A considerable polymorphism in gliadin genes was detected in the wheat landraces of West Siberia (Altai krai, Omsk oblast, and Kurgan oblast) and the local cultivars characteristic of several East Siberian regions (Krasnoyarsk krai, Irkutsk oblast, Tuva, and Yakutia), and the genetic formulas were determined. The common alleles characteristic of the wheats of both regions were detected, namely, Gli-A1f, Gli-A1j, Gli-A1i, Gli-A1m, Gli-B1e, Gli-B1m, Gli-D1a, Gli-A2q, Gli-A2k, Gli-A2u, Gli-D2a, and Gli-D2q, as well as 14 novel alleles unknown earlier. It was demonstrated that several genotypes had formed in Siberia. Of them, the genotypes Gli-A1f_Gli-B1e_Gli-D1a and Gli-A1j_Gli-B1e_Gli-D1a occur both in West and East Siberia, whereas the genotypes Gli-A1i_Gli-B1m_Gli-D1a_Gli-A2new10, Gli-A1m_Gli-B1b_Gli-D1a_Gli-A2f, and Gli-A1m_Gli-B1m_Gli-D1a_Gli-A2u are found only in East Siberia.  相似文献

To specify the taxonomic rank of form ciscaucasoides (independent species Sylvaemus ciscaucasoides, or intraspecific form of pygmy wood mouse, S. uralensis), a 402-bp the mtDNA cytochrome b gene fragment (402 bp) was examined in S. ciscaucasoides individuals from six geographic localities of the Caucasus and Ciscaucasus, (Krasnodar krai and Adygeya Republic) and 17 S. uralensis individuals from seven localities of the Russian Plai (Saratov oblast, Smolensk oblast, Voronezh oblast, Tula oblast, Moscow oblast, and Tver' oblast). For comparison, the cytochrome b gene was partly sequenced in the samples of yellow necked, S. flavicollis (n = 2, Samara oblast), and Caucasian, S. ponticus (n = 6, Krasnodar krai), wood mice. One Mus musculus specimen from Western Europe, whose nucleotide sequences were deposed in the GenBank, was used as intergeneric outgroup. Phylogenetic trees for the forms examined were constructed based on the mtDNA sequence variation and using the neighbor joining and maximum parsimony methods. The network of the cytochrome b haplotypes was also constructed. The level of genetic divergence was evaluated using Kimura's two-parameter algorithm. Based on the data on the sequence variation in a 402-bp mtDNA cytochrome b gene fragment, the hypothesis on the species status of the ciscaucasicus form was. The mean intergroup distances (d) between the geographic groups of S. uralensis varied from 0.0036 to 0.0152. At the same time, the distances between the pygmy wood mice and the group of S.flavicollis-S. ponticus varies in the range from 0.0860 to 0.0935, and the level of intergeneric genetic differentiation (Sylvaemus-Mus) is higher than the latter index (d = 0.142). Ciscaucasoides should be considered as geographic substitution form of S. uralensis. Furthermore, the Caucasian populations of S. uralensis (= ciscaucasoides) were characterized by a threefold lower value of intergroup genetic divergence (d = 0.0062) than the East European populations (d= 0.0179). This finding pointed to some isolation of Caucasian populations of pygmy wood mouse and depletion of their gene pool. However other molecular genetic data (similarity of nucleotide composition and consistence of the levels of intra- and intergroup distances) suggest the absence of geographic subdivision between Caucasian and East European populations ofS. uralensis relative to the molecular marker examined.  相似文献

