A new type of fucose-containing glycolipid exhibiting blood group H activity was isolated from rat ascites hepatoma cell AH 7974F. As a result of studying its structure by partial acid hydrolysis, enzymatic degradation and immuno-precipitation reaction, the structure was tentatively proposed as Fuc(1 → 2)Gal(1 → 3)GalNAc(1 → 4)Gal(1 → 4)Glc(1 → 1)Cer.  相似文献

The synthesis and stability of 4-methylumbelliferyl (1 → 3)-β-D-pentaglucoside 3 are described. The (1 → 3)-β-D-glucan isolated from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was recovered from the aqueous medium as water-insoluble particles by the spray drying (GS) method. The acid-solubilized (1 → 3)-β-D-oligoglucosides were prepared by partial acid hydrolysis of glucan. The peracetylated (1 → 3)-β-D-pentaglucoside 1 was obtained by isolation of peracetylated (1 → 3)-β-D-oligoglucoside mixture. The peracetylated 4-methylumbelliferyl (1 → 3)-β-D-pentaglucoside 2 was synthesized by treating compound 1 with the 4-methylumbelliferone and a Lewis acid (SnCl4) catalyst. NaOMe in dry methanol was used for the deacetylation of the blocked derivative, to give the target compound 3 in an overall yield of 35%. Activity assays with β-glucosidase indicated that compound 3 was much more stable than the corresponding pentasaccharide.  相似文献

(1→3, 1→4)-β-Glucanase (EC 3.2.1.73), with a molecular weight of 34, 000 and an isoelectric point of 4.9, was purified to homogeneity from extracts of fresh rice bran. The enzyme specifically hydrolyzed (1→3, 1→4)-β-glucans such as barley β-glucan and lichenans, but laminarins and CM-cellulose were not substrates. Endproduct analysis using barley β-glucan as the substrate suggested that the enzyme is an endo-type (1→3, 1→4)-β-glucanase.  相似文献

Two new furostanol glycosides, trigofoenosides F and G, have been isolated as their methyl ethers from the methanolic extract of Trigonella foenum-graecum seeds (Leguminosae). The structures of the original glycosides have been determined as (25R)-furost-5-en-3β,22,26-triol, 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2)β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6)β-d-glucopyranoside; 26-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and (25R)-furost-5en-3β,22,26-triol, 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) [β-d-xylopyranosyl (1 → 4)]β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6)β-d-glucopyranoside; 26-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

The purified keratansulfate degrading enzyme from Eschericia freundii could hydrolyze desialyzed pig colonic mucin and milk oligosaccharides. Desialyzed pig colonic mucin was digested to produce GlcNAcβ(1→3)Gal, GlcNAc-6Sβ(1→3)Gal and resistant polymer. Lacto-N-tetraose and lacto-N-tetraitol were hydrolyzed endoglycosidically to release glucose and sorbitol, respectively. Therefore, this enzyme was found to be an endo-β-galactosidase of rather wide specificity.  相似文献

Besides spinatoside (3,6-dimethoxy-5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranuronide), three new flavonol glycosides have now been isolated from the polar fractions of the methanolic extract of Spinacia oleracea. They have been identified as patuletin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside, patuletin 3-O-β-gentiobioside and spinacetin 3-O-β-gentiobioside, respectively.  相似文献

From the leaves of Ziziphus spina-christi, the new flavonoid quercetin 3-xylosyl(1→2)rhamnoside-4′-rhamnoside as well as rutin, hyperin and quercitrin were characterized. The structures were established by chromatography, chemical degradation and UV spectroscopy, and confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

We investigated the structures of L-arabino-galactooligosaccharides released from the sugar moieties of a radish arabinogalactan-protein (AGP) by the action of exo-β-(1→3)-galactanase. We detected a series of neutral β-(1→6)-linked galactooligosaccharides forming branches of one to up to at least 19 consecutive Gal groups, together with corresponding acidic derivatives terminating in 4-O-methyl-glucuronic acid (4-Me-GlcA) at the non-reducing end. Some oligosaccharide chains of degree of polymerization (dp) higher than 3 for neutral, and 4 for acidic oligomers were modified with L-Araf residues. The acidic tetrasaccharide 4-Me-β-GlcA-(1→6)[α-L-Araf-(1→3)]-β-Gal-(1→6)-Gal was detected as an abundant L-Araf-containing oligosaccharide among these neutral and acidic oligomers. A pentasaccharide containing an additional L-Araf group attached to the L-Ara in the tetrasaccharide through an α-(1→5)-linkage was also found. We observed L-arabino-galactooligosaccharides substituted with single or disaccharide L-Araf units at different Gal residues along these neutral and acidic β-(1→6)-galactooligosaccharide chains, indicating that these side chains are highly variable in length and substituted variously with L-Araf residues.  相似文献

