为了探讨百合营养品质综合评价中的主要影响因子,选育赏药食兼用的新品种百合,本文比较研究测定了12个百合种/品种鳞茎的营养成分、活性物质和氨基酸组成,通过主成分分析法综合评价百合营养品质特征。结果表明,12个百合种/品种鳞茎以多酚和生物碱两个活性物质指标含量变异系数大,膳食纤维、氨基酸等指标含量差异相对较小。品质指标转化数据经主成分分析,被提取的前4个主成分累积方差贡献率达90. 229%,影响百合综合营养品质评价的次序依次为:功能因子、营养因子和碳水化合物因子。经综合评价,岷江百合、宜昌百合和‘塞拉达’营养品质评分最高,传统食用百合龙牙百合和兰州百合(平陆)营养品质也较好。该研究基于营养成分、活性物质和氨基酸组成3个方面对12个百合种/品种鳞茎进行了系统评价,为筛选新型赏药食兼用百合、充实和完善百合营养品质评价体系提供参考依据。  相似文献

东方百合‘演员’DXS基因的克隆与表达分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以东方百合‘演员’花瓣为试验材料,采用RACE技术,克隆得到百合1-脱氧木酮糖-5-磷酸合成酶基因DXS的cDNA全长,命名为LeDXS(GenBank登录号为MF576067)。序列分析表明,LeDXS基因cDNA序列全长2 471bp,其中开放阅读框包含2 142bp,编码713个氨基酸,相对分子量大小约为76.3kD,等电点为6.65,化学式为C_(3370)H_(5374)N_(942)O_(1016)S_(32)。系统进化分析结果显示,LeDXS与猕猴桃和万寿菊DXS聚为一类,属于Ⅰ型DXS,是功能较保守的一类。实时荧光定量PCR结果分析表明,LeDXS基因在不同品种百合花瓣中均有表达,且浓香型百合DXS基因表达量比淡香型和无香型百合高。该研究结果为百合DXS生物学功能研究奠定了基础,同时也为百合花香育种提供了理论依据。  相似文献

百合属植物是多年生的宿根草本植物,具有重要的观赏价值,有的种可食用也可药用。本研究对百合属4种植物(细叶百合、川百合、卷丹和百合)花的转录组进行测序,并结合前期的野百合的转录组数据进行比较转录组分析,鉴别花发育相关基因。并筛选出5种植物的直系同源基因,进而检测正选择基因,分析它们对环境的适应性。通过组装分别在细叶百合、川百合、卷丹以及百合花中获得了44565、51413、41638和44716个unigene。为了了解unigene功能信息,将其在公共数据库中进行比对和注释,发现了13个花发育相关基因。另外,在5个物种间共获得8247对直系同源基因,并计算其Ka、Ks及Ka/Ks值。在5个物种中有33对直系同源基因受到了强烈的正选择作用,随后对其进行GO、KEGG功能富集分析及基因功能注释,发现这些基因主要是与抗性以及生物合成相关的基因。  相似文献

百合(Lilium spp.)原产于我国,在我国花卉产业中有着重要而特殊的地位。花香是其观赏性状的重要标签,已有研究结果表明,不同香型的百合主要花香成分差异较大,浓香型与淡香型百合的差异主要集中在萜烯类物质的不同,而采样时期、部位、环境、激素等均会导致花香成分变化。目前百合花香物质合成通路研究集中在萜烯合成通路上,多为萜烯合酶的功能研究及上游调控网络解析,而其他花香成分代谢途径基因的功能解析及分子调控机制的研究仍存在许多未解之谜。由于对百合花香合成及调控机制的解析不够全面与深入,难以支撑花香的精准改造,导致百合花香育种进程缓慢。深入挖掘与利用百合花香基因、完善相关代谢途径及调控网络可能会是百合花香的下一步研究重点。本文对百合花香的前期研究进行了回顾和总结,并对后期的研究方向提出展望,以期为后续百合花香分子调控机制研究提供参考,对定向培育香气怡人的百合新品种提供借鉴。  相似文献

