基于投入产出方法的甘肃省水足迹及虚拟水贸易研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10

随着社会化进程的加快,地处西北内陆的甘肃省正面临日益严峻的水资源短缺危机,社会经济发展受到一定程度的制约,水生态环境也呈现出恶化的趋势。水足迹是近年来提出的衡量人类活动对于水生态系统影响的指标,能够帮助决策者制定水资源管理及保护的政策,从而实现地区水资源的可持续利用。运用单区域投入产出方法计算并分析了甘肃省1997、2002和2007年第一产业、第二产业和第三产业部门的虚拟水强度、水足迹以及虚拟水贸易情况。结果显示:(1)甘肃省第一产业的虚拟水强度最高,但呈现出逐年下降的趋势,水足迹也因此有所下降;(2)虚拟水贸易方面,甘肃省以虚拟水净出口为主,尤其是第一产业,每年虚拟水净出口量约全省总水资源量的10%。建议甘肃省继续巩固已有的节水成果,调整产业结构,大力发展节水型产业和高新技术产业。同时建议适当调整贸易格局,合理控制虚拟水出口,以缓解当地水资源短缺危机,保障地区水安全与生态安全。  相似文献

通过贸易与消费调控实现区域水资源优化配置已成为缓解地区水资源压力的途径之一。跨区域投入产出分析可为地区间虚拟水贸易战略提供依据。基于2012年京津冀地区投入产出表与生产用水量构建了跨地区虚拟水核算模型,计算了隐含在经济贸易中的虚拟水总量及各地区各部门的直接用水系数、完全用水系数和拉动系数,分析了各部门虚拟水进出口情况,识别了重点耗水部门。结果表明:京津冀地区呈现虚拟水净出口状态,其中净出口部门主要为北京的服务与交通业,河北的农业和制造业。京津冀的农业、矿业和水供应业在生产过程中直接消耗水量大,应注重提升用水效率及节水技术的开发;三地制造业、建筑业和服务与交通业的平均拉动系数较大,这说明其他部门生产活动对该部门依赖性较大,其单位产出的提高将带动整个地区更多虚拟水量的投入。此外,河北的农业和制造业为京津冀各部门输送了大量虚拟水,为各部门生产提供了支撑,是节水的重点部门,应着重调整其产业结构,并从直接和间接用水两方面入手减少水资源消耗。计算了京津冀地区不同部门的直接、间接水资源消耗、水资源消耗拉动系数,以及部门间的虚拟水贸易情况,结果可为该地区部门间水资源配置和虚拟水战略的制定提供基础。  相似文献

飞来峡水库水质现状及其向广州供水能力的探讨   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
水库供水(特别是对城市的供水)已成为缓解全球水资源供给不足的重要途径。于2001年至2003年的丰水期和枯水期调查分析了新建河流型水库-飞来峡水库的水质、浮游植物群落特征和营养状态。结果表明飞来峡水库水质良好,多数水质指标为地表水Ⅱ水质标准,其营养盐浓度、浮游植物的密度均较低,属于贫中营养。从近几年的水质变化来看,建库后,水质改善明显。通过对广州市饮用水源水水质现状及存在问题的分析,从水质和水量两方面探讨了飞来峡水水库作为广州优质水源地的优势。由于来水量大,水库水质净化能力强,飞来峡水库水质和水量均有保证,可作为广州市重要水源地之一。但今后,在流域管理和水土保持工作更应重视和加强。  相似文献

