Activated neutrophils play a significant role in the pathogenesis of many inflammatory diseases. The metabolites of marine microorganisms are increasingly employed as sources for developing new drugs; however, very few marine drugs have been studied in human neutrophils. Herein, we showed that secondary metabolites of marine Pseudomonas sp. (N11) significantly inhibited superoxide anion generation and elastase release in formyl-L-methionyl-L-leucyl-L-phenylalanine (FMLP)-activated human neutrophils, with IC50 values of 0.67±0.38 µg/ml and 0.84±0.12 µg/ml, respectively. In cell-free systems, neither superoxide anion-scavenging effect nor inhibition of elastase activity was associated with the suppressive effects of N11. N11 inhibited the phosphorylation of p38 MAP kinase and JNK, but not Erk and Akt, in FMLP-induced human neutrophils. Also, N11 dose-dependently attenuated the transient elevation of intracellular calcium concentration in activated neutrophils. In contrast, N11 failed to alter phorbol myristate acetate-induced superoxide anion generation, and the inhibitory effects of N11 were not reversed by protein kinase A inhibitor. In conclusion, the anti-inflammatory effects of N11 on superoxide anion generation and elastase release in activated human neutrophils are through inhibiting p38 MAP kinase, JNK, and calcium pathways. Our results suggest that N11 has the potential to be developed to treat neutrophil-mediated inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

Neutrophil activation after trauma–hemorrhagic shock (T/H) has been implicated in the development of multiple organ dysfunction (MOD). In this study, we report that a small chemical compound, 2-(2-fluorobenzamido)benzoic acid ethyl ester (EFB-1), exhibited a potent inhibitory effect on the formyl-l-methionyl-l-leucyl-l-phenylalanine (FMLP)-induced superoxide anion (O2??) release and CD11b expression by human neutrophils. Additionally, administration of EFB-1 in rats subjected to T/H caused a significant improvement in MOD. EFB-1 treatment induced an increase in cAMP formation and protein kinase (PK) A activity in FMLP-activated neutrophils, which occurred through the selective inhibition of cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase (PDE) activity but not an increase in adenylate cyclase function or cGMP-specific PDE activity. FMLP-induced phosphorylation of protein kinase B (AKT), but not calcium mobilization, was reduced by EFB-1. The inhibitory effects of EFB-1 on O2?? production, CD11b expression, and AKT phosphorylation were reversed by PKA inhibitors (H89 and KT5720). Significantly, administration of EFB-1 (1 mg/kg body wt) attenuated the myeloperoxidase activity of the intestines, lungs, and liver and reduced the wet/dry weight ratio of the intestines and lungs and plasma alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels in Sprague–Dawley rats after T/H. Therefore, EFB-1 is a new inhibitor of cAMP-specific PDE that potently suppresses O2?? release and CD11b expression by human neutrophils and attenuates T/H-induced MOD in rats.  相似文献

Pholasin, the photoprotein of the common piddock Pholas dactylus, emits an intense luminescence upon oxidation. The contribution of superoxide anion radicals and myeloperoxidase (MPO) to Pholasin luminescence in stimulated neutrophils was investigated. Data on Pholasin luminescence were compared with results of superoxide anion radical generation detected by the cytochrome c test as well as with the release of elastase and MPO. In N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP) stimulated neutrophils, most of the luminescence is caused by superoxide anion radicals, whereas MPO shows only a small effect as shown by coincubation with superoxide dismutase (SOD) as well as potassium cyanide (KCN), an inhibitor of MPO. However, both, O2- and MPO contribute to light emission in fMLP/cytochalasin B and phorbol myristoyl acetate (PMA) stimulated cells. Thus, the kinetics of O2- generation and MPO release can be very well detected by Pholasin luminescence in stimulated neutrophils.

