NEW SPECIES AND SUBSPECIES OF CHINESE PLATYCORYNUS (COLEOPTERA: EUMOLPIDAE)

Six species and one subspecies of Chinese Platycorynus Chevr. are here describedas new. All the type specimens of new species are deposited in the Institute of Zoology,Academia Sinica, those of the new subspecies are deposited in the Kunming Institute ofZoology, Academia Sinica.     

FOUR NEW SPECIES OF KENYENTULUS FROM HAINAN ISLAND(PROTURA:BERBERENTOMIDAE)

The present paper deals with four new species of Kenyentulus,whichwere collected from Hainan Island,Guangdong Provincc,by Z.Y.Liu andG.T.Jin,in the end of 1984 and the begining of the next year,All thetypes were preserved in the collection of the Shanghai Institute of Entomology,Academia Sinica.

NOTES ON CHINESE TACHINIDAE:GENUS SERVILLIA R.D.(Ⅱ)

This paper deals with eight new species of the genus Servillia R.-D.from Hengduan Mountains in Yunnan and Sichuana, afew specimens are alsofrom other places of China. All the type specimens are deposited in theInstitote of Zoology, Academia Sinica.     

TRI NOVREKORDAJ SPECIOJ KAJ UNU NOVA SPECIO DE PTEROMALEDOJ THREE NEW CHINESE PTEROMALID RECORDS WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES(Hymenoptera:Chalcidoidea:Pteromalidae)

Some chalcidoids were collected by the author in the midddle of November,1933 on the campus of the College, in which 4 species of Pteromalidae werefound after studying. There species are new to China and one new to science.The holotype specimen is deposited in the Insect Collection of the NorthwesternCollege of Forestry, and the paratype in the Insect Collection of Institute ofZoology, Academia Sinica.     

NOTES ON CHINESE FLEA-BEETLES OF THE GENUS HESPERA WEISE (COLEOPTERA: CHRYSOMELIDAE)

The present paper deals with the Chinese species of the Alticine genus He-spera Weise. Altogether forty-four species are reeorded of which fifteen are desc-ribed as new. The type specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.     

NEW SPECIES OF DACTYLISPA FROM CHINA (COLEOPTERA, HISPINAE)

In the present paper are described one new subgenus, twelve new species and twonew subspecies of the Hispine genus Dactylispa Weise. All type specimens are kept inthe Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.     

TWO NEW SPECIES OF THECOBATHRA MEYRICK(LEPIDOPTERA: YPONOMEUTIDAE)

The present paper reports two new species of Thecobathra Meyrick collected fromSichuan Province of China. With this addition, the total number of Chinese speciesamounts to 10. The types of all the new species are preserved in the Institute of Zoology,Academia Sinica, Beijing, China.

A NEW GENUS AND SPECIES OF NOCTUIDAE FROM CHINA(LEPIDOPTERA)

In this paper, a new genus and species of Noetuidae are reported. Type specimenis kept in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, Jingia, gen. nov. Proboscis fully developed; palpi obliquely porrect to just beyond frons, the 3rdjoint very short; frons with rounded prominence, with corneous plate below it; eyeslarge, rounded, naked; head and thorax elothed with hairs and few scales; fore tibiae     

NOVAJ SPECIOJ DE DENDROLIMUS KAJ CIAJ PROKSIMULOJ EL CINIO NEW SPECIES OF DENDROLIMUS AND ITS ALLIES FROM CHINA(Lepidoptera:Lasiocampidae)

In this paper five new species of Lasiocampidae are described: three belong-ing to the genus Dendrolimus,one to Hoenimnema and the other to Cyclophrag-ma, which are collected from Qinling Forest Region.All the type specimensare kept in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.     

NEW SPECIES OF CRYPTOCEPHALINE BEETLES FROM YUNNAN AND FUJIAN(COLEOPTERA EUMOLPIDAE)

The present paper deals with the Cryptocephaline beetles of the generaAdiscus Gistl and Coenobius Suffrian, and eight new species are described, ofwhich four from Yunnan, three from Fujian and one from Vietnam. The typespecimens are preserved in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.     

ON NEW SPECIES OF THE FAMILY THOMISIDAE FROM CHINA (ARACHNIDA: ARANEAE)

The present paper deals with nine species of spiders belonging to the. family .Thomisidae from China, types are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, Beijing and the Department of Biology, Bethune Medical University, Changchun, respectively. 扁胸猎蝽属在中国发现

Through the kindness of Mr. Yang Xingke, Mr. Li Hongxing, and Ms. Sun Hongguo, of the Insti-tute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, I was given an opportuuity of examining a large collection of assassinbugs under their care. Among the 64 genera belonging to 12 subfamilies of the Chinese Reduviidae intheir collection, the Oriental genus Homalosphodrus Stal was discovered.     

A STUDY ON THE CHINESE LATOIA GUERIN-MENEVILLE WITH DESCRIPTIONS OF NEW SPECIES (LEPIDOPTERA:LIMACODIDAE)

This paper deals with 39 species of the genus Latoia Guerin-Meneville collected fromChina. Among them 19 species are new to science and one species is a new record fromChina. Key to the known species is given. All type specimens are deposited in the Instit-ute of Zoology. Academia Sinica.     

NEW SPECIES AND NEW CHINESE RECORDS OF CALLIONYMID FISHES FROM THE SOUTH CHINA SEA

In the present paper, 3 new species and one new Chinese record of callionymidfishes, from the South China Sea are described, and the keys to the Chinese species ofCallionymus and Calliurichthys are given for reference (in Chinese). All the specimensare deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, Peking.
