The gum resin exuding from the leaf buds of Gardenia gummifera was investigated. Eight new cycloartane triterpenes, 1 – 6, 8 , and 10 , together with two known triterpenes, 25‐hydroxycycloart‐23‐en‐3‐one ( 7 ) and cycloartenone ( 9 ), were isolated and identified by extensive NMR spectroscopy. For cycloartenone ( 9 ), full NMR assignments are given as these data were not available in the literature. Eight compounds possess a C(3)?O group, two are 3,4‐secocycloartanes bearing a free C(3)OOH group; in one of the cycloartanes, gummiferartane‐9 ( 10 ), ring A occurs as a seven‐membered lactone.  相似文献

Coussarea macrophylla (Mart .) Müll.Arg . (Rubiaceae) was collected in Ecuador, and the bark was extracted with AcOEt. Chromatographic separation afforded six novel 3,4‐secocycloartane and 3,4‐secodammarane triterpenes, named macrocoussaric acids A–F, together with the known metabolites secaubryenol and 3,4‐secodammara‐4(28),20,24‐triene‐3,26‐dioic acid. The structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of their spectroscopic data. This is the first report of 3,4‐secocycloartane and 3,4‐secodammarane triterpenes occurring in a Coussarea species. Macrocoussaric acids A and B ( 2 and 3 , resp.) were found to be moderately cytotoxic against five different tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Friedelin, friedelan-3β-ol, sitosterol, α-amyrin, 6β,20-dihydroxylupan-3-one, lup-20(29)-en-3β,6β-diol, 6β,28-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-one and dulcitol were isolated from the leaves of Pleurostylia opposita. Two new compounds, 24(E)-ethylidenecycloartanone (1) and 24(E)-ethylidenecycloartan-3alpha-ol (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Polygonum bistorta, together with seven known compounds viz., cycloartane-3,24-dione (3), 24-methylenecycloartanone (4), gamma-sitosterol (5), beta-sitosterol (6), beta-sitosterone (7), friedelin (8) and 3beta-friedelinol (9). All the cycloartane type triterpenoids, compounds 7 and 8 are reported for the first time from this plant. A combination of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and MS were mainly used to elucidate the structures of the new compounds 1 and 2.  相似文献

亚热带山地亮叶水青冈林的群落分类及物种组成与更新   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
水青冈属(Fagus)约有11种,我国有5种。亮叶水青冈(Faguslucida)是我国间断分布于亚热带高海拔山地的主要落叶树种。近年来亮叶水青冈林受砍伐严重,为了保护残存的林地,作者采用Braun-Blanquet(1964)、Fujiwara(1987)的植物社会学方法,对分布于中国亚热带山地的南山、梵净山、宽阔水、八大公山4地域的亮叶水青冈林进行了植被的比较研究。根据37个样方调查的资料,区分出3个群丛6个亚群丛。比较3个群丛的物种组成、生活型结构发现,位于南山的毛玉山竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Yushaniobasihirsuto–Fagetumlucidae)及位于梵净山与宽阔水的大箭竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Sinarundinariochungii–Fagetumlucidae),其常绿落叶阔叶混交林的特征明显;而八大公山的箭竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Sinarundinarionitido–Fagetumlucidae),其落叶阔叶林的特征较显著。南山与八大公山的亮叶水青冈林立木结构分析结果表明,前者呈“L”型分布,林窗的存在使亮叶水青冈可以保持更新,密集的竹子是妨碍其自然更新的主要因素;后者呈“Λ”状分布,尽管林下竹子稀疏,自然更新却严重不良,其原因尚待继续定点观测分析。  相似文献

Two new triterpenes, cashmirols A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), along with three known compounds have been isolated from the AcOEt‐soluble fraction of Sorbus cashmiriana, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques including two‐dimensional NMR. Two new dammarane-type triterpenes, ailexcelone and ailexcelol, together with ocotillone, malabaricol, epoxymalabaricol, lupeol, and sitosterol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside were isolated from the heartwood of Ailanthus excelsa. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR data. Ocotillone, malabaricol and epoxymalabaricol were isolated for the first time from A. excelsa. The technique for extracting floral nectar using micropipettes is often unsuited to flowers where nectar is produced in very small volumes and/or where nectar is highly viscous. An alternative technique for washing the viscous nectar from the flowers of Tasmanian leatherwood, Eucryphia lucida (Labill.) is described. Here, two washes with a known volume of distilled water removed 95% of total floral sugar. Using such a washing technique on exposed and bagged E. lucida flowers provided information on nectar production in this species that could not have been obtained using a standard micropipette extraction method.  相似文献