Degranulation of azurophilic granules was assessed using an ELISA test kit for released MPO or detection of elastase activity with MeO-Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Val-p-nitroanilide in the supernatant of stimulated cells. Both approaches revealed concurrently similar results concerning the amount and kinetics of enzyme release with data of Pholasin luminescence. Both, cytochrome c measurements and Pholasin luminescence indicate that fMLP/cytochalasin B and PMA stimulated neutrophils produce more O2- than fMLP stimulated cells. Thus, Pholasin luminescence can be used to detect, sensitively and specifically, O2- production and MPO release from stimulated neutrophils.  相似文献

A growing body of evidence indicates that heme degradation products may counteract the deleterious consequences of hypoxia and/or ischemia-reperfusion injury. Because heme oxygenase (HO)-1 induction after adverse circulatory conditions is known to be protective, and because females in the proestrus cycle (with high estrogen) have better hepatic function and less hepatic damage than males after trauma-hemorrhage, we hypothesized that estrogen administration in males after trauma-hemorrhage will upregulate HO activity and protect the organs against dysfunction and injury. To test this hypothesis, male Sprague-Dawley rats underwent 5-cm laparotomy and hemorrhagic shock (35-40 mmHg for 93 +/- 2 min), followed by resuscitation with four times the shed blood volume in the form of Ringer lactate. 17beta-Estradiol and/or the specific HO enzyme inhibitor chromium mesoporphyrin (CrMP) were administered at the end of resuscitation, and the animals were killed 24 h thereafter. Trauma-hemorrhage reduced cardiac output, myocardial contractility, and serum albumin levels. Portal pressure and serum alanine aminotransferase levels were markedly increased under those conditions. These parameters were significantly improved in the 17beta-estradiol-treated rats. Estradiol treatment also induced increased HO-1 mRNA expression, HO-1 protein levels, and HO enzymatic activity in cardiac and hepatic tissue compared with vehicle-treated trauma-hemorrhage rats. Administration of the HO inhibitor CrMP prevented the estradiol-induced attenuation of shock-induced organ dysfunction and damage. Thus the salutary effects of estradiol administration on organ function after trauma-hemorrhage are mediated in part via upregulation of HO-1 expression and activity.  相似文献

Heat shock inhibits NADPH oxidase in human neutrophils   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The heat shock response is a conserved, physiological, transient cellular response to injury. Several studies have suggested a link between the heat shock response and oxidative injury. We have investigated the effects of heat shock on superoxide anion generation by human neutrophils stimulated with opsonized zymosan or phorbol myristate acetate. Human neutrophils exposed to elevated temperatures or to the heavy metal cadmium synthetized a variety of heat shock proteins. In parallel to this protein synthesis, we observed a selective, reversible and temperature-dependent inhibition of NADPH oxidase activation, which was independent from variations of cytosolic pH or thiol group oxidation. Inhibition of NADPH oxidase by heat shock appeared related to the synthesis of heat shock proteins and may represent an intrinsic cellular mechanism to down regulate superoxide production.  相似文献

Platelet activating factor (PAF) is considered a key mediator in eliciting the immunologic and metabolic consequences of endotoxic shock and sepsis. Release of oxygen-derived radicals is one of the important and relevant actions of PAF. This study examines the direct and priming effects of PAF on superoxide anion release by perfused liver, isolated Kupffer cells and blood neutrophils. One hour after PAF infusion at a dose of 2.2 μ/kg body weight a significant amount of superoxide release (0.71 ± 0.01 nmol/min/g liver) was measured in the perfused liver compared with the control livers (0.2 ± 0.01). In the in vitro presence of either phorbol ester or opsonized zymosan, superoxide release following PAF treatment in vivo was significantly increased to 1.36 ± 0.2 and 4.29 ± 0.36, respectively. The administration of PAF receptor antagonist (SDZ 63-441) almost completely inhibited the release of this radical. Kupffer cells (KC1, KC2, KC3) and blood neutrophils isolated from PAF-treated rats were also primed for increased production when these cells were challenged in vitro by the activator of protein kinase C, opsonin-coated zymosan as well as the chemotactic factors, complement 5a and F-met-leu-phe. PAF added in vitro to the perfused livers, isolated Kupffer cells or neutrophils from normal animals stimulated the release of superoxide with or without the above agonists. The direct stimulatory effect of PAF on superoxide release was inhibited by the PAF receptor antagonist in vitro. The role of PAF in the LPS-induced superoxide release by the perfused liver was also examined by the administration of PAF antagonist in endotoxic rats. The antagonist inhibited the LPS-mediated superoxide release at 1 hr, but not at 3 hr post-treatment. These results indicate that PAF stimulates and primes the hepatic elements to release superoxide. PAF may be an important factor during the early phase of endotoxemia, while other bioactive substances may take over at a later phase. Therefore, PAF is a key mediator that can directly enhance the release of toxic oxygen-derived radicals which may contribute to organ failure during endotoxemia or sepsis.  相似文献

