By means of biomicroscopy, histological methods and scanning electron microscopy topological relationships between the white rat m. cremaster microvessels and changes of their spatial organization have been studied in the postnatal development beginning from the 3d to the 14th week. In the terminal link of the microcirculatory bed zonal functional complexes of microvessels--myoangions are revealed. They represent rather autonomic and regularly repeating constructions of microvessels, having spatial regularity in respect to muscle fibers. With age the myoangion increases its stretchness from 303 +/- 14 in 3-week-old up to (70 +/- 3) X 10 mcm in 14-week-old animals. Capillary density in the m. cremaster during the development decreases from 354 +/- 12 up to 210 +/- 4 mcm, respectively. Distance between the longitudinal capillaries increases from 16.1 +/- 1.3 up to 31.2 +/- 1.8 mcm. Increase of transversal connections takes place in the capillary network, increasing number of the branching knots; this demonstrates certain complication of the nutritive link of the muscle microcirculatory bed. By the time of sexual maturation (6 weeks) there is a sharp decrease of the inflow and outflow coefficients. Higher meanings of the coefficient (0.70-0.74) are noted before sexual maturation period in comparison to that in mature animals (0.53-0.55).  相似文献

In 261 girls year-to-year morphofunctional transformations of spatial composition of the skin microcirculatory bed have been studied at rest and after a dynamic local load. By means of biomicroscopy main regularities in development of the skin capillary network have been revealed in the nail torus in the postnatal ontogenesis. Formation of the microvessels reactivity during various age periods and maturation of mechanisms of the compensatory-adaptive reactions are connected with formation of the definitive composition of the microcirculatory bed, that in girls corresponds to 11-12 years. Qualitative transformations in the skin capillary network bring certain quantitative changes in the structural microcirculatory parameters--increasing diameter of microvessels and increasing density of functioning capillaries.  相似文献

The auricular and ventricular microcirculatory bed has been studied in persons of mature age, not suffering from any cardio-vascular diseases during their life. As a whole, 48 objects have been studied. The microcirculatory bed has been revealed in sections of the cardiac wall 70-100 mcm thick using silver nitrate impregnation after V. V. Kuprianov. Organ- and tissue-specific properties of the vascular microcirculatory bed are revealed in interrelations of the vessels and the structural elements of the cardiac wall (myocardium, and connective tissue structures), in position of nuclei of the endothelial cells of the capillary wall and in places of the capillary branchings. Principle differences in structure of the auricular and ventricular microcirculatory bed are demonstrated. The notion the organ- and tissue-specific properties of the microcirculatory bed vessels is discussed.  相似文献

Three-dimensional reconstruction of the human heart was performed to define the structure of the intramyocardial microvasculature. A total of 200 consecutive serial sections of 6 μm each were prepared from the left ventricular tissue of an autopsied human heart with normal coronary arteries. The corresponding arteriole, venule, and all capillaries were reconstructed using three-dimensional software. The capillary network extended right and left along the cardiomyocyte with major and minor axes of about 130 and 120 μm, respectively. The capillary length from an arteriole to an adjacent venule was about 350 μm. Two types of sack-like structures, the precapillary sinus and the capillary sinus, were present in the capillary network, and many capillaries diverged from these sinuses. The cardiomyocytes were covered with reticular capillaries. In contrast, the precapillary and capillary sinuses were surrounded by many cardiomyocytes. The arterial and venous capillaries were positioned alternately, forming a lattice pattern. Intramyocardial microcirculatory units forming a capillary network from an arteriole to adjacent venules on both sides were present. The sizes of myocardial micronecroses corresponded to that of the intramyocardial microcirculatory unit. These results show that the capillary network is an ordered and anatomically regulated structure and that the microcirculatory unit and the precapillary and capillary sinuses may play an important role in maintaining the intramyocardial microcirculation during contraction and relaxation.  相似文献

Biomicroscopy was employed to study the time-course of microcirculatory reactivity in rat mesentery under the influence of adrenaline solution from the 3d to the 13th week of development. Variation in the microcirculatory reactivity in the mesentery in ontogenesis is associated with an increase in the sensitivity of microvessels to the action of vasoactive substances and with the organization of the microcirculatory bed becoming more complicated. Three stages were revealed in the development of microvascular reactivity in the course of formation of mesenterial microcirculation: early (3-5 weeks), characterized by relatively low sensitivity of microvessels; intermediate (7-8 weeks) marked by a progressive increase in microvascular sensitivity; mature (starting from the 13th week) characterized by the appearance of the definitive reaction pattern.  相似文献

