多年卧孔菌属五个中国新记录种

报道了多年卧孔菌属Perenniporia5个中国新记录种。非洲多年卧孔菌Perenniporia africana采自安徽省,孔口表面浅黄色至赭色,且骨架菌丝不分枝;下延多年卧孔菌P.decurrata采自云南省,担子果盖形,具较小孔口和担孢子;椭圆孢多年卧孔菌P.ellipsospora采自云南省,担子果平伏,孔口圆形至多角形,担孢子不平截;硬多年卧孔菌P.inflexibilis采自福建省,担子果盖形,孔口表面灰白至浅褐色,担孢子无色至浅黄色;黄多年卧孔菌P.xantha采自海南省,孔口较小,表面呈黄色,且在KOH试剂中呈深褐色。根据采集的标本材料提供了它们的详细描述和显微结构图。     

针层孔菌属和嗜蓝孢孔菌属2新记录种

中国球盖菇科(六):盔孢菌属

通过观察吉林农业大学菌物研究所标本馆(HMJAU)、中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆(HMAS)、中国科学院昆明植物研究所标本馆隐花植物标本馆(HKAS)和广东微生物研究所标本馆(GDGM)及作者野外采集标本的宏观形态和微观结构,对中国盔孢菌属进行了分类学研究。对中国分布的16个种进行了形态学描述、显微线条图绘制,并编写了分组、分种检索表。其中,包括内蒙古新记录种2个:秋生盔孢菌[Galerinaautumnalis(Peck)A.H.Sm.&Singer]和单色盔孢伞[Galerina unicolor(Vahl)Singer];黑龙江省新记录种3个:异囊盔孢菌[Galerina heterocystis(G.F.Atk.)A.H.Sm.&R.Sin.]、黄褐盔孢伞[Galerina helvoliceps(Berk.&M.A.Curtis)Singer]和沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vittiformis(Fr.)Earle];吉林省新记录种2个:异囊盔孢菌[Galerina heterocystis(G.F.Atk.)A.H.Sm.&R.Sin.]和苔藓盔孢菌[Galerina hypnorum(Schrank)Kühner];辽宁省新记录种1个:黄褐盔孢伞[Galerina helvoliceps(Berk.&M.A.Curtis)singer];浙江省新记录种1个:沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vittiformis(Fr.)Earle];湖北省新记录种1个:沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vittiformis(Fr.)Earle];湖南省新记录种1个:秋生盔孢菌[Galerina autumnalis(Peck)A.H.Sm.&Singer];广西省新记录种1个:沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vit-tiformis(Fr.)Earle];四川省新记录种3个:苔藓盔孢菌[Galerina hypnorum(Schrank)Kühner]、条盖盔孢菌[Galerina sulciceps(Berk.)Singer]和沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vittiformis(Fr.)Earle];贵州省新记录种3个:单色盔孢伞[Galerina unicolor(Vahl)Singer]、毒盔孢菌(Galerina venenataA.H.Sm.)和沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vittiformis(Fr.)Earle];西藏新记录种3个:单色盔孢伞[Galerina unicolor(Vahl)Singer]、黄褐盔孢伞[Galerina helvoliceps(Berk.&M.A.Curtis)Singer]和沟条盔孢菌[Galerina vittiformis(Fr.)Earle];新疆新记录种1个:黄褐盔孢伞[Galerina helvoliceps(Berk.&M.A.Curtis)Singer]。     

中国地孔菌属(盘菌目)分类研究

本文报道盘菌目地孔菌属(Geopora Harkn.)我国种类的分类研究成果,共描述4个种即砂生地孔菌(Geopora arenicola(Lév.)Kers),库氏地孔菌(Geopora cooperi Harkn.),叶质地孔菌(Geopora foliacea(Schaef.)Ahmad)和梭椭孢地孔菌(Geopora perprolata B.C.Zhang,sp.nov.)。叶质地孔菌为中国新记录种。文中对各个种给予了详细的描述,并附有分种检索表。     