耦合水量供给与水质净化的水生态服务供需关系的多尺度空间量化评估,有助于刻画和识别丰水区水质性缺水问题,并丰富水生态服务研究。在构建水量供给和水质净化服务供需评估方法的基础上,利用空间分析方法在现状情景基础上分别设置提升用水效率、改善土地管理方式和优化土地利用空间配置三种优化情景,并在栅格、子流域和县域三个尺度上开展基于水量供给和水质净化的水生态服务供需关系的定量评估,分别探讨了不同情景不同尺度下的水生态服务供需变化、空间响应及其机制特征。研究结果表明:(1)太湖流域的水量供需状况显著优于水质供需状况,节水能够有效改善流域内的水量赤字,而减量施肥和优化土地利用配置能够显著改善流域内的水质赤字。(2)多尺度的水量供给与水质净化服务供需解析,有助于精准识别不同尺度下亟需治理的关键区域。(3)水量赤字区主要集中在建设用地分布区域,耕地仍是引致水质赤字的主要原因,但随着尺度的逐渐增大,水质赤字区的建设用地面积也在不断增加。(4)优化土地利用结构方案是解决水质性缺水的最有效方法,但需要突破现有政策尤其是耕地保护政策的刚性约束,故耦合提升用水效率等方法是当前治理太湖流域“水质性缺水”问题首选措施。  相似文献

臭氧处理海水对扇贝卵的孵化及幼虫生长的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
主要研究了用臭氧处理海水在经过连续充气曝气12、24h、不经充气曝气的处理水及没经臭氧处理的正常海水,进行海湾扇贝、虾夷扇贝受精卵的孵化和幼虫培育实验。结果表明,海湾扇贝受精卵在经过24h曝气的处理水中孵化率最高为92%,其次为没经过处理的正常海水为76%,曝气12h为16%,没经过曝气的为0;虾夷扇贝受精卵在经过24h曝气的处理水中孵化率最高为88%,其次为没经过处理的正常海水为85%,曝气12h为15%,没经过曝气为0。海湾扇贝幼虫培养在没经过处理的正常海水和经24h曝气的处理水中生长较快,曝气12h较慢;虾夷扇贝幼虫则是没经过处理的正常海水生长最快,其次是经24h曝气的处理水,而曝气12h较慢,成活率方面也表现出一定的差异,从而为臭氧处理海水在贝类育苗上的应用提供一定的指导。  相似文献

 用差示扫描量热计,测定了不同水合态(水含量h从0.08g/g至2.50g /g)冻结的水合醛缩酶样品中冰的熔化温度和熔化焓,并计算出熔化熵。实验结果表明,变性前,水合醛缩酶中的水转化成四种状状:(1)不冻结水,(2)熔化焓和熔化温度均低了普通水的可冻结水,(3)熔化焓与普通水相同而熔化温度低于普通水的可冻结水,(4)熔化焓和熔化温度均与普通水相同的容积水。变性后,水合醛缩酶中的水可处于五种状态,即不冻结水,熔化焓低于普通水而熔化温度与普通水相同的可冻结水,以及熔化温度均低于普通水且彼此不相同的三种状态的可冻结水。实验还观察到,水合醛缩酶在热变性前后,水在这些态中的量是不同的。  相似文献

Genotyping studies on the source and human infection potential of Cryptosporidium oocysts in water have been almost exclusively conducted in industrialized nations. In this study, 50 source water samples and 30 tap water samples were collected in Shanghai, China, and analyzed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method 1623. To find a cost-effective method to replace the filtration procedure, the water samples were also concentrated by calcium carbonate flocculation (CCF). Of the 50 source water samples, 32% were positive for Cryptosporidium and 18% for Giardia by Method 1623, whereas 22% were positive for Cryptosporidium and 10% for Giardia by microscopy of CCF concentrates. When CCF was combined with PCR for detection, the occurrence of Cryptosporidium (28%) was similar to that obtained by Method 1623. Genotyping of Cryptosporidium in 17 water samples identified the presence of C. andersoni in 14 water samples, C. suis in 7 water samples, C. baileyi in 2 water samples, C. meleagridis in 1 water sample, and C. hominis in 1 water sample. Therefore, farm animals, especially cattle and pigs, were the major sources of water contamination in Shanghai source water, and most oocysts found in source water in the area were not infectious to humans. Cryptosporidium oocysts were found in 2 of 30 tap water samples. The combined use of CCF for concentration and PCR for detection and genotyping provides a less expensive alternative to filtration and fluorescence microscopy for accurate assessment of Cryptosporidium contamination in water, although the results from this method are semiquantitative.  相似文献

