Second-derivative Fourier transform infrared spectra of seaweed galactans   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The Fourier transform infrared spectra of agar, agarose, -, -, and -carrageenan, and ofChondrus canaliculatus, Iridaea ciliata, I. membranacea, I. laminarioides andGracilaria chilensis polysaccharides were recorded in the 4000–400 cm-1 region. The bands in the second derivative mode are sharper and more bands are resolved than in the normal spectra.Agar, agarose andG. chilensis phycocolloids exhibit diagnostic bands at 790 and 713 cm-1. -, - and -carrageenans, and native carrageenan-type polysaccharides fromC. canaliculatus andIridaea species exhibit bands at around 1160, 1140, 1100, 1070, 1040, 1008, 610, and 580 cm-1. Therefore, FT-IR spectroscopy in the second-derivative mode may be applied to differentiate between agar- and carrageenan-types seaweed galactans.  相似文献

Metal toxicity from sources such as orthopaedic implants was investigated in terms of immune system hyper-reactivity to metal implant alloy degradation products. Lymphocyte response to serum protein complexed with metal from implant alloy degradation was investigated in this in vitro study using primary human lymphocytes from healthy volunteers (n = 10). Cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy (CoCrMo, ASTM F75) and titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V, ASTM F136) beads (70 m) were incubated in agitated human serum at 37 degrees Celsius to simulate naturally occurring metal implant alloy degradation processes. Particulate free serum samples, which were incubated with metal, were then separated into molecular weight based fractions. The amounts of soluble Cr and Ti within each serum fraction were measured and correlated with lymphocyte proliferation response to the individual serum fractions. Lymphocytes from each subject were cultured with 11 autologous molecular weight based serum fractions either with or without added metal. Two molecular weight ranges of human serum proteins were associated with the binding of Cr and Ti from CoCrMo and Ti implant alloy degradation (at < 30 and 180–330 kDa). High molecular weight serum proteins ( 180 kDa) demonstrated greater lymphocyte reactivity when complexed with metal released from CoCrMo alloy and Ti alloy than with low (5–30 kDa) and midrange (30–77 kDa) serum proteins. When the amount of lymphocyte stimulation was normalized to both the moles of metal and the moles of protein within each fraction (MetalProtein Complex Reactivity Index, MPCRI), Cr from CoCrMo alloy degradation demonstrated approximately 10 fold greater reactivity than Ti in the higher molecular weight serum proteins ( 180–250 kDa). This in vitro study demonstrated a lymphocyte proliferative response to both CoCrMo and Ti alloy metalloprotein degradation products. This response was greatest when the metals were complexed with high molecular weight proteins, and with metalprotein complexes formed from CoCrMo alloy degradation.  相似文献

Summary We recently reported that interleukin-2(IL-2)-activated peripheral blood lymphocytes and CD3+, lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cell clones release tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interferon (IFN) when stimulated with K562 erythroleukemia cells. We examined the phenotype of IL-2-activated peripheral blood leukocytes that secrete TNF and IFN when stimulated with K562 cells and demonstrated that TNF secretion is not due to the presence of contaminating mononuclear phagocytes. Further, we demonstrate that IL-2-activated natural killer (NK) cells release only IFN when stimulated with K562 cells while T lymphocytes exposed to monoclonal anti-CD3 and K562 cells secrete both TNF and IFN. However, T cells stimulated only with K562 cells did not release IFN or TNF while the admixture of these T cells with NK cells, when stimulated with K562 cells, released levels of TNF comparable to those produced by the unseparated cells. A Signal-to-Noise optimization model has now been extended to explain the range of species-specific polarization sensitivities of insects. The different polarization sensitivities are shown to represent optimizations for the detection of plane polarized (Rayleigh-scattered) skylight over a range of atmospheric polarization conditions. Rhodopsin absorption spectra with peaks in the Blue (max450 nm) maximize detection efficiencies under conditions of high polarization. Rhodopsin absorption spectra peaking in the UV (max350 nm) maximize Signal-to-Noise Ratios for the detection of polarized skylight at the other extreme of low polarization.  相似文献

