For some time now prebiotics have been proposed to improve health by stimulation of beneficial bacteria in the intestine of humans and animals. The current study is aiming to show effects of feeding of either 2% inulin or 2% lactulose in milk replacer on performance and intestinal morphology of male Holstein-Friesian calves. After 20 weeks of feeding inulin led to significantly higher daily weight gains than lactulose while control animals ranged between the experimental feedings. Ingestion of milk replacer was reduced in lactulose treated animals. Additionally differences of villus height in jejunum (P = 0.07) and ileum (P = 0.03) could be found with an increase for lactulose treated animals and a decrease for inulin treated animals. In ileum the density of proliferative epithelial cells tended to be lower in inulin treated and higher in lactulose treated animals (P = 0.08). Both inulin and lactulose tended to decrease the quantity of goblet cells in the tips of ileal villi (P = 0.07). Both prebiotics can affect performance and intestinal morphology of calves and may as such affect animal health. But effects differ between substances.  相似文献

The synthetic disaccharide lactulose is known to improve the intestinal microflora by stimulating the growth of selected probiotic bacteria in the gut. In our experiment the effects of lactulose in combination with the probiotic bacteria Enterococcus faecium on growth performance and morphology of the bovine intestine were examined. Calves aged 39 ± 2 days were randomised to three feeding groups (no. = 14 each group): control (L0), fed milk replacer (MR) containing E. faecium; a lactulose group (L1) containing additional 1% lactulose and a second lactulose group (L3) containing 3% lactulose dry matter. The calves were weighed weekly. After 19 weeks the calves were slaughtered and tissues were collected for histological studies. The average daily live weight gain tended to be higher (P < 0.1) for L3 (1350 g/day) than L0 (1288 g/day). Compared with L0, a reduction (P < 0.001) of ileal villus height due to lactulose treatment of approximately 14% in group L1 and 20% in L3 was determined. A significant decrease in the depth of the crypts about 12% in L1 and 8% in L3 was detected in the caecum. The surface area of lymph follicles from Peyer's patches was decreased by lactulose treatment. Results show that lactulose has an effect on the morphology of intestine. A significant effect on growth performance can not be confirmed. However, results permit the conclusion that lactulose feeding has the tendency to increase growth performance.  相似文献

In this study, the prebiotic potential of arabinoxylan oligosaccharides (AXOS) was compared with inulin in two simulators of the human intestinal microbial ecosystem. Microbial breakdown of both oligosaccharides and short-chain fatty acid production was colon compartment specific, with ascending and transverse colon being the predominant site of inulin and AXOS degradation, respectively. Lactate levels (+5.5 mM) increased in the ascending colon during AXOS supplementation, while propionate levels (+5.1 mM) increased in the transverse colon. The concomitant decrease in lactate in the transverse colon suggests that propionate was partially formed over the acrylate pathway. Furthermore, AXOS supplementation strongly decreased butyrate in the ascending colon, this in parallel with a decrease in Roseburia spp. and Bacteroides / Prevotella / Porphyromonas (−1.4 and −2.0 log CFU) levels. Inulin treatment had moderate effects on lactate, propionate and butyrate levels. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis revealed that inulin changed microbial metabolism by modulating the microbial community composition. In contrast, AXOS primarily affected microbial metabolism by 'switching on' AXOS-degrading enzymes (xylanase, arabinofuranosidase and xylosidase), without significantly affecting microbial community composition. Our results demonstrate that AXOS has a higher potency than inulin to shift part of the sugar fermentation toward the distal colon parts. Furthermore, due to its stronger propionate-stimulating effect, AXOS is a candidate prebiotic capable of lowering cholesterol and beneficially affecting fat metabolism of the host.  相似文献

