The insecticide resistance status of the German cockroach, Blattella germanica (L.), against permethrin was evaluated with three different bioassay methods. The LT50 and KT50 in adults were measured by glass jar test, the LT50 and KT50 in nymphs were assessed by glass petri dish-test, and the LD50 in adults and nymphs was measured by topical application. The results indicate that in all three bioassays, cockroaches showed different degrees of resistance to permethrin. Resistance ratios of 6.7-, 12.8-, and 7.5-fold for KT50, LD50, and LT50, respectively, were obtained for adult cockroaches compared with those from a susceptible strain. Similarly, resistance ratio values of 17-fold for KT50, 8-fold for LD50, and 6.4-fold for LT50 were obtained for nymphs compared with those from a susceptible strain. Although both adults and nymphs exhibited a similar level of susceptibility to permethrin, adults showed a higher degree of susceptibility to topical application than to the other exposure method. The order of sensitivity (based on resistance ratio values) was topical application (LD50) > LT50 > KT50 in adults. For nymphs, the resistance ratio in the knockdown test was higher than in other tests (resistance ratio = 17-fold). Therefore, the order of test sensitivity based on comparisons of resistance ratio values was KT50 > topical application (LD50) > LT50 in nymphs. Topical application exhibited a higher sensitivity than the LT and KT methods in adults. Thus, the results suggest that topical application and knockdown testing methods are the most sensitive assays for measuring resistance of adult and nymphal German cockroaches, respectively, to permethrin.  相似文献

Susceptibility to deltamethrin of 10 strains of the German cockroach, Blattella germanica (L.), trapped in hotel kitchens in Singapore was determined. Two resistance detection bioassay methods (topical application and World Health Organization glass jar method) were compared. Resistance ratios based on 50% knockdown, obtained by comparison with the S strain, ranged from 17.7 to 4,235 for topical application and from 2.2 to 22 for the glass jar method. A field strain, with consistently low resistance ratios (topical method = 17.7, glass jar method = 2.2), was identified as a potential field strain to be used as a baseline for comparison with other field strains. Resistance ratios for the other field strains obtained by comparison with the R5 strain ranged from 24.5 to 239 for topical application and from 1.2 to 9.8 for the glass jar method. The results of our study demonstrate that deltamethrin-resistant German cockroaches are numerous in Singapore. Comparison between the two bioassay methods showed that there was significant correlation between KD50 and KT50 values. The glass jar method is similar to field situations but topical application is sensitive enough to define the magnitude of resistance. Differences between the two detection bioassays and the factors governing the choice of bioassay in monitoring resistance in German cockroaches are discussed.  相似文献

For the German cockroach, Blattella germanica L. (Dictyoptera: Blattellidae), the permethrin resistance ratio (RR) was assessed by topical application and by tarsal contact tests, using first-instar nymphs of five strains from Tehran, Iran. Each test was replicated three or four times with 10 nymphs aged 2-3 days; mortality was scored 24h post-treatment. The reference susceptible strain showed LD50 permethrin 0.0175 microl/nymph from topical application, KT50 of 8.41 min and LT50 of 12.82 following tarsal contact with permethrin 15 mg/m2. In four wild strains (F1 generation) the RR varied from 4.14 to 4.7 for mortality after topical application, from 4.2 to 6.45 for mortality and 17-27 for knockdown following tarsal contact tests. Hence, overall knockdown results gave much higher RRs than for mortality data. Resistance ratios based on both methods of treatment were very similar: one strain showed a slightly higher value by topical application (RR 4.6 vs. 4.2, i.e. 1.1-fold difference) whereas the other three strains gave slightly greater RR (1.2-1.4 fold) by tarsal contact. Resistance was abolished by cotreatment with the synergist piperonyl butoxide plus permethrin (ratio 3:1 required for full efficacy), indicating that mixed-function oxidases were inhibited as a major metabolic pathway in all four resistant strains.  相似文献

Glue that contained an insecticide was evaluated for its ability to yield useful toxicological data for German cockroaches, Blattella germanica (L.). Toxicities of three classes of insecticides were evaluated by topical applications (LD50) and exposure to insecticide-impregnated glue (LC50). Cockroaches that were resistant to topical insecticide applications were also resistant to the glue formulation. Reliability was greatest when mortality was scored 40 to 48 h after the cockroaches were placed on the glue. This method should be adaptable for insecticide resistance monitoring of German cockroaches.  相似文献

