In each of 2 experiments, 200 laying birds of the Harco strain were used to determine the effects of increasing amounts of dietary palm kernel meal (PKM) on egg production rate and egg quality. The results show that up to 40% of PKM can be included in diets for layers without any adverse effects on performance or egg quality. As the proportion of PKM increased beyond 40%, there was a significant drop in egg production (P < 0.05), egg weight (P < 0.01), feed intake (P < 0.01) and feed conversion efficiency (P < 0.01). The cost of feed required to produce 1 kg of eggs was reduced by feeding with PKM. Diets containing 50–70% of PKM caused the production of very watery faeces. It is recommended that the maximum level of inclusion of PKM in the diet of laying birds should be 40%.  相似文献

Glycerolysis of palm and palm kernel oils were conducted using a commercial 1,3-specific lipase from Humicola lanuginosa (trade name: SP 398) as catalyst (500 units lipase g–1 oil) at 40°C and oil:glycerol (1:2 mol mol–1) in a solvent-free system. After 24 h, the glycerolysis products of palm and palm kernel oils consisted of 23% triacylglycerols, 18% monoacylglycerols, 38% diacylglycerols and 18% triacylglycerols, 31% monoacylglycerols, 42% diacylglycerols, respectively. The monoacylglycerol fraction of the glycerolysis product of palm oil was enriched in oleic acid. Palmitic acid content of the monoacylglycerol fraction of the same product was less than that of the original oil. Under the same conditions, monacylglycerol fraction of the palm kernel oil glycerolysis product was enriched in palmitic, stearic and oleic acids.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to determine the effects of variety and storage duration on the nutrient digestibility and the digestible (DE) and metabolisable (ME) energy content in maize when fed to growing pigs. Four maize varieties (LS1, LS2, LS3 and LS4) were hand-harvested from the same growing area in China in early October of 2012. The samples were sun dried to about 14% moisture content and then stored in the warehouse of the Fengning Pig Experiment Base at China Agricultural University for 0, 3 or 10 months. Twenty-four barrows of about 33 kg body weight were used and allotted to a completely randomised block design with four diets and six replicate pigs per diet. Pigs were individually housed in metabolic crates. The four experimental diets were formulated by mixing 96.8% of each variety of maize with 3.2% vitamins and minerals. A 5-day collection period followed a 7-day diet acclimation period. The results indicated that the DE and ME contents of maize and the apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of organic matter (OM), dry matter, gross energy (GE), neutral detergent fibre, acid detergent fibre (ADF), crude protein (CP) and ether extract (EE) were significantly (p < 0.05) influenced by maize variety and storage duration. With an extension of storage duration from 0 to 10 months, the DE and ME of maize and the ATTD of OM, GE, ADF, CP and EE changed in a quadratic manner (p < 0.05), and 3 months of storage exceeded 0 months of storage by 1.84%, 1.43%, 0.31%, 0.32%, 15.37%, 2.11% and 5.02%, respectively. The DE, ME of maize and the ATTD of OM, GE, ADF, CP and EE decreased by 3.67%, 6.00%, 0.97%, 1.40%, 30.54%, 3.92% and 20.93%, respectively, at 10 months of storage compared to 3 months of storage. No interaction was observed between maize variety and storage duration in DE and ME contents in maize. In conclusion, under the conditions of this study, most of the nutrient digestibility and the DE and ME contents of maize increased from 0 to 3 months and decreased from 3 to 10 months.  相似文献

Palm and palm kernel oils were reacted with glycerol using a 1,3-positional specific commercial lipase from Rhizopus delemar, Lipase D Amano 100 (40°C, 500 Units lipase/g oil) in the absence of solvent. After 24 h, partial acylglycerols contents of the glycerolysis products of palm and palm kernel oils were 66% (w/w) and 64% (w/w), respectively. The highest monoacylglycerols content (30% w/w) was obtained in the glycerolysis product of palm oil. Lipase showed selectivity in glycerolysis on saturated fatty acids, especially for palmitic and stearic acids.  相似文献

