黄喉拟水龟的繁殖生物学研究   总被引:27,自引:3,他引:24  
1998年4-11月对黄喉拟水龟的繁殖生物学进行了研究,在广东,黄喉拟水龟的产卵高峰期在5-6月,窝卵量1-7枚,平均2.5枚;卵重平均13.95g;长径平均4.34cm;短径平均2.23cm。卵重与卵长径呈正相关关系,在25-32℃、沙床含水量5-10%孵化条件下,孵化时间平衡73.8d,孵化率84.2%。初生稚龟均重9.75g。背甲长平均3.77cm;背甲宽平均2.91cm。稚龟体重与背甲长、宽呈极显著的正相关关系,稚龟经8-11月3个月生长,平均日增重0.149g。稚龟体重、背甲长、宽与日龄呈极显著的正相关关系。稚龟体重与背甲长宽也呈极显著的正相关关系。  相似文献

瓜实蝇是热带和亚热带地区最重要的经济害虫之一。本研究拟对卵巢发育进行分级,以判断田间捕获的瓜实蝇是否达到性成熟。室内饲养瓜实蝇成虫,对开始羽化至羽化后80 d的不同日龄成虫卵巢进行解剖,并记录了卵巢长度、卵巢宽度、卵巢指数(卵巢长度×卵巢宽度)和所含卵粒数。将瓜实蝇卵巢发育过程分为4期6个级别,分别为卵黄发生前期(Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级)、卵黄发生期(Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级)、抱卵期(Ⅴ级)、经产期(Ⅵ级)。随着卵巢的发育,Ⅰ~Ⅴ级卵巢长度和宽度迅速增长,卵巢发育成熟开始产卵以后,Ⅵ级卵巢长度和宽度逐渐减小。Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级卵巢长度与宽度大致相等,以后各期卵巢长度均大于宽度。Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级可见清晰的卵室,卵母细胞迅速增长,卵黄逐渐沉积。Ⅴ级可见清晰的卵粒,整个卵巢呈圆柱状。Ⅵ级开始排出卵子,所含卵粒数显著少于Ⅴ级;虽然此级卵巢长度大于Ⅳ级,但卵巢宽度、卵巢指数与Ⅳ级基本一致;Ⅵ级卵巢可见黄体,可结合黄体判定卵巢所处发育级别。本研究对评估粘虫板捕获的瓜实蝇雌虫生理日龄结构有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

在恒温(29±0.5)℃,相对湿度为80%—93%,沙盘含水量5%—10%的孵化条件下,观察研究了黄喉拟水龟胚胎的发育过程。黄喉拟水龟胚胎孵化周期为67d,根据胚胎日龄、大小及形态特征变化将整个胚胎发育过程划分为22期,其中1—7期以卵黄囊血管区、体节数目、心脏形态变化为主要分期依据;8—22期主要以四肢、背甲、腹甲变化为分期依据。同时在胚胎生长发育过程中对头宽、眼径、背甲长和背甲宽等器官生长数据进行了测量统计,发现头宽、眼径、背甲长、背甲宽与日龄呈显著正相关关系。在胚胎发育过程中观察卵壳外观变化,通过对照各期的胚胎发育状况与卵壳外观变化发现,第1期胚胎时,卵壳中部开始出现白色受精斑;第5—7期时,受精斑绕卵短径一周成环状;第20—21期时受精斑在卵长径的增长停止。  相似文献

在9种不同温湿度组合条件(25 ℃和-12 kPa、29 ℃和-12 kPa、33 ℃和-12 kPa、25 ℃和-150 kPa、29 ℃和-150 kPa、33 ℃和-150 kPa、25 ℃和-300 kPa、29 ℃和-300 kPa、33 ℃和-300 kPa)下孵化了黄喉拟水龟卵,研究了温度对黄喉拟水龟卵孵出幼体特征的影响及其与湿度的相互作用对孵化期、孵化成功率和孵出幼体特征的影响.结果表明:黄喉拟水龟卵的初始质量、孵化温度、湿度及温湿度相互作用均显著影响孵化过程中卵质量的增加;同一温度下,孵化湿度越高,卵的终末质量越大;而孵化卵的终末质量与孵化温度并不呈线性相关;孵化温度显著影响黄喉拟水龟卵的孵化期,温度越高、孵化期越短,孵化湿度及温湿度相互作用对孵化期的影响不显著;孵化温度和湿度显著影响孵化成功率和卵壳龟裂率;25 ℃和33 ℃处理组孵出幼体中发现畸形个体,而29 ℃处理组中未发现;孵化温度显著影响孵出幼体的质量、背甲长和宽、腹甲长和宽、体高和尾长;孵化湿度只对孵出幼体的背甲长有影响,对其他被检测的幼体特征无显著影响;温湿度的相互作用对所有被检测的孵出幼体特征无叠加或减弱的显著影响.  相似文献