The toxicity of spinosad was determined in one susceptible and five insecticide-resistant laboratory strains of house fly, Musca domestica L. Spinosad was relatively slow-acting, but highly toxic to house flies. In a feeding bioassay, spinosad LC50 at 72 h was 0.51 microg of spinosad per gram of sugar, making it 6.3- and 3.5-fold more toxic to house flies compared with azamethiphos and methomyl, respectively. In topical application bioassay, the LD50 at 48 h of spinosad in susceptible house flies was 40 ng per 20 mg of house fly, making spinosad less toxic than the pyrethroid bioresmethrin synergized by piperonyl butoxide and the organophosphate dimethoate. The insecticide-resistant laboratory strains had resistance factors to spinosad at LC50 in feeding bioassay from 1.5 to 5.5 and at LD50 in topical application bioassay from 2.5 to 4.7, indicating that in house fly cross-resistance to the major insecticide classes will not initially be of major concern for the use of spinosad for house fly control. The toxicity of spinosad was also evaluated against 31 field populations of house flies collected from livestock farms across Denmark. The field populations were 2.2- to 7.5-fold resistant to spinosad at 72 h in feeding bioassay, but based on steep slopes in the bioassay and the limited variation of spinosad toxicity against the various field populations, we consider the field populations to be spinosad-susceptible. We propose a diagnostic dose of 12 microg of spinosad per gram of sugar in feeding bioassay with impregnated sugar for determination of resistant house flies, which is 10x the LC95 of the susceptible strain WHO and approximately = 2x the LD95 of the field populations. Spinosad showed no substantial cross-resistance to the pyrethroid bioresmethrin synergized by piperonyl butoxide, the anticholinesterases dimethoate, azamethiphos, methomyl, and spinosad in house fly field populations.  相似文献

The effect of Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschnikoff) Sorokin strain ESC-1 alone and in combination with sublethal doses of commercial formulations of chlorpyrifos, propetamphos and cyfluthrin on mortality of CSMA strain of German cockroach, Blattella germanica (L.), was determined by conducting in vivo studies that included 3 bioassays. Spores of M. anisopliae cultured on SDAY media had germination of >90%. Based on bioassay 1, doses ranging from 0.5 to 300 ppm of chlorpyrifos and propetamphos, and 0.05 to 40 ppm of cyfluthrin were selected for bioassays 2 and 3. Cockroach mortality ranged from 5 to 20% for insecticides alone and 48 to 70% for insecticides + M. anisopliae in bioassay 2. In bioassay 3, mortality ranged from 15 to 60% for insecticides and 57.5 to 92.5% for insecticides + M. anisopliae. Percentage of cockroach mortality resulting from insecticide + M. anisopliae combinations was significantly higher than insecticide alone. Mortality was also significantly higher in certain insecticide + M. anisopliae combinations than M. anisopliae alone. There was no significant interaction between M. anisopliae and insecticides with their concentrations in bioassay 2, indicating an additive effect. But in bioassay 3, a significant interaction was observed when M. anisopliae was combined with multiple insecticide concentrations. The interaction indicated an additive effect for chlorpyrifos and cyfluthrin, and a synergistic effect for propetamphos. There were significant differences in LT50 among various treatment combinations. M. anisopliae alone or insecticide + M. anisopliae combinations did not affect body weight in treated German cockroaches.  相似文献

