帕米尔木灵藓和细齿木灵藓（木灵藓科）的形态特征及其在中国的新分布

该文报道了采自新疆的木灵藓属中国2个新记录种——帕米尔木灵藓(Orthotrichum pamiricum)和细齿木灵藓(O.scanicum)。帕米尔木灵藓的识别特征为:叶尖钝,气孔隐型,多着生于孢蒴下部,外齿层齿片8对,干燥时蒴齿背曲,内齿层蒴条16,上部内曲;细齿木灵藓的识别特征为:叶尖部具细齿,气孔半隐型,蒴帽具分散的透明毛,内齿层和外齿层均16片,具8条黄色细沟,干燥时中部以上具沟。对这2种藓类的形态特征、生境和地理分布及与其相似种的形态学进行了比较分析,并绘制了每种的形态结构墨线图。木灵藓属植物在中国的新分布记录进一步表明,新疆地区富含生物多样性,并与中亚植物区系存在密切关系。

倒木是森林生态系统维持健康和更新的重要组成部分, 在倒木不同腐解阶段, 倒木上定植的苔藓植物组合的差异尚不清楚。为深入探讨倒木上苔藓植物组合变化规律及其影响因素, 该文对西藏色季拉山同一地点不同腐解程度的4株华山松(Pinus armandii)倒木上的苔藓植物进行了样方调查和数据分析。结果表明: 4株倒木上40个样方共有苔藓植物22科52种, 其中藓类13科38种, 苔类9科14种; 以恒有优势种为特征进行划分, 共得到14个物种组合。随着倒木腐解程度加大以及周围环境的不断改变, 生长其上的苔藓植物物种多样性逐渐增加, 但组合数量和苔藓总盖度却呈现先增大后减小的趋势。苔藓物种由耐旱性强的丛生型藓类, 如木灵藓科、白发藓科, 逐渐演替为喜阴湿环境、快速生长的垫状或毯状藓类, 如提灯藓科、羽藓科和青藓科。倒木苔藓植物组合空间结构复杂程度逐渐增大。倒木是多种苔藓植物选择的重要生长基质, 其上苔藓植物受倒木的腐解程度、水分和光照等条件的影响而发生相应的物种组合变化。

中国丛本藓属的订正

研究了我国南北各地的丛本藓属标本３２６号,借阅了美国纽约植物标本馆（ＮＹ）,芬兰赫尔辛基大学标本馆（Ｈ）及日本服部植物研究所标本馆（ＮＩＣＨ）的有关本属藓类各种的原模式标本（Ｈｏｌｏｔｙｐｅ）等模式标本（Ｓｙｎｔｙｐｅ）及后选模式（Ｌｅｃｔｏｔｙｐｅ）,据模式特征,重新订正了本属各种及中国各地标本,将原定名为绿丛本藓（Ａｎｏｅｃｔａｎｇｉｕｍｅｕｃｈｌｏｒｏｎ（Ｓｃｈｗａｅｇｒ．）Ｍｉｔｔ）改为丛     

新疆木灵藓科植物的初步研究

在研究标本和文献的基础上,报道了新疆产木灵藓科植物３属１４种,即：瓶藓属Ａｍｐｈｉｄｕｉｍ（１种）,木棂藓属Ｏｒｔｈｏｔｒｉｃｈｕｍ（１２种）和木衣藓属Ｄｒｕｍｍｏｎｄｉａ,对它们的生境、识别特征和地理分布作了初步讨论,并编制了新疆木灵藓科植物的分属、分种检索表。     

中国青藓科研究研究资料（Ⅱ）

根据Ｊｏｓ．Ｇｉｒａｌｄｉ １８９０至１８９６年在中国陕西省采集的青藓属标本１３份,１８９６至１８９８年Ｃａｒｏｌｏ Ｍｕｅｌｌｅｒ发表了青藓属的１３个新种。笔者向佛罗伦萨大学植物标本馆借阅了上述类群的标本,其中主模式标本９份,等模式标本３份和由Ｃ．Ｍｕｅｌｌｅｒ鉴定的标本１份。经过对这些标本逐一鉴定并进行形态性状的测量,本文订正了部分学名,提出了３个新异名,１个新组合。     