延迟自动自交和欺骗传粉吸引在被子植物多数类群中有相关报道,但是至今没有发现两种繁育策略在同一物种中共存现象。本研究通过对照试验检测新西兰岩石百合雄蕊附属物和花冠闭合运动是否分别具有欺骗吸引和延迟自交功能。研究结果表明,新西兰岩石百合黄色的雄蕊附属物拟态花粉(或花药),约93%的昆虫访花行为源自黄色花药附属物的欺骗吸引,雄蕊附属物的报酬拟态功能有效提高昆虫拜访频率并促进异交。同时,研究发现新西兰岩石百合花期结束时花瓣闭合促使雌雄隔离距离的缩小,花瓣自然闭合的花朵平均结籽数(20.62)显著高于闭合前去雄处理花朵(11.79)。我们的结果表明延迟自动自交与欺骗传粉吸引两种繁育策略在新西兰岩石百合中共存。  相似文献

该研究选用7条ISSR标记引物对百合属21种野生百合的亲缘关系进行分析,使用POPGEN1.32和MEGA5.1数据处理软件分析数据。结果表明:7条引物扩增出149条条带,其中136条为多态性条带,多态性条带比率为91.06%,平均有效等位点数为1.7624,平均Nei’ s基因多样度为0.4214,平均Shanon信息指数0.6085。遗传距离变化范围为0.3075~0.8873,紫脊百合和尖被百合的遗传距离最大,均值为0.8873,表明21份材料中二者亲缘关系最远;紫脊百合和宜昌百合遗传距离最小,均值为0.3075,表明二者亲缘关系最近。聚类结果与形态学分类大致吻合,21个供试材料可被分成5个类群,大理百合、宝兴百合、卷丹百合、紫斑百合、乳头百合、川百合、兰州百合、山丹百合、绿花百合和毛百合为第Ⅰ类群;紫脊百合、宜昌百合、岷江百合、通江百合和淡黄花百合为第Ⅱ类群;野百合和百合为第Ⅲ类群;青岛百合为第Ⅳ类群;第Ⅴ类群包括玫红百合、有斑百合和尖被百合。毛百合与卷瓣组百合亲缘关系较近,钟花组百合与卷瓣组百合存在基因交流,说明不能仅仅依靠形态学对野生百合进行分类。聚类分析结果中野百合与百合单独聚为一类,这说明是否具叶柄对野生百合的分类是一个重要的形态学特性。 ISSR分子标记适合用于百合属植物的亲缘关系分析。  相似文献

目的:探究几种典型野生百合在关中平原的适应性。方法:以卷丹百合、川百合和野百合为材料,对3种野生百合在关中平原的光合特征、水分利用效率、叶绿素含量、氮含量和生长情况进行了测定。结果:卷丹百合的净光合速率显著高于川百合和野百合,分别是川百合和野百合的1.76倍和1.41倍;卷丹百合水分利用效率>野百合>川百合,分别是野百合和川百合的1.20倍和1.68倍;3个百合品种间的蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔导度没有显著差异;卷丹百合和野百合的叶绿素含量和氮含量显著高于川百合;卷丹百合的地上生物量显著高于川百合和野百合,分别是川百合和野百合的2.62倍和2.93倍。结论:隶属函数分析表明,3个野生百合品种综合表现排序为:卷丹百合>野百合>川百合。  相似文献

利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对20个野生百合种或变种的叶表皮进行了系统观察和比较分析,结果表明:(1)20种野生百合气孔器均分布于叶片远轴面,气孔器的长轴与远轴面细胞长轴方向一致,均位于远轴面细胞的端点处。气孔器形状从长椭圆形到近圆形不等;保卫细胞均为肾形,无副卫细胞,保卫细胞表面角质层均具条纹;表皮细胞角质层近于光滑或具条纹,均具蜡质,蜡质纹饰呈膜片状晶体或颗粒状;气孔密度、气孔器大小、近轴面远轴面细胞、垂周壁样式差异较大。(2)聚类分析表明,兰州百合、川百合、卷丹百合、紫斑百合、乳头百合、宝兴百合、山丹百合、大理百合、绿花百合、毛百合和有斑百合聚为类群Ⅰ;淡黄花百合、岷江百合和玫红百合3个野生种聚为类群Ⅱ;青岛百合单独为类群Ⅲ;宜昌百合、紫脊百合、通江百合、百合和野百合聚为类群Ⅳ,聚类结果总体上支持形态学分类的结果。(3)叶表皮形态对于区分野生百合不同种具有重要的分类学价值。  相似文献