Two field strains of the German cockroach Blattella germanica (L.) were collected in England from survivors of treatments with bendiocarb wettable powder, and bred in the laboratory. These and a laboratory susceptible strain were compared by a tarsal contact method to test for resistance to bendiocarb, fenitrothion and dieldrin. The field strains after exposure to the insecticide for 24 h were resistant to bendiocarb in terms of mortality by factors of 5.6 and 6.2 at the LC50 level, but at the LC95 level the resistance factors were only 1.7 and 2.0; however knockdown resistance was detected, with resistance factors at the KD50 level of 10.6 and 8.1. At shorter exposure times of 5 min and 60 min, 2–20% of cockroaches from the field strains survived 55 or 110 mg bendiocarb/m2; there were no survivors from the susceptible strain. Some cockroaches from the field strains were able to recover from knockdown after and during exposure to 110 mg bendiocarb/m2. Both field strains showed some resistance to dieldrin; however, there was no resistance to fenitrothion. When all three strains were exposed to 55 mg fenitrothion/m2 for 5 min, all the insects were knocked down within 3 h, and all had died within 96 h. 采用点滴法测定丁硫克百威对亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)幼虫的致死中量,并采用亚致死剂量筛选亚洲玉米螟10代。结果表明,丁硫克百威处理亚洲玉米螟5代后,抗性即显著上升,抗性倍数为3.23倍,到10代时,抗性达到了5.43倍。对高效氯氟氰菊酯、辛硫磷和丁硫克百威3种玉米螟抗性品系进行交互抗性测定,发现丁硫克百威与其它2种农药存在交互抗性。建议在害虫防治谨慎使用丁硫克百威。  相似文献

The susceptibility status of Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say), adults to phosalone was determined by dip and glass jar assay techniques. Bioassay results indicated a narrow variation in Colorado potato beetle insecticide susceptibility among sample sites. LC50 values were generally highest from specimens collected in field that received frequent phosalone applications for seven consecutive growing seasons. In five populations tested, LC50 values ranged from 503.72 to 827.95 ppm in dip test method. In glass jar technique, resistance ratio value of 1.72 for LC50 was obtained. A significant linear relationship between LC50 values of individual populations across test methods was detected. Both bioassay techniques were suitable for monitoring resistance to insecticide in Colorado potato beetle adult populations. Glass jar technique, however, exhibited less variability in LC50 estimates and showed a higher degree of sensitivity than the dip method. Filter paper and leaf disk techniques for larvae were two bioassay methods used to determine phosalone susceptibility in L. decemlineata populations. Both bioassay techniques exhibited a similar level of susceptibility of the larvae to phosalone; however, the fiducial limit values from filter paper method were narrow than the leaf disk assay technique. A significant direct relationship between LC50 values of individual population across test methods was observed. Differences in LC50 ranking among fields between adults and larvae indicated a differential susceptibility to insecticide between life stages. Low LC50 values obtained from Colorado potato beetle in sample sites indicated that phosalone resistance was not severe in these fields. The glass jar and filter paper testing methods are simple and sensitive test techniques for measuring susceptibility of Colorado potato beetle adults and larvae to phosalone, respectively.  相似文献

Conventional insecticides have been widely used to control cockroaches but these insects have developed resistance to several compounds. Safer insecticides with a low toxicity such as oxadiazine have been advanced: indoxacarb (30% WG) is designated to be a reduced-risk insecticide and is considered as an organophosphate replacement. Insecticidal activity occurs via blockage of the sodium channels in the insect nervous system. In a first series of experiments, the toxicity of different concentrations (15, 20, 25 and 30 ppm) administrated by topical application to newly emerged adults was studied on the German cockroach Blattella germanica, and the LC50 and LT50 values were determined. In a second series of experiments, the compound was applied at its LC50 and LC90 over a period of 6 days, and the effects on the biochemical composition of ovaries (proteins, carbohydrates and lipids) during the adult life (2, 4 and 6 days) were examined.  相似文献

