国产含羞草科一些属花粉形态的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用光镜及电镜观察了中国含羞草科金合欢属、合欢属、棋子豆属、围诞树属、朱缨花属、心叶合欢属等6属37种(含变种)植物的花粉形态,对其花粉大小,外壁纹饰进行了比较分析。结果表明它们均为16合花粉(除薄叶围诞树Aberama utile为8合花粉外),在分类上无多大价值;而花粉大小及外壁纹饰却有一定分类意义。表现为:金合金欢属花粉较小,直径为25-30μm,很容易区别;其余属花粉直径均在50μm以上。 相似文献

Floral histology and vascular anatomy of Myristica fragrans Van Houtt. and M. malabarica Lam. have been investigated from serial sections and specimens cleared in chloro-lacto-phenol. The flowers are unisexual. The androecium is considered to consist of a whorl of laterally concrescent anthers. The bisporangiate anthers are attached by a ridge of tissue to the terminal part of the androphore. In many cases the number of vascular bundles in the androphore is half the number of anthers. The gynoecium consists of a monocarpellate pistil with basal placentation and a single anatropous ovule. Of the many vascular bundles that enter the base of the carpel, two, because of their position and because they provide vascular traces to the ovule, are designated as ventral bundles. Additional ovular traces are provided by the carpel wall vascular system. These additional traces originate at the top of the locule and descend to the ovule. The similarity between the androecia of these two species and the androecium of the ćnellaceae is noted. 相似文献

利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对我国石蒜属LycorisHerb.11种植物花粉形态进行系统地研究,并对其中6种具有代表性植物花粉进行了透射电镜观察。该属植物花粉舟形或肾形;萌发孔为远极单槽;在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下观察,外壁具网状纹饰;在透射电镜下观察,外壁包括外壁-1和外壁-2两层,外壁-1是由半覆盖层、柱状层和基层组成,外壁-2很薄。根据花粉形态及其他器官特征,对本属植物分类地位也进行了一些讨论。 相似文献

Illus. 1961.—Swollen tips of vegetative hyphae develop into multicellular archicarps from which multinucleate ascogonia form. From basal cells of each archicarp arise hyphae which grow up into a prosenchymatous, true perithecial wall; around this wall is formed a thin pseudoparenchymatous stroma of compacted hyphae. The ascogonia give rise to ascogenous cells from which croziers and asci form directly. At the same time, an apical meristem forms cells that grow downward into the centrum. These are pseudoparaphyses. Asci grow up among the pseudoparaphyses, which deliquesce as the ascocarp matures. The ascus tip contains a thick ring with a pore and lateral thickening of the ascus wall. Ascospores are forcibly ejected. The chromosome number is 4. This species conforms to the Nectria Developmental Type of Luttrell. 相似文献

These are: A. ageratoides subsp. sugimotoi (Kitamura) Kitamura 2n = 36, A. ageratoides subsp. (Taxon AIII) 2n = 72, A. himalaicus C. B. Clarke 2n = 18, A. ericoides L. 2n = 32, A. meritus A. Nels. 2n = 27, A. umbellatus Mill. 2n = 18. Two American taxa, namely, A. meritus and A. umbellatus, are considered to be ancestral taxa which have retained primitive karyotypes similar to those of Asiatic species of Aster. 相似文献