We have studied the influence of the stage of decomposition and acidity of wood, as well as the illumination of the microhabitat on the species composition, abundance, and occurrence of slime molds (Myxomycetes) of the xylobiontic (inhabitants of the wood) substrate complex of forest communities in Siberia (Altai krai, Altai Republic, and Novosibirsk oblast). This work is based on a study of 1777 samples of fruit bodies (sporophores) of myxomycetes. In the analysis of data for communities of Myxomycetes of the xylobiontic substrate complex, we recognize a successional series which clearly correlates with the stage of wood decomposition. The study of the distribution of the species composition of the slime mold on wood of various stages of decomposition shows that the maximum number of species is observed on dead trunks where the wood is of medium density and the bark can easily be separated (W3). The lowest specificity and diversity of species composition is observed on the fallen trunks of trees with very dense wood and dense bark (W1). These dead trees have low water-retaining capacity, tight bark, and almost intact wood containing large amounts of lignin, preventing the invasion of plasmodia and myxamoebae of Myxomycetes into the trunk. A study of the location of slime-mold colonies in relation to the illumination level shows that the greatest number of species is found on the front, side, and bottom parts of dead trunks of woody plants. The least specificity and the least variety of Myxomycetes species are found on apical parts of dead tree trunks facing the sun. The exception are species with large fruit bodies such as Fuligo septica and Reticularia splendens, which are most often observed on the upper parts of the sun facing trunks of woody plants. In the research area, the complex of species typical for wood of coniferous trees is described. It is noted that acidophilic slime molds of the genera Comatricha and Cribraria can be traced in xylobiontic and epiphytic–corticuloid substrate complexes.  相似文献

For the first time, the sequences of the TROSPA gene from taiga tick and sheep tick from Russia were obtained. Three specimens of sheep tick from Voronezh oblast and three specimens each of taiga tick from Irkutsk oblast and Perm krai were analyzed. At the end of the intron of the TROSPA gene in Ixodes persulcatus, a poly-T region was found. In addition, a fragment of the first exon containing a large number of differences in the nucleotide and amino acid composition both among species and within them was identified.  相似文献

Investigations have been carried out in the area adjacent to Teletskoe Lake in the Altai Nature Reserve. Checklists of species for the studied habitats and their comparative analysis are given. Previous data on the fauna of spiders in the Altai Nature Reserve have been supplemented by 39 species. Three species have been recorded for the first time in the fauna of the Altai Mountains. The complexes of dominant species have been revealed. Peculiarities of the seasonal dynamics of the population for order as a whole and for separate herpetobiont spiders groups have been considered.  相似文献

House mice carrying aberrant chromosome 1 with an insertion of homogeneously stained regions (HSR) have been studied. The mice were collected in the North Caucasus, Chita and Amur oblasts, Spitzbergen and Kunashir Islands, Altai krai, Khabarovsk krai, Primorye, Sakhalin, Kamchatka, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan. In these mice, the aberrant chromosomes were assigned to the "Asian" type, i.e. they carried two HSR insertions. The aberrant chromosome 1 in house mice from different geographic regions was shown to differ in size of HSR, staining intensity, and some other features of Q-H, C, and G-banding, which suggests independent origin of this aberration in house mouse populations from different taxa and regions. A novel variant of chromosome 1 in mice of the subspecies M. m. wagneri was found.  相似文献

Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with ten-nucleotide primers of arbitrary sequences (RAPD-PCR) was used to study the genetic characteristics of five samples of the striped field mouse (Apodemus agrarius Pallas, 1771) from the Russian Far East (Primorye, Khabarovsk krai, and Magadan oblast). Highly significant differentiation of the samples was demonstrated, the genetic diversity of each sample was estimated, and non-neutral loci were found. The genetic diversity was the highest in a population from the outskirts of Magadan and the lowest in populations from an island on the Amur River near Khabarovsk and from the village of Talon (Magadan oblast). These two last populations were found to be genetically close to each other. These results indicate that striped field mice have been repeatedly introduced to Magadan oblast. The Talon population is likely to have originated from the left bank of the Amur; the outskirts of Magadan are inhabited with a mixed population formed by mice from Primorye and other regions.  相似文献

Analysis of the diversity of monogenic hereditary diseases in eight raions (districts) of Rostov oblast (region) of Russia (Tsimlyansk, Volgodonskoi, Tselina, Egorlykskaya, Millerovo, Tarasovskaya, Rodionovo-Nesvetaiskaya, and Matveevo-Kurgan raions) has been summarized. The total sample size was 320925 subjects. The spectrum of hereditary diseases detected in the eight districts comprises 187 diseases, including 99 autosomal dominant (AD), 72 autosomal recessive (AR), and 16 X-linked diseases. The mean prevalence rate of each disease in the total population has been calculated. Accumulation of individual diseases in different regions of Rostov oblast has been calculated; the disease accumulation has been compared with that in some populations of Russia examined earlier. Cluster analysis using the data on the frequencies of genes of hereditary diseases has shown the gene geographic position of the Rostov oblast population among the following ethnic populations of Russia: Russians (Kostroma, Kirov, and Rostov oblasts and Krasnodar krai), Chuvashes (Chuvashia), Adygeans (Adygea), Maris (Marii El), and Udmurts (Udmurtia).  相似文献