Horizontal transmission of insecticide occurs when foragers contact or ingest an insecticide, return to the aggregation or nest, and translocate the insecticide to the shelter and its vicinity. Relatively more sedentary members of the population then contact or eat the translocated insecticide and die. We evaluated three different methods of delivering fipronil to adult male German cockroaches, Blattella germanica (L.), for their potential to cause such secondary mortality in various developmental stages of the cockroach. Adult males topically treated with 5 ng of fipronil (approximately LD99) caused low mortality in untreated nymphs and no mortality in untreated adults within the same aggregation. Males exposed to residual fipronil on a glass surface translocated more insecticide, resulting in higher mortality of cockroaches they contacted, but only early instars were affected and no adult mortality was observed. Ingested fipronil bait, however, was most effectively translocated, and caused high mortality of untreated adults and nymphs. Ingestion of fipronil also caused greater secondary kill compared with a topical application of 25 ng, approximately the same amount recovered from the exterior of males that ingested 1 mg of 0.05% fipronil bait. Secondary mortality in the untreated population was significantly affected by the duration of contact between the treated and untreated cockroaches, the quantity and freshness of excretions from the treated insects, and the accessibility of the secretions to untreated cockroaches. The mechanisms that cause secondary kill may include ingestion of excreted fipronil residues, cannibalism of bait-fed cockroaches, as well as contact with fipronil-contaminated substrates.  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在建立草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda对常用杀虫剂的相对敏感基线,为我国草地贪夜蛾的抗药性系统性监测提供依据。【方法】从玉米田采集草地贪夜蛾在室内不接触任何杀虫剂连续饲养5~7代,采用浸叶法和点滴法测定了草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫以及采用饲料药膜法测定了草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫对6大类共7种常用杀虫剂(甲维盐、乙基多杀菌素、虫螨腈、茚虫威、四氯虫酰胺、虱螨脲和氯虫苯甲酰胺)的敏感性,并据此建立了草地贪夜蛾幼虫对这7种杀虫剂的相对敏感基线。【结果】浸叶法测得上述7种药剂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的LC50值在0.054~12.131 mg/L之间;点滴法测得上述6种药剂(不含虱螨脲)对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的LD50值在0.355~4.707 μg/g之间;饲料药膜法测得上述7种药剂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的LC50值在0.003~0.238 μg/cm2之间。【结论】采用3种生测方法建立了草地贪夜蛾幼虫对几种常用杀虫剂的相对敏感基线,为我国草地贪夜蛾的抗药性监测和化学防治提供了依据。  相似文献

Activity and survival of adult female Blatta orientalis was investigated using tagged cockroaches in periodically illuminated arenas (LD 12:12 h) with a harbourage at one end. The arenas were rectangular with a width of 50 cm and lengths up to 480 cm. A cypermethrin-treated plywood plate (50 × 11 cm) substrate across the harbourage access points caused cockroaches to be exposed to the insecticide deposit by tarsal contact as they entered or left the harbourage. The effects of varying arena length and cypermethrin concentration were tested at 28°C. The LC50 following 3 days exposure ranged from 5.7 to 11.8 mg/m2 on the plywood plate for arena lengths of 60 to 480 cm, respectively; cypermethrin at 30 mg/m2 produced 100% knockdown of B. orientalis within one 12 h dark period.
During darkness, active cockroaches spent most time close to the harbourage or around food and water stations, at the far end of the arena, and made frequent returns into the harbourage. For arena length 120 cm, the mean duration of contact with treated plates during the first hour of the dark period was significantly less than contact time on untreated plates, but during 12 h the cumulative contact times were not significantly different between treated and untreated plates. During the first 4 h of the dark period, mean cockroach numbers on the treated plate declined as arena length increased, but not as rapidly as the mean number/unit area over the rest of the arena. The arena design is considered suitable for comparative testing of fast-acting neuroactive insecticide deposits against cockroaches.  相似文献

A gel bait-resistant German cockroach, Blattella germanica (L.), strain Cincy was collected in Cincinnati, OH. This strain exhibited a high level of behavioral resistance to Avert (0.05% abamectin) and Maxforce FC (0.01% fipronil) gel baits. Topical application assays indicated moderate levels of physiological resistance of the Cincy strain to abamectin and fipronil. Resistance ratios (based on LD50 values from topical applications) to abamectin and fipronil were 2.5 and 8.7, respectively. The Cincy strain of had a significantly lower LD50 value to abamectin than a nonaverse field strain (Dorie) and similar LD50 values to fipronil as the Dorie strain. The aversion behavior (avoidance of gel baits) was therefore caused by food ingredients in the gel baits. The Cincy strain showed avoidance of agar containing fructose, glucose, maltose, and sucrose, which are phagostimulants to the laboratory strain. Modifications of the inert ingredients in the Maxforce FC gel bait significantly improved the efficacy against the Cincy strain. The Cincy strain produced significantly smaller oothecae and lower numbers of eggs in each egg capsule than the nonaverse Jwax and Dorie strains of cockroaches, suggesting fitness costs are associated with resistance.  相似文献