用5种不同的饵料(中华鳖配合饲料、蚯蚓、鲢鱼肉、福寿螺肉和河蚌肉)分别投喂黄喉拟水龟幼龟,结果表明,①投喂中华鳖配合饲料的黄喉拟水龟,其增重速度最快,平均日增重和蛋白质效率都最高,且耗料增重比最低,其后依次是: 蚯蚓>鲢鱼肉>福寿螺肉>河蚌肉.②投喂福寿螺肉的黄喉拟水龟,其饵料成本最低,其后依次是: 中华鳖配合饲料>蚯蚓>河蚌肉>鲢鱼肉.③中华鳖配合饲料是养殖黄喉拟水龟较好的饵料,但福寿螺、蚯蚓来源方便,也不失为养殖黄喉拟水龟的好饵料.  相似文献

黄喉拟水龟(Mauremys mutica Cantor)为东亚常见的淡水水生龟类之一,主要分布于中国、日本和越南.在中国,黄喉拟水龟已成为潜在的水产养殖品种,研究了湿度对黄喉拟水龟胚胎发育和新生幼体的影响.恒温29℃时,用未受精卵做对比,在-12、-150kPa和-300kPa 3种孵化湿度下,观察并记录了黄喉拟水龟胚胎发育过程中卵重的变化、孵化周期、孵化成功率、卵壳龟裂率、卵壳受精斑变化规律及新生幼体的特征.在-12kPa和-150kPa处理组,受精卵在孵化中期开始持续增重;而在-300kPa处理组,受精卵在孵化中期开始持续减轻;孵化湿度显著影响卵壳受精斑的变化,-12kPa处理组的受精斑绕卵短径合拢的时间显著长于-150kPa和-300kPa处理组;受精卵的卵壳龟裂率随着孵化湿度的增加而增加;湿度显著影响新生幼体体重和背甲宽,但对体高、背甲长、腹甲长、腹甲宽以及尾长无明显影响;孵化湿度对孵化周期及新生幼体的运动能力影响不明显.  相似文献

1981年1月,葛洲坝水利枢纽截流,中华鲟被大坝所阻而滞留在宜昌以下的江段。 1981年秋季在葛洲坝枢纽的坝下江段采集到中华鲟的Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ期卵巢和Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期精巢,1982年秋季又采集到中华鲟产出的卵和早期鱼苗。研究结果表明,中华鲟在坝下江段不仅能发育成熟,而且能自然产卵。为了保护和增殖中华鲟,人工繁殖放流的方法是切实可行的。同时,必须严禁滥捕,以保护中华鲟资源。    相似文献

利用黄喉拟水龟(Mauremys mutica)微卫星标记,筛选出16对微卫星引物,通过优化各引物比例、荧光接头浓度、退火温度和循环次数,建立了基于2组各含8个微卫星位点多重PCR体系的黄喉拟水龟亲子鉴定技术。应用2组微卫星多重PCR体系,通过ABI3130遗传分析仪以及cervus3.0软件对428只黄喉拟水龟进行了个体基因型检测和遗传多样性分析,结果显示,群体的平均等位基因数为14.190,平均多态信息含量为0.748,平均观测杂合度和期望杂合度分别为0.687、0.771。对89只候选母本及296只子代进行亲子鉴定分析,结果显示:在父本信息未知时,母本鉴定率为87%;母本获得的子代个数范围为1-12,个体间表现出巨大的差异,这为选择育种提供了物质基础。黄喉拟水龟多重PCR亲子鉴定技术的建立为群体遗传多样性分析、家系鉴定管理和选择育种提供了有效的技术手段。    相似文献

Cytogenetic characteristics of the Caspian Pond Turtle, Mauremys caspica, in Golestan and Mazandaran provinces in the northern part of Iran show that the chromosome number is 2n?=?52 and the arm number NF?=?78. The karyotype consisted of 9 metacentric (M), 1 submetacentric (SM), 3 subtelocentric (ST) and 13 telocentric (T) chromosome pairs. The Centromeric Index ranges from 11.79 to 45.68, the arm ratio between 1.18 and 7.47, the relative length between 1.60 and 11.46, and the length variation between 1.05 and 7.48. Average total length of the chromosomes is 65.27 µm. The largest chromosome in this species is a pair of the metacentric chromosome. Location of NOR was determined on chromosome pair no. 10.  相似文献

The morphometric characteristics of the European Pond Turtle, Emys orbicularis, were studied at Anzali lagoon on the southern coast of the Caspian Sea. Males were on average (N=249) with 272.0?g significantly lighter than females with 447.0?g, and average carapace length was significantly smaller (123.0?mm in males, 139.0 in females). Females exceeded males also in all other studied characters (carapace width, plastron length, plastron width, and scute height). The sex ratio of male to female was 1 to 1.03, and the comparison of total tail length and cloaca-tail tip length revealed a difference between the position of the cloaca in both sexes, a character useful for sex determination in this species.  相似文献

Capsule Turtle Doves continue to show a strong population decline; territories were more likely to be retained in areas with more nesting habitat, and more suitable foraging habitat.

Aim To determine which features of farmland in England are important for retaining Turtle Dove territories

Methods Fifty-eight grid squares with recent records of territorial Turtle Doves were resurveyed, and squares retaining Turtle Dove territories compared with those from which Turtle Doves had been lost.

