A worldwide species catalogue and key of Sermyloides (Coleoptera,Chrysomelidae, Galerucinae) with description of two new species from China

In this study, a species catalogue of Sermyloides, including 42 species, is given. Two new species are described: Sermyloides wuyiensis sp. nov. from Fujian, China and Sermyloides bipunctatus sp. nov. from Chongqing, China. 中国蜾蠃属两新种及西南地区种类检索表（膜翅目：胡蜂科：蜾蠃亚科）

记述中国蜾蠃属Eumenes Latreille 2新种:锈触蜾蠃E. ferrugiantennus sp. nov.和黑盾蜾蠃E. nigriscutatus sp. nov.。锈触蜾蠃E. ferrugiantennus与E. placens Nurse, 1903近似,但前者体覆锈红色斑点及大的刻点,腹部第2节背板中部有1条黑色斑纹,雌性整个触角锈红色。黑盾蜾蠃E. nigriscutatus与分布于台湾的E. tosawae tosawae Soika, 1941近似,但前者覆有彩色斑纹,头胸腹均覆有较大的刻点,腹部第 2 节背板前端部有 1 较深的凹陷以形成 1 明显的翘状结构。文中还提供了西南地区种类检索表。新种模式标本保存于重庆师范大学昆虫与分子生物学研究所。     

Two new species of Paraclius from China (Diptera,Dolichopodidae)

Thirty-one species of Paraclius Loew were known to occur in China. In this paper, two species are described as new to science: Paraclius ventralis sp. nov. and Paraclius wutongshanus sp. nov. Four new Asian species in the lichen genus Pannaria

Abstract:Three new species which have previously been confused with Pannaria rubiginosa are described. The first, Pannaria complanata sp. nov., from southern India, has a possibly subtropical Afro-Asian distribution, the second, Pannaria emodii sp. nov., may be restricted to the eastern Himalayas from Bhutan to Sichuan (China), and the third, Pannaria ramulosa sp. nov. is known only from Java. The last two species are both related toPannaria asahinae P. M. Jørg. from Japan. A fourth new species from southern Taiwan, the isidiate Pannaria formosana, is closely related to Pannaria ramosa Vain., a little known species from the Philippines.     

Two new species of Antispila Hübner (Lepidoptera: Adeloidea: Heliozelidae) associated with Hydrangea (Hydrangeaceae) from China

The genus Antispila Hübner, [1825] is poorly recorded from China. Two new Antispila species, A. longcangensis, sp. nov. and A. emeishanensis, sp. nov. feeding on Hydrangeaceae, are described from Sichuan, China. The adult male and female, genitalia and venation of both species are illustrated. Diagnostic characters of these species are compared with other described Antispila species from China. DNA barcodes sequences of the two new species are also provided.     

A review of Microchilo (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) in China,including descriptions of two new species

The genus Microchilo of the subfamily Crambinae is reviewed from China. Two species are described as new to science: Microchilo landryi sp. nov. and M. nussi sp. nov. New species of the pleasing lacewing genus Dilar Rambur, 1838 (Neuroptera,Dilaridae) from the Hengduan Mountains,southwestern China

The genus Dilar Rambur, 1838 (Neuroptera, Dilaridae) is the most species-rich genus of the family Dilaridae and is diverse in China, previously with 32 described species. Here we report two new species of Dilar from the southern part of the Hengduan Mountains, Sichuan, southwestern China, namely Dilar muliensis sp. nov. and Dilar punctulosus sp. nov. Taxonomic review of the genus Eupoecilia Stephens (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae: Tortricinae) in Korea with descriptions of two new species

Eupoecilia Stephens (Lepidoptera: Tortricoidea: Tortricidae) comprises 39 described species worldwide. Eight species of the genus are recognized from Korea, two of which, Eupoecilia curvifasciata sp. nov. and E. koreana sp. nov., are described as new. Also, Eupoecilia sanguisorbana (Herrich-Schäffer, 1856) is reported for the first time from Korea. All the known species are described or redescribed, and the adults and genitalic structures are illustrated. In addition, a key to the Korean species is also provided.     

