The incidence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy is high in India where iron supplementation is a regular practice. The response to oral iron is influenced by several factors such as age, body mass index, gravida, socioeconomic status, food, vitamin deficiency and compliance to supplements. The major challenge is to understand the various modulators of iron status in this high-risk group so that we can improve the diagnosis and the management of these patients. The current study was designed to evaluate the iron status during pregnancy and to identify factors which might be influencing their response to oral iron. We investigated a total of 181 pregnant women with anemia (Hb < 11 g/dl) and evaluated the impact of probable factors on anemia and their iron status. Assessment of the response was based on hemoglobin and serum ferritin or transferrin saturation level after 8 and 20 weeks of iron supplementation. Socioeconomic, clinical, hematological, biochemical and genetic factors were all evaluated. Molecular analysis revealed that HFE variant allele (G) (rs1799945) was significantly associated with an adequate response to iron supplementation. We identified five subjects with a sustained poor response, and targeted re-sequencing of eleven iron-related genes was performed in them. We have identified seven novel variants in them, and in silico analysis suggested that these variants may have an iron regulatory effect. Taken together, our findings underscore the association of genetic variants with response to supplements in pregnancy, and they can be extended to other diseases where anemia and iron deficiency coexist.

Comparative studies on the effect of nitrogen (N) form on iron (Fe) uptake and distribution in maize (Zea mays L. cv Yellow 417) were carried out through three related experiments with different pretreatments. Experiment 1: plants were precultured in nutrient solution with 1.0×10–4 M FeEDTA for 6 d and then exposed to NO3–N or NH4–N solution with 1.0×10–4 M FeEDTA or without for 7 d. Experiment 2: plants were precultured with 59FeEDTA for 6 d and were then transferred to the solution with different N forms, and 0 and 1.0×10–4 M FeEDTA for 8 d. Experiment 3: half of roots were supplied with 59FeEDTA for 5 d and then cut off, with further culturing in treatment concentrations for 7 d. In comparison to the NH4-fed plants, young leaves of the NO3-fed plants showed severe chlorosis under Fe deficiency. Nitrate supply caused Fe accumulation in roots, while NH4–N supply resulted in a higher Fe concentration in young leaves and a lower Fe concentration in roots. HCl-extractable (active) Fe was a good indicator reflecting Fe nutrition status in maize plants. Compared with NO3-fed plants, a higher proportion of 59Fe was observed in young leaves of the Fe-deficient plants fed with NH4–N. Ammonium supply greatly improved 59Fe retranslocation from primary leaves and stem to young leaves. Under Fe deficiency, about 25% of Fe in primary leaves of the NH4-fed plants was mobilized and retranslocated to young leaves. Exogenous Fe supply decreased the efficiency of such 59Fe retranslocation. The results suggest that Fe can be remobilized from old to young tissues in maize plants but the remobilization depends on the form of N supply as well as supply of exogenous Fe.  相似文献

Pyrococcus furiosus is a hyperthermophilic archaeon that grows optimally at 100°C by the fermentation of peptides and carbohydrates to produce acetate, CO2, and H2, together with minor amounts of ethanol. The organism also generates H2S in the presence of elemental sulfur (S0). Cell extracts contained NADP-dependent alcohol dehydrogenase activity (0.2 to 0.5 U/mg) with ethanol as the substrate, the specific activity of which was comparable in cells grown with and without S0. The enzyme was purified by multistep column chromatography. It has a subunit molecular weight of 48,000 ± 1,000, appears to be a homohexamer, and contains iron (~1.0 g-atom/subunit) and zinc (~1.0 g-atom/subunit) as determined by chemical analysis and plasma emission spectroscopy. Neither other metals nor acid-labile sulfur was detected. Analysis using electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy indicated that the iron was present as low-spin Fe(II). The enzyme is oxygen sensitive and has a half-life in air of about 1 h at 23°C. It is stable under anaerobic conditions even at high temperature, with half-lives at 85 and 95°C of 160 and 7 h, respectively. The optimum pH for ethanol oxidation was between 9.4 and 10.2 (at 80°C), and the apparent Kms (at 80°C) for ethanol, acetaldehyde, NADP, and NAD were 29.4, 0.17, 0.071, and 20 mM, respectively. P. furiosus alcohol dehydrogenase utilizes a range of alcohols and aldehydes, including ethanol, 2-phenylethanol, tryptophol, 1,3-propanediol, acetaldehyde, phenylacetaldehyde, and methyl glyoxal. Kinetic analyses indicated a marked preference for catalyzing aldehyde reduction with NADPH as the electron donor. Accordingly, the proposed physiological role of this unusual alcohol dehydrogenase is in the production of alcohols. This reaction simultaneously disposes of excess reducing equivalents and removes toxic aldehydes, both of which are products of fermentation.  相似文献

