在46只麻醉兔,记录了经冠脉内注射尼古丁诱发Bezold-Jarisch反射时不同区域交感神经传出放电的变化。肾神经、心脏神经、脾神经、星状神经节-颈神经交通支和颈前神经节的颈外动脉支五个部位的交感性传出放电,在冠脉内注射尼古丁后均减少,其中以肾神经、心脏神经和脾神经的减少更为显著。此结果表明,交感神经传出放电减少所致的总外周阻力降低,在Bezold-Jarisch反射诱发的低血压中起着重要作用。  相似文献

14只雄性家兔在双肾缩扎术后12周,经氨基甲酸乙酯静脉麻醉,分别在缓冲神经完整、切断两侧减压神经或切断两侧窦神经后静注新福林或硝普钠升降血压以改变动脉压力感受器活动,观察其心率、后肢血管阻力和肾交感神经活动的反射性变化,并与正常血压兔的反射效应相比较。主要结果如下:(1) 动物双肾动脉缩扎后12周,平均动脉血压(131±9mmHg)较正常动物血压(95±10mmHg)有显著升高(P<0.001);(2) 缓冲神经完整时,新福林和硝普钠升降血压诱发的心率反射性变化与正常血压动物相比显著减弱(P<0.001),而后肢血管阻力和肾交感神经活动的反射性调节无明显改变,表明肾性高血压动物的心率反射性调节与外周循环的反射性调节机能不相平行;而由股动脉内直接注射新福林或硝普钠时,股动脉灌流压的增减幅度与正常血压动物相比并无明显差异;(3) 切断两侧减压神经或切断两侧窦神经后,在正常动物仅使反射性心率调节作用减弱,而后肢血管阻力和肾交感神经活动的反射性调节无明显改变;但在高血压动物,除心率的反射性调节进一步减弱外,新福林和硝普钠升降血压时后肢血管阻力和肾交感神经活动的反射性调节效应也显著地减弱(P<0.001),提示肾性高血压时动脉压力感受器反射的潜在调节能力降低。由此似表明,肾性高血压时动脉压力感受器反射  相似文献

在15只戊巴比妥钠麻醉的开胸狗身上观察高渗溶液对血流动力学的影响,主要结果如下:1.静脉内注射50%葡萄糖溶液(3m1/kg,15s 内注毕),规律地引起心动徐缓、动脉血压降低、左心室(-dp/dt)减小、左心室 dp/dt 和心输出量增加,以及肾和股薄肌的血流阻力降低。25%甘露醇溶液具有类似作用。2.切断两侧颈迷走神经后,注射高渗溶液不再能诱发动脉低血压以及肾和股薄肌血流阻力的反射性降低,提示此类效应的传入通路主要为迷走神经。3.在切断迷走神经后注射高渗溶液,还使左心室 dp/dt 进一步增加,表明高渗溶液增强心肌收缩性。根据以上结果似可认为,静脉注射高渗溶液所致动脉血压降低,实质上反映着心输出量的增加不足以抵销外周阻力的减小。  相似文献

在39只麻醉家兔观察刺激肾脏机械和化学感受器以及电刺激肾传入神经的血流动力学效应。增加输尿管压8—22mmHg 及经输尿管向肾盂内逆向灌注 NaCl(1.0 mol/L)及 KCl(0.15mol/L)溶液时,引起平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR)下降;切断双侧缓冲神经后,MAP 降低更为显著。电刺激肾传入神经时,HR 减慢,MAP、肠系膜动脉和后肢动脉灌流压降低,左心室收缩压及其微分值下降,心输出量(CO)和总外周阻力(TPR)减小;切断双侧窦神经和减压神经后,除 HK、CO 和 TPR 外,其余各血流动力学指标的减弱更为显著。由此提示,动脉压力感受器反射对肾传入神经激活的心血管效应有缓冲作用。  相似文献

在20只戊巴比妥麻醉后的开胸犬,从左心房迅速注入5-HT(200微克),可规律地引起一个急剧的心血管效应,表现为动脉平均血压显著增高(△67±8毫米汞柱),心缩力加强(△61士10%)和心输出量增加(△83±16%)。在颈部切断两侧主动脉神经,上述效应即行显著减弱或消失,表明此为一反射,其传入通路为主动脉神经。经肺动脉或升主动脉注入上述剂量的5-HT,能诱发类似的心血管效应,而向降主动脉和颈总动脉注射则无效,提示反射的感受器装置可能为主动脉区的各组化学感受器。James及其同事将这一反射命名为心源性高血压性化学反射,并指出其传入通路为迷走神经。根据我们的实验结果,此反射实质上可能就是通常的主动脉区化学感受性反射,上述命名似欠妥贴。对此,文中着重地作了讨论。  相似文献