In vitro and in vivo experiments were designed to evaluate the effectiveness of laboratory-made di-d-fructose dianhydride (DFA)-enriched caramels. The DFA-enriched caramels were obtained from d-fructose (FC), d-fructose and sucrose (FSC), or d-fructose and β-cyclodextrin (FCDC). In the in vitro experiment, raftilose and all caramels increased (P<0.05) l-lactate concentration and decreased (P<0.05) pH. Total short-chain fatty acid concentration was higher (P<0.05) than controls in tubes containing raftilose, FSC, FCDC and commercial sucrose caramel (CSC). Raftilose, and all caramels tested except FSC and FC (1%), increased (P<0.01) lactobacilli log10 number of copies compared with the non-additive control. FSC, FCDC and CSC increased (P<0.01) the bifidobacteria number of copies as compared with controls. All additives, except FCDC, decreased (P<0.01) Clostridium coccoides/Eubacterium rectale log number of copies. Compared with controls, raftilose, FC and CSC led to lower (P<0.01) EscherichiaShigella and enterobacteria. For the in vivo experiment, a total of 144 male 1-day-old broiler chickens of the Cobb strain were randomly assigned to one of the three dietary treatments for 21 days. Dietary treatments were control (commercial diet with no additive), inulin (20 g inulin/kg diet) and FC (20 g FC/kg diet). Final BW of birds fed FC diet was higher (P<0.01) than controls or inulin-fed birds, although feed: gain values were not different. Feed intake of chickens fed FC was higher (P<0.01) than that of inulin-fed birds but not statistically different from controls. Crop pH values were lower (P<0.01) in birds fed FC diet as compared with control diet, with inulin-fed chickens showing values not different from control- or FC-fed birds. Lower (P<0.05) lactobacilli number of copies was determined in the crop, ileum and caeca of birds fed the inulin diet compared with the control diet. Inulin supplementation also resulted in lower (P<0.05) C. coccoides/E. rectale, bacteroides and total bacteria in caecal contents. Addition of FC to broiler diets gave place to lower (P<0.05) enterobacteria and EscherichiaShigella in crop and caecal contents compared with controls. The bacteroides number of copies increased (P<0.05) as compared with controls in the ileum, but decreased (P<0.05) in the caeca of chickens fed the FC diet. Energy, ADF, NDF and non-starch polysaccharides faecal digestibilities were greater (P<0.05) than controls in chickens fed diets containing inulin or FC. Fat digestibility was higher (P<0.05) in FC-fed birds compared with controls or inulin-fed chickens. In conclusion, DFA-enriched caramels tested here, particularly FC, may represent a type of new additives useful in poultry production.  相似文献

The effect of a combination of inulin (INU) and polyphenol-containing adzuki bean extract (AE) on intestinal fermentation was examined in vitro using fermenters for 48 h and in vivo using rats for 28 d. The total short-chain fatty acid concentrations in the fermenters were decreased by a combination of INU and AE, but the concentration in the INU + AE group was higher than the cellulose (CEL) and CEL + AE groups. The cecal propionate concentration was increased by a combination of INU and AE compared with their single supplement. The ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the fermenters and rat cecum was decreased by INU and AE. Cecal mucin levels were increased by INU and AE respectively. Therefore, our observations suggested that the combination of INU and AE might be a material of functional food that includes several healthy effects through intestinal fermentation.  相似文献

【目的】评价长链菊粉对抗生素致小鼠肠道菌群失调后肠道菌群的恢复情况。【方法】选择50只健康的10周龄BALB/c小鼠,随机分为2组,其中15只为正常对照组,余下35只饮用水中含4种抗生素连续喂养7 d,诱导小鼠肠道菌群严重失调后,再随机分为长链菊粉恢复组(饮用水中添加5%(W/W)长链菊粉)和自发恢复组(饮用水为无菌水),连续处理21 d。受试小鼠在抗生素治疗后的第7天以及恢复喂养的第7、14和21天,取结肠组织进行切片然后进行HE染色分析,无菌取粪便进行16Sr RNA测序分析,观察小鼠肠道组织及菌群恢复情况。【结果】抗生素处理7 d后,小鼠结肠组织有轻微炎症,但肠道菌群严重失调。组织学分析表明,在补充长链菊粉或自发恢复21d后,结肠炎症逐渐减轻;但相比于自发恢复,长链菊粉干预延迟了结肠组织的恢复。16S r RNA基因V3–V4区扩增子测序分析显示无论是长链菊粉补充还是自发恢复都无法在属水平上恢复肠道菌群组成。尤其是长链菊粉的补充,反而导致了某些机会致病菌的选择性扩增,并提高了与肠道菌群相关的疾病途径。【结论】抗生素诱导肠道菌群严重失调后补充长链菊粉会延迟肠道菌群的重建,可能会导致潜在的不良影响。  相似文献