采于海南的中国多孔菌两新记录种(英文)

中国锈革孔菌科两新记录种

中国东部暖温带地区土壤中的蠕形菌

在调查研究中国东部暖温带地区土壤中暗色丝孢菌过程中,采用稀释平板法和土壤颗粒平板法分离获得100余株蠕形菌的分离物。经纯化培养后,依据形态特征鉴定为3属21种,其中虎尾草平脐蠕孢[Bipolaris chlorides (Alcon) Alcon]和小柄凸脐蠕孢[Exserohilum pedicellatum (Henry) Leonard & Suggs]为中国新记录种。文中列出了各蠕形菌的种名、采集地、土样号以及菌株号,对2个新记录种进行了详细描述。所有活菌株及干制培养物保存在山东农业大学植物病理系标本室(HSAUP)。     

厚孢孔菌属一新种

本文报道了厚孢孔菌属(Pachykytospora)的一个新种,即大厚孢孔菌Pachykytospora major G.Y.Zheng et Bi和一个国内新记录:瘤厚孢孔菌Pachykytospora tuberculosa(DC.:Fr.)Kotl.et Pouz.。     

产于云南的中国多孔菌一新记录属——假棱孔菌属(Pseudofavolus)

报道了采自云南省西双版纳热带雨林中多孔菌目真菌一个中国新记录属---假棱孔菌属(Pseudofavolus)。同时帽形假棱孔菌(Pseudofavolus cucullatus)也是中国的新记录种,对该种进行了详细描述和显微结构绘图。     

广东车八岭自然保护区多孔菌研究(英文)

在对广东车八岭自然保护区木生多孔菌调查过程中,共采集到约350号标本,经鉴定共有多孔菌103种,本文列出了这些多孔菌的名录,并提供了每种的寄主和采集号。其中小层孔菌属Fomitella是中国新记录属,灰孔小层孔菌Fomitella fumosipora和稻黄多年卧孔菌Perenniporia straminea为中国新记录种,我们对其进行了详细的描述和显微结构绘图。     

辽宁白石砬子自然保护区的多孔菌

1995年9月、2004年6月和8月在中国辽宁省宽甸县白石砬子自然保护区及周围森林采集木腐菌标本276号,经鉴定研究发现多孔菌84种,本文报道了这些多孔菌名录,并根据采样列出了每种的寄主,其中绝大多数种类为该保护区首次报道,34种为辽宁新记录种。Perenniporia medulla-panis sensu stricto为中国新记录种,根据中国的标本材料对其进行了详细描述。白石砬子自然保护区及周围地区的多孔菌主要是温带广布种。     

Three new Perenniporia (Polyporales,Basidiomycota) species from China based on morphological and molecular data

Three new Perenniporia species, P. lacerata, P. luteola and P. tianmuensis, are described based on morphological and molecular characters. Perenniporia lacerata is characterized by an annual habit, resupinate and papery basidiocarps with lacerate pores, a dimitic hyphal system with weakly dextrinoid skeletal hyphae, truncate and dextrinoid basidiospores. Perenniporia luteola is distinguished by a perennial habit, resupinate basidiocarps with buff-yellow pore surface, a dimitic hyphal system with dextrinoid skeletal hyphae, non-truncate and dextrinoid basidiospores. Perenniporia tianmuensis differs in its annual habit, pileate basidiocarps, a dimitic hyphal system with strongly dextrinoid skeletal hyphae, non-truncate and dextrinoid basidiospores. Phylogenetic analysis based on ITS and LSU-rDNA regions revealed five clades for 29 species of Perenniporia used in this study. Both morphological and molecular evidence confirmed the placement of three new species in Perenniporia and showed its relationships with similar species in the genus.     