对81只麻醉兔,在静脉注射新福林和硝普钠升降血压而改变动脉压力感受器活动的条件下,观察心率,后肢血管阻力和肾交感神经活动的反射性变化。主要结果如下:(1) 由新福林升高血压时,心率减慢、后肢血管阻力降低和肾交感神经活动抑制;硝普钠降低血压时引起相反效应。各指标的反射性变化有良好的可重复性。(2) 切断两侧减压神经或切断两侧窦神经后,静注新福林和硝普钠诱发的心率反射性变化均显著减弱(P<0.01);切断两侧减压神经较切断两侧窦神经后减弱得更为明显,其中对于新福林升压时的心率减慢反应差异显著(P<(0.05)。相反,对于新福林和硝普钠引起的后肢血管阻力反射性变化,与缓冲神经部分切断之前相比无明显差异;在对照肾交感神经活动已增高的基础上,硝普钠降压时肾交感神经活动的反射性兴奋效应降低,而新福林升压时的肾交感神经活动反射性抑制效应与神经切断前相比无明显差异。(3) 缓冲神经全部切断(SAD)后,新福林和硝普钠引起的平均动脉血压(MAP)变动幅度显著增大(P<0.05)。此时心率、后肢血管阻力和肾交感神经活动的反射调节效应均明显减弱(P<0.001)。(4) 进一步切断两侧迷走神经后,残留的反射效应即行消失。 以上结果表明,颈动脉窦和主动脉弓压力感受器传入以单纯相加的方式对心率进行反射性调节,以主  相似文献

在17只麻醉开胸犬,观察局部充胀胸部降主动脉(TDA)对心血管活动的影响。主要结果如下:1.充胀 TDA 引起心率、心肌收缩力、肾及股薄肌灌注压和全身动脉血压增加;TDA 局部去神经后反应消失,表明上述心血管效应系 TDA 受牵张刺激引起的正反馈性神经反射现象。2.切断动物两侧颈迷走神经和窦神经后,充胀 TDA 引起的心血管效应增大。3.用心得安(1mg/kg)消除心脏的β-效应后,充胀 TDA 引起的升压反应有所减小;用酚妥拉明(3mg/kg)阻断血管的α-受体效应后,多数动物即不再出现血压增高,从而提示充胀TDA 时的血压升高主要是反射性外周阻力增加所致。在缓冲神经完整的条件下,上述 TDA加压效应是存在的,但主动脉弓和颈动脉窦缓冲反射对其有对抗作用。  相似文献

大鼠脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射α激动剂可乐宁1μg,引起血压降低、心率减慢及腹腔神经节后交感神经干放电抑制。应用α阻断剂酚妥拉明阻断脊髓内源性 NE的作用,可部分抑制血压升高时反射性的心率减慢和交感神经放电抑制反应,使压力感受器反射的敏感性降低。在颈动脉放血造成不可逆性失血性休克的动物,脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射酚妥拉明可使动脉血压有一定程度的回升。以上结果表明,由脊髓α受体调制的心血管抑制效应参与减压反射以及失血性休克的发病机制。  相似文献

本工作将组胺(HA)注入麻醉家兔侧脑室,观察其对肺动脉血压的影响。结果观察到(1)侧脑室注射HA(50μg)后,肺动脉压和心输出量出现升高、降低和先降后升三种变化,但以升高反应较为多见。发生上述反应时,颈动脉压升高,心率减慢。(2)切断两侧颈部迷走神经或用心脏人工起搏固定心率后,肺动脉压和心输出量均不再下降而出现恒定的升高反应。静脉注射酚妥拉明可部分阻断HA引起的肺动脉和颈动脉升压反应,但不能阻断心输出量的升高。静脉注射心得安能完全阻断HA引起的心输出量升高,但对肺动脉和颈动脉的升压反应无影响。静脉注射六甲双铵或联合应用酚妥拉明和心得安可完全消除HA引起的肺动脉压、颈动脉压和心输出量的升高反应。(3)HA的心血管效应可被H_1受体阻断剂扑尔敏阻断,但不能被H_2受体阻断剂甲氰咪胍阻断。 实验结果表明:家兔侧脑室注射HA后,在中枢H_1受体的介导下,可通过交感神经使心输出量增加,肺血管和外周血管收缩,因而肺动脉压和颈动脉压上升;也可通过迷走神经使心率减慢。而HA引起的肺动脉压下降则是继发性的,是由于心率减慢,心输出量减少所致。  相似文献