Clostridium sporogenes MD1 grew rapidly with peptides and amino acids as an energy source at pH 6.7. However, the proton motive force (p) was only –25 mV, and protonophores did not inhibit growth. When extracellular pH was decreased with HCl, the chemical gradient of protons (ZpH) and the electrical membrane potential () increased. The p was –125 mV at pH 4.7, even though growth was not observed. At pH 6.7, glucose addition did not cause an increase in growth rate, but increased to –70 mV. Protein synthesis inhibitors also significantly increased . Non-growing, arginine-energized cells had a of –80 mV at pH 6.7 or pH 4.7, but was not detected if the F1F0 ATPase was inhibited. Arginine-energized cells initiated growth if other amino acids were added at pH 6.7, and and ATP declined. At pH 4.7, ATP production remained high. However, growth could not be initiated, and neither nor the intracellular ATP concentration declined. Summary Trunk circumferences were measured on apple trees which had been grown for 5 to 10 years on land previously in apple orchard. Soil beneath each tree was analysed for soil acidity characteristics and basic cations. Tree growth (trunk circumference), was generally retarded but highly variable, but correlated well with the soil measurements in four of the six orchards investigated. Size of Delicious, Tydeman and Rome Beauty cultivars correlated positively with soil pH and negatively with 0.02M CaCl2-soluble Al and Mn, while that of McIntosh grown adjacent to the Delicious and Tydeman trees in two of those orchards correlated little or not at all with these soil acidity characteristics. However, in the three orchards where McIntosh trees were grown, their size correlated (r=0.72**, 0.71**, 0.54**) well with exchangeable soil Mg. Summary The objective was to measure the competition for nitrogen among vascular plants, mosses, and soil microbes along a continuum of nitrogen availability, induced by carbon and nitrogen amendments, in a tussock tundra ecosystem.15N was used as a tracer. Vascular plants showed an increasing15N recovery with increasing time and with increasing nitrogen availability; the latter suggests that nitrogen was limiting vascular plant growth. Green mosses took up15N initially, but showed no significant trends with either treatment or time. There was a higher15N recovery in the soil insoluble compartment for the carbon-amended treatment than in the nitrogen-amended treatments; this suggested that carbon as an energy source limited microbial activity. After two months, the relative15N recovery fell in the order: soil microbes (79%)>vascular plants (16%) >green mosses (2%).  相似文献

A novel syrup containing neofructo-oligosaccharides was produced from sucrose (Brix 70) by whole cells of Penicillium citrinum. The efficiency of fructo-oligosaccharides production was more than 55% and those of the main carbohydrate components, 1-kestose (Fruf 21Fruf 21 Glc), nystose (Fruf 21Fruf 21 Fruf 21 Glc) and neokestose (Fruf 26 Glc12 Fruf), were 22, 14 and 11%, respectively.  相似文献