Inulin and oligofructose belong to a class of carbohydrates known as fructans. The main sources of inulin and oligofructose that are used in the food industry are chicory and Jerusalem artichoke. Inulin and oligofructose are considered as functional food ingredients since they affect physiological and biochemical processes in rats and human beings, resulting in better health and reduction in the risk of many diseases. Experimental studies have shown their use as bifidogenic agents, stimulating the immune system of the body, decreasing the levels of pathogenic bacteria in the intestine, relieving constipation, decreasing the risk of osteoporosis by increasing mineral absorption, especially of calcium, reducing the risk of atherosclerosis by lowering the synthesis of triglycerides and fatty acids in the liver and decreasing their level in serum. These fructans modulate the hormonal level of insulin and glucagon, thereby regulating carbohydrate and lipid metabolism by lowering the blood glucose levels; they are also effective in lowering the blood urea and uric acid levels, thereby maintaining the nitrogen balance. Inulin and oligofructose also reduce the incidence of colon cancer. The biochemical basis of these beneficial effects of inulin and oligofructose have been discussed. Oligofructoses are non-cariogenic as they are not used byStreptococcus mutans to form acids and insoluble glucans that are the main culprits in dental caries. Because of the large number of health promoting functions of inulin and oligofructose, these have wide applications in various types of foods like confectionery, fruit preparations, milk desserts, yogurt and fresh cheese, baked goods, chocolate, ice cream and sauces. Stable anhydrous lactulose was produced from lactulose trihydrate by stepwise heating on a fluidized bed. The processes were performed on stable powder forms. The anhydrous lactulose was characterized by an opaque white appearance, a coarse surface structure with random cracks and indentations, a high degree of crystallization, stability under humid conditions, and by X-ray powder diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and differential thermogravimetry. Those characteristics were different from those of the original trihydrate, which was transparent, had a smooth surface and a higher degree of crystallization, was stable under humid conditions and had different X-ray powder diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and thermogravimetric characteristics. The transformation was enhanced when the inlet temperature was 45-55 degrees C or when the temperature of the fluidized bed was over 40 degrees C. At these cutoff temperatures, both crystalline forms were observed.  相似文献

目的

了解犊牛在不同生长发育的过程中肠道菌群的建立及肠道菌群结构的动态变化。

方法

采集不同时间点(1 d、3 d、6 d、9 d、12 d、24 d、36 d、48 d、60 d和72 d)新生6头健康犊牛的新鲜直肠粪便样本,利用16S rDNA测序技术及生物信息学测序方法,分析犊牛不同时间点的肠道微生物结构组成及多样性。

结果

OTUs聚类分析中共有的OTUs有413个。Alpha多样性指数显示,随着日龄的增加,物种的相对丰度逐渐增多。通过不同组间相对丰度展示了在科水平不同种类物种的相对丰度,包括厌氧环境、致病菌等方面生成了物种丰富度柱形累加图。在厌氧环境中,梭菌科随着日龄的增加逐渐增加。真菌科在48 d后逐渐出现在肠道菌群中。毛螺菌科从犊牛出生就一直存在肠道中,并逐渐增加成为优势菌群。在致病菌中,肠杆菌科随着日龄的增加逐渐减少,梭菌与瘤胃球菌不断增加。