Recent studies have shown that erythropoietin, critical for the differentiation and survival of erythrocytes, has cytoprotective effects in a wide variety of tissues, including the kidney and lung. However, erythropoietin has been shown to have a serious side effect-an increase in thrombovascular effects. We investigated whether pyroglutamate helix B-surface peptide (pHBSP), a nonerythropoietic tissue-protective peptide mimicking the 3D structure of erythropoietin, protects against the organ injury/ dysfunction and inflammation in rats subjected to severe hemorrhagic shock (HS). Mean arterial blood pressure was reduced to 35 ± 5 mmHg for 90 min followed by resuscitation with 20 mL/kg Ringer Lactate for 10 min and 50% of the shed blood for 50 min. Rats were euthanized 4 h after the onset of resuscitation. pHBSP was administered 30 min or 60 min into resuscitation. HS resulted in significant organ injury/dysfunction (renal, hepatic, pancreas, neuromuscular, lung) and inflammation (lung). In rats subjected to HS, pHBSP significantly attenuated (i) organ injury/dysfunction (renal, hepatic, pancreas, neuromuscular, lung) and inflammation (lung), (ii) increased the phosphorylation of Akt, glycogen synthase kinase-3β and endothelial nitric oxide synthase, (iii) attenuated the activation of nuclear factor (NF)-κB and (iv) attenuated the increase in p38 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2 phosphorylation. pHBSP protects against multiple organ injury/dysfunction and inflammation caused by severe hemorrhagic shock by a mechanism that may involve activation of Akt and endothelial nitric oxide synthase, and inhibition of glycogen synthase kinase-3β and NF-κB.  相似文献

Some chalcones exert potent anti-inflammatory activities. Mannich bases of heterocyclic chalcones inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide and interferon-γ stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Also Formyl-Met-Leu-Phe and cytochalasin B induced superoxide anion generation (O2·-) and elastase release in human neutrophils. Mannich bases of heterocyclic chalcone analogs exhibited potent inhibitory effects on NO production with IC(50) values ranges between 10.5 and 0.018 μM, O2·- generation (IC(50) 39.87-0.68 μM) and elastase release (IC(50) 39.74-0.95 μM). Compound 29 (IC(50) 0.055 μM) and 34 (IC(50) 0.018 μM) were showed excellent inhibition on NO production. On the other hand, compounds 2 and 8 showed potent inhibition on O2·- generation and elastase release. Therefore, these four compounds may be new leads for development of anti-inflammatory activities. The structure-activity relationships are also discussed.  相似文献

Forty-seven 2-benzoylaminobenzoic esters were synthesized and evaluated in anti-platelet aggregation, inhibition of superoxide anion generation, and inhibition of neutrophil elastase release assays. Most 2-benzoylamino-4-chlorobenzoic acid derivatives showed selective inhibitory effects on arachidonic acid (AA)-induced platelet aggregation. Among them, compounds 6b and 7b exhibited more potent inhibitory effects (ca. 200-fold) than aspirin. Additionally, compounds 1a and 5a showed strong inhibitory effects on neutrophil superoxide generation with IC(50) values of 0.65 and 0.17 microM, respectively. However, compounds 6d and 6e exhibited dual inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation and neutrophil elastase (NE) release; therefore, these two compounds may be new leads for development as anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet aggregatory agents.  相似文献

