The Japanese mealybug, Planococcus kraunhiae, is suitable as a model insect for biosynthetic studies on mealybug pigments. Four yellow pigments, including two novel ones, were isolated from the mealybug bodies and characterized as endocrocin, a dicarboxylic acid named fujikonaic acid (1), emodin 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and 7-hydroxyemodin 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2). The enzymatic activity of emodin 1-O-glucosyltransferase was observed in the extracts of insect bodies.  相似文献

从采自四川汉源县的古蔺雪胆(Hemsleya penxianensis var.gulinensiks)中分到9个三萜皂苷化合物,通过化学反应和光谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。其中7个为已知化合物,分别为齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-比喃葡萄糖苷(1),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基齐墩果酸苷(3),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基—(1→3)—β—D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28—O—β—D—吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),3—O—(6′—丁酯)—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(7),3-O-(6′-丁酯)—β—D吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。两个新化合物,即雪胆皂苷A(2)和雪胆皂苷B(9)。  相似文献

Plant-cultured cells of Catharanthus roseus converted trans-resveratrol into its 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3-O-(6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside, and 3-O-(6-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside. The 3-O-(6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside and 3-O-(6-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside compounds of trans-resveratrol are both new. Incubation of plant-cultured cells of Ipomoea batatas and Strophanthus gratus with trans-resveratrol gave trans-resveratrol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and trans-resveratrol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.  相似文献

Two diosgenin trisaccharides (A,B) and two furostanolic tetrasacharides of diosgenin (C, D) had been isolated from Dioscorea zingiberensis wright. By means of acetylation, acid hydrolysis, enzymolysis, IR, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, saponin A was proved to be a new compound of structure: diosgenin-3-O- [ β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 2) ]-O- [ α-L-rhamnopyra- nosyl (1→3)]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was provisionally named zingiberenin A; saponin B may be suggested as the steric isomer of gracillin; saponin C was identified as 26-O-β-D- glucopyranoside of A and saponin D as 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside of B. The last two components named proto-zingiberenin A and proto-zingiberenin B respectively.  相似文献

为探讨微生物发酵炮制何首乌的机制,采用HPLC考察何首乌微生物发酵前后二苯乙烯苷类和蒽醌类化学成分的变化。何首乌经米根霉发酵后,产生了新的蒽醌类成分大黄素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,而二苯乙烯苷类成分无变化。同时药理研究发现,大黄素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷对家兔肠平滑肌的收缩作用弱于大黄素。由此推断,在何首乌发酵炮制过程中,米根霉可催化大黄素转化为大黄素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,从而降低何首乌的泻下作用。实验结果初步验证了微生物发酵炮制何首乌的科学性。  相似文献

从羽叶鬼灯檠 (RodgersiapinnataFranch .)的根茎中分离得到 6个单萜二糖苷 ,它们的结构通过波谱方法分别鉴定为 :(E ) 3,7 dimethyl 1 O [α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glu copyranosyl] oct 2 en 7 ol (1) ,(E ) 3,7 dimethyl 1 O [α L arabinofuranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopy ranosyl] oct 2 en 7 ol (2 ) ,geranyl 1 O α L arabinofuranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopyranoside (3) ,gera nyl 1 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopyranoside (4 ) ,geranyl 1 O β D xylopyranosyl (1→6 ) β D glucopyranoside (5 ) ,geranyl 1 O α L arabinopyranosyl (1→ 6 ) β D glucopyranoside (6 )。其中化合物 1为新化合物 ,单萜二糖苷类化合物系首次在该属中发现。  相似文献

采用液相色谱/离子阱质谱(HPLC/IT-MS)联用技术研究何首乌中糖苷类化合物,并对大黄素甲醚糖苷和大黄素糖苷的分子离子或准分子离子的离子化机理进行探讨。实验采用反相C18色谱柱,二元线性梯度洗脱,分离出12个主要成分。利用质谱的诱导碰撞解离技术获得碎片裂解信息,结合文献鉴定出9种糖苷的化学结构,其中顺式-2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-毗喃葡萄糖苷、决明酮-8—O-(6'-O-乙酰基)-β—D-吡喃葡萄糖苷和大黄素甲醚-8-O-(6'-O-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷为首次鉴定。  相似文献

Seven compounds have been isolaed from the roots of Curculigo orchioides. On the basis of spectral analysis,their structures were elucidated as 2,6-dimethoxy benzoic acid (A),orcinol glucopyranoside(B),curculigine A(C),curculigoside(D),24s,3β,11α,16,24-tetrahyaroxycycloartenol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(E),24s,3β,11a,16β,24-tetrahydroxycycloartenol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(F) and dancosterol(G). To investigate the substrate specificity and regio-selectivity of coumarin glycosyltransferases in transgenic hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum, esculetin (1) and eight hydroxycoumarins (2-9) were employed as substrates. Nine corresponding glycosides (10-18) involving four new compounds, 6-chloro-4-methylcoumarin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (15), 6-chloro-4-phenylcoumarin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16), 8-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (17), and 8-allyl-4-methylcoumarin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (18), were biosynthesized by the hairy roots.  相似文献

从菝葜根茎中共分离得到3个新的二氢黄酮醇酰化糖苷(1~3)和1个已知的二氢黄酮醇苷(4),分别被鉴定为:(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-(6″-氧-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-(2″-氧-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-(3″-氧-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)及(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)。其结构通过MS,1D NMR和2D NMR等光谱分析和化学方法确定。研究结果表明,二氢黄酮醇的酰化糖苷可能是菝葜属的特征成分。  相似文献
