种植香根草对铜尾矿废弃地基质化学和生物学性质的影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6

通过实地调查取样和室内分析,研究铜陵水木冲铜尾矿废弃地不同时期种植香根草(Vetiveria zizanioides L.)群落(近期种植香根草群落(V.zizanioides communities were established in the recent stage,JX),中期种植香根草群落(V.zizanioides communities were established in the middle stage,ZX)和早期种植香根草群落(V.zizanioides communities were established in the early stage,OX))对尾矿基质化学性质、微生物量和土壤酶活性的影响,探讨人工植被恢复对铜尾矿废弃地基质系统的修复作用。结果表明:香根草的定植能延缓铜尾矿的酸化过程,且随着香根草定植时间的延长,0—5 cm和5—20 cm层尾矿基质中总氮和速效磷含量提高(其中,0—5 cm层总氮积累更加显著),OX下0—5 cm表层基质总氮和速效磷的平均值分别是JX下的4.64倍和22.44倍。基质微生物量C、N含量和脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性也随香根草种植时间的延长而有不同程度的升高,且基质化学性质对微生物量和酶活性有影响,其中基质微生物量C、N含量、脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性均与电导率呈显著或极显著负相关性;而基质微生物量N和4种酶活性均与总氮含量呈显著或极显著正相关性,表明总氮含量是影响基质微生物量N和酶活性的主要因子;基质微生物量N、脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性还与速效磷含量呈极显著正相关性。基质中Cu、Pb含量对脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶活性和微生物量均有显著抑制作用,而Zn对基质微生物活性有一定的激活作用。生长在尾矿废弃地上的香根草不仅显著地改善了铜尾矿废弃地的基质化学性质,且有利于基质微生物量和酶活性的增加,是一种良好的矿业废弃地生态修复物种。  相似文献

生物结皮对铜尾矿废弃地土壤微生物量及酶活性的影响   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
生物结皮是铜尾矿废弃地自然原生演替的最初阶段.本研究以铜陵杨山冲铜尾矿库和铜官山新铜尾矿库为对象,采用熏蒸浸提和化学分析法研究了两尾矿库不同类型生物结皮下土壤微生物量C、N及脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶和脲酶活性.结果表明:铜尾矿废弃地上的生物结皮能够显著提高表层尾矿中的微生物量和土壤酶活性,其中藻类结皮对土壤微生物量C、N的影响高于藓-藻混合结皮,藓类结皮的影响最小;随着土壤生物结皮类型的变化,土壤微生物区系也随之变化;各类生物结皮下表层尾矿中土壤酶活性无显著差异.相关分析表明,碱性磷酸酶活性与土壤微生物量、脱氢酶和脲酶活性呈显著正相关,但与土壤pH呈显著负相关.此外,藓类植物假根能够显著提高藓类结皮假根层的微生物量和酶活性.  相似文献

不同植物群落下酸化尾矿养分状况及土壤酶活性   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
调查不同植被群落下铜尾矿的养分状况及土壤酶活性的变化动态,通过常规方法测定了尾矿的pH和电导率,以及有机质,总氮,有效磷,速效钾的含量。用底物反应法测定了过氧化氢酶,芳基硫酯酶,脲酶,酸性磷酸化酶和脱氢酶的活性。结果表明,与酸化的裸露尾矿相比,定居其上的芦苇(Phragmites australis)、狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)和双穗雀稗(Paspalum distichum)均能显著增加尾矿基质pH值(从3.6上升到5.4),降低电导率,减缓尾矿酸化过程。芦苇和狗牙根能够显著提高尾矿基质中N、K和有机质含量(P<0.05),增加尾矿中的养分。3种植物群落下有效磷较裸露尾矿没有显著增加。植物的定居显著提高了尾矿中过氧化氢酶、芳基硫脂酶和脲酶的活性(P<0.05);但酸性磷酸化酶和脱氢酶活性没有显著提高。研究表明,植物对尾矿有明显的改良作用,而且芦苇和狗牙根优于双穗雀稗。在各种植被条件的尾矿中除酸性磷酸化酶以外的其它实验土壤酶活性均与尾矿中有机质和总氮呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。  相似文献