Testes from nine male Malin × Santa-Ines rams with an average body weight of 43.1 ± 3.53 kg, were used to study the effects of palm kernel cake (PKC) based diet on spermatogenic cells and to assess copper (Cu) levels in liver, testis and plasma in sheep. Animals were divided into three groups and randomly assigned three dietary treatments using restricted randomization of body weight in completely randomized design. The dietary treatments were 60% palm kernel cake plus 40% oil palm frond (PKC), 60% palm kernel cake plus 40% oil palm frond supplemented with 23 mg/kg dry matter of molybdenum as ammonium molybdate [(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O] and 600 mg/kg dry matter of sulphate as sodium sulphate [Na2SO4] (PKC-MS) and 60% concentrate of corn-soybean mix  +  40% oil palm frond (Control), the concentrate was mixed in a ratio of 79% corn, 20% soybean meal and 1% standard mineral mix. The results obtained showed that the number of spermatogonia, spermatocytes, spermatids and Leydig cells were not significantly different among the three treatment groups. However, spermatozoa, Sertoli cells and degenerated cells showed significant changes, which, may be probably due to the Cu content in PKC. Liver and testis Cu levels in the rams under PKC diet was found to be significantly higher (P < 0.05) than rams in Control and PKC-MS diets. Plasma Cu levels showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) at the end of the experiment as compared to at the beginning of the experiment for PKC and Control. In conclusion, spermatogenesis is normal in rams fed the diet without PKC and PKC supplemented with Mo and S. However spermatogenesis was altered in the PKC based diet probably due to the toxic effects of Cu and the significant changes in organs and plasma. Thus, Mo and S play a major role in reducing the accumulation of Cu in organs.  相似文献

In a model system medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA) C6–C12 in coconut and palm kernel oil are converted to methyl ketones, one carbon atom less than the parent fatty acids, by two strains of Penicillium crustosum Thom. Conversion rates of up to 32% were seen for decanoic acid at 25°C. The optimum temperature for ketone production was 25°C in liquid suspension culture. Coconut oil contains 3.23 mmol/g MCFAs compared with 2.34 mmol/g for palm kernel oil. Coconut oil is more prone to fungal spoilage (growth and ketone production) than palm kernel oil. The main end product of fermentation was 2-undecanone reflecting the high concentration of dodecanoic acid in the substrates. Ketonic rancidity is fungal engendered. The reaction can be controlled by reducing the temperature (4°C), reducing the water activity (0.91) or by addition of sorbic acid (20 mmol/l).  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine the content of digestible energy (DE) and metabolisable energy (ME) as well as the apparent ileal digestibility (AID) and standardised ileal digestibility (SID) of amino acids in peanut meal (PNM) for growing pigs. In Experiment 1, 78 growing pigs (46.8 ± 2.6 kg) were randomly allotted to 1 of 13 diets, including a corn–soya bean meal basal diet and 12 PNM test diets. In Experiment 2, 12 growing barrows (48.7 ± 2.8 kg) were allotted to one of two 6 × 6 Latin squares. The treatments include a N-free diet and 10 PNM test diets. The results of Experiment 1 showed that the DE and ME differed (p < 0.05) among the 12 PNM samples. On a dry matter basis, the DE and ME content ranged from 14.5 to 16.4 MJ/kg (mean 15.6 MJ/kg) and from 12.7 to 15.5 MJ/kg (mean 13.9 MJ/kg), respectively. The apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of gross energy (GE) was 82.2%. The DE of PNM could be precisely predicted by equations including NDF combined with GE or crude protein (CP) with an R2 value of 0.91 and 0.92, respectively. For the AID and SID for lysine, the results of Experiment 2 indicated variations among PNM sources ranging from 59.6% to 76.7% and 64.8% to 80.9%, respectively. However, for CP, variations for AID and SID were lower and ranged from 70.2% to 81.9% and 75.7% to 85.6%, respectively. The results indicate that the concentration of lysine was the best single predictor to estimate the digestibility of amino acids. However, further work is needed to investigate the reason for the variation in the digestibility of lysine and avoid processing procedures that are detrimental to lysine digestibility.  相似文献