By means of noninjective methods of investigation a specific capillary network of a sinusoidal type, peculiar arteriolovenular anastomoses, additional reservoirs in the area of postcapillaries and venules described in the microcirculatory bed of the spinal dura mater. Existence of longitudinal and circular arterio-arterial anastomoses are stated, as well as various ways of outflow from the veins of the organs studied; this demonstrates essential compensatory abilities of this bed in blood supply regulation and draining at inflow and outflow from the microcirculatory system bed. Different topography of the arterial sources, venous plexuses, capillary fields allows to suppose different histophysiology of the tracheal zones mentioned: the anterior (laryngotracheal), middle and posterior (bifurcational). For the tracheal microcirculatory bed, metamerically repeated microcirculatory areas are peculiar. Distribution of the bronchial arteries takes place up to the terminal bronchi. In the area of the latter, anastomoses of the bronchial vessels with the pulmonary artery are observed.  相似文献

Age peculiarities of common structure of the microcirculatory pathways, specific volumes and amount of microvessels, zonal parameters of pericapillary microcirculation of metabolites, glycosamine glycans and glycoproteins contents, phosphatase and ATPase activity, collagen and elastic fibers of the microcirculatory bed vessels have been studied in 190 unchanged uteri, beginning from 36-week-old fetuses up to 35 years of age. The microcirculatory bed of myometrium during the period of postnatal ontogenesis investigated possesses a polymer-homonomous structural organization; its base make myoangiomas, including the terminal arteriole with precapillaries and collecting venule, that run from it. Similar structure of the myometrium microcirculatory pathways is already observed in fetuses of late antenatal period. In endometrium formed glanduloangionomas are revealed in the prepubertal age. Increase in glycosamine glycans contents is stated in the microvessel walls and in the uterine stroma during the process of its development. Compensatory-adaptive changes in the uterine microcirculatory bed are described during the newborn period up to the puberty. Functionally mature structures of the microcirculatory pathways in the submucosal and vascular layers of myometrium, endometrium and in the cervix uteri are found to be formed earlier than in other areas of the organ.  相似文献

The present study focuses on the quantitative changes of the capillary bed in aging human skin. Forty-five skin samples were excised from the anterior thoracic region of cadavers of caucasian origin in the age range 33-82 years. The immunohistochemical method with anti-human CD34 was used for the detection of the capillary endothelium. Morphometric analysis was done by Vision Assistant software. The capillary bed was quantified by two parameters: capillary area (CA) and intercapillary distance (ID) in 6 age groups. Results revealed no quantitative changes of the capillary bed up to the age of 60 years. In the papillary dermis a significant reduction of the capillary area was seen in the 7th, 8th and 9th decennium. A considerable decrease, by 33%, was determined in the 7th decennium. During the 8th and 9th decennium the capillary area was reduced by a further 19% and 13%. In total from the 4th till the 9th decennium, the capillary bed in the papillary dermis was diminished by 65%. The intercapillary distance in the papillary dermis singnificantly increased during the 8th decennium. On the basis of the mutual evaluation of both the observed parameters, CA and ICD, the authors supposed that the reduction of the capillary bed in the papillary dermis during the 7th decennium was probably caused only by the shortening of the capillary loops, which copied flattened dermal papillae, and during the 8th decennium also by the decreased number of the capillary loops. In the reticular dermis the capillary bed remained unchanged.  相似文献

Under study was the effect of autotransplantation in its "pure form" upon the morpho-functional reconstruction and structural mechanisms of adaptation of the blood and lymphatic links of the microcirculatory bed of extremities during early postoperation period up to 10 days. The pathophysiological state of the extremity sufficiently close to its autotransplantation was obtained by means of circular transection of soft tissues of the medial third of the femur together with the nerves and deep collecting lymphatic vessels. It was found that after modeling the main stages of replantation in the fascia and periosteum of the operated extremity there developed a spasm of the arteriolar link and dilatation of the venular and lymphatic links of the microcirculatory bed. The areas of leukocytic infiltration with the phenomena of diapedesis and microhemorrhages were revealed along the course of postcapillaries and venules in the paravasal connective tissue. The amount of functioning arteriole-venular anastomoses was increased. Against the background of pronounced oedema of soft tissues of the operated extremity the venous pressure increased and the rate of the capillary bloodflow in the skin and muscles decreased. The above changes tend to be reduced by the 10th day after modelling the main stages of replantation of the extremity.  相似文献