从青蕨根部的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到4个化合物。通过化学及波谱分析鉴定其结构为:saucerneol D(1),dehydrogoniothalamin(2),1-acetoxyl-2-piperonyl-6-[6-methoxyl-piperonyl]3,7-dioxabicyclo-[3,3,0]-octane(3) and 5,5′-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6,8,3″,3″-tetramethylpyran-(3′,4′)flavone-7-O-[β—D—apiofuranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)。其中化合物(4)为新化合物,化合物(1)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

4′-O-β-d-Glucopyranosyl-quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyra-noside (3) was isolated from Helminthostachys zeylanica root extract as a melanogenesis acceleration compound and was synthesized using rutin as the starting material. Related compounds were also synthesized to understand the structure–activity relationships in melanin biosynthesis.Melanogenesis activities of the glycosides were determined by measuring intracellular melanin content in B16 melanoma cells. Among the synthesized quercetin glycosides, quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and 3 showed more potent intracellular melanogenesis acceleration activities than theophyline used as positive control in a dose-dependent manner with no cytotoxic effect.  相似文献

From the methanolic extract of callus tissue of Rehmannia glutinosa four phenolic glycosides and one aliphatic glycoside were isolated. Two of the phenolic glycosides were identified as acteoside and forsythiaside and the structures of the other two were elucidated as 3,4-dihydroxy-β-phenethyl-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3) -4-0-calfeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside and 3,4-dihydroxy-β-phenethyl-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3) -0-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-4-0-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside.  相似文献

Two new triterpene saponins C and D have been isolated from the aerial parts of Polygala japonica Houtt. Their molecular formulas: C42H68O15 were structural isomers of each other. Acid hydrolysis of the two saponins all produced a sapogenin (2a, 3a, 24-trihydroxyo-lean-12-ene-28-oic acid) and D-glucoses. But only the saponin D could be hydrolyzed in the alkaline solution, the products were identical with those from acid hydrolysis. Their structures have been established by means of 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS as 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(l→2)β-D-glucopyranosyl] 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid, 28-O-[β-D-glucopy-ranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl] 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid.  相似文献

In addition to the known odorosides, the β-d-digitaloside and β-d-glucosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-digitaloside of uzarigenin were isolated from the root bark of Nerium odorum. Odoroside B was obtained in remarkably high yield among the digitoxigenin and uzarigenin glycosides. With the aid of polyamide column chromatography, oleandrigenin β-gentiobiosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-digitaloside ( = 16-O-acetylneogitostin) was isolated along with other oleandrigenin glycosides.  相似文献

(1→3)-β-D-glucan causes respiratory airway irritation as a biomarker for biological agents in indoor environments. We evaluated (1→3)-β-D-glucan levels in three microbiology laboratories every month for one year by applying a health risk assessment methodology and determined the associated environmental factors. In total, 192 samples were retrieved using a new, two-stage bioaerosol cyclone (BC 221) sampler. Analysis of (1→3)-β-D-glucan was performed using the kinetic Limulus amebocyte lysate assay. This study revealed that illumination was negatively correlated with (1→3)-β-D-glucan (r = ?0.206, p = 0.04) and that relative humidity and season were positively associated with (1→3)-β-D-glucan (p < 0.05). Among the environmental factors, season (particularly spring) was most significantly associated with (1→3)-β-D-glucan levels. Future studies regarding the relationship between (1→3)-β-D-glucan levels and other biological agents, including fungi, bacteria, endotoxin, and other environmental factors, should be assessed. The hazard quotient in summer is higher than the acceptable level of 1 for children if they stay in laboratories for 12 hours. Inhalation exposure to (1→3)-β-D-glucan by children in microbiology laboratories is thus not safe in summer.  相似文献

Two flavonol glycosides, unusual for the Gentianaceae, clovin and the new quercetin 3-O-rhamnosyl-(1 → 6)-(4″-trans-p-coumaroyl)galactoside 7-O-rhamnoside (4″-trans-p-coumaroylclovin) have been isolated from the aerial parts ofCoutoubea spicata. The bitter principles of C.spicata were identified as gentiopicrin and swertiamarin. 本文研究鹊肾树Streblus asper心材的乙酸乙酯部分化学成分及体外抗菌活性.运用正相硅胶柱色谱层析,反相C-18柱色谱层析和Sephadex LH-20分高、纯化,最终得到8个化合物,经波谱解析并结合理化鉴定确定化合物结构为:银杏双黄酮(1)、异黄酮-4′-甲氧基-7-α-L-鼠李糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖(2)、鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3)、β-香树脂酮(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、香革酸(6)、山俞酸(7)、二十六烷酸(8).除化合物5外,均为首次从该植物中提取到.此外研究了化合物1-4的抗菌活性,实验表明化合物2具有一定的抑菌活性.  相似文献

Two new pregnane ester glycosides designated as pallidine and pallidinine have been isolated from the dried twigs of Pergularia pallida. Chemical and spectroscopic evidences are consistent with the structure 12,20-di-O-benzoyl sarcostin-3-O-β-d-oleandroside and 12,20-di-O-benzoyl-sarcostin-3-O-β-d-cymaropyranosyl(1 → 4)-β-d-oleandropyranoside for pallidine and pallidinine respectively.  相似文献