在乌拉坦麻醉的家兔,向孤束核联合亚核(CNTS)微量注射血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)4μg平均动脉血压明显升高,心率减慢;切断双侧窦神经和减压神经后,AⅡ的升压作用更为显著,但心率几乎不再减少;AⅡ对血压和心率的作用不受预先向CNTS注射纳洛酮的影响;注射AⅡ也不影响动脉压力感受器反射的敏感性。这些结果表明:CNTS内小剂量注射AⅡ主要影响脑干内的血管运动神经元,而对控制心率的神经元无明显影响。  相似文献

It has been well accepted that the bone and kidney are the principal organs of parathyroid hormone (PTH) actions, but there has been little work on the cardiovascular system. We evaluated the effect of PTH on the cardiovascular system of rats. In thiobutabarbital anesthetized rats, synthetic bovine parathyroid hormone, containing the amino acid (b-PTH 1-34) in dose of 0.1-10 micrograms/kg iv, caused dose related decrease in mean arterial blood pressure (MAP). On the other hand, there were significantly increase in heart rate (HR) and left ventricular contractile force. With the doses of 10 micrograms/kg, PTH decreased the MAP from 104.3 to 55.5 mmHg, left ventricular pressure (LVP) 122.1 to 96.4 mmHg, left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) from 6.70 to 6.37 mmHg and LV dp/dt max 5,684 to 4,736 mmHg/sec. The HR, LV dp/dt/p and Vmax increase from 399.7 to 410.0 bpm, 95.5 to 108.4/sec, 98.2 to 107.4/sec, respectively. The propranolol, phentolamine, atropine and promethazine did not affect these actions of PTH. On the basis of these findings, we conclude that PTH has the directory vasodepressive action and the effect of augmentation of the left ventricular contractile force.  相似文献

Both enhanced sympathetic drive and altered autonomic control are involved in the pathogenesis of heart failure. The goal of the present study was to determine the extent to which chronically enhanced sympathetic drive, in the absence of heart failure, alters reflex autonomic control in conscious, transgenic (TG) rabbits with overexpressed cardiac Gsalpha. Nine TG rabbits and seven wild-type (WT) littermates were instrumented with a left ventricular (LV) pressure micromanometer and arterial catheters and studied in the conscious state. Compared with WT rabbits, LV function was enhanced in TG rabbits, as reflected by increased levels of LV dP/dt (5,600 +/- 413 vs. 3,933 +/- 161 mmHg/s). Baseline heart rate was also higher (P < 0.05) in conscious TG (247 +/- 10 beats/min) than in WT (207 +/- 10 beats/min) rabbits and was higher in TG after muscarinic blockade (281 +/- 9 vs. 259 +/- 8 beats/min) or combined beta-adrenergic receptor and muscarinic blockade (251 +/- 6 vs. 225 +/- 9 beats/min). Bradycardia was blunted (P < 0.05), whether induced by intravenous phenylephrine (arterial baroreflex), by cigarette smoke inhalation (nasopharyngeal reflex), or by veratrine administration (Bezold-Jarisch reflex). With veratrine administration, the bradycardia was enhanced in TG for any given decrease in arterial pressure. Thus the chronically enhanced sympathetic drive in TG rabbits with overexpressed cardiac Gsalpha resulted in enhanced LV function and heart rate and impaired reflex autonomic control. The impaired reflex control was generalized, not only affecting the high-pressure arterial baroreflex but also the low-pressure Bezold-Jarisch reflex and the nasopharyngeal reflex.  相似文献

在麻醉Dahl盐敏感型(DS)高血压大鼠和Dahl盐抵抗型(DR)正常血压大鼠,研究了静注胍丁胺(agmatine,AGM)对血流动力学的影响.结果显示(1)静注AGM(1,10,20mg/kg)可剂量依赖性地降低DS和DR大鼠的HR,MAP,LVP,±LVdp/dtmax,CI和TPRI.在DS高血压大鼠,MAP,LVP,±LVdp/dtmax和TPRI较DR正常血压大鼠下降幅度要大;而HR和CI在两种大鼠下降幅度无差异.需特别提出的是,DS高血压大鼠在静注高剂量AGM(20mg/kg)后,各项血流动力学指标出现先降低而后升高的现象,这一结果在DR正常血压大鼠并未出现.(2)预先静注咪唑啉受体(IR)和α2-肾上腺素能受体阻断剂(α2-AR)idazoxan(2.5mg/kg)可部分阻抑AGM的血流动力学效应.(3)预先静注α2-肾上腺素能受体阻断剂yohimbine(4mg/kg)同样可部分阻抑AGM的效应.(4)预先静注咪唑啉受体(I1)和α2-肾上腺素能受体阻断剂efaroxan(2.5mg/kg)则完全阻断AGM的血流动力学效应.以上结果表明,AGM可显著降低麻醉DR和DS大鼠的HR,MAP,LVP,±LVdp/dtmax,CI和TPRI;此效应似主要由I1-IR所介导,并有I2-IR和α2-AR参与.  相似文献

