1.罗汉果根、茎、叶的结构与葫芦科其它植物大致相似。不同之处有三方面:(1)叶子主脉中维管束为5个;(2)叶子中有硅质细胞成群分布;(3)块根具异常次生生长。在次生木质部中围绕导管形成形成层,由之分化出多个具韧皮部与木质部的小维管束。2.叶中的硅质细胞分布于表皮、栅栏组织、海绵组织中,多个细胞集合在一起。其细胞壁加厚并硅质化,细胞内容物消失。推测与增加叶子的支持力量有关。3.罗汉果雌株叶子上、下表皮气孔数之比为0.04,雄株为0.03,比值均很低,同时根据叶的解剖结构推测罗汉果为C_3植物。4.雌株叶子下表皮单位面积气孔数比雄株的多26%,差异很显著,值得进一步研究简化观察统计方法,以用于鉴别幼苗的性别。  相似文献

本文报告了有被小泡参与突触前、后膜特化增厚的电镜观察结果。实验表明,在突触形成期,即离体培养的7-10天,神经元核周质可见大量的有被小泡,经G6Pase细胞化学反应,可见有些有被小泡与内质网相连。在突触接触区域,有被小泡与突触前、后膜相融合,整个过程类似外吐反应,使得突触前、后膜逐渐增厚、延长,完成其特化增厚的过程。已有的实验结果提示,有被小泡不是作为突触前、后膜的“建筑材料”而存在:,而是向突触前、后膜运送某种物质,Ach受体便是已被证明的一??种物质。  相似文献

Dissociation and reassociation experiments were carried out to study the inductive ability of mesenchyme of the oesophagus, gizzard and intestine of the chicken embryo, using 3-day-old quail embryonic allantoic endoderm as an effector tissue. The mesenchyme of the oesophagus and gizzard possesses inductive ability until the Ilth day of incubation. Thereafter, it no longer has inductive influence upon the allantoic endoderm. The intestinal mesenchyme was favourable to differentiation of allantoic endoderm into intestinal epithelium even on the I5th day of incubation. In all types of recombination tested, goblet cells differentiated among allantoic endodermal cells.  相似文献

Interspecific interactions affect habitat use and subsequent morphological adaptation in Anolis lizards. We examined populations of two species of Anolis lizards that evolved in the species-rich communities of Cuba and are now widespread in the Bahamas. Because the species occupy islands in the Bahamas that vary in the number of lizard species present and other characteristics, we predicted that directional selection should have led to morphological differentiation. In particular, we expected that populations on one-species islands should have evolved toward a generalist morphology because of the lack of competitors. Divergence in both species has been adaptive; populations that use wider perches have longer legs. Nonetheless, these differences are relatively minor, and none of the populations appears to have differentiated from its ancestral “ecomorph” type toward a more generalized morphology. This stasis mirrors a trend observed in the radiation of Caribbean anoles, which exhibits repeated instances of evolutionary specialization, but few or no cases of reversion to a more generalized condition. The explanation for this directionality of evolution is not obvious but probably involves the tendency of specialized species to continue using and further adapting the niches for which they are specialized even as conditions change.  相似文献

 骆驼蓬是生长在荒漠或盐碱地区的旱生植物,具有显著的旱生结构特征。主根粗壮,其中柱周围产生2或3轮呈同心环状排列的异常维管束。这种异常结构对旱生植物具有重要的生态学意义。茎肉质,其皮层、韧皮部,尤其是髓内具有发达的贮水薄壁组织细胞。叶片肉质,光滑无毛。其表皮细胞的外切向壁有较厚的角质层,表面具皱纹状突起。气孔器与表皮细胞平齐,面积较大,而密度较小。栅栏组织发达,为环栅型,包围着发达的贮水组织。叶脉维管束不发达。其叶表面积与体积之比远比中生植物小。根据以上营养器官形态结构特征,可以认为骆驼蓬是典型的多浆汁旱生植物。  相似文献