Digestibility trials of 23 pelleted diets, with one or two ingredients and having 8.7–53.5% acid detergent fibre (ADF) on a dry matter (DM) basis, were carried out in adult rabbits fed ad libitum. Using a step-wise linear regression approach, the relationship between the digestible energy content (DE) or the coefficient of digestibility of gross energy (dGE) and the chemical composition of diets was established. Excluding beet pulp, with a very high crude fibre digestibility (54.8%), the prediction equations obtained were: DE (MJ kg−1 DM) = 14.2 − 0.205 ADF + 0.218 EE + 0.057 CP (R2 = 0.965, RSD = 0.494) and dGE (%) = 83.2 − 1.07 ADF (R2 = 0.951, RSD = 3.15) where ADF, ether extract (EE) and crude protein (CP) are expressed as a percentage on a DM basis. When diets with level of EE or CP higher than 6% or 18% respectively (grape marc, olive oil cake, brewer's grains, sunflower meal) were also removed, the prediction equations became: DE = 15.9 − 0.219 ADF (R2 = 0.974, RSD = 0.391) and dGE = 85.6 − 1.20 ADF (R2 = 0.977, RSD = 2.02). The contents in DE, digestible crude protein and undigestible crude fibre of 21 ingredients are presented and discussed in comparison with other studies.  相似文献

Nutritional values of sugarcane products in local Caribbean growing pigs   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A total of 24 castrated male Creole were used for digestibility studies on three sugarcane (SC) products: final molasses, SC juice and ground SC. Digestibility of macronutrients were determined in three consecutive experimental trials between 35 and 60 kg BW. The first trial measured the effect of a constant rate of incorporation of those SC products in a control diet (23% on a dry matter (DM) basis) on digestibility of energy and nutrients. The second and the third trials were designed to determine the effects of increasing rates of inclusion of SC juice and ground SC in the control diet on the digestibility of nutrients and energy. The DM content of molasses, SC juice and ground SC were 74.3%, 19.3% and 25.8%, respectively. Free sugar contents were 73.8%, 81.6% and 51.5% of DM for molasses, SC juice and ground SC, respectively. In contrast with molasses and SC juice, NDF content of ground SC was very high (40.3% DM). Energy digestibility coefficients (DC) were 99.0% and 83.6% for SC juice and molasses, respectively. For ground SC, amounts and composition of intakes differed from feed allowance as a consequence of chewing-then-spitting out most of the fibrous contents of ground SC. Expressed as a percentage of energy intake and energy allowance, DC of energy for ground SC were 68.6% and 31.9%, respectively. On an intake basis, digestible energy (DE) and metabolisable energy (ME) values were higher for SC juice (17.3 and 17.2 MJ/kg DM, respectively) than for molasses (13.1 and 12.6 MJ/kg DM, respectively) or ground SC (12.3 and 11.8 MJ/kg DM, respectively). On an allowance basis, the corresponding values for ground SC were only 5.7 and 5.6 MJ/kg DM, respectively. The gradual inclusion rate of SC juice in the diet up to 66% resulted in a linear increase of the DC of the diet organic matter and energy (P < 0.001) by 0.10% per 1% in SC juice DM. On the other hand, the partial substitution of the control diet by ground SC up to 74% resulted in a linear (P < 0.05) reduction of digestibility of nutrients and energy. Each 1% increase of ground SC incorporation rate resulted in a 0.13% and 0.61% linear decrease of DC of the energy, expressed as a percentage of energy intake or energy allowance, respectively. In conclusion, our study provides updated energy values of SC products usable as energy sources for feeding pigs.  相似文献

The present study aimed to determine the nutrient and energy content of fresh and ensiled grape pomace (GP) from different grape varieties originating from Germany, and to estimate the feed value of dried white, dried red and ensiled white GP by calculating nutrient digestibility and the content of metabolisable energy (ME) and net energy lactation (NEL) measured in sheep as a ruminant model. GP from red cultivars had higher contents of organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fibre (CF), total phenolic contents (TPC) and ME, whereas the concentrations of ash and sugar were lower than from white cultivars. Compared with untreated GP, ensiled GP had increased concentrations of CP (+19%), ether extract (EE; +23%) and CF (+12%) and a higher ME content (+7%) and markedly decreased concentrations of sugar (?99.6%) and TPC (?48%). The concentrations of dry matter, OM and ash were not different between ensiled and fresh GP. Compared with dried GP, ensiled GP had a higher nutrient digestibility (OM, +32%; CP, +43%; CF, +46%; neutral detergent fibre [NDF], +54%; acid detergent fibre [ADF], +69%) and higher energy values (ME, +16%; NEL, +19%). The digestibility of OM, CP, EE and CF and the energy content were higher for dried red than for dried white GP, whereas the digestibility of NDFOM and ADFOM was lower for dried red than dried white GP. In conclusion, the results show that both red and white GP are suitable dietary sources for enrichment with TPC. Furthermore, compared with drying ensiling of GP improves the feeding value of GP and is a good possibility of preserving the seasonally produced by-product of winemaking for ruminant feeding.  相似文献