San Jose scale, Diaspidiotus perniciosus (Comstock), is a serious pest in Chilean apple tree orchards, and a number of organophosphate insecticides were used to control them for decades. Recently, control failures with these insecticides were reported and linked to insecticide resistance development. In this study, 40 San Jose scale field populations were collected and their susceptibility to two commonly used organophosphate insecticides, that is chlorpyrifos and methidathion, was assessed. The obtained bioassay data suggest moderate levels of resistance to both insecticides when compared to a reference susceptible strain. The highest resistance ratio (RR) detected for chlorpyrifos and methidathion was 31‐fold and 11‐fold, respectively. The bioassay results suggest the occurrence of a significant cross‐resistance between both compounds. Biochemical measurements revealed a role for esterases in conferring resistance to organophosphates, but not modified acetylcholinesterase. The spatial spread and extend of insecticide resistance were also evaluated. Our result shows that no autocorrelation can be assumed, and then, insecticide resistance is caused by random factors.  相似文献

Insecticide bioassays were used to investigate resistance of Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) to insecticides with various types of active ingredients. The efficacy baselines of selected insect growth regulators (fenoxycarb), insect growth inhibitors (diflubenzuron and teflubenzuron), organophoshorous insecticides (phosalone), and neonicotinoids (thiacloprid) against the eggs and first and fifth instars of sensitive laboratory strains of codling moth were determined. According to concentration-mortality baseline, 50% lethality concentration values and 90% lethality concentration values were determined for all the tested insecticides. The lethal concentration ratio quantified the relation between the efficacy of selected insecticides against fifth instars found by topical application and against first instars found by diet-treated bioassay. No difference was detected when the efficacy of technical grade diflubenzuron diluted in tetrahydrofuran and diflubenzuron in the formulated product Dimilin 48 SC diluted in water was compared. However, just before the application of insecticide, the integument of larvae must be treated with acetone. Two bioassays were used to monitor the resistance of codling moths collected in 2003-2005 in two apple (Malus spp.) orchards with different intensities of chemical control. Resistance ratios (RRs) to the tested insecticides were determined for both field populations of codling moth. For the population of codling moth from a commercial apple orchard in Velké Bílovice, cross-resistance to fenoxycarb, teflubenzuron, and phosalone was detected after the topical application of insecticides to fifth instars. The population of codling moth from Prague-Ruzyne was slightly resistant to phosalone and teflubenzuron. No resistance to diflubenzuron was detected in either tested population.  相似文献

Dermal and oral toxicities of azamethiphos were determined in two organophosphate-resistant and one susceptible strain of houseflies, Musca domestica L. The 594vb strain was 1,967-fold more resistant to azamethiphos when compared with the susceptible Chemical Specialties Manufacturers Association (CSMA) strain by dermal application. When the compound was administered orally to the 594vb strain, we observed only a 15-fold resistance. In contrast, the Yachiyo strain, which show 1,500-fold resistance to diazinon and which has known multiple mechanisms for organophosphate resistance, showed only 6-fold resistance to azamethiphos by topical application and 4-fold resistance by oral administration. Azamethiphos administered dermally and orally was equally toxic to the CSMA and Yachiyo strains. However, when azamethiphos was administered to the 594vb strain, the insecticide was 71 times more toxic orally than by the dermal route. This result indicated involvement of a cuticular penetration factor in the resistance mechanism. The effect on azamethiphos toxicity of piperonyl butoxide (PB), an inhibitor of the monooxygenases, and tributylphosphorotrithioate (DEF), an esterase inhibitor, was investigated in the three strains. Pretreatment of the flies with PB, DEF, or PB+DEF before topical application of azamethiphos resulted in a significant decrease in LD50s in all the strains. The degree of synergism, however, varied depending upon the strains and the synergists. Similar results were obtained when azamethiphos was administered orally following pretreatment of the flies with PB+DEF. We attribute the high level of azamethiphos resistance in the 594vb strain partly to increased degradation by oxidative and hydrolytic enzymes. The hydrolytic enzymes are more important, but other factors including reduced cuticular penetration and insensitive acetylcholinesterase may be involved.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Cockroaches are widely perceived to evolve resistance to insecticides. Over-expression of a resistance-conferring gene can be costly and may require energy and resource reallocation for metabolic and developmental processes. To evaluate whether changes in the composition of gut microbiota in Blattella germanica affected its resistance evolution to beta-cypermethrin and to determine the role of gut microbiota in host growth and development, we studied the relationship between insecticide resistance and the diversity and genetic content of gut microbiota in cockroaches. Results suggest beta-cypermethrin-resistant cockroaches (R strain) exhibited a delayed development period and reduced adult longevity compared with susceptible cockroaches (S strain). Based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing and community metagenomics, we found that the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and Acetobacteraceae were significantly lower in the R strain compared with the S strain in the foregut and midgut of both strains. Functional annotation of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) modules of midgut genes in the two strains revealed that 10.6% were involved in metabolism, while the relative abundance in the R strain was 7.4%. Unigenes were also translated into amino acid sequences and assigned to protein families based on hits to the Carbohydrate-Active enzymes (CAZy) database. This process identified the glycoside hydrolases, glycosyl transferases and carbohydrate-binding modules of the S strain as all being significantly higher in diversity than those in the R strain. Overall, we conclude that fitness-related costs increased in the resistant strain of cockroaches compared with the susceptible strain, and the variation in insect gut microbiota, especially those related to growth and development, was an important influencing factor.  相似文献

