The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of liposomes on docetaxel-induced lipid oxidization and membrane damage in human hepatoma cells. Cytotoxicity of free docetaxel and docetaxel-containing liposomes was evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium (MTT) assay in human hepatoma cell lines HepG2 and SMMC-7721. To the cell lines, blank liposomes prepared with soybean phosphatidylcholine (SPC), dimyristoylphosphocholine (DMPC), and dioleoylphosphocholine (DOPC) did not show any significant toxicity below a 0.02-mg/mL phospholipid concentration. On the other hand, free docetaxel showed IC50 values of 9.13?×?10?6?±?1.54?×?10?5 and 1.58?×?10?2?±?2.71?×?10?2 mg/mL in HepG2 cells and SMMC-7721 cells, respectively, after of 24 hours of incubation. IC50 values of docetaxel-encapsulating liposomes, measured in terms of total docetaxel concentration, were at least 1.5-fold higher than those of free docetaxel. SPC liposomes reduced cellular damage caused by free docetaxel, as evidenced by the attenuation of docetaxel-induced lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage by over 11% after liposome encapsulation at each dosage. Docetaxel-induced oxidative membrane damage was monitored by the formation of the lipid peroxidation product, malondialdehyde (MDA), and the antioxidative property of SPC liposome was monitored by the suppression of superoxide dismutase (SOD). These data demonstrated that free docetaxel facilitated MDA formation and suppressed SOD, and that these membrane-damaging effects were reduced by SPC liposomes.  相似文献

AqpSS9 is a novel aquaporin derived from the deep sea bacterium Photobactetrium profundum SS9 and has attracted many attentions in developing water filtration biomimetic membranes. Functional characterization of AqpSS9 was carried out first by its expression in E. coli MM1211 (aqpZ). Results showed that it was similar to bacterial aquaporin Z (AqpZ) and functioned as a real aquaporin. In-vitro expression of AqpSS9 were systematically investigated using three different modes: precipitate-based cell-free (P-CF) mode, the detergent-based cell-free (D-CF) mode and lipid-based cell-free expression mode (L-CF). D-CF mode showed more superiority than P-CF and L-CF mode, and the highest expression level of 571 mg/l was achieved by adding 0.7% Brij-78. Then AqpSS9 was purified by affinity chromatograph and incorporated into DOPC liposomes. Osmotic water permeability values (Pf) of reconstituted AqpSS9 proteoliposomes was measured as 310.7 ± 3.2 μm/s, which was about 3.5 times of empty control liposomes and comparable to reported Aqps. The AqpSS9 embedded layer-by-layer (LbL) membrane was fabricated and tested, which showed enhanced water permeability and salt rejection in comparison with the control membrane. This work demonstrated the good performance of AqpSS9 as a water channel protein, which may become an alternative candidate for biomimetic membrane construction for water filtration.  相似文献

The cationic and mannosylated liposomes were prepared using the cast film method and compared for their antileishmaniasis activity. The surface of the Amphotericin B (Amp B)-bearing cationic multilamellar liposomes was covalently coupled with p-aminophenyl-α-D-mannoside using glutaraldehyde as a coupling agent, which was confirmed by agglutination of the vesicles with concanavalin A. The prepared liposomes were characterized for shape, size, percent drug entrapment, vesicle count, zeta potential, and in vitro drug release. Vesicle sizes of cationic and mannosylated liposomes were found to be 2.32?±?0.23 and 2.69?±?0.13?µm, respectively. Zeta potential of cationic liposomes was higher (30.38?±?0.3 mV), as compared to mannosylated liposomes (17.7?±?0.8 mV). Percentage drug release from cationic and mannose-coupled liposomes was found to be 45.7%?±?3.1 and 41.9%?±?2.8, respectively, after 24 hours. The in vivo antileishmanial activity was performed on Leishmania donovani–infected golden hamster, and results revealed that Amp B solution was reduced by 42.5?±?1.8% in the parasite load, whereas the placebo cationic liposomes and drug-containing cationic liposomes showed a reduced parasite load (i.e., 28.1?±?1.5 and 61.2?±?3.2%, respectively). The mannose-coupled liposomes showed a maximum reduction in parasite load (i.e., 78.8?±?3.9%). The biodistribution study clearly showed the higher uptake of mannosylated liposomes in the liver and spleen and hence the active targeting to the reticular endothelial system, which, in turn, would provide a direct attack of the drug to the site where the pathogen resides, rendering the other organs free and safe from the toxic manifestations of the drug.  相似文献