Otters Lutra lutra L. which feed in the sea in Scotland frequently wash in fresh water. Experiments were carried out with otter pelts and with captive otters, to study the biological function of this behaviour. In vitro , the fur of otters lost much of its thermal insulation after five soakings in sea water and subsequent drying. Otters were fed in sea water or fresh water, with or without simultaneous access to alternative fresh water. When fed in sea water, otters used the alternative fresh water much more than when fed in fresh water, they were more reluctant to enter sea water if no alternative fresh water was present, and without this alternative fresh water they showed signs of hypothermia. After swimming in sea water the animals spent more time grooming and rolling. Without fresh water present the otters' fur lost its capacity for retaining air under water. These observations suggest an explanation for the restricted distribution of otters living along the coast, and for the lack of use of marine habitats by small mammals in general.  相似文献

A large number of coastal dune waters in the Netherlands and northwestern France have been investigated for the occurrence of water mites. Dune waters turned out to be very rich in water mite species. In the Dutch dunes, 110 species of water mites have been found; this is 50 % of the total number of water mite species present in the Netherlands. In the French dunes 64 species have been found. The water mites most characteristic of the coastal dunes are the temporary water species. Dune areas with a high-lying hinterland have a water mite composition much different from dune areas with a low-lying hinterland. This can be explained by the existence of a very different hydrology. During the last century human activity affected the ground water of dunes. Afforestation and extraction of ground water for drinking water purposes caused a lowering of the ground water table. As a result, many dune slacks dried out. Moreover, the infiltration of river water caused an eutrophication of the ground water. Nowadays, the dunes most rich in typical water mite species are the dunes in which neither infiltration of river water nor extraction for drinking water purposes, occur. It can be concluded that water mites are good indicators for dune areas with a natural hydrology.  相似文献

Water is one of many resources, wastes, and pollutants considered in life-cycle assessment (LCA). The widely used indicator for water resources, the total input of water used, is not adequate to assess water resources from a sustainability perspective. More detailed indicators are proposed for water resources in two areas essential to water sustainability: water quantity and water quality. The governing principles for a consideration of water quantity are that (1) the water sources or LCA inputs are renewable and sustainable and (2) the volume of water released or LCA outputs are returned to humans or ecosystems for further use downstream. The governing principle for a consideration of water quality is that the utility of the returned water is not impaired for either humans or ecosystems downstream. Water quantity indicators are defined for water use, consumption, and depletion to reveal the sustainable or nonsustainable nature of the sources. A flexible set of water quality indicators for various factors that may impair water quality are then discussed, including the LCA study choices, technical challenges, and trade-offs involved with such indicators. Indicator selection from this set involves the underlying concern or endpoint represented by the indicator and the level and accuracy of decision-making information that the indicator must provide. With significant differences in emissions among systems studied using LCA and different purposes of the LCA studies themselves, a single, default set of water quality indicators applicable to all systems studied with LCA is problematic. The proposed water quantity and quality indicators for LCA studies are also intended to be compatible with environmental management and reporting systems so that data needs are not duplicated and interpretation for one does not contradict or sow confusion for the other.  相似文献

Slightly acidic electrolysed (SAE) water is a sanitizer with strong bactericidal activity due to hypochlorous acid. We assessed the safety of SAE water as drinking water for mice at a 5 ppm total residual chlorine (TRC) concentration to examine the possibility of SAE water as a labour- and energy-saving alternative to sterile water. We provided SAE water or sterile water to mice for 12 weeks, during which time we recorded changes in body weight and weekly water and food intakes. At the end of the experiment, all of the subject animals were sacrificed to assess serum aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and creatinine levels and to examine the main organs histopathologically under a light microscope. In addition, we investigated the bacteria levels of both types of water. We found no difference in functional and morphological health condition indices between the groups. Compared with sterile water, SAE water had a relatively higher ability to suppress bacterial growth. We suggest that SAE water at 5 ppm TRC is a safe and useful alternative to sterile water for use as drinking water in laboratory animal facilities.  相似文献