中国青藓科新资料(英文)

Orthotrichum patens Bruch & Brid. (Bryophyta,Orthotrichaceae) in Suffolk and Derbyshire,another epiphytic moss new to Britain

Orthotrichum patens is reported new to Britain from two sites in the counties of Suffolk and Derbyshire. Previous reports of this species in Britain are thought to be based on O. affine; they date from the nineteenth century at a time when the structure of the stomata was not recognised as significant. Orthotrichum patens is described and illustrated, and its diagnostic characters are discussed. Some comments are included on changes in the epiphytic bryophyte flora in Britain in recent decades.     

Orthotrichum dentatum T.Kiebacher & Lüth sp. nov. (Orthotrichaceae)

A new species of Orthotrichum, O. dentatum T.Kiebacher & Lüth, is described from the European Alps. The new species belongs to the subgenus Pulchella (Schimp.) Vitt, section Diaphana Vent. Orthotrichum dentatum is similar to O. schimperi Hammar but differs from the latter in that it features a hairy calyptra, denticulate to dentate leaf apices and strongly keeled leaves. Orthotrichum dentatum grows as an epiphyte on a variety of deciduous trees. So far, the new species has only been found in Italy and Switzerland.     

Molecular studies resolve Nyholmiella (Orthotrichaceae) as a separate genus

Two Orthotrichum species of the subgenus Orthophyllum were compared with other representatives of this genus using internally transcribed spacer regions 1 and 2, the chloroplast trn H-psbA region, and inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and intron-exon splice conjunction (ISJ) markers. The ISSR and ISJ markers used revealed many bands and mutations specific only to O. Gymnostomum and O. Obtusifolium. Phylogenetic analysis clearly supported previous concepts postulating that species of the subgenus Orthophyllum should be recognized as the separate genus Nyholmiella.

采用徒手切片法对新疆木灵藓属(Orthotrichum Hedw.)18种植物孢蒴上的气孔、茎和叶进行了比较解剖学观察。研究结果表明,木灵藓属植物茎横切结构形状稳定,由表皮和皮层组成,无中轴细胞分化;除半裸木灵藓(Orthotrichum hallii Sull.et Lesq.)外,其它种叶上部均为单层细胞;叶中部边缘外卷,叶细胞具有高度不同的分叉疣或单疣。在确定气孔显、隐型的基础上,茎和叶横切面的颜色、茎表皮和皮层细胞组成及细胞壁加厚程度、叶细胞疣的高度、叶中肋横切面的形状、中肋的宽度、细胞组成以及芽孢形态等特征可作为该属种间分类的依据。还根据18种木灵藓属植物孢蒴上的气孔显、隐型,及茎、叶的比较解剖学特征,编制了新疆木灵藓属植物的分种检索表。

卷叶木灵藓Orthotrichum revolutum(Orthotrichaceae,Bryophyta),一个中国特有藓类在123年之后的重新发现

卷叶木灵藓(Orthotrichum revolutum)是一种中国特有藓类植物,自从123年前的首次采集之后再也没有被发现过。本文增加了一个新地点,即北京百花山自然保护区。这份标本在形态上与模式十分一致。本文第一次提供了卷叶木灵藓的详细的形态照片和地理分布图。四个来自中国甘肃、新疆以及境外日本和吉尔吉斯斯坦的记录都被证实是错误鉴定。我们还讨论了该种和邻近种的区别,以及野外濒危等级的重新评估。

A peculiar new Orthotrichum species (Orthotrichaceae, Bryopsida) from central Argentina

A new epiphytic Orthotrichum species ( Orthotrichum spiculatum F. Lara, Garilleti & Mazimpaka sp. nov. ) is described from the sierra of Córdoba (Argentina). The new species has most of the characteristics of subgenus Pulchella (Schimp.) Vitt, but it is unique because of having eight exostome teeth pairs and 16 broad, strongly papillose endostome segments.