Iron has a central role in bioleaching and biooxidation processes. Fe2+ produced in the dissolution of sulfidic minerals is re-oxidized to Fe3+ mostly by biological action in acid bioleaching processes. To control the concentration of iron in solution, it is important to precipitate the excess as part of the process circuit. In this study, a bioprocess was developed based on a fluidized-bed reactor (FBR) for Fe2+ oxidation coupled with a gravity settler for precipitative removal of ferric iron. Biological iron oxidation and partial removal of iron by precipitation from a barren heap leaching solution was optimized in relation to the performance and retention time (τFBR) of the FBR. The biofilm in the FBR was dominated by Leptospirillum ferriphilum and “Ferromicrobium acidiphilum.” The FBR was operated at pH 2.0 ± 0.2 and at 37 °C. The feed was a barren leach solution following metal recovery, with all iron in the ferrous form. 98–99% of the Fe2+ in the barren heap leaching solution was oxidized in the FBR at loading rates below 10 g Fe2+/L h (τFBR of 1 h). The optimal performance with the oxidation rate of 8.2 g Fe2+/L h was achieved at τFBR of 1 h. Below the τFBR of 1 h the oxygen mass transfer from air to liquid limited the iron oxidation rate. The precipitation of ferric iron ranged from 5% to 40%. The concurrent Fe2+ oxidation and partial precipitative iron removal was maximized at τFBR of 1.5 h, with Fe2+ oxidation rate of 5.1 g Fe2+/L h and Fe3+ precipitation rate of 25 mg Fe3+/L h, which corresponded to 37% iron removal. The precipitates had good settling properties as indicated by the sludge volume indices of 3–15 mL/g but this step needs additional characterization of the properties of the solids and optimization to maximize the precipitation and to manage sludge disposal.  相似文献

ICL670 is a representative of a new class of orally active tridentate selective iron chelators. Two molecules of ICL670 are required to form a complete hexacoordinate chelate Fe–[ICL670]2 with one ferric iron. A simple and rapid HPLC–UV method for the separate determination of ICL670 and Fe–[ICL670]2 in the plasma of iron-overloaded patients is described. Plasma samples were prepared as rapidly as possible, the tubes being kept at 4°C. Plasma proteins were precipitated with methanol. The supernatant was diluted with water and placed on the refrigerated sample rack of an autosampler before injection. The chromatographic separations were achieved on an Alltima C18 column using 0.05 M Na2HPO4 and 0.01 M tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate–acetonitrile–methanol (41:9:50, v/v/v) as mobile phase. The analytes were detected at 295 nm. Calibration and quality control samples were prepared in normal human plasma. The mean accuracy (n=6) over the entire investigated concentration range 0.25–20 μg/ml ranged from 91 to 109% with a coefficient of variation (C.V.) from 4 to 8% for ICL670, and from 95 to 105% with a C.V. from 2 to 20% for the iron complex. The dissociation of the complex during analysis was shown to be marginal. The iron removal from plasma of iron-overloaded patients by free ICL670 during analysis was low. The in vitro iron transfer from the iron pools of iron-overloaded plasma onto ICL670 was shown to be a slow process.  相似文献

The oxidation of thiocyanate by iron(V) (Fe(V)) was studied as a function of pH in alkaline solutions by a premix pulse radiolysis technique. The rates decrease with an increase in pH. The rate law for the oxidation of SCN by Fe(V) was obtained as −d[Fe(V)]/dt = k10{[H+]2/([H+]2 + K2[H+] + K2K3)}[Fe(V)][SCN], where k10 = 5.72 ± 0.19 × 106 M−1 s−1, pK2 = 7.2, and pK3 = 10.1. The reaction precedes via a two-electron oxidation, which converts Fe(V) to Fe(III). Thiocyanate reacts approximately 103× faster with iron(V) than does with iron(VI).  相似文献