The direct effects of the four catecholamines (CATs), adrenaline (A), noradrenaline (NA), dopamine (D) and isoproterenol (I), on free radicals were investigated using the free radical 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH?) and hydroxyl radial (HO?). The CATs examined were found to inhibit the ESR signal intensity of DPPH? in a dose‐dependent manner over the range 0.1–2.5 mmol/L in the following order: NA > A > I > D, with IC50 = 0.30 ± 0.03 for noradrenaline and IC50 = 0.86 ± 0.02 for dopamine. Hydroxyl radicals were produced using a Fenton reaction in the presence of the spin trap 5,5‐dimethyl‐1‐pyrroline N‐oxide (DMPO), and ESR technique was applied to detect the CATs reactivity toward the radicals. The reaction rates constant (kr) of CATs with HO? were found to be in the order of 109 L/mol/s, and the kr value for noradrenaline was the highest (kr = 8.4 × 109 L/mol/s). The CATs examined exhibited also a strong decrease in the light emission (62–73% at 1 mmol/L concentration and 79–89% at 2 mmol/L concentration) from a Fenton‐like reaction. These reactions may be relevant to the biological action of these important polyphenolic compounds. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The present study aimed to evaluate the potential of liposomes loaded with paromomycin (PA), an aminoglycoside antibiotic associated with poor skin penetration, for the topical treatment of cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL). Fluid liposomes were prepared and characterized for particle size, zeta potential, and drug entrapment. Permeation studies were performed with two in vitro models: intact and stripped skin. The antileishmanial activity of free and liposomal PA was evaluated in BALB/c mice infected by Leishmania (L.) major. Drug entrapment ranged from 10 to 14%, and the type of vesicle had little influence on this parameter. Particle size and polydispersity index of the vesicles composed by phosphatidylcholine (PC) and PC/cholesterol (Chol) ranged from of 516 to 362?nm and 0.7 to 0.4, respectively. PA permeation across intact skin was low, regardless of the formulation tested, while drug penetration into skin (percent of the applied dose) from PC (7.2?±?0.2%) and PC/Chol (4.8?±?0.2%) liposomes was higher than solution (1.9?±?0.1%). PA-loaded liposomes enhanced in vitro drug permeation across stripped skin and improved the in vivo antileishmanial activity in experimentally infected mice. Our findings suggest that the liposomes represent a promising alternative for the topical treatment of CL using PA.  相似文献

Measurements of the unitary hydraulic conductivity of membrane channels, pf, may be hampered by difficulties in producing sufficient quantities of purified and reconstituted proteins. Low yield expression, the purely empiric choice of detergents, as well as protein aggregation and misfolding during reconstitution may result in an average of less than one reconstituted channel per large unilamellar vesicle. This limits their applicability for pf measurements, independent of whether light scattering or fluorescence quenching of encapsulated dyes is monitored. Here the micropipette aspiration technique is adopted because its superb sensitivity allows resolving pf values for one order of magnitude smaller protein densities in sphingomyelin and cholesterol rich giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs). Protein density is derived from intensity fluctuations that fluorescently labeled channels in the aspirated GUV induce by diffusing through the diffraction limited spot. A perfusion system minimizes unstirred layers in the immediate membrane vicinity as demonstrated by the distribution of both encapsulated and extravesicular aqueous dyes. pf amounted to 2.4 ± 0.1 × 10?13 cm³ s?1 for aquaporin‐1 that served as a test case. The new assay paves the way for directly monitoring the effect that interaction of aquaporins with other proteins or inhibitors may have on pf on a single sample.  相似文献