The overexploitation of water resources in the region of South Bali, near one of the island’s tourist centres, is exemplified by a subak in Sanur at the tail end of an irrigation system. Tensions between the social institutions for local water management and powerful, state-backed stakeholders in water distribution from the river Ayung have caused rural–urban water conflicts for the last 10–15 years. The case presented here illustrates how water shortages are ascribed to the dominance of the tourism industry, private companies selling bottled drinking water and regional water delivery services, all of which peasants hold responsible for crop failure in dry years. I focus on the emic perspective of the subak members on water scarcity caused by a lack of coordination between privatized and previously centralized water resource management based on economic priorities for the tourism sector and urban regions and water use for agriculture.  相似文献

泡泡刺通常以灌丛沙堆的形式存在,具有很强的生态适应性,在防风固沙、抗旱耐盐等方面具有独特的功能,但是水分条件仍然是限制其生存和发展的关键因素.为了明确泡泡刺在不同荒漠生境条件下的水分利用策略,研究了河西走廊临泽绿洲边缘沙质和砾质生境下泡泡刺的水分来源季节动态特征以及对不同降雨事件的响应程度.测定了两种生境下泡泡刺茎水和不同水源(降水、土壤水和地下水)的氧稳定同位素(δ18O)值,结合IsoSource模型计算了不同水源对泡泡刺水分来源的贡献比例.结果表明:两种生境下泡泡刺茎水δ18O值及其水分来源都存在显著的季节变化特征,沙质生境下泡泡刺在降水较少的春季和秋季主要利用地下水,其贡献率可达50%以上;而砾质生境下的泡泡刺无法利用深达11.5 m地下水,其水分来源受降水控制,具有较大的季节变异性.两种生境下的泡泡刺对降水响应显著,但是降水过后,随着土壤含水量的快速减小,沙质生境下的泡泡刺转而以丰富的地下水为主要水分来源,而砾质生境下的泡泡刺只能利用降水入渗至较深层土壤的较少水分.因此,两种生境下泡泡刺不同的水分利用策略是导致其生长特征差异的主要原因,同时也表明泡泡刺具有较强的自我调节和适应能力.  相似文献

General water quality criteria for Norwegian Waters were developed by the State Pollution Control Authority in the earch 1980s. The need for further refinement of these criteria became apparent in the mid-1980s. New water quality criteria were developed in conjunction with the development of a system for assessment of water uses. Two fundamental principles are outlined for determining the classification of water quality in Norway:
  1. The classification for polluted water. The basis for this system is the natural water quality without any form of influence from man. It is the influence of pollution on the water quality, or the difference between the natural water quality and the water quality today that is classified.
  2. The system for assessment of water quality for various uses is based both on the existing water quality and some physical and practical properties of the environment. The water quality criteria are specific for various uses.
Comprehensive planning in Norway should include physical planning and areal planning of rivers, lakes, and coastal areas. Water use planning will become an indtegral part of comprehensive master planning. This paper describes the system for assessment of water resources uses. Explaining the principles of the system is the main feature of this paper.  相似文献

Abstract. . Under laboratory conditions the hissing-cockroach Gromphadorhina portentosa (Schaum) forms clusters, which appears to be an adaptive behaviour to help reduce water loss. Adults grouped together retain water nearly twice as effectively as isolated individuals. This 'group effect' complements the cockroach's large body size (small surface area to volume ratio) to lower the rate of water loss still further. Despite a modest 28% tolerance limit for weight loss during dehydration, adult females survive absolute drying conditions of 0 % relative humidity without food and free water for at least a month, showing their impressive capacity for water retention. Rates of water loss of immature adults correlate with size, and no transition temperature is detected in females. To replenish water stores, cockroaches drank liquid water; there is no evidence for water gain by water vapour absorption. The profound impact exerted by the 'group' for water conservation suggests that members of this species live huddled together in nature, particularly during the long tropical dry season in order to conserve water, and this adds to previous evidence for the existence of a probable social structure.  相似文献