Our own and archival materials on biology, marking, migrations, and distribution of Sakhalin sturgeon Acipenser mikadoi were analyzed. It was shown that Sakhalin sturgeon dwells not only in Tumnin River and Datta Bay of Khabarovsk krai but also in Bay Viyakhtu and the Viyakhtu River of Sakhalin oblast. Evidence on the length, weight, and stage of gonad maturity of individuals caught in 1990?C2011 is provided. It was established that juveniles of Sakhalin sturgeon perform autumn migration from Gatta Inlet to the lower reaches of Tumnin River.  相似文献

A fragment of the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) cytochrome b gene was sequenced in sable from Magadan oblast, Khabarovsk krai, and Kamchatka. Using phylogenetic analysis, the presence of two clusters (A and BC), with the divergence value of 1.4%, was demonstrated. Analysis of the cytochrome b gene median networks indicated that split of the ancestral population took place in early Pleistocene (about one Myr ago), while expansion of its more young phylogenetic group A occurred in late Pleistocene, about 120000 years ago.  相似文献

Restriction polymorphism of the mtDNA cytochrome b gene was studied in nine sable Martes zibellina L. populations from three introduction foci of Khabarovsk and Kamchatka sables in Magadan oblast: Olya, Kolyma, and Omolon. For comparison, similar studies were performed with the populations of central Kamchatka and Khabarovsk krai. In total, 444 DNA specimens were examined. Three mtDNA haplotypes (A, B, and C) proved to occur at various frequencies in the populations under study. The sable population system displayed high differentiation (FST = 22.3%). The populations of the Olya focus were most similar genetically to the populations of Kamchatka; those of the Omolon focus were similar to the Khabarovsk populations, and those of the Kolyma focus occupied an intermediate place. The observed spatial heterogeneity of the sable populations of Magadan oblast was explained in terms of the formation of the introduction foci of Kamchatka and Khabarovsk sables, starting from the 1950s.  相似文献

This paper provides an overview of the leaf-mining insect community feeding on willows (Salix spp.) and poplars (Populus spp.) in Siberia. According to published data and our own observations, 50 leaf-mining insect species (i.e., 24 species of Lepidoptera, 15 Coleoptera, 6 Diptera, and 5 Hymenoptera) feed on those two plant genera in Siberia. Using an integrative approach combining field work, morphological and DNA barcoding analyses, we identified 32 leaf-mining insect species from 14 regions across Siberia (i.e. 64% of all leaf-mining species known on Salicaceae in this part of Russia). Among them, 26 species most often found in parks and botanical gardens, represented new faunistic records for several poorly explored regions of Siberia. We have more than doubled the list of Salicaceae-feeding leaf-mining insects in Tomsk oblast, Altai krai, and the Republic of Tuva, and for the first time provided data on leaf-miners for the Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The micromoth Phyllocnistis gracilistylella (Gracillariidae), recently described from Japan, was found on a new host plant (Salix caprea) in the south of Krasnoyarsk krai, is new for Russia. Eight leafmining insect species (i.e., five gracillariids: Phyllocnistis labyrinthella, Ph. unipunctella, Phyllonorycter apparella, Ph. sagitella, and Ph. populifoliella; two beetles: Zeugophora scutellaris and Isochnus sequensi; and one sawfly: Heterarthrus ochropoda) can outbreak on poplars, most often in urban plantations, botanical gardens, and plant nurseries in Siberia, and can also affect natural stands. Forty-five species of 50 leaf-mining insects known to feed on willow and poplar in Siberia also occur in Central and Eastern Europe. The remaining five species (Phyllocnistis gracilistylella, Phyllonorycter sibirica, Heterarthrus fasciatus, Tachyerges dauricus, and Isochnus arcticus) are recorded in Asia only. Species richness of the family Gracillariidae, the most diverse on Salicaceae in Siberia, displays 80% similarity to that in the European part of Russia and 71% to the Russian Far East. We discuss the faunal similarity of these regions and highlight the importance of applying an integrative approach combining ecological, morphological analyses, and DNA barcoding to explore and characterize the insect fauna of poorly studied regions of Asian part of Russia.  相似文献