The transport characteristics of the plasma membrane H+‐ATPase (PMHA) and Na+‐ATPase (PMNA) from marine unicellular green alga Tetraselmis viridis Rouch. were studied using sealed plasma membrane vesicles isolated from this species. The activities of the ATPases were investigated by monitoring the ATP‐dependent pH changes in the vesicle lumen. PMHA operation led to acidification of the vesicle lumen, whereas Na+ translocation into plasma membrane vesicles catalysed by PMNA was accompanied by H+ efflux, namely the alkalization of the vesicle lumen (Balnokin et al., FEBS Lett 462: 402–406, 1999). The intravesicular acidification and alkalization were detected with the ΔpH probe acridine orange and the pH probe pyranine, respectively. PMHA and PMNA were found to operate in distinct pH regions, maximal activity of PMHA being observed at pH 6.5 and that of PMNA at pH 7.8. Kinetic studies revealed that the ATPases have similar affinities to their primary substrate, MgATP complex (an apparent Km = 34 ± 6.2 µM for PMHA and 73 ± 8.7 µM for PMNA). At the same time, the ATPases were differently affected by free Mg2+ and ATP. Free Mg2+ appeared to be a mixed‐type inhibitor for PMNA (Ki′ = 210 µM) but it did not suppress PMHA. Conversely, free ATP markedly suppressed PMHA being a mixed‐type inhibitor (Ki′ = 330 µM), but PMNA was affected by free ATP only slightly. Furthermore, the ATPases substantially differed in their sensitivities to the inhibitors of membrane ATPases, such as orthovanadate, N‐ethylmaleimide and N,N′‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. The differences found in the properties of the PMHA and PMNA are discussed in terms of regulation of their activities and their capacity to be involved in cytosolic ion homeostasis in T. viridis cells.  相似文献

The calcium efflux from multi-layered vesicles (liposomes) of different lipid composition has been studied. Liposomes composed of lipids extracted from cattle retinas are compared with liposomes which consist of phosphatidylcholine or a 1 : 1 phosphatidylcholine/phosphatidylserine mixture. The percentages of 45Ca capture by these three types of liposomes are 10, 1 and 4% respectively. The efflux rates are 2.5 · 10?6, 2 · 10?6 and 4 · 10?5 s?1 respectively. The semilogarithmic efflux curves for phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylcholine/phosphatidylserine liposomes are linear with time, but those for the retinal lipid liposomes are discontinuous. The activation energy for the calcium efflux from the latter liposomes is about 10.5 kcal/mol, both before and after the discontinuity. The ionophores X537A and A23187 enhance the calcium leakage from retinal lipid liposomes, the latter ionophore being much more effective than the former. At high concentrations both ionophores seem to transport calcium as a 1 : 2Ca · ionophore complex. At low ionophore concentrations, however, X537A appears to transport calcium as a 1 : 1 complex, but A23187 as a 2 : 1 complex.  相似文献

Penetration potential of vesicles destined for trans(dermal) administration remains to be of great interests both in respect to drug therapy and cosmetic treatment. This study investigated the applicability of the phospholipid vesicle-based permeation assay (PVPA) as a novel in vitro skin barrier model for screening purposes in preformulation studies. Various classes of liposomes containing hydrophilic model drug were examined, including conventional liposomes (CLs), deformable liposomes (DLs) and propylene glycol liposomes (PGLs). The size, surface charge, membrane deformability and entrapment efficiency were found to be affected by the vesicle lipid concentration, the presence of the surfactant and propylene glycol. All liposomes exhibited prolonged drug release profiles with an initial burst effect followed by a slower release phase. The permeation of the drug from all of the tested liposomes, as assessed with the mimicked stratum corneum – PVPA model, was significantly enhanced as compared to the permeability of the drug in solution form. Although the DLs and the PGLs exhibited almost the same membrane elasticity, the permeability of the drug delivered by PGLs was higher (6.2?×?10?6?cm/s) than DLs (5.5?×?10?6?cm/s). Therefore, this study confirmed both the potential of liposomes as vesicles in trans(dermal) delivery and potential of the newly developed skin-PVPA for the screening and optimization of liposomes at the early preformulation stage.  相似文献