结论

通过分析新生犊牛肠道微生物菌群多样性的动态结构变化,对新生犊牛胃肠道微生态环境的改善和免疫调控及其生产性能具有重要的意义。

A 2 × 2 factorial experiment was performed to investigate the interaction between a high- and low-crude-protein (CP) diet (200 v. 140 g/kg) and inulin supplementation (0 v. 12.5 g/kg) on nutrient digestibility, nitrogen (N) excretion, intestinal microflora, volatile fatty acid (VFA) concentration and manure ammonia emissions from 24 boars (n = 6, 74.0 kg live weight). The diets were formulated to contain similar concentrations of digestible energy and lysine. Pigs offered the high-CP diets had a higher excretion of urinary N (P < 0.001), faecal N (P < 0.01) and total N (P < 0.001) than the pigs offered the low-CP diets. Inulin supplementation increased faecal N excretion (P < 0.05) and decreased the urine N : faeces N ratio (P < 0.05) compared with the inulin-free diets. There was no effect (P > 0.05) of dietary treatment on N retention. There was an interaction (P < 0.05) between dietary CP concentration and inulin supplementation on caecal Enterobacteria spp. Pigs offered the diet containing 200 g/kg of CP plus inulin decreased the population of Enterobacteria spp. compared to those with the inulin-supplemented 140 g/kg CP diet. However, CP level had no significant effect on the population of Enterobacteria spp. in the unsupplemented diets. Inulin supplementation increased caecal Bifidobacteria (P < 0.01) compared with the inulin-free diets. There was no effect of inulin supplementation on VFA concentration or intestinal pH (P > 0.05). Pigs offered the 200 g/kg CP diets had higher (P < 0.05) manure ammonia emissions from 0 to 240 h of storage than pigs offered the 140 g/kg CP. In conclusion, inulin supplementation resulted in an increase in Bifidobacteria concentration and a reduction in Enterobacteria spp. at the high CP level indicating that inulin has the ability to beneficially manipulate gut microflora in a proteolytic environment.  相似文献

Fifty newborn Saanen kids were used to study the effects of inulin supplementation on faecal score, faecal pH, selected faecal bacterial population, BW, body temperature, haematological traits, selected health parameters and the incidence of diarrhoea. Kids were sorted by parity of their dams and multiple birth (twin or triplet) and assigned to one of the two groups (control: CG, and experimental: EG) at birth. Each group consisted of 25 kids. The groups were similar with regard to sex and birth weight. All kids were fed colostrum for the first 3 days after birth, and then the kids in EG were adapted to inulin supplementation by an increased dosage from day 4 to 7. Each kid in EG was supplemented with 0.2 g, 0.3 g, 0.4 g, 0.5 g and 0.6 g inulin on day 4, 5, 6, 7 and from day 8 to 28, respectively, whereas the kids in CG did not receive inulin. Faecal score and faecal bacterial population were not affected by inulin supplementation (P > 0.05). There were differences in faecal pH on day 14 (P = 0.01) and 28 (P<0.05), whereas no difference in faecal pH on day 21 (P > 0.05) was detected between groups. No differences (P > 0.05) in BW and haematological traits were found between groups. Body temperature did not differ on day 14 and 21 (P > 0.05), whereas there was a difference in body temperature on day 28 (P = 0.01) between groups. The numbers of kids with pneumonia and kids treated for pneumonia and diarrhoea were similar for CG and EG. Kid losses during the study were the same for CG and EG. The incidence of diarrhoea was not affected by inulin supplementation (P > 0.05). Inulin supplemented to kids did not adversely affect faecal score. The effect of inulin on faecal pH was not consistent. The results of our study suggested that daily dose (0.6 g) of inulin might not be enough to observe effects of it. Our data will be useful to determine the dose and timing of inulin supplementation in future studies investigating the effects of inulin on the parameters associated with performance and health status in kids and other young ruminants.  相似文献

Dysbiosis or dysbacteriosis is defined as a shift in the intestinal microbiota composition resulting in an imbalance between beneficial and harmful bacteria. Since the ban on the use of growth-promoting antibiotics in animal feed in the EU, dysbiosis has emerged as a major problem in intensive animal production. Prebiotics and probiotics are currently under investigation as possible alternatives to growth-promoting antibiotics, as their mode of action is thought to be based largely on a modulation of the composition and function of the intestinal microbiota. In this review, we analyse the currently available data from both animal and human nutrition that document the potential and limitations of prebiotics and probiotics for the control of dysbiosis. An impressive number of empirical feeding trials have been carried out in healthy animals, yielding sometimes contradictory results. More in-depth studies have revealed the complexity of the interactions taking place in the lower intestinal tract, thus illustrating that pre- and probiotics cannot be a simple replacement for growth-promoting antibiotics. Although there are indications that the strategic use of pre- and probiotics can provide major benefits, there is still a lack of basic knowledge on the delicate interactions between the microbiota, the host and the feed components, which hampers the widespread use of these valuable feed additives.  相似文献

