Chromosome numbers compared with as yet published data are given for the following 12 Phanerogams (both native species and aliens) from Czechoslovakia:Ambrosia trifida L.,Cardamine chelidonia L.,Dephne cneorum L.,Epipactis albensis Nováková etRydlo,Linum flavum L.subsp flavum, Lunaria rediviva L.,Nepeta grandiflora M.BIEB.,Reseda luteola L.,Thlaspi montanum L.,Tithymalus salicifolius (Host)Klotzsch etGarcke,Tithymalus virgultosus (Klokov) Holub andVerbascum speciosum Schrad. subsp.speciosum. The chromosome number 2n=40 is presented for the first time in autogamousEpipactis albensis Nováková etRydlo. New chromosome numbers were found inCardamine chelidonia L. (2n=32) and inTithymalus salicifolius (Host) Klotzch etGarcke (2n=40). Known but less frequent cytotypes are reported inLinum flavum L. subsp.flavum (2n=28) and inVerbascum speciosum Schrad. subsp.speciosum (2n=30).  相似文献

Chromosome numbers are presented in the following 16 Phanerogams of the Czechoslovak flora:Amaranthus blitoides S. Watson,Anthoxanthum alpinum Á. Löve etD. Löve Acter amellus L.,Bistorta major S. F. Gray,Cardamine hirsuta L.,Cardamine parviflora L.,Chrysosplenium oppositifolium L.,Dactylis glomerata L.subsp. aschersoniana (Graebner) Thell.,Elatine hydropiper L. s. l.,Geranium phaeum L.,Hieracium lachenalii C. C. Gmel.,Jovibarba sobolifera (Sims) Opiz,Kickxia spuria (L.)Dum.,Persicaria hydropiper (L.)Spach,Sedum alpestre Vill. andTephroseris crispa (Jacq.) Schur. Six of them are reported for the first time from Czechoslovakia, the others are mostly first reports of chromosome numbers from the Bohemian and Moravian regions. The present paper deals with the results of cytological examination of a collection of original species of the genusRosa. The ascertainment of chromosome counts in 64 individuals belonging to 24 taxa is given. For 8 species and 4 varieties the chromosome counts are published for the first time. The paper gives an account of the results of karyological investigation of 15 species from Czechoslovakia:Allium ochroleucum, A. senescens subsp.montanum, A. strictum, Asperula tinctoria, Aster amellus, Calamintha officinalis, Calystegia pulchra C. epium, Epilobium adenocaulon, Erysimum odoratum, Festuca pallens, Gasparrinia peucedanoides, Genista germanica, Gentiana pannonica, Glyceria nemoralis. The continuation of the cytological investigation of natural taxa and spontaneous hybrids of the genusRosa is given. The chromosome numbers of 110 plants belonging to 33 taxa and 7 hybrids are presented. These results are compared with the data known from the literature including those given under other synonyms. In 7 species and 3 varieties the cytological data are published for the first time. Each plant is provided with information on its origin. A new speciesRosa popekii Klá?terský is described. The somatic association of rose chromosomes is discussed in connection with mitotic peculiarities ofRosa pimpinellifolia R 316.  相似文献

Lhotská M. (1988): The ecology of germination and reproduction of less frequent and vanishing species of the Czechoslovak flora I.Alyssum saxatile L.—Folia Geobot. Phytotax., Praha, 23: 321–324.—The conditions of germination of both fresh and stratified seeds ofAlyssum saxatile were investigated in the laboratory at 13 various temperature values. The temperature of 15/25°C was found to be optimum. In stratified seeds germination was accelerated, and the range of range of temperatures suitable for germination became wider. Seeds sown out after ripening sprouted in the first half of June, and by autumn they developed rather robust rosettes.  相似文献

The ripened seeds show no marked dormancy and germinate within wide limits of temperature, where the temperatures of 6–10/25°C represent the optimum. 18 months old seeds germinated at the temperature of 10/25°C by 69% 13 year old seeds did not germinate. This annual winter species reproduces only in the generative way, the seeds sown in the middle of October 1987 and 1988 sprouted at the end of October, and the seedlings with 1–2 pairs of true leaves survived successfully the winter.  相似文献

In this study, we describe several new taxa belonging to the flora of Myanmar. One new family, Polyosmaceae (Polyosma wallichii Benn.) is recorded. Over ten new genera are recorded for the first time, including Amentotaxus Pilger (Taxaceae), Hydrobryopsis Engler (Podostemaceae), Cyrtosia Blume and Biermannia King & Pantling (Orchidaceae), Eleutharrhena Forman and Haematocarpus Miers (Menispermaceae), Craigia W.W. Smith & W.E. Evans (Malvaceae), Amblyanthopsis Mez (Primulaceae), Huodendron Rehder and Rehderodendron Hu (Styracaceae), Platea Blume (Metteniusaceae), Achyrospermum Blume (Lamiaceae), Christisonia Gardner (Orobanchaceae). In addition, five new species are described and illustrated: Tupistra natmataungensis Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding, Biermannia burmanica Y.H. Tan & Bin Yang, Impatiens megacalyx Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding, Amblyanthopsis burmanica Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding, Platea kachinensis Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding. Original meiotic chromosome counts are presented for nine endemic species in seven families of Angiosperms from Iran including:Arum giganteum Ghahr. Seven chromosome counts of six species from the family Asteraceae are reported. All taxa were collected from Hamedan province, Iran. One count is a new report (viz Inula aucheriana ), three are not in accordance with previous counts (viz Senecio glaucus, Tanacetum chiliophyllum and Tanacetum polycephalum ) and the others (viz Tripleurospermum disciforme, Tanacetum polycephalum , T. parthenium ) are confirmations of very limited (one to eight records) previous data. Most of the studied taxa have the basic number x=9, but Senecio glaucus has x = 10, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 8x. Both diploidy and triploidy were found in T. chiliophyllum and may be regarded as a sign of ongoing speciation.  相似文献

In a series of 121 consecutive patients with a myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), studied in two laboratories, of which 87 (71.9%) had abnormal karyotypes, twelve had a structural abnormality of the long arm of chromosome 11 (13.8%). There were six deletions, one ring chromosome and five reciprocal translocations, all involving a chromosome band 11q23. Of these twelve patients, five had a refractory anemia (RA) and seven a refractory anemia with excess of blasts (RAEB). RA was associated more frequently with 11q deletions as the sole abnormality, while translocations or multiple chromosome abnormalities were commonly associated with RAEB. The study shows that the 11q aberrations represent frequent structural chromosome rearrangements in MDS.  相似文献