Prenyl- and pyrano-xanthones derived from 1,3,6-trihydroxy-9H-xanthen-9-one, a basic backbone of gambogic acid (GA), were synthesized and evaluated for in vitro cytotoxic effects against four human cancer cell lines (KB, KBvin, A549, and DU-145) and anti-inflammatory activity toward superoxide anion generation and elastase release by human neutrophils in response to fMLP/CB. Among them, prenylxanthones 7-13 were generally less active than pyranoxanthones 14-21 in both anticancer and anti-inflammatory assays. Furthermore, two angular 3,3-dimethypyranoxanthones (16 and 20) showed the greatest and selective activity against the KBvin multidrug resistant (MDR) cell line with IC(50) values of 0.9 and 0.8 μg/mL, respectively. An angular 3-methyl-3-prenylpyranoxanthone (17) selectively inhibited elastase release with 200 times more potency than phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF), the positive control.  相似文献

The mistletoe Viscum coloratum is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat inflammatory diseases. In this study, a cellular model in isolated human neutrophils, which are important in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other inflammatory diseases, was established to elucidate the anti-inflammatory functions of V. coloratum. The partially purified extract of V. coloratum (PPE-SVC) potently inhibited formyl-L-methionyl-L-leucyl-L-phenylalanine (FMLP)-induced superoxide anion generation and elastase release in a concentration-dependent manner with IC(50) values of 0.58+/-0.03 and 4.93+/-0.54 microg/ml, respectively. Furthermore, a new chalcone derivative, viscolin (4',4'-dihydroxy-2',3',6',3'-tetramethoxy-1,3-diphenylpropane), was isolated from PPE-SVC. Viscolin was demonstrated to inhibit superoxide anion generation and elastase release, as well as to accelerate resequestration of cytosolic calcium in FMLP-activated human neutrophils. Furthermore, the inhibitory effects of viscolin were reversed by protein kinase A (PKA) inhibitor, suggesting that PKA mediates the viscolin-caused inhibitions. Viscolin induced a substantial increase in cAMP levels, and that occurred through the inhibition of phosphodiesterase (PDE) activity but not an increase in adenylate cyclase function. Consistent with this, viscolin potentiated the PGE(1)-caused inhibition of superoxide anion release and calcium mobilization, as well as elevation of cAMP formation. These results demonstrate that inhibition of inflammatory responses in human neutrophils by viscolin is associated with an elevation of cellular cAMP through inhibition of PDE. Comparable results were also observed by PPE-SVC, indicating that the effect of PPE-SVC is at least partly mediated by viscolin. In summary, viscolin is a novel inhibitor of PDE and might be useful for treatment of neutrophilic inflammation.  相似文献

Leukotriene B4 (LTB4) was shown to be a potent stimulator of neutrophil actin polymerization as detected by right-angle light scatter and rhodamine-phalloidin staining of F-actin. When we compared the kinetics of this neutrophil cytoskeletal response to the chemoattractants formylpeptide and LTB4, we observed that the response to LTB4 was markedly shorter-lived. To understand the basis of this result, we re-examined the kinetics of superoxide generation, elastase release, intracellular calcium elevation, and phosphoinositide metabolism in neutrophils stimulated with LTB4 and N-formylhexapeptide. LTB4 was relatively inefficient in producing superoxide and in releasing elastase. Although both responses were initiated with similar rapidity, they turned off sooner with LTB4 as compared with N-formylhexapeptide stimulation. Intracellular calcium elevation, a signal that is necessary for superoxide generation and degranulation, was of similar magnitude but of shorter duration in response to LTB4 as compared with the N-formylhexapeptide. The LTB4-induced rise of phosphatidic acid also was not sustained as long as the N-formylhexapeptide-induced increase. Prior exposure of neutrophils to LTB4 did not inhibit subsequent stimulation of superoxide generation by N-formylhexapeptide. Thus, the inability of LTB4 to stimulate superoxide generation was not due to LTB4-induced global inhibitory signals. The deficiency in LTB4-induced superoxide and elastase responses may be related to short-lived LTB4-induced activation signals and/or the number of receptors contributing to these responses.  相似文献