A number of studies dealing with the effects of ergot and ergot alkaloids on the health and performance of poultry and pigs were reported in the past, but only a few studies and field reports are available for ruminants. Therefore, a dose-response study was carried out with calves since young animals are considered to be especially sensitive to ergot. A total of 35 male Holstein calves were randomly assigned to three feeding groups after one month of feeding milk replacer. The mean initial live weight of the calves was 49.4±5.7 kg. One control group was fed an ergot-free concentrate (n=12), one group an ergot proportion of 1000 mg/kg in the concentrate (n=ll), and another group was fed a concentrate containing 5000 mg/kg ergot (n=12). Hay, grass silage and water were available forad libitum consumption, whereas the daily concentrate portion was restricted to 2 kg. Live weight, health parameters and feed intake were monitored over the experimental period of 84 days. In addition, blood samples were taken from theVena jugularis at the beginning and at the end of the experiment and analysed for ergot alkaloids and liver parameters. Total dry matter intake, live weight gain and feed-to-gain ratio were not significantly influenced by increasing ergot proportions when the whole experimental period was considered, although there was a trend for an ergot-related decrease in concentrate intake during the first 6 weeks of the experiment. After this period of time, it seemed that calves got used to the presence of ergot in the concentrate and were able to adjust their intake to the level of the control group. Moreover, health and liver parameters, such as total bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamate dehydrogenase, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase and creatine kinase in the serum were not significantly influenced by dietary treatments. Concentrations of the individual ergot alkaloids in serum were lower than the detection limits of the applied HPLC-method. In conclusion, it can be assumed that an ergot contamination of the concentrate up to 5000 mg/kg resulted in a transient depression of concentrate intake by the calves. However, no significant effects on health and performance could be detected when the entire test period of 84 days was considered. A model experiment was performed on rats to evaluate the effect of partial or total substitution of saccharose (S) and cellulose (C) by preparations of lactulose and inulin on the development and metabolism of the caecum. In the experimental diets given to rats for 4 weeks, the examined preparations were administered either with an equivalent amount of cellulose (each at 4% of the diet) or as sole source of dietary fibre at 8% of the diet. Compared to the saccharose group cellulose had no effect, and low doses of lactulose and inulin in the diet increased to a medium extent the weight of the caecum wall and caecal digesta. The addition of lactulose and inulin at 8% increased significantly the content of caecal digesta (4.62 and 4.11?g/100g BW, respectively) and the weight of the caecal wall (1.10 and 0.86?g/100g BW, respectively), compared to the groups with saccharose and cellulose (0.73, 0.90 and 0.24, 0.28?g/100g BW, respectively). Cellulose and cellulose partially-substituted with lactulose and inulin caused an increase in the dry matter content of caecal digesta (26.5–27.5%), compared to other groups (21.8–22.8%). The administration of lactulose and inulin preparations was accompanied by a significant drop in pH (5.47–5.81), compared to the groups with cellulose or saccharose (6.83–6.91), and a decrease in the ammonia concentration in the caecal digesta, compared to the cellulose control (0.27–0.40 and 0.62?mg/g, respectively). The group with 8% lactulose was characterized by the highest activities of microbiological α- and β-galactosidase and β-glucosidase in the caecal digesta. Cellulose and both preparations significantly decreased the activity of β-glucuronidase, compared to the saccharose group (0.39–0.89 and 1.52?U/g, respectively). The highest concentration of VFA in the caecal digesta was observed in the saccharose group (89.2?μmol/g), and the lowest concentration in the group where cellulose was totally substituted by lactulose and inulin (55.1 and 57.5?μmol/g, respectively). The total production of VFA in the caecum was fourfold higher with 8 % lactulose and inulin (254.7 and 236.4?μmol/100g BW, respectively) than in both controls groups (65.1 and 67.8?μmol/100g BW, respectively). The high dose of inulin and lactulose increased the share of propionic acid in the VFA profile (C2:C3:C4) compared to both control groups. When 4% inulin was added to the diet a significant increase of butyrate concentration in the caecum was observed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Inulin is a linear fructose polymer which may affect small intestinal physiology. The effects of dietary level of two inulin types on morphology, contractility and proinflammatory cytokine gene expression in the small intestine of piglets were investigated. Fifty six piglets were divided into seven groups fed diets without inulin addition or with 1%, 2% or 3% of inulin with an average degree of polymerisation of 10 (IN10) or 23 (IN23). All diets were offered from day 10 of life for 40 d. Feeding IN10 diets did not affect villous height to crypt depth ratio in the duodenum, while in the jejunum the 2% IN10 diet increased it as compared to other groups. Jejunal muscle contractions induced by electrical field stimulation were impaired by the 2% and 3% IN10 diets. The ileal expression of interleukin-12p40 was decreased by the 2% IN10 diet. There was no effect of IN23 level on villous height to crypt depth ratio in any segment of the small intestine as well as on jejunal motility. The 2% and 3% IN23 diets decreased the jejunal expression of tumour necrosis factor-α. In conclusion, IN10 is more active in the small intestine than IN23. At the 2% dietary level, it increases absorptive area in the jejunum, but may slightly impair smooth muscle contractions.  相似文献