Adhesive organs on the legs of arthropods and vertebrates are strongly direction dependent, making contact only when pulled towards the body but detaching when pushed away from it. Here we show that the two types of attachment pads found in cockroaches (Nauphoeta cinerea), tarsal euplantulae and pretarsal arolium, serve fundamentally different functions. Video recordings of vertical climbing revealed that euplantulae are almost exclusively engaged with the substrate when legs are pushing, whereas arolia make contact when pulling. Thus, upward-climbing cockroaches used front leg arolia and hind leg euplantulae, whereas hind leg arolia and front leg euplantulae were engaged during downward climbing. Single-leg friction force measurements showed that the arolium and euplantulae have an opposite direction dependence. Euplantulae achieved maximum friction when pushed distally, whereas arolium forces were maximal during proximal pulls. This direction dependence was not explained by the variation of shear stress but by different contact areas during pushing or pulling. The changes in contact area result from the arrangement of the flexible tarsal chain, tending to detach the arolium when pushing and to peel off euplantulae when in tension. Our results suggest that the euplantulae in cockroaches are not adhesive organs but 'friction pads', mainly providing the necessary traction during locomotion.  相似文献

The effect of topically applied chlorpyrifos on acetylcholinesterase and other esterases in heads and decapitated bodies of CSMA and Crawford German cockroaches was examined with spectrophotometric enzyme assay and native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The toxicity of chlorpyrifos was greatly reduced in decapitated CSMA male cockroaches with LD50 value 17.1-fold higher than that of normal CSMA cockroaches. Acetylcholinesterase activity from heads was significantly higher in the Crawford compared with the CSMA strain and did not change until 24 h after chlorpyrifos in vivo treatment in both strains. The p-nitrophenyl butyrate (NPB) esterase activities from both heads and decapitated bodies of the resistant Crawford strain were significantly greater than the susceptible CSMA strain. The p-NPB esterase activity was significantly inhibited by chlorpyrifos in vivo treatment, and total p-NPB esterase activity was significantly reduced in decapitated bodies compared with heads of both strains. Native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) analysis of extracts solubilized with Triton X-100 from heads and decapitated bodies revealed five major esterase bands and an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) band with a high capability of hydrolyzing alpha-naphthyl butyrate and acetylthiocholine, respectively. In the heads of susceptible CSMA male cockroaches, the activity of mobile isozymes d1 and d2 was completely inhibited at 24 h after chlorpyrifos application, and isozyme e was partially inhibited. In contrast, isozymes c1 and c2 from the decapitated bodies of CSMA cockroaches were mostly affected at 24 h after the topical application of chlorpyrifos. The activities of acetylcholinesterase and esterase isozymes a and b from the decapitated body remained uninhibited in both strains. Inhibition of isozymes d1 and d2 seems to be more important in chlorpyrifos intoxication than acetylcholinesterase.  相似文献