We have examined the effect of the Ca2+ (Mg2+)-ATPase inhibitors thapsigargin (TG) and vanadate on ATP-dependent 45Ca2+ uptake into IP3-sensitive Ca2+ pools in isolated microsomes from rat pancreatic acinar cells. The inhibitory effect of TG was biphasic. About 40–50% of total Ca2+ uptake was inhibited by TG up to 10 nm (apparent Ki4.2 nm, Ca2+ pool I). An additional increase of inhibition up to 85–90% of total Ca2+ uptake could be achieved at 15 to 20 nm of TG (apparent Ki12.1 nm, Ca2+ pool II). The rest was due to TG-insensitive contaminating plasma membranes and could be inhibited by vanadate (apparent Ki10 m). In the absence of TG, increasing concentrations of vanadate also showed two phases of inhibition of microsomal Ca2+ uptake. About 30–40% of total Ca2+ uptake was inhibited by 100 m of vanadate (apparent Ki18 m, Ca2+ pool II). The remaining 60–70% could be inhibited either by vanadate at concentrations up to 1 mm (apparent Ki300 m) or by TG up to 10 nm (Ca2+ pool I). The amount of IP3-induced Ca2+ release was constant at 25% over a wide range of Ca2+ filling. About 10–20% remained unreleasable by IP3. Reduction of IP3 releasable Ca2+ in the presence of inhibitors showed similar dose-response curves as Ca2+ uptake (apparent Ki 3.0 nm for IP3-induced Ca2+ release as compared to 4.2 nm for Ca2+ uptake at TG up to 10 nm) indicating that the highly TG-sensitive Ca2+ pump fills the IP3-sensitive Ca2+ pool I. At TG concentrations >10 nm which blocked Ca2+ pool II the apparent Ki values were 11.3 and 12.1 nm, respectively. For inhibition by vanadate up to 100 m the apparent Ki values were 18 m for Ca2+ uptake and 7 m for Ca2+ release (Ca2+ pool II). At vanadate concentrations up to 1 mm the apparent Ki values were 300 and 200 m, respectively (Ca2+ pool I). Both Ca2+ pools I and II also showed different sensitivities to IP3. Dose-response curves for IP3 in the absence of inhibitors (control) showed an apparent Km value for IP3 at 0.6 m. In the presence of TG (inhibition of Ca2+ pool I) the curve was shifted to the left with an apparent Km for IP3 at 0.08 m. In the presence of vanadate (inhibition of Ca2+ pool II), the apparent Km for IP3 was 2.1 m. These data allow the conclusion that there are at least three different Ca2+ uptake mechanisms present in pancreatic acinar cells: TG- and IP3 insensitive but highly vanadate-sensitive Ca2+ uptake occurs into membrane vesicles derived from plasma membranes. Two Ca2+ pools with different TG-, vanadate- and IP3-sensitivities are most likely located in the endoplasmic reticulum at different cell sites, which could have functional implications for hormonal stimulation of pancreatic acinar cells.This work was supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, Sonderforschungsbereich 246. Summary Spindles of nuclei mostly from metaphases of expiants in vitro, Set free according to Dan's method by means of solutions of Duponol (a sodium lauryl sulfonate), have been studied according to their elasticity. The isolated atractoplasm has shown a static modul of elasticityE0.8 to 1.6×106 dynes×cm–2, and, sometimes, a Poisson number of0.42, that is to say the atractoplasmic gel of the spindles of nuclei is certain elastically. The values of the modul of elongation agree satisfactory with those values recently ascertained by Crick and Hughes with cytoplasm oi explanted cells.  相似文献

Evidence that environmental levels of vanadium are increasing hasraised concern over the injection of vanadium into the environmentfrom anthropogenic sources. Two simple global mass balance models(simulating current and pre-industrial conditions) were developed todemonstrate the influence of anthropogenic vanadium on the globaldistribution of this trace metal. Current vanadium emissions owing toman's current industrial activities were estimated to comprise 30% oftotal atmosphere loading, 3% of total ocean loading, and 6% of totalland loading. These loadings were always considerably less than thoseresulting from non-anthropogenic sources or events. Differences notedbetween the pre-industrial and current models were not sufficientlygreat to suggest that injection of anthropogenic vanadium constitutes asignificant environmental threat on a global scale.  相似文献

We have examined and dated primate divergences by applying a newly established molecular/paleontological reference, the evolutionary separation between artiodactyls and cetaceans anchored at 60 million years before present (MYBP). Owing to the morphological transformations coinciding with the transition from terrestrial to aquatic (marine) life and the large body size of the animals (which makes their fossils easier to find), this reference can be defined, paleontologically, within much narrower time limits compared to any local primate calibration marker hitherto applied for dating hominoid divergences. Application of the artiodactyl/cetacean reference (A/C-60) suggests that hominoid divergences took place much earlier than has been concluded previously. According to a homogenous-rate model of sequence evolution, the primary hominoid divergence, i.e., that between the families Hylobatidae (gibbons) and Hominidae, was dated at 36 MYBP. The corresponding dating for the divergence betweenPongo (orangutan) andGorilla-Pan (chimpanzee)-Homo is 24.5 MYBP, that forGorilla vsHomo-Pan is 18 MYBP, and that forHomo vsPan 13.5 MYBP. The split between Sumatran and Bornean orangutans was dated at 10.5 MYBP and that between the common and pygmy chimpanzees at 7 MYBP. Analyses of a single gene (cytochromeb) suggest that the divergence within the Catarrhini, i.e., between Hominoidea and Old World monkeys (Cercopithecoidea), took place >40 MYBP; that within the Anthropoidea, i.e., between Catarrhini and Platyrrhini (New World monkeys), >60 MYBP; and that between Anthropoidea and Prosimii (lemur), 80 MYBP. These separation times are about two times more ancient than those applied previously as references for the dating of hominoid divergences. The present findings automatically imply a much slower evolution in hominoid DNA (both mitochondrial and nuclear) than commonly recognized.  相似文献