An eco-anatomic study on leaves and woods of Fagus lucida Rehd. et Wils., which grows at an elevation of 1 260~2 020 m above sea level in Mountain Fanjingshan, Guizhou Province of Southwestern China, was carried out. Anatomical characteristics of leaves (including the thickness of upper epidermis, palisade mesophyll, spongy mesophyll, lower epidermis and lamina) and woods (vessel length, vessel width, vessel frequency, fiber length, ray width, ray height and ray frequency), and leaf surface characters (stomatal density, stomatal width and stomatal length) were determined and compared along the latitudinal gradient. As the results, 1) Lamina thickness was between 119.2 and 364.3μm; 2) Vessel frequency 75.2~133.6 per mm , vessel width 50.7~85.6 μm, vessel length 479.8~748.6 μm; fiber length 936.4~1 326.9 μm; total frequency of single and muhiseriate rays 6~9 per mm; 3) No solitary trichome was found on mature foliage, and the stomatal density was 72~113.6 per mm . Climatic indices at different altitudes were obtained by means of climatological method. Multi-statistical analysis was used to clarify the relationship between the morphological characters of the leaves and woods and climatic factors. The results showed that: 1 ) The thickness of palisade mesophyll, lower epidermis and lamina, and the vessel width increased with the humid/ add index (Bailey’s index); 2) With an increase of annual precipitation, spongy mesophyll thickness, vessel length and fiber length increased, but vessel frequency and stomatal density decreased; 3) Morphological features of leaves were closely related to low winter temperature, namely, lamina thickness decreased with coldness index, and the stomatal size decreased as the increase of mean temperature of the coldest month.  相似文献

Two of each semisynthetic lanostane‐ and cycloartane‐type triterpenes with a cyano‐enone functionality, i.e., 13 and 18 , and 23 and 28 , respectively, sixteen of their synthetic intermediates, 9 – 12, 14 – 17, 19 – 22 , and 24 – 27 , along with seven semisynthetic oxygenated triterpene acetates, 29 – 35 , and eight natural hydroxy triterpenes, 1 – 8 , were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against leukemia (HL60), lung (A549), stomach (AZ521), and breast (SK‐BR‐3) cancer cell lines. One natural triterpene, 8 , and ten semisynthetic triterpenes, 9, 13, 15, 18, 23, 25, 28, 29, 32 , and 33 , exhibited potent cytotoxicities against one or more cell lines with IC50 values in the range of 1.4–9.9 μM . Two lanostane‐type triterpenes with a cyano‐enone functionality, 3‐oxolanosta‐1,8,24‐triene‐2‐carbonitrile ( 13 ) and 3‐oxolanosta‐1,8‐diene‐2‐carbonitrile ( 18 ), induced apoptosis in HL60 cells, as observed by membrane phospholipid exposure in flow cytometry. Western blot analysis showed that 13 and 18 significantly reduced procaspases‐3, ‐8, and ‐9, and increased cleaved caspases‐3, ‐8, and ‐9. These findings indicated that compounds 13 and 18 induced apoptosis in HL60 cells via both the mitochondrial and the death receptor‐mediated pathways. In addition, upon evaluation of the inhibitory effects on Epstein? Barr virus early antigen (EBV‐EA) activation induced with 12‐O‐tetradecanoylphorbol‐13‐acetate (TPA) in Raji cells, seven natural triterpenes, 1 – 6 and 8 , and ten semisynthetic triterpenes, 9, 10, 14, 15, 19, 20, 24, 25, 29 , and 30 , exhibited inhibitory effects which were higher than that of β‐carotene, a vitamin A precursor studied widely in cancer‐chemoprevention animal models.  相似文献

为了探讨栀子苷含量与土壤及药材中的矿质元素的相关关系,用主成分分析方法对8个不同产地的栀子土壤中13种矿质元素及pH与药材中12种矿质元素进行了多因素分析.结果表明:Fe和Ni、Fe和Al、Mn和Co之间呈极显著正相关.影响栀子苷含量的Mg和pH贡献率分别为49.614%和20.826%,两者对栀子苷的变异贡献率最大.同时进行了栀子苷含量的变化与主成分的多元相关分析,证实了矿质元素与中药功效之间存在相关性.  相似文献

Three new triterpenoids, caloncobic acid C (1), caloncobalactone C (2) and glaucalactone B (3) were isolated from the leaves of Caloncoba glauca. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