目的:探讨乳果糖对烫伤大鼠白细胞介素-18 mRNA(IL-18 mRNA)介导的肺、肝、肾脏功能的影响。方法:将大鼠致30%体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤,随机分成2组(n=40):对照组(C组)和乳果糖预防组(L组)。用改良的鲎试验基质显色法定量分析循环内毒素-脂多糖(LPS)含量;采用逆转录PCR技术检测肺、肝、肾组织中IL-18 mRNA水平;用改良的方法检测肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性:使用7170型全自动生化分析仪测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)。结果:L组LPS含量伤后22、4 h显著低于C组(P〈0.05);伤后C组各时点肺、肝、肾组织中IL-18 mRNA表达较伤前增强(P〈0.01),伤后L组各脏器组织IL-18 mRNA表达明显低于C组(P〈0.05~0.01);L组伤后81、6 h MPO活性显著低于C组(P〈0.05~0.01);L组伤后2 h8、h1、6 h,ALT、AST、BUN、Cr明显低于C组(P〈0.05~0.01)。结论:烧伤早期循环LPS含量居高不下,肺、肝、肾等脏器IL-18 mRNA表达明显过度,其介导所致脏器的功能遭受严重损害,而经过乳果糖预处理可以在一定程度上保护肺、肝、肾等脏器功能。  相似文献

目的探讨乳果糖联合金双歧对肝硬化合并自发性腹膜炎(SBP)患者肠道微生态及黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月-2019年5月医院收治的60例肝硬化合并SBP患者,采用信封法将其分为常规组和联合组,各30例。常规组实施常规治疗,联合组在常规组基础上实施乳果糖联合金双歧治疗。采集两组患者粪便样本,采用Illumina Miseq测序平台检测并对比治疗前后两组患者肠道菌群多样性,并应用定量PCR技术检测肠道优势菌群相对量;采用口服糖分子探针乳果糖(LAC)、甘露醇(MAN)法评估治疗前后两组黏膜屏障功能的变化。结果治疗前两组多样性(Shannon)指数和丰富度(Chao)指数比较差异无统计学意义(均P0.05),治疗后联合组Shannon和Chao指数均高于常规组(均P0.05);治疗后联合组Shannon指数、Chao指数均高于治疗前(均P0.05),而常规组无变化(均P0.05)。治疗前2组乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠杆菌相对数量比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),治疗后联合组双歧杆菌相对数量高于常规组(P0.05),肠杆菌相对数量低于常规组(P0.05),乳杆菌相对数量无变化(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后联合组双歧杆菌相对数量增加(P0.05),肠杆菌减少(P0.05),乳杆菌无变化(P0.05);治疗前后常规组肠道优势菌群数量均无变化(均P0.05)。治疗前两组LAC、MAN排泄率及LAC/MAN比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),治疗后联合组LAC排泄率、LAC/MAN均低于常规组(均P0.05),MAN排泄率高于常规组(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组LAC排泄率、LAC/MAN均降低(均P0.05),联合组MAN排泄率升高(P0.05),常规组MAN排泄率无变化(P0.05)。两组临床疗效等级分布比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且联合组总有效率高于常规组(P0.05)。结论乳果糖联合金双歧辅助治疗肝硬化合并SBP,有助于调节肠道菌群,改善黏膜屏障功能。  相似文献