Emerging extensively drug-resistant (XDR) Klebsiella pneumoniae due to the production of β-lactamases and porin loss is a substantial worldwide concern. This study aimed to elucidate the role of outer membrane porin (OMP) loss, AmpC, and carbapenemases among extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)-producing K. pneumoniae strains with XDR phenotype. This study analyzed 79 K. pneumoniae from several clinical sources and detected ESBLs in 29 strains co-harbored with other β-lactamases using standard microbiological practices and phenotypic procedures. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were determined against several antibiotics using Microscan WalkAway plus. OMP analysis was carried out using sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. ESBL, AmpC, and carbapenemase genes were detected using molecular methods. The microbiological analysis discovered 29 (36.7%) ESBL strains of K. pneumoniae, which showed the co-existence of 7 (24.1%) AmpC β-lactamases and 22 (75.9%) carbapenemases. Porin loss of OmpK35 was observed in 13 (44.8%) and OmpK36 in 8 (27.5%) K. pneumoniae strains. The strains were significantly associated with the intensive care unit (ICU) (p = 0.006) and urinary sources (p = 0.004). The most commonly detected gene variants in each β-lactamase class included 16 (55.2%) blaCTX-M−1, 7 (100%) blaCYM-2, 11 (50%) blaNDM-1, and integron-1 was detected in 21/29 (72.4%) strains. MICs of cephalosporin, fluoroquinolone, carbapenem, aminoglycoside, and β-lactam combinations demonstrated a high number of XDR strains. Tigecycline (2 µg/mL MIC50 and >32 µg/mL MIC90) and colistin (1 µg/mL MIC50 and 8 µg/mL MIC90) presented lower resistance. ESBL K. pneumoniae strains with OmpK35 and OmpK36 porin loss demonstrate conglomerate resistance mechanisms with AmpC and carbapenemases, leading to emerging XDR and pan drug resistance.  相似文献

Ice nuclei active at approximately −2°C and intrinsic to woody tissues of Prunus spp. were shown to have properties distinct from bacterial ice nuclei. Soaking 5-centimeter peach stem sections in water for 4 hours lowered the mean ice nucleation temperature to below −4°C, nearly 2°C lower than stems inoculated with ice nucleation-active Pseudomonas syringae strain B301D. Ice nucleation activity in peach was fully restored by air-drying woody stem sections for a few hours. The ice nuclei in woody tissue were inactivated between 40 and 50°C, but unaffected by treatment with bacterial ice nucleation inhibitors (i.e. NaOCl, tartaric acid, Triton XQS-20), sulfhydryl reagents (i.e. p-hydroxymercuribenzoate and iodine) and Pronase. Ice nuclei could not be dislodged from stems by sonication and were shown to be equally distributed in peach bud and internodal stem tissue on a per unit mass basis; outer and inner stem tissues were also indistinguishable in ice nucleation activity. Development of ice nuclei in immature peach and sweet cherry stems did not occur until midsummer and their formation was essentially complete by late August. Once formed the ice nuclei intrinsic to woody stems were stable and unaffected by seasonal changes in growth. The apparent physiological function of the ice nuclei is discussed in relation to supercooling and mechanisms of cold hardiness in Prunus spp.  相似文献

A Gram negative, yellow pigmented, rod shaped bacterium designated as RLT was isolated from a hot water spring (90–98 °C) located at Manikaran in Northern India. The isolate grows at 60–80 °C (optimum, 70 °C) and at pH 7.0–9.0 (optimum pH 7.2). Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences and levels of DNA–DNA relatedness together indicate that the new isolate represents a novel species of the genus Thermus with closest affinity to Thermus thermophilus HB8T (99.5 %) followed by Thermus arciformis (96.4 %). A comparative analysis of partial sequences of housekeeping genes (HKG) further revealed that strain RLT is a novel species belonging to the genus Thermus. The melting G+C content of strain RLT was calculated as 68.7 mol%. The DNA–DNA relatedness value of strain RLT with its nearest neighbours (>97 %) was found to be less than 70 % indicating that strain RLT represents a novel species of the genus Thermus. MK-8 was the predominant respiratory quinone. The presence of characteristic phospholipid and glycolipid further confirmed that strain RLT belongs to the genus Thermus. The predominant fatty acids of strain RLT were iso-C17:0 (23.67 %) and iso-C15:0 (24.50 %). The results obtained after DNA–DNA hybridization, biochemical and physiological tests clearly distinguished strain RLT from its closely related species. Thus, strain RLT represents a novel species of the genus Thermus for which the name Thermus parvatiensis is proposed (=DSM 21745T= MTCC 8932T).