En présence de leurs propres larves, les ouvrières deL. nylanderi détruisirent tapidement toutes les larves deS. fugax introduites dans leur nid. D'autre part, un jeune couvain deLeptothorax remplaçait plus ou moins rapidement les larves deLeptothorax enlevées au préalable; sa présence était alors défavorable au développement des larves deSolenopsis. Un hivernage en début d'expérience fut plutôt favorable auxS. fugax, de même que la présence d'une reine féconde deLeptothorax. LesSolenopsis ainsi obtenus n'ont pas vécu plus de sept semaines. Ils étaient tous de caste ouvrière et de taille très petite.
Summary When its own eggs and larvae missed,Solenopsis fugax bred larvae ofLeptothorax nylanderi, at a temperature of 22°C. TheSolenopsis workers killed some of this larvae and fed the others; these slowly grew bigger during five or six months but never reached the pre-pupa stage. The result was the same if the workers ofS. fugax and the larvae ofL. nylanderi overwintered together or not at all. A youngSolenopsis queen being there was noxious to the larvae ofLeptothorax.On the contrary,L. nylanderi has been able to breed larvae ofS. fugax up to the imago stage, at a temperature of 22°C. When its own larvae were in the nest, together with larvae ofS. fugax, the workers ofL. nylanderi killed the larvae ofS. fugax. On the other hand, new eggs and young larvae ofLeptothorax had to replace, more or less quickly, the larvae which had been taken away, and that was noxious to the growth ofSolenopsis larvae. An overwintering at the beginning of the experiment was rather favourable toS. fugax as was the presence of a fecundLeptothorax queen. TheSolenopsis thus obtained lived no longer than seven weeks. They all were workers and very small.

Résumé Nous avons fait élever des larves d'Anergates atratulus par des ouvrières deMyrmica laevinodis à 22°C. Pour y parvenir, il n'est pas utile de faire hivernerensemble les larves d'Anergates et les ouvrières deMyrmica. La présence de larves autochtones n'empêche pas lesMyrmica d'élever des larves d'Anergates. Dans toutes les expériences lesMyrmica ont été soumises au fridavant de recevoir des larves d'Anergates. Aucune reine deMyrmica n'a été utilisée dans ces expériences.Sur les 64 larves d'Anergates que nous avons utilisées, 38 se sont transformées en imagos. C'est au début de l'adoption et au moment des métamorphoses que périrent la plupart des 26Anergates perdus. Les femelles vécurent en général 2 ou 3 jours et cherchèrent très tôt à quitter le nid natal. Les mâles vécurent 2 à 3 semaines.
Summary Larvae ofAnergates atratulus were experimentally reared by workers ofMyrmica laevinodis, at 22°C. An overwintering of both larvae ofAnergates and workers ofMyrmica is not necessary for the success of that experiment. The presence of larvae ofMyrmica does not keep theMyrmica from rearing larvae ofAnergates. The workers ofMyrmica have been cooled, in all the experiments, before receiving larvae ofAnergates. No queen ofMyrmica have been used in that experiments.38 of the 64 larvae ofAnergates used became imagos. Most of the 26 lostAnergates died at the beginning of the adoption and during the metamorphosis. The females lived generally 2 or 3 days and tried, very early, to leave their native nest. The males lived 2 or 3 weeks.

Giant micrometeorites (sizes ranging from >50 to 500 m), such as those that were first recovered from clean pre-industrial Antarctic ices in December 1987, represent by far the dominant source of extraterrestrial carbonaceous material accreted by the Earth's surface, about 50 000 times the amount delivered by meteorites (sizes a few cm). They correspond to large interplanetary dust particles that survived unexpectedly well their hypervelocity impact with the Earth's atmosphere, contrary to predictions of theoretical models of such impacts. They are related to relatively rare groups of carbonaceous chondrites (2% of the meteorite falls) and not to the most abundant meteorites (ordinary chondrites and differentiated micrometeorites). About 80% of them appear to be highly unequilibrated fine-grained assemblages of mineral grains, where an abundant carbonaceous component is closely associated on a scale of 0.1 m to both hydrous and anhydrous minerals, including potential catalysts. These observations suggest that micrometeorites could have functioned as individual microscopic chemical reactors to contribute to the synthesis of prebiotic molecules on the early Earth, about 4 billions years ago. The recent identification of some of their complex organics (amino acids and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), and the observation that they behave as very efficient cosmochromatographs, further support this early carbonaceous micrometeorite scenario. Future prospects include identifying the host phases (probably ferrihydrite) of their complex organics, evaluating their catalytic activity, and assessing whether synergetic interactions between micrometeorites and favorable zones of the early Earth (such as submarine hydrothermal vents) accelerated and/or modified such synthesis.  相似文献