Changes of the respiratory muscles have been studied under the effect of a rarefied atmosphere when the pressure is 560 mm Hg (2,500 m), 405 mm Hg (5,000 m), 286 mm Hg (7,500 m) and during the period of their aftereffect. The experimental group consists of 260 and the control group--of 130 white rats. Adaptation of the respiratory muscles to the effect of the rarefied atmosphere at the pressure of 560 mm Hg takes place mainly at the expense of certain functional changes of the microcirculatory bed and hypertrophy of the muscle fibers. The period of aftereffect is characterized with normalization of these phenomena. Adaptation of the respiratory muscles at the pressure of 405 mm Hg takes place at the expense of hypertrophy of the muscle fibers, small destructive changes and a complex rearrangement of the microcirulatory bed. During the period of aftereffect, by the 40th day no destructive changes are noted in the muscle tissue. The capillary bed undergoes some rearrangements by the 42d -56th day with increasing quantitative indices per area unit. This results in improvement of the muscles nutrition. In the respiratory muscles at the pressure 286 mm Hg, atrophic changes in the muscle fibers take place at certain stages of the experiment. Essential destructive changes are observed, rearrangement of the microcirculatory bed with decreasing convolution of the longitudinal capillaries and a decreasing number of the transversal capillaries are noted by the end of the experiment. During the period of aftereffect, by the 56th day, the external and internal intercostal muscles completely restore their structure, and in the diaphragm the destructive changes remain. By the same time, the microcirculatory bed becomes more rare at the expense of decreasing capillarization of the muscle fibers and a decreasing number of the transversal capillaries.  相似文献

Recently ophthalmologists got interested in microcirculatory bed of the choroid (the main collector of blood in the eye) because of the vascular layer was studied in 25 eyes of persons who had died suddenly and had no eye pathology during their lives. The age was from 11 to 70 years. V. V. Kuprianov's method of impregnation was used. Structural peculiarities of the choroid microcirculatory bed were presented; its changes were stated to depend on functional importance of the given segment of the eyeground and on the age of the patient. The data obtained could facilitate in studying different pathologic conditions in the eye in order to clarify the role of the choroid microcirculatory bed in genesis of ophthalmic diseases.  相似文献

The analysis of morphological and morphometrical data of the muscular membrane and its blood microcirculatory bed has demonstrated that their development during the postnatal ontogenesis advances unevenly. An intensified growth and development of the muscular membrane morphological structures, including its blood microcirculatory bed occurs from 3 up to 30 years of life. Their maximal growth is noted from 12 up to 30 years of age. The stages of intensified development of the muscular membrane and its blood microcirculatory bed change into stages of retarded growth, where processes of involutive character preponderate. This is especially noticeable from 60 and more years of age. The stages noticed in the muscular membrane development and its blood microcirculatory bed are characterized both by general and topographical morphofunctional peculiarities specific for every stage of organogenesis.  相似文献

The analysis of hemodynamic parameters and functional reactivity of cerebral capillaries is still controversial. To assess the hemodynamic parameters in the cortical capillary network, a generic model was created using 2D voronoi tessellation in which each edge represents a capillary segment. This method is capable of creating an appropriate generic model of cerebral capillary network relating to each part of the brain cortex because the geometric model is able to vary the capillary density. The modeling presented here is based on morphometric parameters extracted from physiological data of the human cortex. The pertinent hemodynamic parameters were obtained by numerical simulation based on effective blood viscosity as a function of hematocrit and microvessel diameter, phase separation and plasma skimming effects. The hemodynamic parameters of capillary networks with two different densities (consistent with the variation of the morphometric data in the human cortical capillary network) were analyzed. The results show pertinent hemodynamic parameters for each model. The heterogeneity (coefficient variation) and the mean value of hematocrits, flow rates and velocities of the both network models were specified. The distributions of blood flow throughout the both models seem to confirm the hypothesis in which all capillaries in a cortical network are recruited at rest (normal condition). The results also demonstrate a discrepancy of the network resistance between two models, which are derived from the difference in the number density of capillary segments between the models.  相似文献