Most ecosystems provide multiple services, thus the impact of biodiversity losses on ecosystem functions may be considerably underestimated by studies that only address single functions. We propose a multivariate modelling framework for quantifying the relationship between biodiversity and multiple ecosystem functions (multifunctionality). Our framework consolidates the strengths of previous approaches to analysing ecosystem multifunctionality and contributes several advances. It simultaneously assesses the drivers of multifunctionality, such as species relative abundances, richness, evenness and other manipulated treatments. It also tests the relative importance of these drivers across functions, incorporates correlations among functions and identifies conditions where all functions perform well and where trade‐offs occur among functions. We illustrate our framework using data from three ecosystem functions (sown biomass, weed suppression and nitrogen yield) in a four‐species grassland experiment. We found high variability in performance across the functions in monocultures, but as community diversity increased, performance increased and variability across functions decreased.  相似文献

Expression of several SOS functions such as induction of lambda prophage, inhibition of cell division and induction of both umuC and recA genes after UV-irradiation, nalidixic acid or mitomycin C addition was studied in an RecBC- mutant. UV-irradiation and mitomycin C induced all SOS functions studied in the RecBC- cells but at a lower level and delayed with respect to the wild-type strain. On the contrary, nalidixic acid was unable to trigger any of these SOS functions. In the RecBC- mutant, adenine only had a stimulating effect on the amplification of RecA protein synthesis following UV-irradiation. Nevertheless, in the wild-type strain the stimulating effect occurred in all SOS functions studied following UV-irradiation as well as in the amplification of RecA protein synthesis by nalidixic acid but not in the other SOS functions triggered by this compound. Furthermore, adenine produced a decrease in the mitomycin C-mediated induction of all SOS functions studied in both RecBC- and wild-type strains.  相似文献

This paper follows from studies by Joung, van der Zwan and Latimer (2000) in which symmetrical dot patterns with one axis of symmetry were used to produce tilt aftereffects (TAEs). The present paper investigates TAE functions produced by symmetrical dot patterns with multiple axes of symmetry. In Experiments 1 and 2, TAE functions produced by dot patterns with two axes of symmetry were compared with TAE functions produced by line stimuli arranged in the same orientation and location as the axes of symmetry in the dot patterns. Similar functions were found. In Experiments 3 and 4, functions produced by dot patterns with four axes of symmetry were compared with functions produced by line stimuli arranged in the same orientation and location as the four axes of symmetry. Again, similar functions were found. These experiments demonstrate that line stimuli and dot stimuli produce similar TAE functions. The implications of these results are discussed.  相似文献

A methodology for predicting the expected combined stochastic radiobiological effects of sequential exposure to different ionizing radiations is used to arrive at a methodology for predicting the radiobiological effects of simultaneous exposure. Both methodologies require developing additive-damage dose-effect models. Additive-damage dose-effect models are derived assuming (a) each radiation comprised by the combined exposure produces initial damage called critical damage that could lead to the radiobiological effect of interest; (b) doses of different radiations that lead to the same level of radiobiological effect (or risk) can be viewed as producing the same amount of critical damage and being indistinguishable as far as the effects of subsequently administered radiation. Derived dose-effect functions that describe the risk per individual, conditional on radiation dose, are called risk functions. The methodologies allow the use of known radiation-specific risk functions to derive risk functions for combined effects of different radiations. The risk functions for combined exposure to different radiations are called global risk functions. For sequential exposures to different ionizing radiations, the global risk functions derived depend on how individual radiation doses are ordered. Global risk functions can also differ for sequential and simultaneous exposure. The methodologies are used to account for some previously unexplained radiobiological effects of combined exposure to high and low linear-energy-transfer radiations.  相似文献