Strong interest exists in the development of organic–inorganic lead halide perovskite photovoltaics and of photoelectrochemical (PEC) tandem absorber systems for solar fuel production. However, their scalability and durability have long been limiting factors. In this work, it is revealed how both fields can be seamlessly merged together, to obtain scalable, bias‐free solar water splitting tandem devices. For this purpose, state‐of‐the‐art cesium formamidinium methylammonium (CsFAMA) triple cation mixed halide perovskite photovoltaic cells with a nickel oxide (NiOx) hole transport layer are employed to produce Field's metal‐epoxy encapsulated photocathodes. Their stability (up to 7 h), photocurrent density (–12.1 ± 0.3 mA cm?2 at 0 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode, RHE), and reproducibility enable a matching combination with robust BiVO4 photoanodes, resulting in 0.25 cm2 PEC tandems with an excellent stability of up to 20 h and a bias‐free solar‐to‐hydrogen efficiency of 0.35 ± 0.14%. The high reliability of the fabrication procedures allows scaling of the devices up to 10 cm2, with a slight decrease in bias‐free photocurrent density from 0.39 ± 0.15 to 0.23 ± 0.10 mA cm?2 due to an increasing series resistance. To characterize these devices, a versatile 3D‐printed PEC cell is also developed.  相似文献

The moderately halotolerant cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. strain PCC 6803 contains a plasma membrane aquaporin, AqpZ. We previously reported that AqpZ plays a role in glucose metabolism under photomixotrophic growth conditions, suggesting involvement of AqpZ in cytosolic osmolarity homeostasis. To further elucidate the physiological role of AqpZ, we have studied its gene expression profile and its function in Synechocystis. The expression level of aqpZ was regulated by the circadian clock. AqpZ activity was insensitive to mercury in Xenopus oocytes and in Synechocystis, indicating that the AqpZ can be categorized as a mercury-insensitive aquaporin. Stopped-flow light-scattering spectrophotometry showed that addition of sorbitol and NaCl led to a slower decrease in cell volume of the Synechocystis ΔaqpZ strain than the wild type. The ΔaqpZ cells were more tolerant to hyperosmotic shock by sorbitol than the wild type. Consistent with this, recovery of oxygen evolution after a hyperosmotic shock by sorbitol was faster in the ΔaqpZ strain than in the wild type. In contrast, NaCl stress had only a small effect on oxygen evolution. The amount of AqpZ protein remained unchanged by the addition of sorbitol but decreased after addition of NaCl. This decrease is likely to be a mechanism to alleviate the effects of high salinity on the cells. Our results indicate that Synechocystis AqpZ functions as a water transport system that responds to daily oscillations of intracellular osmolarity.  相似文献

Rat brain synaptic vesicles suspended in a medium comprised of potassium tartrate displayed saturable accumulation of L-[3H] glutamic acid at 37° (Km 2.0 × 10?4M; 311±13 pmol/mg protein), which was stable for periods up to 60 min. The accumulation was temperature sensitive and partially ATP-dependent, uptake levels being reduced to 18.7±0.8 pmol/mg protein at 4°, and to 141±4 pmol/mg protein in the absence of ATP. Fractionation of a crude vesicle preparation on a discontinuous sucrose gradient demonstrated the accumulation to be specifically associated with the synaptic vesicle fraction.  相似文献

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) hold great promise for tissue engineering applications and cell‐based therapies. Large cell doses (>1 × 106 cells kg?1) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)‐compliant processes are however required for clinical purposes. Here, a serum‐ and xenogeneic‐free (S/XF) microcarrier‐based culture system is established for the expansion of human umbilical cord matrix (UCM)‐ and adipose tissue (AT)‐derived MSC using the Vertical‐Wheel system (PBS‐0.1 MAG; PBS Biotech). UCM and AT MSC are expanded to maximum cell densities of 5.3 ± 0.4 × 105 cell mL?1 (n = 3) and 3.6 ± 0.7 × 105 cell mL?1 (n = 3), respectively, after 7 days of culture, while maintaining their identity, according to standard criteria. An economic evaluation of the process transfer from T‐flasks to PBS‐0.1 MAG shows a reduction in the costs associated with the production of a dose for an average 70 kg adult patient (i.e., 70 million cells). Costs decrease from $17.0 K to $11.1 K for UCM MSC and from $21.5 K to $11.1 K for AT MSC, proving that the transition to Vertical‐Wheel reactors provides a cost‐effective alternative for MSC expansion. The present work reports the establishment of a scalable and cost‐effective culture platform for the manufacturing of UCM and AT MSC in a S/XF microcarrier‐based system.  相似文献

Context: Pirfenidone (PFD) is an anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory agent indicated for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The current oral administration of PFD has several limitations including first pass metabolism and gastrointestinal irritation.