Chronic stress, as a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, has been reported to result in elevated plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and be highly associated with abnormal cardiac autonomic function. This study aimed to explore the effect of NPY on the chronic stress-induced abnormal baroreceptor reflex sensitivity (BRS). Seven types of recognized stressors were used to develop chronic stress rat model. Subcutaneously implanting ALZET mini-osmotic pumps containing NPY were used to evaluate the action of NPY on the stressed male rats. We found that chronic stress showed no influence on baseline systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate (HR), whereas NPY (85 μg for 30 days) could elevate baseline SBP and induce bradycardia in rats intervened by various stimuli. NPY pretreatment could preserve chronic stress-induced decreases in left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and the maximum rate of change in left ventricular pressure in the isovolumic contraction period (+dp/dt(max)) but has shown no effect on left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and the maximum rate of change in left ventricular pressure in the isovolumic relaxation period (-dp/dt(max)). Notably, chronic stress led to baroreflex oversensitivity indicated by the elevated ratio of Δheart rate (HR)/ Δmean arterial blood pressure (MABP) in rats followed by vasoconstrictor (phenylephrine, PE) or vasodilator (sodium nitroprusside, SNP) administration, which was almost completely reversed by NPY pretreatment. The expressions of substance P (SP) and gamma aminobutyric acid A receptor (GABA(A)R) in nucleus tractus solitarius were increased in chronic stress rats, which were counteracted by NPY pretreatment. We conclude that chronic stress-induced baroreflex hypersensitivity could be blocked by NPY pretreatment. Furthermore, the altered expressions of neurotransmitters and receptors in the brainstem might contribute to this process.  相似文献

为探讨八肽胆囊收缩素 (CCK 8)对麻醉大鼠心功能的影响及受体机制 ,实验监测了左心室收缩压(LVP)、左心室收缩与舒张期内压变化的最大速率 (±LVdp/dtmax)、心率 (HR)和平均动脉压 (MAP)。结果如下 :小剂量CCK 8(0 4 μg/kg)可引起心动过速 ,MAP、LVP和±LVdp/dtmax轻度上升 ;中剂量CCK 8(4 μg/kg)和大剂量CCK 8(4 0 μg/kg)可引起心动过缓 ,MAP、LVP和±LVdp/dtmax显著增加 ;应用CCK 受体 (CCK R)拮抗剂丙谷胺 (1 0mg/kg)抑制以上变化 ;由逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测到心肌组织有CCK A受体 (CCK AR)和CCK B受体 (CCK BR)mRNA表达。以上结果提示 :CCK 8可激活心肌组织的CCK R ,引起剂量依赖性的心功能增加和心率改变。  相似文献

Underperfusion of active skeletal muscle elicits a reflex pressor response termed the muscle metaboreflex (MMR). In normal dogs during mild exercise, MMR activation causes large increases in cardiac output (CO) and mean arterial pressure (MAP); however, in heart failure (HF) although MAP increases, the rise in CO is virtually abolished, which may be due to an impaired ability to increase left ventricular contractility (LVC). The objective of the present study was to determine whether the increases in LVC seen with MMR activation during dynamic exercise in normal animals are abolished in HF. Conscious dogs were chronically instrumented to measure CO, MAP, and left ventricular (LV) pressure and volume. LVC was calculated from pressure-volume loop analysis [LV maximal elastance (E(max)) and preload-recruitable stroke work (PRSW)] at rest and during mild and moderate exercise under free-flow conditions and with MMR activation (via partial occlusion of hindlimb blood flow) before and after rapid ventricular pacing-induced HF. In control experiments, MMR activation at both workloads [mild exercise (3.2 km/h) and moderate exercise (6.4 km/h at 10% grade)] significantly increased CO, E(max), and PRSW. In contrast, after HF was induced, CO, E(max), and PRSW were significantly lower at rest. Although CO increased significantly from rest to exercise, E(max) and PRSW did not change. In addition, MMR activation caused no significant change in CO, E(max), or PRSW at either workload. We conclude that MMR causes large increases in LVC in normal animals but that this ability is abolished in HF.  相似文献