Summary Stoichiometric investigations were made for all 21 proteins of the 30S subunit and for 31 proteins of the 50S subunit. While the results for the 30S proteins strongly suggest the existence of two different stoichiometric classes, the so-called fractional (F) and unit (U) proteins with average molar amounts of 0.1–0.5 and 0.8–1.2 per mole 30S respectively, at least one further group is present in isolated 50S particles. Therefore 50S proteins may be subdivided in the following way: a) 9–10 proteins with average molar amounts of 0.2–0.6 (F-proteins), b) 15–16 proteins with 0.8–1.2 copies per 50S particle (U-proteins), c) at least one protein with an average value of 1.8–2.2 copies, the repeated (R) proteins, d) a group of 7 proteins with 1.4–1.7 copies per particle; they can be named fractional repeated (FR) proteins. These findings indicate that 50S ribosomal particles show a more differentiated degree of structural heterogeneity at least in vitro than has been shown for 30S subunits.Paper No. 35 on Ribosomal Proteins. A microsomal vesicle fraction (GV) markedly enriched by the Golgi marker enzyme latent inosine diphosphatase (IDPase) has been isolated from photoautotrophic suspension-cell protoplasts ofChenopodium rubrum L. Addition of ATP creates a substantial pH gradient across the GV membrane as measured by accumulation of acridine orange. The GV showed a density of 1.14 g·cm-3 by equilibrium density centrifugation on sucrose gradients. Coincidence of acridine-orange accumulation and IDPase activity was confirmed on Percoll gradients. Formation of the pH gradient half-saturates at 0.3 mM MgATP, peaks at pH 7, and is competitively inhibited by ADP (k i0.1 mM), but not by Pi; it is hardly inhibited by orthovanadate, quickly dissipated by monensink 2=18 nM), nigericin (k 1/2=25 nM), and sluggishly by N-ethylmaleimide (k 1/235 M). Inhibition by KNO3 (k 1/26.7 mM) is incomplete (60%). Uridine 5-diphosphate (UDP)-glucose, UDP-galactose, but not UDP-mannose and the pertinent sugars, dissipate the ATP-generated pH gradient (k 1/210–20 mM UDP-glucose; optimum pH at 7.8). This UDP-glucose activity is accompanied by release of Pi, but not of glucose or sucrose. UDP-glucoseinduced Pi release from the GV saturates (k 1/2=1 mM UDP-glucose; optimum pH at 7) and is completely inhibited by the anion-channel blocker 4,4-diisothiocyano-2,2-stilbene disulfonic acid (DIDS;k 1/2=140 M). The GV incorporates UDP-[U-14C]glucose into an acid-labile, alkaline-stable macromolecular compound; this process is like-wise inhibited by DIDS. Summary Membranes from etiolated maize seedlings were isolated using sucrose gradients for in vitro studies of polysaccharide synthesis. Following downward centrifugation, flotation centrifugation improved the purity of membrane fractions, in particular the Golgi apparatus. Based on naphthylphthalamic acid binding to plasma membrane and inosine-5-diphosphatase activity in Golgi apparatus, flotation centrifugation removed about 70% of the plasma membrane which cosedimented with the Golgi apparatus in downward centrifugation. The addition of chelators during flotation centrifugation allowed separation of the Golgi apparatus from endoplasmic reticulum, as indicated by NADH cytochromec reductase activity. Glucan and xylan synthase activities were measured as the radioactivity incorporated from either UDP-14C-glucose or UDP-14C-xylose into 80% ethanol insoluble materials. Glucan synthase activity at a substrate concentration of 1 mM UDP-glucose without CaCl2 was greatest in fractions enriched in Golgi apparatus, but in the presence of 3 mM CaCl2 the activity was greatest in fractions enriched in plasma membrane. Glucan synthase activity at a substrate concentration of 10M UDP-glucose in the presence of 3 mM MnCl2 was greatest in fractions enriched in plasma membrane, but was also high in fractions enriched in Golgi apparatus. Xylan synthase activity, at a substrate concentration of 1 M UDP-xylose in the presence of 3 mM MnCl2, was greatest in fractions enriched in Golgi apparatus. To further characterize these