从萝藦科药用植物青阳参(CynanchumotophyllumSchneid)的乙酸乙酯提取物的酸水解液中,分离得到一个新的C21甾体苷类化合物,通过现代波谱技术,确定其结构为去乙酰藦萝苷元3-O-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖苷。  相似文献

Seven new polyhydroxypregnane glycosides, named cynotophyllosides P–V, together with three known analogs were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum otophyllum C.K.Schneid . Their structures were elucidated by a variety of spectroscopic techniques, as well as acid‐catalyzed hydrolysis. All isolates were tested for their immunological activities in vitro against Con A‐ and LPS‐induced proliferation of mice splenocytes. Immunoenhancing (for 1 , 9 ) and immunosuppressive (for 2 ) activities were observed. Furthermore, cynotophylloside R ( 3 ) showed immunomodulatory as it enhanced the proliferation of splenocytes in low concentration and suppressed immune cells in concentration more than 1.0 μg/ml.  相似文献

Seven new steroidal glycosides (amplexicosides A (4), B (7), C (8), D (9), E (10), F (11), and G (12)), along with six known compounds (cynatratoside A (1), tylophoside A (2), cynatratoside B (3), glaucogenin A (5), glaucoside A (6), and hancoside A (13)) were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the roots of Cynanchum amplexicaule (Sieb. et Zucc.). Their structures were determined based on spectral and chemical evidence. Compound 12 has a 14, 15-secopregnane-type skeleton aglycone, which has not been reported in literature.  相似文献

Five new C21 steroidal glycosides, namely, komarosides D (1), E (2), F (3), G (4), and H (5), along with two known C21 steroidal glycosides cynatratoside E (6) and hancoside A (7), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Cynanchum komarovii Al.Iljinski (Asclepiadaceae). Their structures were determined by physiochemical and spectroscopic analysis. Among these glycosides, five had an aberrant 13,14:14,15-disecopregnane-type skeleton, and the other two had normal four-ring C21 steroid skeletons. The existence of more than one type of C21 steroid skeleton in one species is rare in the plants of the family Asclepiadaceae, and this has chemotaxonomic significance for this species.  相似文献

Five new C21-steroidal sapogenins ( 1 – 5 ) named cynotogenins J−N, were isolated from the acid hydrolysate of Cynanchum otophyllum roots. Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, and NMR). Most notably, compounds 1 – 3 harboring a rare 5β,6β-epoxy group in the C21-steroidal skeleton of Cynanchum plants. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against multiple cancer cell lines, in which compounds 5 showed weak cytotoxicity against HepG2 cancer cells with IC50 values of 44.90 μM.  相似文献

Six undescribed germacrane-type sesquiterpene lactones, millefoliumons A–F, and two known analogs were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the whole plant of Achillea millefolium L. growing in Xinjiang, China. The structures of these compounds were fully elucidated by their 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and high resolution mass (HR-ESI-MS) spectral data, and comparison with literatures. The absolute configurations of millefoliumons A–F were confirmed by experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism data (ECD), and 13C-NMR calculations and DP4+ probability analysis. All compounds displayed the approximate tendency to inhibit the nitric oxide (NO) release in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced BV2 cells.  相似文献

本试验测定了牛心朴子5种有机溶剂提取物以及经光照和高温处理后的甲醇提取物对松材线虫的毒力。结果表明,5种有机溶剂提取物对松材线虫的校正击倒率随极性的增加而升高:二氯甲烷〈乙酸乙酯〈无水乙醇〈丙酮〈甲醇。甲醇提取物在浓度为6,3、2g/L时,48h的校正击倒率达近100%。经光照和高温处理后的两组甲醇提取物比未处理组毒力总体下降,但当两处理组提取物的浓度为6,3、2g/L时,48h的校正击倒率均达80%以上。  相似文献

Two novel, non-glaucofide, germacrolide sesquiterpene lactones, 8α-methacryloyloxycostunolide-1(10),4(5)-diepoxide and 1-oxo-10α-OH-8α-methacryloyloxycostunolide (not fully characterized), were isolated from Vernonia jonesii and the previously described glaucolide B was identified from V. pooleae. This is one of the few reports of non-glaucolide type germacrolides in a New World species of Vernonia, although members of this class of sesquiterpene lactones are common constituents of Old World species of the genus. The chemical evidence supports the suggestion that V. jonesii may be part of a relictual, isolated group of the New World Vernonia, closely related to some of the Old World taxa.  相似文献

为研究短角湿生冷水花(Pilea aquarum subsp.brevicornuta)化学成分。实验采用色谱法从中分离得到7个化合物,包括5个五环三萜、一个甾醇和一个木脂素。利用波谱学方法鉴定了它们的结构,分别鉴定为pilearbornol(1)、rubiarbonone D(2)、camarolide(3)、表齐墩果酸(4)、齐墩果酮酸(5)、5,8-epidioxy-(3β,5α,8α,22E)-ergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3-ol(6)和桉脂素(7)。其中,化合物1和2属于乔木萜烷型(arborane)三萜,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2的绝对构型首次通过X-射线单晶衍射得到了确定。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,这也是首次从荨麻科植物中分离得到乔木萜烷型三萜化合物。  相似文献

Artemisia annua L. is a Chinese medicinal herb, but the origin of its pharmacological properties, including its anti-inflammatory activity, remain unknown. In this study, five new monoterpene glycosides ( 1 – 5 ) and two new sesquiterpene glycosides ( 6 and 7 ) were isolated from the aqueous extract of the aerial parts of A. annua. The structures of these glycosides were determined using high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, electronic circular dichroism calculations, and chemical hydrolysis methods. The anti-inflammatory activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated by down-regulating interleukin-6 (IL-6) in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Notably, all the new compounds significantly inhibited the expression of IL-6 in a dose-dependent manner.  相似文献

Genomic polymorphism in Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus was revealed by DNA restriction pattern analysis. A 4.2-kb variable DNA fragment was cloned from strain NST7 and hybridised with the DNA of 25 strains allowing an easy detection of intraspecific RFLP. Strong and weak hybridisation signals were observed and the latter were specifically revealed by a 2.1-kb fragment of the probe. Probe specificity was demonstrated by the absence of homology with DNA of strains belonging to 10 other species, with the exception of S. salivarius subsp. salivarius, confirming a close relationship between S. salivarius and S. thermophilus.  相似文献