Valeriana jatamansi Jones and Hedychium spicatum Ham-ex-Smith are important medicinal herbs of the Himalayan region, which are highly demanded by pharmaceutical industries. Climatic variability especially increasing temperature and water deficit affects the growth and productivity of these species. In addition, increased temperature and water deficit may trigger the biosynthesis of medicinally important bioactive metabolites, which influence the quality of raw plant material and finished products. Therefore, V. jatamansi and H. spicatum plants were undertaken and subjected to different levels of drought (no irrigation), heat (35 °C), and combined stresses for investigating their physiological and metabolic responses. Both the treatments (individually and in combination) reduced relative water content, photosynthesis, carboxylation efficiency, chlorophyll content, while increased intracellular CO2, malondialdehyde and H2O2 content in both the species. Transpiration and stomatal conductance increased under heat and reduced under drought stress as compared to control. Water use efficiency was found to be increased under drought, while reduced under heat stress. Protein, proline, carotenoid content and antioxidant enzymes activities (superoxide dismutase, peroxidise, catalase) initially increased and thereafter decreased during late stages of stress. Exposure of plants to combined stress was more detrimental than individual stress. In V. jatamansi, exposure to drought stress significantly (p < 0.05) increased valerenic acid content in all plant parts (1.0–6.9 fold) with maximum increase after 20 days of exposure, while under heat stress, valerenic acid content increased (1.0–1.2 fold) in belowground part of V. jatamansi, and decreased (1.1–1.3 fold) in aerial part as compared to control. In H. spicatum, exposure of individual heat stress for 25–30 days and combined stress for 5–15 days significantly (p < 0.05) increased linalool content to 6.2–6.5 fold and 8.3–19.6 fold, respectively, as compared to control. Higher accumulation of bioactive compounds after exposure to mild stress provides encouraging prospects for enhancing pharmaceutical properties of these Himalayan herbs.Supplementary Information The online version contains supplementary material available at 10.1007/s12298-021-01027-w.  相似文献

Experiment was carried out to determine the effect of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on the disease development, growth, oil yield and biochemical changes in the plants of Mentha arvensis. With the increase in initial inoculum levels of S. sclerotiorum a corresponding decrease in plant fresh and dry weights were recorded. The maximum reduction in the shoot-roots/suckers fresh weight and shoot-roots/suckers dry weights (39.8%, 43.6%, 40.3% and 42.9%), respectively, was observed at the highest initial inoculum level of 12 g fungal mycelium/5 kg soil as compared to uninoculated control. The infection of roots and suckers due to S. sclerotiorum increased with increasing initial inoculum levels. At the lowest initial inoculum (1.0 g mycelium/5 kg soil), infection was observed 18.0% and at the highest (12 g mycelium/5 kg soil), it was 80.2%. Significant (P ⩽ 0.01) reduction in oil yield, total chlorophyll, total phenol and total sugar content of M. arvensis plants was observed at the lowest inoculum level as compared to uninoculated control.  相似文献