Results Turtle Dove territories were detected in 48% of squares resurveyed. When correcting for the 70% detection rate of the survey methodology, territories were present in 66% of squares surveyed suggesting a 34% decline over a 2-year period. Established scrub and hedgerows?>?4 m tall positively influenced Turtle Dove presence and abundance, as did standing water. Bare ground and fallow had positive effects on Turtle Dove abundance whereas grazed land negatively impacted abundance.

Conclusion The positive effects of area of established scrub and volume of large hedgerows are likely to represent a declining density of birds selecting the best quality nest sites. We suggest instead that foraging habitat may be limiting distribution.  相似文献

Zooplankton abundance and diversity in Central Florida grass carp ponds   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
The effect of the Asian grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella Val.) upon the zooplankton in three adjacent experimental ponds (0.139 ha each) was studied for one year. The ponds contained nine species of aquatic macrophytes. Grass carp were stocked into Pond 1 (65 per ha) and Pond 2 (611 per ha) three months after the study was started. At the time of stocking, physichochemical and biological parameters were similar among the ponds.Grass carp did not affect water quality and had little direct or indirect effect upon the zooplankton in the ponds. The abundance and species diversity of zooplankton (number of species, Shannon Index, and Simpson Index) were not significantly different (P < 0.05) between ponds prior to grass carp stocking. After stocking with grass carp, the number of species and species diversity were found to be significantly different (P < 0.05) between Pond 1 (low grass carp stocking rate) and Pond 2 (high grass carp stocking rate). Additionally, significant differences (P < 0.05) in populations between ponds were found for Lecane luna, Monostyla bulla, Lepadella ehrenbergii, Polyarthra sp., and Synchaeta sp. Temporal variation rather than grass carp was probably responsible for those differences. The number of zooplankton per group (Rotifera, Cladocera, and Copepoda) and species diversity were not significantly different (P<0.05) between ponds containing different stocking rates of grass carp.During the study, zooplankton were collected with a shallow-water sampler. No significant differences (P < 0.05) between collections were found for the sampler and a No. 20 mesh nylon zooplankton net.  相似文献

We investigated the distributions of macroinvertebrates within two temporary ponds (Spring Peeper Pond and Taylor-Ochs Pond) in central Ohio and examined what environmental factors may be driving those distributions. We sampled macroinvertebrates in Spring Peeper Pond three times from May to July 2001, and Taylor-Ochs Pond two times from May to June 2001. Macroinvertebrate distributions were significantly aggregated on all sampling dates in both ponds. Bivalve abundance in Spring Peeper Pond was higher in shallower water. The distribution of bivalves in Taylor-Ochs Pond was not correlated with any variable we measured. Dragonfly nymph abundance in Taylor-Ochs Pond decreased between the first and second sampling dates, whereas in Spring Peeper Pond no factor examined was correlated with dragonfly nymph density. Snail densities in Spring Peeper Pond were negatively related to dissolved oxygen and depth. In Taylor-Ochs Pond, snail abundance was positively related to temperature. The densities of damselfly nymphs in Spring Peeper Pond were positively related to dissolved oxygen and depth and declined across the study. In Spring Peeper Pond, hemipteran densities were negatively related to depth and increased across the study. Damselfly nymphs and hemipterans were not common enough in Taylor-Ochs to analyze. In general, the abiotic and biotic factors we examined explained relatively little (<37% in all cases) of the within pond distribution of the macroinvertebrates in our two study ponds.  相似文献

SYNOPSIS. A new strain (F-111) of Acanthamoeba comandoni was isolated from Turtle Pond, Boston, Mass. Comparative studies of A. comandoni Pussard, 1964 and A. astronyxis Ray & Hayes, 1954 indicated that the 2 species are distinct, and that the 2 names are valid and not synonymous as proposed by various investigators. An astral or brush-pile “centrosomal body” was present near the nucleus of interphase stages of both species. During mitosis, bipolar “centrosomal bodies” were detected in A. comandoni but not in A. astronyxis. Cysts of both species were spherical and had stellate or rayed endocysts. The rays in cysts of A. comandoni extended outward and upward at different angles, and all of them were not visible in the same optical plane. In A. astronyxis, the rays extended outward from the central cyst mass, and all of them were visible in the same optical plane.  相似文献

The duration of primary moult of adult Cape Turtle Doves Streptopelia capicola was estimated to be 192 days. 23 November was the estimated mean starting date, with 95% of birds starting within 88 days of this date. The mean body-mass of adults was 148 g and of first-year birds was 130 g. In residential areas, Cape Turtle Doves were trapped less frequently than Laughing Doves S. senegalensis; at most rural sites, Cape Turtle Doves comprised about two-thirds of the catch. On a dairy farm, where doves were attracted to cattle feed, 1 % of doves were Cape Turtle Doves. The emerging pattern is that Laughing Doves predominate at sites where food is provided on a long-term basis.  相似文献