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the feasibility of transdermal delivery of PFD using liposomal carrier system.

Materials and methods: PFD-loaded liposomes were prepared using soy phosphatidylcholine (SPC) and sodium cholate (SC). Encapsulation efficiency (EE) of PFD in liposomes was optimized using different preparation techniques including thin film hydration (TFH) method, direct injection method (DIM) and drug encapsulation using freeze–thaw cycles. In vitro drug release study was performed using dialysis membrane method. The skin permeation studies were performed using excised porcine ear skin model in a Franz diffusion cell apparatus.

Results and discussion: The average particle size and zeta-potential of liposomes were 191?±?4.1?nm and ?40.4?±?4.5?mV, respectively. The liposomes prepared by TFH followed by 10 freeze–thaw cycles showed the greatest EE of 22.7?±?0.63%. The optimized liposome formulation was incorporated in hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) hydrogel containing different permeation enhancers including oleic acid (OA), isopropyl myristate (IPM) and propylene glycol (PG). PFD-loaded liposomes incorporated in hydrogel containing OA and IPM showed the greatest flux of 10.9?±?1.04?μg/cm2/h across skin, which was 5-fold greater compared with free PFD. The cumulative amount of PFD permeated was 344?±?28.8?μg/cm2 with a lag time of 2.3?±?1.3?h.

Conclusion: The hydrogel formulation containing PFD-loaded liposomes can be developed as a potential transdermal delivery system.  相似文献

The isolation and characterization of a hybridoma cell line producing a monoclonal IgG1 antibody against a spin-label nitroxide group is described. The antibody recognizes a synthetic hapten containing linked dinitrophenyl and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyl 1-oxy groups, having an affinity of 3.6±1.0·106 M?1 for the soluble hapten at 25°C. The antibody binds to phospholipid vesicles containing 2 mol% of spin label-derivitized lipid (lipid hapten) with an affinity of 1.5±0.2·108 M?1. This monoclonal IgG1 mediates the binding of hapten-bearing lipid vesicles to mouse macrophage RAW264 cells bearing Fc receptors. The cellular responses to this binding are similar to those observed previously using polyclonal rabbit anti-hapten IgG. As with the heterogeneous antibodies, the monoclonal IgG1 is more efficient in mediating cellular uptake when the vesicles are in the ‘fluid’ physical state (dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine at 37°C) compared to ‘solid’ (dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine at 37°C). Despite the enhanced binding of ‘fluid’ phospholipid vesicles to cells, only the ‘solid’ vesicles triggered a significant respiratory burst in RAW264 macrophages.  相似文献

The transport of sterols incorporated into the lecithin bilayer of small unilamellar liposomes through a model membrane was studied. A two-chamber diffusion cell containing liposomes with incorporated [4-14C]cholesterol or β-[4-14C]sitosterol in the donor chamber and liposomes with unlabeled cholesterol in the receiver chamber was used. The permeability coefficients of the sterols through silastic rubber membranes which served as a model membrane were measured. The permeability for cholesterol incorporated into liposomes in a phosphatidyl choline/cholesterol molar ratio of 1 : 1, produced by sonication for 1 h, and subsequent centrifugation at 100000 × g for 1 h, was 1.6 · 10?8 cm sec?1. Dilution of the liposome suspension did not change the permeability coefficient significantly. The permeability coefficient of sitosterol incorporated into liposomes was about 4-times smaller than that of cholesterol. These results suggest that the sterols were delivered to the silastic membrane by the intact liposomes and that free solute was not involved in the transport to the membrane to a significant degree. The large differences in the permeability coefficients between cholesterol and sitosterol indicate that an aqueous interfacial barrier was crossed by the sterol during the delivery to the membrane.  相似文献