Hyperhomocysteinemia, a condition of elevated blood homocysteine level, is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Hyperhomocysteinemia is also found in patients with liver diseases. However, the direct effect of homocysteine on liver injury is not well known. Folic acid supplementation is a promising approach for improving endothelial function in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. The aim of this study was to investigate the direct effect of hyperhomocysteinemia on liver injury and whether folic acid could offer any protective effect to the liver. Hyperhomocysteinemia was induced in rats fed a high-methionine diet for 4 weeks. There was a significant increase in the serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities reflecting liver injury in hyperhomocysteinemic rats. Hepatic NAD(P)H oxidase was activated during hyperhomocysteinemia leading to increased superoxide anion production and peroxynitrite formation in the liver. As a consequence, the level of lipid peroxides was significantly elevated in livers of hyperhomocysteinemic rats. Folic acid supplementation effectively inhibited NAD(P)H oxidase-mediated superoxide anion production leading to reduced lipid peroxidation in the liver. Folic acid supplementation also alleviated hyperhomocysteinemia-induced liver injury. These results suggest that hyperhomocysteinemia can cause liver injury and supplementation of folic acid offers a hepatoprotective effect.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of the naturally occurring tetracyclic homoisoflavonoid brazilein (1) and 14 new analogs (1an) is reported. Target compounds and intermediates were assayed for anti-inflammatory effects on superoxide anion generation and elastase release by human neutrophils in response to fMLP/CB, and for cytotoxic activity against nasopharyngeal (KB), vincristine-resistant nasopharyngeal (KBvin), lung (A549) and prostate (DU-145) human cancer cell lines. The most active compound 1b showed potent effects on superoxide anion generation and elastase release with IC50 values of 1.2 and 1.9 μM, respectively, and was 65 times more potent than phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF), the positive control, in the latter assay. Additionally, 1b exhibited broad spectrum in vitro anticancer activity with IC50 values of 6–11 μM against the four tested cancer cell lines.  相似文献

A series of 2,8-disubstituted benzoxazinones were synthesized and subjected to anti-platelet aggregation, inhibition of superoxide anion generation, and inhibition of neutrophil elastase release assays. Among them, 2-(2'-substituted-phenyl)-benzoxazinones exhibited significant inhibitory effect to target assays. Additionally, all of them were more potent than aspirin on AA-induced platelet aggregation, and these suggested that 2-(2'-substituted-phenyl)-benzoxazinones also possess aspirin-like activity. On the other hand, the compounds 6 and 16 showed inhibitory effects on neutrophil elastase release and superoxide generation.  相似文献

Anaesthetic preconditioning (APC) and ischemic preconditioning (IPC) ameliorate liver ischemia–reperfusion (I/R) injury and are important for regulating hepatic I/R injury. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short, noncoding RNA molecules of 21–23 nucleotides in length, and are currently under intensive investigation regarding their ability to regulate gene expression in a wide range of species. miRNA activity is involved in controlling a wide range of biological functions and processes. We evaluated whether APC and IPC are mediated by the same miRNAs by performing comprehensive miRNA screening experiments in a rat model of hepatic I/R injury. Twenty-one rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 7/group): control (mock preconditioning), APC, and IPC. Control rats were subjected to 60 min of hepatic ischemia followed by 4 h of reperfusion, whereas the APC and IPC groups were preconditioned with 2% sevoflurane and hepatic ischemia for 10 min prior to ischemia-reperfusion, respectively. Liver samples were collected to measure miRNA levels after 3 h of reperfusion, and gene networks and canonical pathways were identified using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). Blood samples were collected to measure the levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Although haemodynamic parameters did not vary among the groups, AST and ALT levels were significantly higher in the control group than in the APC and IPC groups. Comprehensive miRNA screening experiments revealed that most miRNAs altered in the APC group were common to those in the IPC group. IPA identified five miRNAs related to the Akt–glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β)–cyclin D1 pathway that were significantly affected by both preconditioning strategies. The application of either APC or IPC to ameliorate hepatic I/R injury results in expression of several common miRNAs that are related to the Akt–GSK–cyclin D1 pathway.  相似文献