煤制油是我国应对石油危机的重要途径之一,但其高耗水的特点使其备受争议。利用水足迹理论对全国五大煤炭基地2015年规划的煤制油产业进行了蓝水足迹和灰水足迹的测算,分析了煤制油产业对这些区域水资源的耗用情况及冲击程度。结果显示,神东、晋东和新疆伊犁3个基地的煤制油产业蓝水足迹超过了1亿t、灰水足迹超过了3亿t,其中神东地区作为最大的煤制油产地两项数值分别达到1.9亿t和4.1亿t与当地水资源总量对比,宁东地区煤制油耗水冲击最大,占当地水资源总量的28.2%;新疆伊犁地区比例最小,为0.36%。通过对这5个煤炭基地以区域为尺度的水足迹结构分析和评价比较,得出了两种煤制油工艺的水资源消耗差异,并且为煤制油产业在五大基地的合理布局给出了依据,与此同时为接下来煤制油产业的技术革新和流程优化也提出了相应的建议。  相似文献

Assessment of water footprint sustainability indicators and economic water productivities is regarded as a cornerstone of the world’s sustainability goal and the reduction of the fresh water scarcity risk. These assessments are gaining much prominence because about four billion people face severe water scarcity, globally. Attaining sustainable and economically efficient water use goals requires a thorough assessment of all the existing sectors that use water. This paper examined the water footprint and economic water productivities of dairy products in South Africa for the periods 1996–2005 and 2006–2013 using the water footprint network assessment methodology. We found the total water footprints of all the selected dairy products in South Africa to be higher than the global averages are. During the period of 1996–2005, South African dairy producers utilized more green water in their dairy production. The production of butter and cheese products, whether grated or not grated, powdered or not powdered, blue-veined and cheese of all kinds had the highest total water footprints among all the dairy products in South Africa. Dairy production under a sole grazing system has high water footprints and low economic water productivities, relative to mixed production systems, for the period 2006–2013. With blue water becoming scarcer in South Africa, it is time for dairy livestock producers to shift their production to a system that is highly productive and has low water footprints. The water footprints of most of the dairy products for period 2006–2013 have reduced by varying amounts, relative to 1996–2005, which shows that water users along the dairy industry chains are managing water cautiously. Our findings have revealed dairy products that have high economic water productivities, and suggest that profit maximising and environmentally sustainable dairy producers and water users should integrate both blue water sustainability and economic water productivity indicators in their production decisions.  相似文献

This report describes and documents the presence of multiple water-of-hydration fractions on proteins and in cells. Initial studies of hydration fractions in g of water/g of DM (dry mass) for tendon/collagen led to the development of the molecular SHM (stoichiometric hydration model) and the development of methods for calculating the size of hydration fractions on a number of different proteins of known amino acid composition. The water fractions have differences in molecular motion and other physical properties due to electrostatic interactions of polar water molecules with electric fields generated by covalently bound pairs of opposite partial charge on the protein backbone. The methods allow calculation of the size of four hydration fractions: single water bridges, double water bridges, dielectric water clusters over polar-hydrophilic surfaces and water clusters over hydrophobic surfaces. These four fractions provide monolayer water coverage. The predicted SHM hydration fractions match closely measured hydration fraction values for collagen and for globular proteins. This report also presents water sorption findings that support the SHM. The SHM is applicable for cell systems where it has been studied. In seven cell systems studied, more than half of all of the cell water had properties unlike those of bulk water. The SHM predicts and explains the commonly cited and measured bound water fraction of 0.2-0.4 g of water/g of DM on proteins. The commonly accepted concept that water beyond this bound water fraction can be considered bulk-like water in its physical properties is unwarranted.  相似文献