The interactions between three liposomal formulations and Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells were evaluated by a lipid mixing assay and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. The effect of the bacteria on the liposomal phase characteristics, the release of the liposomes’ content, and the uptake rate of gentamicin by bacteria were monitored as a function of time, using EPR spectroscopy. The [16-DSA uptake]Total from DPPC (1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) liposomes reached 93?±?12% over a 3-hour assay period, of which 9% crossed the bacterial inner membrane. A small amount of 16-DSA uptake from DPPC/Chol (cholesterol) vesicles was found throughout the 3-hour period of time. Although DPPC/DMPG (dimyristoylphosphatidylglycerol) vesicles showed a smaller value of [16-DSA uptake]Total with respect to that of DPPC vesicles, they appeared to be effective in disrupting the bacterial membrane, resulting in a greater accumulation of 16-DSA inside the inner membrane. Exposure to bacteria caused the DPPC/Chol, DPPC, and DPPC/DMPG formulations to release 4.6?±?1.5, 17.6?±?1.2, and 34?±?3.7% of their content, respectively. Time-dependent fluid regions were developed within the vesicles when mixed with bacteria, and their growth over time depended on liposomal formulations. Incubation of gentamicin with bacteria for 3 hours resulted in 87?±?3% of the drug crossing the bacterial inner membrane. In conclusion, interaction between the liposome drug carriers and the bacterial cells result in vesicle fusion, disruption of the bacterial membrane, release of the liposomal content in the close vicinity of the bacteria cells, and the subsequent intracellular uptake of the released liposomal content.  相似文献

Liposomes are artificially prepared vesicles consisting of natural and synthetic phospholipids that are widely used as a cell membrane mimicking platform to study protein-protein and protein-lipid interactions3, monitor drug delivery4,5, and encapsulation4. Phospholipids naturally create curved lipid bilayers, distinguishing itself from a micelle.6 Liposomes are traditionally classified by size and number of bilayers, i.e. large unilamellar vesicles (LUVs), small unilamellar vesicles (SUVs) and multilamellar vesicles (MLVs)7. In particular, the preparation of homogeneous liposomes of various sizes is important for studying membrane curvature that plays a vital role in cell signaling, endo- and exocytosis, membrane fusion, and protein trafficking8. Several groups analyze how proteins are used to modulate processes that involve membrane curvature and thus prepare liposomes of diameters <100 - 400 nm to study their behavior on cell functions3. Others focus on liposome-drug encapsulation, studying liposomes as vehicles to carry and deliver a drug of interest9. Drug encapsulation can be achieved as reported during liposome formation9. Our extrusion step should not affect the encapsulated drug for two reasons, i.e. (1) drug encapsulation should be achieved prior to this step and (2) liposomes should retain their natural biophysical stability, securely carrying the drug in the aqueous core. These research goals further suggest the need for an optimized method to design stable sub-micron lipid vesicles.Nonetheless, the current liposome preparation technologies (sonication10, freeze-and-thaw10, sedimentation) do not allow preparation of liposomes with highly curved surface (i.e. diameter <100 nm) with high consistency and efficiency10,5, which limits the biophysical studies of an emerging field of membrane curvature sensing. Herein, we present a robust preparation method for a variety of biologically relevant liposomes.Manual extrusion using gas-tight syringes and polycarbonate membranes10,5 is a common practice but heterogeneity is often observed when using pore sizes <100 nm due to due to variability of manual pressure applied. We employed a constant pressure-controlled extrusion apparatus to prepare synthetic liposomes whose diameters range between 30 and 400 nm. Dynamic light scattering (DLS)10, electron microscopy11 and nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA)12 were used to quantify the liposome sizes as described in our protocol, with commercial polystyrene (PS) beads used as a calibration standard. A near linear correlation was observed between the employed pore sizes and the experimentally determined liposomes, indicating high fidelity of our pressure-controlled liposome preparation method. Further, we have shown that this lipid vesicle preparation method is generally applicable, independent of various liposome sizes. Lastly, we have also demonstrated in a time course study that these prepared liposomes were stable for up to 16 hours. A representative nano-sized liposome preparation protocol is demonstrated below.  相似文献