The aim of the experiment on 180 weaned piglets (8.9 kg body weight) was to investigate the influence of high fibre diets formulated with different fibrous ingredients on performance, nutrient digestibility, diarrhoea incidence and numbers of faecal microbiota. The dietary treatments included a Control diet and five high fibre diets formulated with different fibre sources including wheat bran, soybean hulls, naked oat hulls, palm kernel expeller and bamboo fibre. The high fibre diets averaged 14.6% neutral detergent fibre with different non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) components and were fed ad libitum for 28 d. Faecal samples were collected during the last 3 d of the experiment and the apparent total tract digestibility of nutrients and fibre components were determined. Pigs fed the Control and wheat bran diets had a higher (≤ 0.05) average daily gain (ADG) than pigs fed the palm kernel expeller and bamboo meal diets. The reduced ADG for pigs appeared to be related to reductions in the digestibility of gross energy and dry matter, respectively. The feed-to-gain ratio was significantly higher (≤ 0.05) for pigs fed the fibre diets. The digestibility of NSP components was different among the treatments. The diarrhoea incidence was not affected by treatments. The abundance of faecal bifidobacteria was significantly higher (≤ 0.05) for pigs fed the wheat bran diet than for pigs fed the bamboo meal diet. It was concluded that the diets formulated with different fibre sources when fed to weaned piglets have different effects on pig performance, nutrient digestibility and numbers of faecal microbiota. The wheat bran diet rich in arabinoxylans enabled a better performance than the other tested diets with fibre addition.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the digestible (DE) and metabolisable energy (ME), apparent (AID) and standardised ileal digestibility (SID) of amino acids (AA) in yeast extract (YE) and spray-dried porcine plasma (SDPP). In Experiment 1, 18 barrows (25.1 ± 1.2 kg body weight [BW]) were randomly allotted to three treatments with six replicates per treatment. The DE and ME of YE was 20.64 and 19.31 MJ/kg, respectively, which were not significantly different with the DE and ME of SDPP (18.74 and 18.05 MJ/kg, respectively). In Experiment 2, six barrows (20.6 ± 2.6 kg BW) fitted with ileal T-cannulas were fed three diets in a repeated 3-period Latin square design. For Met and Glu, the AID tended to be, while the SID was significantly higher (< 0.05), in YE than in SDPP. The AID of Cys tended to be lower in YE (p = 0.07), while the SID of Phe tended to be higher in YE than in SDPP (p = 0.06). Accordingly, YE could be a potential substitute for SDPP as a superior protein ingredient in diets for pigs in terms of the available energy and AA digestibility.  相似文献