synthase reactions, the glycosyl linkages of the products formed were analyzed with a gas chromatograph coupled to a radiogas proportional counter. With the substrate, UDP-14C-glucose, and fractions enriched in Golgi apparatus, both (13)- and (14)-radioactive glucosyl linkages were formed, whereas the main linkage formed by fractions enriched in plasma membrane was (13)-glucosyl. Unlike most marine teleosts, the coral reef-dwelling spiny damsel, Acanthochromis polyacanthus, lacks a pelagic larva dispersal phase and represents one of few examples of self recruitment onto a natal reef by a marine teleost immediately after hatching. Benthic eggs are protected by the parents, and upon hatching the young remain under parental care for several months. Visual morphogenesis of spiny damsel embryos and juveniles was examined to evaluate the potential visual capabilities of the young after emergence onto the reef. The optic primordia were visible in the embryo as hollow spheres of undifferentiated neuroblasts 2 days after fertilization (daf). Visual morphogenesis proceeded rapidly thereafter in the embryo such that at hatching (between 10 and 12daf) gross visual morphology was consistent with that reported in the majority of juvenile marine teleosts, reflecting direct development of the retina of the spiny damsel within the egg. At hatching, the outer nuclear layer comprised 2 classes of photoreceptors; cones and rods. Tangential sections of the retina revealed a square cone mosaic in which 4 double cones surrounded a single cone. This arrangement remained unchanged in all later life history intervals examined. Absolute eye size was large compared to larvae of marine pelagic spawners. Eye and lens diameters increased from 0.69 and 0.23mm, respectively, on the day of hatching (12daf), to 3.77 and 1.52mm, respectively, in a fish 131daf. Angular density of cones increased from 0.25 cones 10 visual arc–1 in an embryo 8daf, to 1.14 cones 10 visual arc–1 in a fish 131daf, demonstrating the potential for significant increase in spatial resolution with increasing eye size. Convergence ratios of cones to ganglion cells remained relatively constant from the time of hatching, suggesting that the determinate ganglion cell photopic receptive field was established early in development. The increase in the convergence ratios of rods: ganglion cells from 1.4 in the late stages of embryogenesis (10daf; 2 days prior to hatching) to 4.9 in a fish 103daf, demonstrated increasing scotopic ganglion cell receptive field size, with increasing age. This was a result of rod cell addition with growth. An increase in the angular density of rods from 0.18 rods 10 visual arc–1 in an embryo 8daf, to 4.07 rods 10 visual arc–1 in a fish 131daf, and the increase in mean scotopic light path-length from 13.3±1.1m in an embryo 8dpf, to 55±5.2m a fish 22dpf, collectively indicate the potential for increasing scotopic sensitivity during growth. On the basis of visual morphology it is predicted that newly hatched spiny damsel juveniles have substantially greater visual capabilities than first feeding larvae with a pelagic dispersal phase. In addition, we propose that the developmental trajectory of the spiny damsel is different from that of pelagic dispersing larvae and does not simply reflect displacement along a common developmental continuum by an extended embryonic duration.  相似文献

Shoot multiplication was achieved in vitro from shoot tips of aseptically germinated seedlings of Withania somnifera L. using low concentrations of 6-benzyladenine (BA), viz. 2.2, 4.4 and 8.9 M. Maximum number of shoots were obtained when 2.3 M 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) or 2.5 M indolebutyric acid (IBA) was added to medium containing 4.4 M BA during initiation of shoot multiplication, but not when added later. Direct multiple shoot initiation was also obtained from germinating seeds in the presence of BA alone. Rooting was successful in excised shoots grown on growth regulator-free MS medium. Rooted shoots were successfully established in soil in a greenhouse.  相似文献