Temporary sequential biventricular pacing (BiVP) is a promising treatment for postoperative cardiac dysfunction, but the mechanism for improvement in right ventricular (RV) dysfunction is not understood. In the present study, cardiac output (CO) was optimized by sequential BiVP in six anesthetized, open-chest pigs during control and acute RV pressure overload (RVPO). Ventricular contractility was assessed by the maximum rate of increase of ventricular pressure (dP/dt(max)). Mechanical interventricular synchrony was measured by the area of the normalized RV-left ventricular (LV) pressure diagram (A(PP)). Positive A(PP) indicates RV pressure preceding LV pressure, whereas zero indicates complete synchrony. In the control state, CO was maximized with nearly simultaneous stimulation of the RV and LV, which increased RV (P = 0.006) and LV dP/dt(max) (P = 0.002). During RVPO, CO was maximized with RV-first pacing, which increased RV dP/dt(max) (P = 0.007), but did not affect LV dP/dt(max), and decreased the left-to-right, end-diastolic pressure gradient (P = 0.023). Percent increase of RV dP/dt(max) was greater than LV dP/dt(max) (P = 0.014). There were no increases in end-diastolic pressure to account for increases in dP/dt(max). In control and RVPO, RV dP/dt(max) was linearly related to A(PP) (r = 0.779, P < 0.001). The relation of CO to A(PP) was curvilinear, with a peak in CO with positive A(PP) in the control state (P = 0.004) and with A(PP) approaching zero during RVPO (P = 0.001). These observations imply that, in our model, BiVP optimization improves CO by augmenting RV contractility. This is mediated by changes in mechanical interventricular synchrony. Afterload increases during RVPO exaggerate this effect, making CO critically dependent on simultaneous pressure generation in the RV and LV, with support of RV contractility by transmission of LV pressure across the interventricular septum.  相似文献

The following haemodynamic values were determined in anaesthetized mongrel dogs: heart rate, systolic blood pressure in the ascending aorta, left ventricular pressure at the peak dp/dt, left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, time interval from Q in ECG to the onset of the systolic wave of dp/dt, time interval from Q in ECG to peak dp/dt, maximum rate of left ventricular pressure rise, femoral arterial flow, and certain indices of left ventricular contractility. It was concluded from the results of these experiments that infusion of a modified gelatin solution Fluigel prevented haemodynamic and metabolic changes produced by experimental hypovolaemia more effectively than infusion of Plasmagel.  相似文献

We examined the effects of gender and aging on cardiac and peripheral hemodynamic responses to beta-adrenergic receptor (beta-AR) stimulation in young (male = 5.9 +/- 0.4 yr old and female = 6.5 +/- 0.7 yr old) and old (male = 19.8 +/- 0.7 yr old and female = 21.2 +/- 0.2 yr old) conscious monkeys (Macaca fascicularis), chronically instrumented for measurements of left ventricular (LV) and arterial pressures as well as cardiac output. Baseline LV pressure, the first derivative of LV pressure (LV dP/dt), cardiac index, mean arterial pressure, total peripheral resistance (TPR), and heart rate in conscious monkeys were not different among the four groups. Increases in LV dP/dt in response to 0.1 microg/kg isoproterenol (Iso) were diminished (P < 0.05) in old males (+99 +/- 11%) compared with young males (+194 +/- 18%). In addition, the inotropic responses to norepinephrine (NE) and forskolin (FSK) were significantly depressed (P < 0.05) in old males. Iso-induced reductions of TPR were less (P < 0.05) in old males (-28 +/- 2%) than in young males (-49 +/- 2%). The changes of TPR in response to NE and FSK were also significantly attenuated (P < 0.05) in old males. However, the LV dP/dt responses to BAY y 5959 (15 microg. kg-1. min-1), a Ca2+ channel promotor independent of beta-AR signaling, were not significantly different between old and young males. In contrast to results in male monkeys, LV dP/dt and TPR responses to Iso, NE, and FSK in old females were similar to those observed in young females. Thus both cardiac contractile and peripheral vascular dynamic responses to beta-AR stimulation are preserved in old female but not old male monkeys. This may explain, in part, the reduced cardiovascular risk in the older female population.  相似文献