Twenty healthy growing male kids (Sannen × Beetal and Alpine × Beetal) of 2–3 months of age, weighing 12 ± 0.61 kg, were randomly assigned to one to four dietary treatments in a 2 × 2 factorial design. Two types of isonitrogenous and isocaloric concentrate mixtures were fed to kids in four treatments being: untreated mustard cake, untreated mustard cake with molasses, formaldehyde treated mustard cake and formaldehyde treated mustard cake with molasses. Both concentrate mixtures were similar in composition with the only difference in RDP and UDP due to replacement of untreated mustard cake by formaldehyde (FA) treated mustard cake. Kids were fed concentrate and forage (berseem hay:wheat straw = 2:1) in a 50:50 ratio. A metabolism experiment of 7 days duration was conducted before the end of the experiment. Kids were housed in individual pens and fed experimental diets for 120 days. No differences occurred in digestibility of DM, OM, CP and NDFom, but ether extract digestion in kids fed FA treated mustard cake was higher (P<0.05). Supplementation of molasses increased apparent nutrient digestibility, without influencing digestion of CP and NDFom. Intake of DM, CP and ME did not differ among treatments. The CP content of the diet actually consumed that was supplemented with molasses was lower (P<0.01), with a higher (P<0.01) ME content, without influence of FA treatment on nutritive level of the diet consumed. N balance was higher (P<0.01) in kids fed FA treated MC and supplemental molasses. Microbial protein yield, calculated from purine derivatives excreted in urine, was similar among treatments. The DM intake in the growth experiment was higher by feeding both FA treated MC and molasses. Average daily gain was influenced by feeding FA treated MC, without any effect of supplemental molasses on growth rate of the kids. The higher DM intake and improved growth rate in kids fed FA treated MC resulted better feed efficiency. Higher UDP intake improved growth performance in kids and supplementation of molasses, with or without ruminal escape CP, has no added advantage.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to determine the chemical composition, energy content and amino acid digestibility for corn gluten meals (CGM) and to develop prediction equations for estimating energy content and amino acid digestibility for growing pigs based on the chemical characteristics of these meals. The 15 CGM tested were obtained from seven Chinese companies. Experiment 1 was conducted to determine the digestible (DE) and metabolisable energy (ME) of the 15 CGM. The 18 growing barrows (38 ± 4 kg) were assigned to three 6 × 6 Latin square designs. The 15 CGM test diets were formulated to contain 19.20% CGM, which replaced 20% of the energy supplied by corn and crystalline amino acid in the basal diet. Experiment 2 was conducted to determine the apparent (AID) and standardised (SID) ileal digestibility of the crude protein (CP) and amino acids in the 15 CGM using chromic oxide as an inert marker. The 18 growing barrows (25 ± 2 kg) fitted with a simple T-cannula were assigned to three 6 × 6 Latin square designs. The 15 test diets contained 35% of one of the 15 CGM as the sole source of amino acids in the diet. The results showed a considerable variation in the chemical composition of CGM within and among plants. On dry matter basis, the DE and ME content of the CGM ranged from 18.8 to 21.0 MJ/kg and from 18.0 to 19.9 MJ/kg, respectively. There were no significant differences in the AID and SID for CP, arginine, lysine, glycine and proline among the 15 CGM, however, for all the other amino acids, significant differences were found for their AID and SID. With R 2 values exceeding 0.50, the DE of CGM can be predicted accurately from CP and fibre content and ME from starch and fibre content. Suitable prediction equations for SID of methionine were also developed.  相似文献

Medium chain glycerides (MCGs) containing C8:0 and C10:0 fatty acids is very much important for medicinal and nutritional applications. Coconut and palm kernel fatty acid distillates (FADs) can be utilized to produce MCGs by a combination of lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis and esterification reactions. The neutral glycerides present in coconut and palm kernel FADs are hydrolyzed by Candida rugosa lipase. The hydrolysates were then subjected to steam distillation under vacuum (at 120–140 °C) to get fractions rich in medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs). The fractions, from coconut and palm kernel FADs (75.2 and 76.2% MCFAs, respectively), were esterified with Rhizomucor miehei (Lipozyme RM IM) lipase to produce MCGs. Products from coconut FAD contained 64.7–67.5% diacylglycerol (DG), followed by 18.8–22.9% monoacylglycerol (MG) and 9.8–9.3% triacylglycerol (TG). Similarly, products from palm kernel FAD contained 63.5–66.7% DG, 19.1–23.6% MG and 9.5–10.1% TG.  相似文献

The synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) by Pseudomonas putida PGA1, using saponified palm kernel oil (SPKO), was investigated. The PHA produced from SPKO was compared with those produced by the major free fatty acids found in the palm kernel oil. Owing to the absence of lipase activity in P.␣putida, palm kernel oil did not support cell growth. However, SPKO could support cell growth and produced relatively high yield of both dry cells and PHA. The polyester produced was similar in properties to those derived from lauric (C12:0) and myristic (C14:0) acids, while oleic acid (C18:1) gave rise to PHA that was sticky and of broader molecular mass distribution. Nuclear magnetic resonance and gas chromatography showed that these PHA were copolymers consisting mainly of n-alkanoate monomers ranging from C6 to C14, with C8 as the predominant component. PHA derived from SPKO and oleic acid also contained a small amount of unsaturated monomers. Received: 25 March 1996 / Received last revision: 30 September 1996 / Accepted: 18 October 1996  相似文献

