 years, the adequate management of AML in older patients remains the major challenge.  相似文献

We performed a retrospective analysis on the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with three cycles of methotrexate (100 mg/m2 on day 1), cisplatin (90 mg/m2 on day 1) and bleomycin (20 mg/m2 on day 1–5) with 21 d gap between each cycle in 44 patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the cheek, lip and tongue followed by surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy consisting of cisplatin (90 mg/m2 on day 1), Mitomycin C (6 mg/m2 on day 1) and 5-fluorouracil (1000 mg/m2 120 h continuous infusion from day 1) repeated every 3 weeks for three cycles. Following induction chemotherapy, complete response was observed in 11 out of 44 patients (25%), and a partial response in a further 28 patients (64%). The overall median survival of all patients was 29 months and those in stage III and stage IV were 30 and 15 months respectively (P<0.001). The median duration of the time to relapse in patients who responded to adjuvant chemotherapy was 28 months. The main toxic effect was vomiting followed by hematological toxicity. No treatment-related deaths occurred. The regimen showed a significant response, encouraging median survival and a good tolerability profile.  相似文献

Thirty-nine adults with acute leukaemia who had relapsed when receiving extensive chemotherapy were treated with a combination of methotrexate and colaspase (L-asparaginase) given sequentially. Patients initially received 50-80 mg/m2 methotrexate, followed three hours later by intravenous colaspase, 40 000 IU/m2. Seven days later intravenous methotrexate, 120 mg/m2 was given. Each dose of methotrexate was followed 24 hours later by colaspase, and the two-day course of treatment was repeated every 7-14 days. The methotrexate dose was increased to tolerance by increments of 40 mg/m2 with each course, while the colaspase dose remained constant unless abnormal liver function developed, when it was reduced by half.Overall, 18 out of 39 patients achieved complete remission (46%). Of these, 13 out of 21 (62%) had acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, three out of seven (43%) acute undifferentiated leukaemia, and two out of 11 (18%) acute myeloblastic leukaemia. The median duration of complete remission was 20 weeks and the median duration of survival in complete responders was 45 weeks. The median number of courses needed to achieve complete remission was three. The maximum tolerated dose of methotrexate was 400 mg/m2 (median 200 mg/m2). Major side effects were due to colaspase. Methotrexate in doses of up to 400 mg/m2 caused minimal myelosuppression and stomatitis, which suggested that colaspase given sequentially provides relative protection from methotrexate toxicity without the need for folinic acid (citrovorum factor) rescue. The combination of sequential colaspase and methotrexate is highly effective in reinducing remission in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia or acute undifferentiated leukaemia. The regimen is easy to administer and relatively non-toxic, so it is suitable for use in outpatients, either alone or combined with other agents.  相似文献

51 patients (mean age 40, range 17-71) with previously untreated AML (25% of M4-6 FAB type) were given Ara-C subcutaneously 100 mg/m2 every 12 h for 7 days and DNR 45 mg/m2 on days 1-3 i.v. for inducing remission. After 52 days 49% of patients on an average reached CR. The complete responders were given a 5 day treatment pulses monthly until relapse, which consisted of Ara-C s.c. plus one of the following drugs added in cyclic rotation: 6-TG, cyclophosphamide, CCNU or DNR. After 2 years the intervals between cycles were prolonged step by step. The mean/median of CR duration equals 26/19 months and of the survival of complete responders 32.9/27 months. The relapse rate and the CNS relapse rate equaled 1.9% and 0.36% per patient/month of observation. T and B cell depletion was observed during maintenance. The results indicate that the subcutaneous route of administering Ara-C is effective during the induction of remission.  相似文献

We previously showed that the MEK inhibitor AZD6244 induced apoptosis in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) HL60 cells. However, the mechanisms of AZD6244 to induce apoptosis remain to be fully elucidated. This study found that exposure of HL60 cells to AZD6244 down-regulated the levels of phosphor (p)-4E-binding protein 1 (4E-BP1), a substrate of mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1), and anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1. On the other hand, exposure of EOL-1 and MOLM13 cells to AZD6244 failed to induce apoptosis and levels of p-4E-BP1 and Mcl-1 were not down-regulated in these cells. These observations prompted us to hypothesize that down-regulation od 4E-BP1 and Mcl-1 might play an important role in AZD6244-mediated apoptosis. As expected, down-regulation of 4E-BP1 by an siRNA sensitized EOL-1 cells to AZD6244-mediated apoptosis in parallel with down-regulation of Mcl-1. Moreover, we found that blockade of mTORC1 by RAD001 synergistically enhanced the action of AZD6244 in leukemia cells.  相似文献

Physiological and biochemical changes related to methyl jasmonate (MeJA)-induced chilling tolerance of rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Taichung Native 1) seedlings were investigated. Treatment of whole plants with 10 mmol m?3 MeJA for 48 h before chilling (5 °C) was optimal for the induction of chilling tolerance. MeJA greatly improved the survival ratio of chilled seedlings and ameliorated chilling injury such as demolition of membrane structure (estimated by electrolyte leakage). MeJA also prevented water loss in chilled seedlings by reducing the opening of stomata and decreasing the root bleeding rate. Putrescine and spermine levels in shoots increased but spermidine levels decreased on exposure to MeJA. In roots, putrescine levels also increased and spermidine levels increased transiently on exposure to MeJA. Activities of arginine decarboxylase (ADC; EC 4.1.1.19) and S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (SAMDC; EC 4.1.1.50) in both shoots and roots increased on exposure to MeJA, while the activity of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC; EC 4.1.1.17) remained unchanged. The MeJA-induced putrescine increase was inhibited by 50 mmol m?3α-difluoromethylarginine (DFMA), an irreversible inhibitor of ADC, but not by 50 mmol m?3α-difluoromethylornithine (DFMO), an irreversible inhibitor of ODC. The effect of MeJA on the induction of chilling tolerance was also reduced by 50 mmol m?3 DFMA. The effects of DFMA were partly prevented by 1 mol m?3 putrescine. This indicates that putrescine accumulation is required for the induction of chilling tolerance of rice seedlings by MeJA.  相似文献