Connexins have been known to be the protein building blocks of gap junctions and mediate cell-cell communication. In contrast to the conventional dogma, recent evidence suggests that in addition to forming gap junction channels, connexins possess gap junction-independent functions. One important gap junction-independent function for connexins is to serve as the major functional component for hemichannels, the un-apposed halves of gap junctions. Hemichannels, as independent functional units, play roles that are different from that of gap junctions in the cell. The other functions of connexins appear to be gap junction- and hemichannel-independent. Published studies implicate the latter functions of connexins in cell growth, differentiation, tumorigenicity, injury, and apoptosis, although the mechanistic aspects of these actions remain largely unknown. In this review, gap junction- and hemichannel-independent functions of connexins are summarized, and the molecular mechanisms underlying these connexin functions are speculated and discussed.  相似文献

Abstract. Neonatal hepatic functions are selectively extinguished in hybrids between mouse hepatoma cells, that express only fetal hepatic functions, and rat hepatoma cells expressing neonatal as well as fetal functions. A search for hybrid cells reexpressing these neonatal functions was undertaken to determine; (1) whether the selective extinction of neonatal functions is reversible and at what frequency, and (2) whether the reexpression of neonatal functions would be accompanied by modifications in the expression of fetal functions. The criterion used to obtain hybrids showing reexpression was glucose-free medium (G-) where growth requires the presence of the extinguished gluconeogenic enzymes. Even though the parental cells are of the same histotype it proved difficult to obtain re-expression. Survivors in G- were obtained only from hybrids containing a greater than Is complement of rat chromosomes; they reexpress not only gluconeogenic enzymes but also basal tyrosine aminotransferase activity, and the fetal hepatic function a-fetoprotein continues to be expressed in most of the clones. All survivors in G- display a significant loss of chromosomes and this loss concerns essentially mouse chromosomes.  相似文献

Transgenic animal models have played an important role in elucidating gene functions and the molecular basis development, physiology, behavior, and pathogenesis. Transgenic models have been so successful that they have become a standard tool in molecular genetics and biomedical studies and are being used to fulfill one of the main goals of the post-genomic era: to assign functions to each gene in the genome. However, the assumption that gene functions and genetic systems are conserved between models and humans is taken for granted, often in spite of evidence that gene functions and networks diverge during evolution. In this review, I discuss some mechanisms that generate functional divergence and highlight recent examples demonstrating that gene functions and regulatory networks diverge through time. These examples suggest that annotation of gene functions based solely on mutant phenotypes in animal models, as well as assumptions of conserved functions between species, can be wrong. Therefore, animal models of gene function and human disease may not provide appropriate information, particularly for rapidly evolving genes and systems.  相似文献

盐城滨海湿地生态功能的空间差异对该区的保护/开发具有重要的指导意义,水文地貌分类为生态功能的评价提供了良好的前提条件。根据盐城滨海湿地2006-2007年Alos遥感影像数据制作湿地景观图,同时通过DEM和水文水动力条件图,借助Arcgis9.2的空间分析功能确定水文地貌单元(HGMU)。在此基础上,利用实地调查数据和湿地景观数据对不同水文地貌单元的湿地生态功能进行评价。结果表明:(1)盐城海滨湿地包括7类水文地貌单元(HGMU),不同HGMU生态系统类型差异较大;(2)同种HGMU生态功能基本处于同一等级,不同HGMU的生态功能差异明显;(3)盐城海滨湿地不同HGMU单元生态功能由大到小排序为:淡水双向-冲积区(河口)、海水天双向-泥粉砂带、海水月双向-泥滩带、海水年双向-草滩带、淡水单向-冲积区、淡水单向-海积区和淡水单向-冲积海积区。其中,河口湿地、淤泥质滩涂和草滩带湿地在维护盐城海滨湿地生态功能中具有重要地位。  相似文献