中国东北长白山森林保护区多孔菌科简记

1983年挪威 L.Ryvardeu教授来中国访问并与微生物研究所合作进行长白山森林保护区多孔菌类的研究。从9月12～16日到长白山采集标本。双方各自在北京和奥斯陆进行研究。本文共报道了143种多孔菌。除14种是文献中曾记载过而未经研究的标本外,其余129种是这次采到的标本鉴定的结果。其中29个种是中国的新记录,3个种是新组合和2个新种。它们是多年骨皮孔菌(Skeletocutis perennis Ryv.)和平伏脆骨孔菌(Wolfiporia cartila-ginea Ryv.)。这一地区的多孔菌种类是典型的北半球北部山区真菌类群。这种类群大致由三种不同的成分组成。一种是典型的北半球植物地理成分。多孔菌代表种类有:Antrodia albida,A.lenis,Cerrena unicolor,Fomitopsis Pinicola以及Oxypo-rus corticola等。另一种是从美国北部到亚洲的北部、东部植物地理成分。典型的多孔菌种类有:Cryptoporus volvatus,Fomitopsis cajanderi,Ganoderma tsugae,Inonotus weirii以及Wolfiporia cocos等。第三种是东亚成分。多孔菌代表种类有:Ceriporiopsis crema,Heterobasision insularis,Lenzites japonica,Nigroporuscastaneus以及Phellinus baumii等。     

多年卧孔菌属三个中国新记录种

报道了多年卧孔菌属Perenniporia 3个中国新记录种。竹生多年卧孔菌P. bambusicola采自云南省,孔口表面橙色且仅生长于竹子上;树状多年卧孔菌P. dendrohyphidia采自广西,具树状菌丝;灰黄多年卧孔菌P. isabellina采自云南省,担子果平伏,孔口灰黄色,具树状骨架菌丝,且担孢子较大。根据采集的标本材料提供了它们的详细描述和显微结构图。     

中国东北地区木材腐朽菌的多样性(英文)

对中国东北地区木材腐朽菌资源研究进行了总结,给出了每种木材腐朽菌的寄主和在东北的分布。目前中国东北地区共记载木材腐朽菌504种,其中300种为多孔菌,204种为革菌,57种为林木病原菌,69种为药用菌。梨多年卧孔菌Perenniporia pyricola和北方赖特孔菌Wrightoporia borealis为新种,对它们进行了描述和绘图。对所有名称按最新命名法规(维也纳法规)进行了订正。     

Type studies of Polyporaceae (Aphyllophorales) described by J. Rick

The type species of Polyporaceae (Aphyllophorales) and of other related genera, i.e. Irpex, Grammothele and Theleporus , described by J. Rick were studied. Of the 93 names of species or varieties 34 are invalidly published and 21 are synonyms. Nineteen type specimens were not found and 4 were sterile. Four species were respectively assigned to Datronia, Steccherinum, Trechispora and a cyphellaceous fungus, and were left without specific determination. The following new combinations are proposed: Aporpium substuppeus, Ceriporiopsis latemarginata, Inonotus micantissimus, Junghuhnia polycystidifera, Perenniporia piperis, Phanerochaete furfuraceo-velutinus, Skeletocutis roseolus and Tyromyces atro-albus. Two new species are described: Ceriporiopsis lowei and Gloeodontia americana.     

A new species of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Perenniporia</Emphasis> (Polyporales,Basidiomycota) described from southern China based on morphological and molecular characters

A new poroid wood-inhabiting basidiomycete, Perenniporia nanlingensis, collected in Guangdong Province, southern China, is described and illustrated on the basis of three collections. Both the morphology and phylogenetic analysis of rDNA ITS sequences support this new species. Macroscopically, the new species is characterized by an annual growth habit, resupinate basidiocarps with pinkish buff to cinnamon-buff pore surface when dry. Microscopically, it has a trimitic hyphal system, slightly dextrinoid and cyanophilous skeletal and binding hyphae, and its basidiospores are ellipsoid, truncate, strongly dextrinoid and cyanophilous, 9.0–9.8 × 5.0–5.9 μm.