In 12 mature white rats with body mass of 180-230 g, that are kept in tight pencil-cases for 10, 30 and 90 days (3 rats make the control), by means of scanning electron microscopy of corrosive preparations reorganizations of three-dimensional spatial organization of the thyroid microcirculatory bed are studied. In intact animals single-layered network of the perifollicular capillaries consists of widely anastomotic blood microvessels and makes 68 +/- 7% of the follicular surface. At hypokinesia (Hk) lasting for 10 days, the perifollicular capillaries are sharply dilated, the capillary network area makes 74 +/- 4%. A large amount of processes appear on the capillary walls. On the 30th day of Hk unequal distribution of capillaries on the follicular surface is noted, that is heterogeneity in organization of the perifollicular capillary networks is manifested. In 90 days of Hk reduction of the capillaries is recorded, rarefied pericapillary network prevails, twistedness of the capillaries is clearly manifested, their complex branching decreases. The capillary network area makes 54 +/- 3% of the follicular area. A large amount of pin-shaped protrusions of the capillary wall appear.  相似文献

The formation process of the terminal blood bed of the greater omentum has been studied in 42 human fetuses 14--28-week-old. The main peculiarities of the greater omentum blood bed by the 14th week of development are: paired arrangement of the afferent and deferent blood vessels and loop-shaped type of capillary growth, that joining the arteriole and venule, lend the blood stream a maximally centralized character. In 15--16 weeks of the fetal development in the omentum another type of the vascular growth occurs, characterized with appearance of single angioblastic processes that branch off the apex of the capillary loops. As a result new capillaries form; they connect apices of the capillary loops, that in their turn make bases for developing a true capillary network. Together with this, presence in ontogenesis of an autochthonous way of capillary appearance is proved, their connection with the closed blood stream is followed. Distinguishing of the loop-shaped stage in the capillary growth determines certain difference between vasculogenesis in ontogenesis and the vascular growth at reparative regeneration, since the base for the latter is only the capillary growth by means of single angioblastic processes.  相似文献

Ultrastructure of myocardial capillaries of rats was studied in cases of chronic alcohol intoxication, experimental alcoholic cardiomyopathy (ACM) and its correction with antioxidants (vitamin E, dibunol). Alterations in the microcirculatory bed were similar in all groups of animals irrespective of disturbances in cardiomyocytes. Cardiomyocyte ultrastructure was improved after treatment with antioxidants, but capillary bed was the same as in untreated animals. High dibunol doses caused the onset of perivascular sclerosis. Disturbances in the microcirculatory bed are, probably, the first step in the determination of ACM pathogenesis and therapy of ACM must be directed at the correction of both alterations of cardiomyocytes and capillary bed.  相似文献

During fetal life, formation and arrangement of the microcirculatory bed in the serous membrane of the sigmoid colon correspond to the growth and functioning of the latter at different stages of ontogenesis. Two periods in the development of the microcirculatory bed of the serous membrane of the sigmoid colon are revealed: the first period coincides with the first half of the fetal development when capillary growth is considerable, i.e. with the growth of metabolic part in the microcirculatory bed; the second period coincides with the second half of the fetal development when intensified growth of the sigmoid portion of the large intenstine and its transport sections in the microcirculatory bed (arterioles, precapillaries, postcapillaries, venules) are observed.  相似文献

Peculiarities of the microangioarchitectonics in the trunks, intermediate and terminal villi of the placenta have been described at a noncomplicated pregnancy. Signs of neovasculogenesis are demonstrated in the microcirculatory bed of the terminal villi. Possible connection between reduction of the paravasal capillary network, as the intermediate villi become mature, and neovasculogenesis is discussed.  相似文献

Structural adaptation of the vascular bed in the broad ligament of the dog uterus has been studied at various time of the experimental phlebohypertension. Restitution of the circulation after the posterior vena cava occulsion occurs phasically. The venous collateralies are not formed at one time and it is connected with the venous pressure level in the inferiocaval system and with some changes in the construction of the microcirculatory bed. Basing on the morphometry data, a general equation has been derived which reflects dynamics of the microangiological parameters and demonstrates unidirectionness of the adaptive reactions in the vascular bed at the disturbed venous circulation. Using principles of the system-structural analysis and the mathematical graph theory, we consider the microcirculatory system of the broad ligament of the uterus as a graph-system and study the reorganization of the microcirculatory network at a venous congestion. Realization of the compensatory possibilities is reached in the microcirculatory bed by a changed relationships in the number of the intervascular connections. The latter are estimated according to the graph-schemes of the microvascular bed. Morphokinetics of the connections between the vessels is characterized by widening or narrowing the borders of the "adaptive norm" and by changing the microangioarchitectonics. At the same time, there is noted formation of specialized microhemoangioconstructions. Morphofunctional state of the lymphatic system is connected with reorganization of the angioarchitectonics. This is certain manifestation of the law of the lymphatic and blood beds "synergism". Thus, the structural changes of the vascular bed are aimed to support a certain hemodynamic level.  相似文献
