菊科蒿属Artemisia的腺毛蒿组和白苞蒿组共有26种8变种,为亚洲特有植物。前主产我国西南中、高海拔地区;后主产秦岭以南横断山脉以东各省区的中、低海拔地区,少数种在亚洲南部、东南部也有分布。除泰国艾A.boreali-siamensis外,其余国内均产。它们在蒿属蒿亚属中进化程度较高,且与其它组有明显的区别。选择亲缘关系最近的艾组为外类群。在外类群比较原则和形态演化原则的基础上,对大量性状  相似文献

研究了产于西伯利亚的西伯利亚嵩草Kobresia sibirica (Turcz.ex Ledeb.) Boeck.,产于北美的K.hyperborea Porsild和K.macrocarpa Clokey。三者之间无显著差异,并且它们的雌花都具有由一至三枚小鳞片组成的花被。因此,它们为同种植物, K.hyperborea包括其变种var.alaskana Duman和var.lepagei Duman及K.macrocarpa被降为西伯利亚嵩草的异名。西伯利亚嵩草分布于亚洲和北美洲的北极和亚北极地区,可能起源于亚洲,由东西伯利亚通过白令海峡散布到北美。  相似文献

Mitochondrial DNAs (mtDNAs) of two unisexual, parthenogenetically reproducing species of whiptail lizards (Cnemidophorus velox and C. exsanguis) and their bisexual relatives were compared by restriction-enzyme analysis to assess levels of mtDNA variation and to establish the maternal ancestry of the unisexuals. No cleavage-site differences were found to be diagnostic between C. velox and C. exsanguis mtDNAs, suggesting an ancestry rooted in the same maternal lineage. The mtDNA of the unisexuals is relatively homogeneous, indicating that these lineages are of recent origin. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the maternal ancestor of both C. velox and C. exsanguis was most probably C. burti stictogrammus, C. costatus barrancorum, or an unidentified taxon closely related to them. In addition, the mtDNA analyses demonstrate conclusively that the triploid species C. velox could not have been formed by the fertilization of an unreduced (diploid) C. inornatus egg, further strengthening the hypothesis that parthenogenesis in Cnemidophorus results from hybridization.  相似文献

Mitosis in Mantoniella squamata (Manton and Parke) Desikachary, a small scale-covered green monad, is presented. Organelle replication precedes nuclear division and begins with the replication of the chloroplast. As the chloroplasts separate, the Golgi and flagellar apparatuses divide. The discoid microbody enlarges and becomes ‘V'-shaped, with the arms extending toward depressions in the pyrenoid stalks of the chloroplasts. At prophase, microtubules produced by an amorphous microtubule organizing center enter the nucleus via polar fenestre. The nuclear membrane remains intact. As the chloroplasts migrate further apart, the spindle pole-to-pole distance increases. By metaphase, daughter-cell lobes are discernible as a cleavage furrow, which appears as early as prophase, and begins to incise the cell. A single Golgi apparatus is situated near the spindle pole; the flagellar apparatus lies adjacent to the pole. The cleavage furrow continues to constrict the cell, resulting in a narrowing isthmus containing the elongate microbody, nucleus and a rootlet system connecting the basal bodies of the daughter flagella. At telophase, no extra-nuclear microtubular systems other than the previously observed rootlet are present and the nuclei remain separated from each other. In cells undergoing multiple divisions to produce more than two daughter cells, the orientation of organelles changes somewhat, with the basal bodies and the Golgi apparatus separating daughter nuclei prior to the onset of cytokinesis. The mechanics of mitosis in Mantoniella are compared with other green monads and the evolutionary implications discussed.  相似文献

The effects of waterlogging and salinity (25 or 325 mol m 3 NaCl) stressors on the anatomy and metabolism of the marsh grasses 5. alterniflora Loisel. and S. patens Aiton (Muhl.) were investigated in a V factorial greenhouse experiment over 30 d. Waterlogging and salinity in combination resulted in anatomical and metabolic responses in both species. Waterlogging reduced soil redox potential and decreased root-specific gravity significantly in both species. The inadequacy of aerenchyma development under hypoxia to support aerobic root respiration in S. patens was indicated by significant increases in root alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) activity of 1,752% and 420%, respectively, in the low and high salinity treatments. ADH activity was not increased significantly by flooding of S. alterniflora. Proline concentrations in roots and leaves were low at low salinities and increased significantly at high salinities in both species, but only under drained conditions. Decrease in leaf elongation by high salinity occurred in drained, but not flooded treatments in both species. Under flooded conditions, leaf elongation was significantly greater in S. alterniflora than S. patens. Greatest leaf elongation occurred in flooded low salinity S. alterniflora plants that had the least proline. Although both species are adapted to waterlogging and salinity, S. alterniflora appears to be more tolerant of reducing soil conditions and less responsive to higher salinity than S. patens.  相似文献

新采收的荔枝和龙眼种子的离体胚轴,在pH4.8 8.0的WPM培养基中均可正常生长成苗,加入KT和NAA对胚轴的生长有—定的抑制作用。荔枝和龙眼种子离体胚轴的临界含水量分别为30%和23%,低于此阈值时,生活力迅速下降,且培养25天不能成苗。经短期贮存的荔枝和龙眼种子离体胚轴生活力下降很快,其中脱水的较未脱水的胚轴下降快,且贮存后的胚轴接种后易感染。脱水至临界含水量的龙眼离体胚轴经液氮贮存后约有25—50%的存活率,荔枝胚轴则不能存活。  相似文献

Restriction-endonuclease analyses of mitochondrial DNAs from all six color-pattern classes (A–F) of the parthenogenetic lizard Cnemidophorus tesselatus yield estimates of nucleotide divergence that are extremely low (π = 0.06%). In digests of 75 C. tesselatus mtDNAs with 20 different restriction enzymes, only four cleavage-site differences were noted, three of which were found only in pattern class F. The near-identity of these mitochondrial DNAs with those from C. tigris marmoratus shows unequivocally that C. t. marmoratus was the species to which the maternal parent(s) of all C. tesselatus belonged. Mitochondrial-DNA analyses of another unisexual species, C. neomexicanus, led to the same conclusion. Mitochondrial DNAs from 96 individuals of these three species were extensively analyzed for cleavage-site differences; only 13 were found. The low interspecific sequence diversity found within C. neomexicanus and the C. tesselatus complex suggests a recent origin for both. Based on diversity data for mitochondrial DNA and allozymes, we estimate that a minimum of two hybridizations were required to produce all diploid C. tesselatus (C–F), followed by at least two more to generate the triploids (A and B). These data and those presented in the two accompanying papers indicate that events leading to parthenogenesis in Cnemidophorus are rare and strengthen the hypothesis that interspecific hybridization is a necessary, causal event in its establishment.  相似文献

A secondarily formed reticulum of cells that encloses axial strands and a carposporophyte that is almost entirely converted to sporangia are the diagnostic features of a new genus, Reticulocaulis (Naccariaceae, Nemaliales), with R. mucosissimus as the type species. A new species of Naccaria, N. hawaiiana permits close comparison with the new genus and other previously described species of Naccaria. Until now, no Naccariaceae were known in the Pacific, and these new taxa are part of the sketchily known subtidal marine flora of Hawaii.  相似文献