Ability of marine eukaryotic red tide microalgae to utilize insoluble iron   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Iron is an essential trace metal and a limiting factor for microalgal growth, but bioavailable dissolved iron concentrations in seawater are low. Microalgal blooms have frequently occurred in coastal areas under such iron limitation accompanied by mass mortalities of fish and bivalves. Their massive growth despite physiological iron-deficiency has long been an enigma, because most of them cannot grow in chemically defined artificial media. We developed a feasible artificial medium for the culture of many species of red tide microalgae modified for investigation of iron utilization. Here, we report on the ability of marine eukaryotic red tide microalgae to utilize insoluble iron. Some microalgal species could utilize particulate FePO4 and FeS for growth. Particulate FePO4 was available for the growth of the raphidophyte Heterosigma akashiwo, the dinoflagellate Heterocapsa triquetra and the diatom Ditylum brightwellii. The dinoflagellates Heterocapsa circularisquama and Karenia mikimotoi, and the cryptophyte Rhodomonas ovalis utilized both particulate FePO4 and particulate FeS for growth. In contrast, particulate FeO(OH) and Fe2O3 did not support the growth of any of the red tide microalgae examined. Except for Chattonella species (Raphidophyceae), the growth of red tide microalgae were confirmed in the medium with very easily soluble FeCl3 added. The order of bioavailability of tested iron-source species were Fe–EDTA > FeCl3 > FePO4 > FeS > FeO(OH), Fe2O3 for most of microalgae examined, although for H. circularisquama the utilization of FeCl3 was higher than that of Fe–EDTA. The results suggest that red tide microalgae show different patterns of specific strategies for the utilization of various iron sources. The occurrence of red tides in coastal areas may depend on the combination of microalgal species and insoluble iron species present.  相似文献

In this study, we evaluated the effects of dietary intake of vitamin B12 and folate during pregnancy and their interactions with maternal polymorphism of MTHFR (677C>T; 1298A>C) on intrauterine development. Anthropometric parameters were obtained from 231 newborns that belong to a prospective birth cohort in Morelos, Mexico. Maternal dietary intake of vitamin B12 and folate was assessed using a semi-quantitative questionnaire administered during the first and third trimesters of the pregnancy. Maternal MTHFR 677C>T and 1298 A>C genotypes were determined by PCR–RFLP. The associations between deficient dietary intake of vitamin B12 (<2.0 μg/d) and folate (<400 μg/d) in the first and third trimesters and maternal polymorphisms of MTHFR on anthropometric parameters at birth were estimated using a multivariate linear regression model. During pregnancy, the deficient dietary intake was roughly 60 % for folate and 19 % for vitamin B12. Allelic frequencies of 677T and 1298C were 59 and 10 %, respectively. After adjusting for confounders, deficiency in maternal dietary intake of vitamin B12 (<2.0 μg/d) was associated with a significant reduction in length (β ~ −2.4; 95 % CI −4.3; −0.6) and length-for-age at birth (β ~ −1.2; 95 % CI −2.3; −0.1) among infants whose mothers were carriers of the 677TT genotype (p for interaction = 0.02). In contrast, no association was observed between deficiency in maternal dietary intake of folate (<400 μg/d) and any anthropometric parameter of newborns. These results suggest that supplementation with vitamin B12 during pregnancy could have a favorable impact on intrauterine fetal development mainly in populations that are genetically susceptible.  相似文献

Purpose

A recent laboratory study demonstrated that the ingestion of a cold/menthol beverage improved exercise performance in a hot and humid environment during 20 km of all-out cycling. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine whether the ingestion of cold water/ice-slurry with menthol would improve performance in hot and humid outdoor conditions.

Methods

Ten trained males completed three trials of five blocks consisting of 4-km cycling and 1.5-km running. During warm-up, every block and recovery, the athletes drank 190 ml of aromatized (i.e., with 0.05 mL of menthol) beverage at three temperatures: Neutral (ambient temperature) (28.7°C±0. 5°C), Cold (3.1°C±0.6°C) or Ice-slurry (0.17°C±0.07°C). Trial time, core temperature (Tco), heart rate (HR), rate of perceived exertion (RPE), thermal sensation (TS) and thermal comfort (TC) were assessed.

Results

Ice-slurry/menthol increased performance by 6.2% and 3.3% compared with neutral water/menthol and cold water/menthol, respectively. No between-trial differences were noted for Tco, HR, RPE, TC and TS was lower with ice-slurry/menthol and cold water/menthol compared with neutral water/menthol.