Oil palm trunks are a possible lignocellulosic source for ethanol production. Low enzymatic digestibility of this type of material (11.9% of the theoretical glucose yield) makes pretreatment necessary. An enzymatic digestibility of 95.4% with insoluble solids recovery of 49.8% was achieved after soaking shredded oil palm trunks in ammonia under optimum conditions (80 °C, 1:12 solid-to-liquid ratio, 8 h and 7% (w/w) ammonia solution). Treatment with 60 FPU of commercial cellulase (Accellerase 1000) per gram of glucan and fermentation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae D5A resulted in an ethanol concentration of 13.3 g/L and an ethanol yield of 78.3% (based on the theoretical maximum) after 96 h. These results indicate that oil palm trunks are a biomass feedstock that can be used for bioethanol production.  相似文献

An economically viable procedure for the isolation and purification of d-mannose from palm kernel was developed in this research. The palm kernel was catalytically hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid at 100 °C and then fermented by mannan-degrading enzymes. The solution after fermentation underwent filtration in a silica gel column, desalination by ion-exchange resin, and crystallization in ethanol to produce pure d-mannose in a total yield of 48.4% (based on the weight of the palm kernel). Different enzymes were investigated, and the results indicated that endo-β-mannanase was the best enzyme to promote the hydrolysis of the oligosaccharides isolated from the palm kernel. The pure d-mannose sample was characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

Twenty-five pregnant Red Sokoto goats (average liveweight, 33.14 ± 1.75 kg) were used from the last month of pregnancy until 118 day of lactation to evaluate the effect of varying the level of palm (Elaeis guineensis, Jacq.) oil (PO) in concentrate supplement on lactation performance. The goats were fed one of five iso-nitrogenous (16% CP) supplements containing 0% PO (control), 4% PO, 8% PO, 12% PO or 16% PO to a basal diet of Wooly finger grass (Digitaria smutsii, Stent) hay. Average consumption of concentrate was 400 g/goat/day, representing 48% of total dry matter intake. Daily dry matter intake decreased linearly with increasing levels of palm oil. The 4% PO concentrate elicited the highest milk production and was the most cost-effective, while improving daily milk production by 29% compared with the control. Milk composition and postpartum weight changes of the goats were not significantly affected by the concentrate supplements but milk fat percent was generally increased by inclusion level of palm oil in the supplement. It is concluded from this study that the concentrate supplement containing 4% palm oil can increase milk yield in Red Sokoto goats without adversely affecting dry matter intake.  相似文献

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) crops are expanding rapidly in the tropics, with implications for the global carbon cycle. Little is currently known about soil organic carbon (SOC) dynamics following conversion to oil palm and virtually nothing for conversion of grassland. We measured changes in SOC stocks following conversion of tropical grassland to oil palm plantations in Papua New Guinea using a chronosequence of plantations planted over a 25‐year period. We further used carbon isotopes to quantify the loss of grassland‐derived and gain in oil palm‐derived SOC over this period. The grassland and oil palm soils had average SOC stocks of 10.7 and 12.0 kg m?2, respectively, across all the study sites, to a depth of 1.5 m. In the 0–0.05 m depth interval, 0.79 kg m?2 of SOC was gained from oil palm inputs over 25 years and approximately the same amount of the original grass‐derived SOC was lost. For the whole soil profile (0–1.5 m), 3.4 kg m?2 of SOC was gained from oil palm inputs with no significant losses of grass‐derived SOC. The grass‐derived SOC stocks were more resistant to decrease than SOC reported in other studies. Black carbon produced in grassfires could partially but not fully account for the persistence of the original SOC stocks. Oil palm‐derived SOC accumulated more slowly where soil nitrogen contents where high. Forest soils in the same region had smaller carbon stocks than the grasslands. In the majority of cases, conversion of grassland to oil palm plantations in this region resulted in net sequestration of soil organic carbon.  相似文献