There is limited evidence that inhibition of the activity of the cytosolic cysteine protease calpain reduces ischemia/reperfusion injury. The multiple organ injury associated with hemorrhagic shock is due at least in part to ischemia (during hemorrhage) and reperfusion (during resuscitation) of target organs. Here we investigate the effects of calpain inhibitor I on the organ injury (kidney, liver, pancreas, lung, intestine) and dysfunction (kidney) associated with hemorrhagic shock in the anesthetized rat. Hemorrhage and resuscitation with shed blood resulted in an increase in calpain activity (heart), activation of NF-kappaB (kidney), expression of iNOS and COX-2 (kidney), and the development of multiple organ injury and dysfunction, all of which were attenuated by calpain inhibitor I (10 mg/kg i.p.), administered 30 min prior to hemorrhage. Chymostatin, a serine protease inhibitor that does not prevent the activation of NF-kappaB, had no effect on the organ injury/failure caused by hemorrhagic shock. Pretreatment (for 1 h) of murine macrophages or rat aortic smooth muscle cells (activated with endotoxin) with calpain inhibitor I attenuated the binding of activated NF-kappaB to DNA and the degradation of IkappaBalpha, IkappaBbeta, and IkappaBvarepsilon. Selective inhibition of iNOS activity with L-NIL reduced the circulatory failure and liver injury, while selective inhibition of COX-2 activity with SC58635 reduced the renal dysfunction and liver injury caused by hemorrhagic shock. Thus, we provide evidence that the mechanisms by which calpain inhibitor I reduces the circulatory failure as well as the organ injury and dysfunction in hemorrhagic shock include 1) inhibition of calpain activity, 2) inhibition of the activation of NF-kappaB and thus prevention of the expression of NFkappaB-dependent genes, 3) prevention of the expression of iNOS, and 4) prevention of the expression of COX-2. Inhibition of calpain activity may represent a novel therapeutic approach for the therapy of hemorrhagic shock.  相似文献

Although 17beta-estradiol (E2) administration following trauma-hemorrhage (T-H) reduces liver injury by decreasing neutrophil accumulation via estrogen receptor (ER)-alpha, it remains unclear whether cytokine-induced neutrophil chemoattractant (CINC)-1 production by Kupffer cells (KC) is directly modulated by ER-alpha under such condition. Male rats underwent laparotomy and hemorrhagic shock (40 mmHg for 90 min), followed by resuscitation with four times the shed blood volume in the form of Ringer's lactate. ER-alpha agonist propyl pyrazole triol (PPT; 5 microg/kg), ER-beta agonist diarylpropionitrile (DPN; 5 microg/kg), E2 (50 microg/kg), or vehicle (10% DMSO) was administered subcutaneously during resuscitation; rats were sacrificed 24h thereafter. KC were isolated and cultured with ER agonists to examine if they directly affect CINC-1 production. T-H increased plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT; hepatic injury) and hepatic myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity. E2, PPT and DPN administration reduced increased ALT; however, PPT was more effective than DPN. PPT and E2, but not DPN significantly attenuated increased hepatic MPO activity and CINC-1 levels. PPT addition in vitro (10(-7) and 10(-6)M) significantly reduced KC CINC-1 production. In summary, the salutary effects of E2 against hepatic injury are mediated predominantly via ER-alpha which directly modulates KC CINC-1 production and hepatic neutrophil accumulation following T-H.  相似文献

Summary Effects of Ca2+ ionophores, A23187 and lasalocid, on superoxide anion generation by chemotactic peptide, N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine methyl ester, in rabbit peritoneal exudate neutrophils were studied. The ionophores by themselves did not activate superoxide anion generation in these neutrophils. When preincubated with the cells for 2 min, both the ionophores inhibited superoxide generation induced by chemotactic peptide. The inhibition was present even in the absence of extracellular Ca2+ and the inhibition was better then. Lasalocid produces a dose-dependent chlortetracycline fluorescence decrease response in neutrophils loaded with chlortetracycline. This response is independent of extracellular Ca2+ concentration and is related to release of Ca2+ from intracellular storage sites. The dose-range at which lasalocid gives this response is same as the dose-range at which it causes inhibition of superoxide response. It may be concluded that the inhibition of superoxide generation by these ionophores is correlated to intracellular Ca2+ modulation.Abbreviations FMLP Formyl-Methionyl-Leucyl-Phenylalanine methyl ester  相似文献