Two new species of the genus Arboridia Zachvatkin from karst area of southwestern China (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Typhlocybinae)

Two new species: A. (Arboridia) xiaotungensis sp. nov. and A. (Arboridia) luojiashangensis sp. nov. from Guizhou Province, China are described and illustrated. In addition, the appearances of A. reniformis Song & Li (2013a) and A. anteoculara Song & Li (2013a) are supplementarily described. Two new species of Matileola (Diptera,Keroplatidae) from China

Only three species belong to Matileola in previously described species of Keroplatidae from world. Here two species are added to the fauna of Chinese mainland, Matileola motuoensis sp. nov. and Matileola sejilaensis sp. nov., which are described and illustrated as new to science. Family Hilarimorphidae (Diptera) newly recorded from China with descriptions of three new species

The family Hilarimorphidae is reported from China for the first time. Three new species are described and illustrated: Hilarimorpha dingae sp. nov., Hilarimorpha elongata sp. nov. and Hilarimorpha tibetensis sp. nov. A key to species of Hilarimorpha from Asia and a checklist of world species of Hilarimorphidae are provided.     

A taxonomic revision of the genus Mesa Saussure, 1892 from China,with a key to the Oriental species (Hymenoptera: Tiphiidae: Myzininae)

In this study, a total of eight fossorial aculeate wasps of the tiphiid genus Mesa Saussure, 1892 from China are revised, including two new species, viz., Mesa hongchibaensis sp. nov., and Mesa glaber sp. nov.. The following species Mesa dimidiata (Guérin-Méneville, 1837) and Mesa nursei (Turner, 1909) are newly recorded from China. The male specimen of Mesa formosensis Tsuneki (1986) is firstly found. In addition, an updated key to the Oriental species of the genus is provided.     

New genera and species of coelacanths from the Bear Gulch Limestone (Lower Carboniferous) of Montana (U.S.A.)

Four new species of coelacanths (Actinistia) from the Namurian E2b marine Bear Gulch Limestone of Montana are described, and a fifth species, originally described as an actinopterygian, is redescribed. Two new suborders are diagnosed. The taxonomy is: Suborder Coelacanthocdei, family Rhabdodermatidae, Caridosuctor populosum nov. sp., suborder Hadronectoroidei nov., family Hadronectoridae nov., Hadronector donbairdi nov. sp., Polyosteorhynchus simplex nov. sp. and Allenypterus montanusMelton. Lochmocercus aciculiodontus nov. sp. is incertae sedis.     

Taxonomy of the genus Laena from Yunnan in China,with description of eight new species (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae: Lagriinae)

Three new species of Tilletia on Eriachne from north-western Australia

Three new species of Tilletia are described from species of Eriachne (Poaceae) in the arid tropics of north-western Australia. In Western Australia, T. mactaggartii sp. nov. infects E. burkittii, and T. geeringii sp. nov. infects E. festucacea. Tilletia marjaniae sp. nov. infects E. pulchella subsp. dominii in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. These species are the first records of Tilletia on Eriachne. Phylogenetic relationships of these species were inferred from internal transcribed spacer of ribosomal RNA region and large subunit ribosomal RNA gene sequences.     

Five new species of Stenothemus Bourgeois from Guangxi,China (Coleoptera,Cantharidae)

Five new species of Stenothemus Bourgeois, 1907 from Guangxi, China are described, S. normalis sp. nov., S. flavicans sp. nov., S. nigripennis sp. nov., S. elongaticeps sp. nov. and S. maculaticollis sp. nov.. They are illustrated with habitus photos and aedeagi of males, also abdominal sternites VIII and internal genitalia of females. A key for the identification of the above species is provided.     

A taxonomic study on Endotricha Zeller （Lepidoptera： Pyralidae： Pyralinae） in China

A checklist of 30 species ofEndotricha Zeller in China is presented in this paper. Six species （E. dumalis sp. nov., E. lunulata sp. nov. E. medogana sp. nov., E. nigra sp. nov., E. purpurata sp. nov. and E. simipunicea sp. nov.） are new to science and three （E. admirabilis Kirpichnikova, E. fuscobasalis Ragonot and E. valentis Kirpichnikova） are recorded for the first time in China. The adult features and genital structures of the new species are illustrated and a key to the Chinese species is given.     

A review of the subgenus Epicterodes of Arichanna (Lepidoptera,Geometridae, Ennominae), with description of one new species

The subgenus Epicterodes Wehrli, 1933 of Arichanna Moore, 1868 is reviewed. Six species are recognized, of which, A. (E). denticularia sp. nov. is described as new to science from China. One new synonym is established based on morphological and genetic similarity: A. (E.) flavomacularia Leech, 1897 (=A. (E.) perimelaina Wehrli, 1933 syn. nov.). Results of DNA barcoding for Epicterodes are briefly discussed. Diagnoses for all the species are provided and illustrations of adults, genitalia and distribution map are presented.