Conclusion

A low drink temperature combined with menthol lessens the performance decline in hot/humid outdoor conditions (i.e., compared with cold water alone). Performances were better with no difference in psycho-physiological stress (Tco, HR and RPE) between trials. The changes in perceptual parameters caused by absorbing a cold/menthol beverage reflect the psychological impact. The mechanism leading to these results seems to involve brain integration of signals from physiological and psychological sources.  相似文献

Phosphate chelators are frequently used in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). New iron-based chelators remain understudied and offer a promising therapeutic option for the control of bone and mineral disorders of chronic kidney disease (BMD-CKD). We assessed the effect of the phosphorus chelator, chitosan-iron III (CH-FeCl), compared to calcium carbonate (CaCO3) in BMD-CKD and the potential iron overload in uremic rats. Thirty-two animals were divided into four groups, namely the control, CKD, CKD/CH-FeCl, and CKD/CaCO3 groups. CKD was induced by adding 0.75% (4 weeks) and 0.1% (3 weeks) adenine to the diet. The chelators were administered from week 3 through week 7. The renal function, BMD-CKD markers, and histomorphometry of the femur were assessed at week 7. The CKD group showed a significant increase in creatinine (83.9 ± 18.6 vs. 41.5 ± 22.1 µmol/L; P = 0.001), phosphate (3.5 ± 0.8 vs. 2.2 ± 0.2 mmol/L; P = 0.001), fractional excretion of phosphorus (FEP) (0.71 ± 0.2 vs. 0.2 ± 0.17; P = 0.0001), and FGF23 (81.36 ± 37.16 pg/mL vs. 7.42 ± 1.96; P = 0.011) compared to the control group. There was no accumulation of serum or bone iron after the use of CH-FeCl. The use of chelators reduced the FEP (control: 0.71 ± 0.20; CKD/CH-FeCl: 0.40 ± 0.16; CKD/CaCO3 0.34 ± 0.15; P = 0.001), without changes in the serum FGF23 and parathyroid hormone levels. Histomorphometry revealed the presence of bone disease with high remodeling in the uremic animals without changes with the use of chelators. The CH-FeCl chelator was efficient in reducing the FEP without iron accumulation, thereby paving the way for the use of this class of chelators in clinical settings in the future.  相似文献

Roots from cuttings of grapevine rootstocks V. Berlandieri × V. rupestris 140 Ru, V. Berlandieri × V. riparia SO4, V. riparia × V. rupestris 101–14 and a V. vinifera cultivar (Pinot blanc), with a decreasing degree of chlorosis resistance, were excised and tested to quantify physiological and morphological parameters, as follows: 59Fe uptake from an FeEDTA solution; reducing capacity; root diameter and root hair occurrence. The most significant findings are that: a) 59Fe uptake and FeEDTA reduction decreased from the most chlorosis resistant rootstock (140 Ru) to the most susceptible one (101–14) and to Pinot blanc; b) 59Fe uptake and reducing capacity were closely related; c) iron uptake and reduction were closely related to the root diameter and root hair occurrence, within the rootstocks.  相似文献

Determining herbage intake is pivotal for studies on grazing ecology. Direct observation of animals allows describing the interactions of animals with the pastoral environment along the complex grazing process. The objectives of the study were to evaluate the reliability of the continuous bite monitoring (CBM) method in determining herbage intake in grazing sheep compared to the standard double‐weighing technique method during 45‐min feeding bouts; evaluate the degree of agreement between the two techniques; and to test the effect of different potential sources of variation on the reliability of the CBM. The CBM method has been used to describe the intake behavior of grazing herbivores. In this study, we evaluated a new approach to this method, that is, whether it is a good proxy for determining the intake of grazing animals. Three experiments with grazing sheep were carried out in which we tested for different sources of variations, such as the number of observers, level of detail of bite coding grid, forage species, forage allowance, sward surface height heterogeneity, experiment site, and animal weight, to determine the short‐term intake rate (45 min). Observer (Pexp1  = 0.018, Pexp2  = 0.078, and Pexp3  = 0.006), sward surface height (Pexp2  < 0.001), total number of bites observed per grazing session (Pexp2  < 0.001 and Pexp3  < 0.001), and sward depletion (Pexp3  < 0.001) were found to affect the absolute error of intake estimation. The results showed a high correlation and agreement between the two methods in the three experiments, although intake was overestimation by CBM on experiments 2 and 3 (181.38 and 214.24 units, respectively). This outcome indicates the potential of CBM to determining forage intake with the benefit of a greater level of detail on foraging patterns and components of the diet. Furthermore, direct observation is not invasive nor disrupts natural animal behavior.  相似文献