喀斯特峰丛洼地不同退耕还林还草模式的土壤微生物特性   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
以坡耕地为对照,研究了喀斯特峰丛洼地任豆、香椿、板栗、柑橘、任豆+桂牧1号、桂牧1号和撂荒7种常见退耕还林还草模式下土壤微生物种群数量、微生物量碳氮磷及其分形特征和主要土壤酶活性特征。结果表明,不同退耕还林还草模式土壤微生物种群数量组成不同,除任豆模式外其他退耕还林还草模式均能提高土壤微生物总数量;不同退耕还林还草模式(除任豆模式外)土壤微生物量碳(MBC)含量极显著增加,撂荒地最高,土壤微生物量氮(MBN)含量变化范围不大,呈下降趋势,土壤微生物量磷(MBP)含量的变异很大,香椿、板栗、撂荒和桂牧1号模式显著或极显著高于坡耕地;土壤MBC与细菌数量的关系最相关(D=-4.07,R=0.81,P<0.01),其次为MBC与放线菌数量(D=3.82,R=0.44,P<0.05),再次为MBN与真菌数量(D=0.58,R=0.61,P<0.01),MBC与真菌数量、MBN与细菌、放线菌数量以及MBP与细菌、真菌、放线菌数量之间不存在分形关系;不同退耕还林还草模式(除桂牧1号模式外)均显著或极显著增加了土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性。总之,不同退耕还林还草模式均改善了土壤微生物特性,为喀斯特峰丛洼地脆弱生态系统恢复与重建提供了重要依据。  相似文献

经生物塘处理后的造纸废水矿化度低,有机物质含量高,可用来改善滨海盐碱土壤。研究了不同量(每次灌溉深度为5、10、15和20 cm)处理后的造纸废水灌溉对土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响,通过酶活性的变化来反映对土壤改良的效果并寻求最佳灌溉量。结果表明:5种土壤酶上层(0-10 cm)和中层土壤(10-20 cm)的活性大于下层土壤(20-30 cm),造纸废水灌溉没有改变土壤酶活性在不同土层的分布规律;灌溉造纸废水对土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性的提高主要发生在表层土壤,而对蔗糖酶、脱氢酶以及过氧化氢酶活性的提高主要发生在上层和中层土壤;20 cm灌溉对下层土壤酶活性的提高最明显。5种酶活性均受温度降雨等因素影响,最大值出现在8月份。总体上,灌溉量的增加能提高酶活性的增加程度,最佳灌溉量为20 cm,土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和脱氢酶相对对照分别提高了70.0%、30.9%、56.2%、135.2%和20.84%。酶活性与土壤盐碱度和微生物代谢商(qCO2)显著负相关,与速效磷和微生物量碳显著正相关,与有机质和速效氮相关性不显著。  相似文献

以2种成熟度不同的红枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)为试验材料在入库前采用保鲜剂处理,未采用保鲜剂处理的红枣为试验对照,研究红枣不同贮藏时期果面微生物多样性。结果表明:红枣贮藏期果面微生物种群中,细菌是优势类群,占微生物总数80%以上,真菌较少;采摘期红枣果面上就携带微生物,真菌优势菌株属于链格孢(Alternaria),其次为镰刀菌(Fusarium)和木霉(Trichoderma),贮藏期优势菌株属于链格孢(Alternaria)、青霉(Penicillium)、木霉(Trichoderma)和镰刀菌(Fusarium),曲霉(Aspergillus)、毛霉(Mucor)和根霉(Rhizopus)次之。红枣贮藏期果面微生物种群动态失衡是导致贮藏病害发生的主要原因,成熟度较高的红枣果面微生物总数、真菌和细菌的数量明显高于成熟度较低的红枣,使用保鲜剂后有效地降低了红枣贮藏期果面微生物的多样性,贮藏时间越长红枣果面微生物的多样性越明显。  相似文献

昆仑山北坡不同海拔塔里木沙拐枣的光合生理生态特性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在2008年7月25日-8月6日的连续晴天中,选择昆仑山北坡塔里木沙拐枣自然分布区3个海拔高度(2100,2300,2500m),利用便携式光合测定仪LI-6400测定塔里木沙拐枣的光合生理生态特性。结果表明:2100m处塔里木沙拐枣的光补偿点(LCP)和光饱和点(LSP)与2300m,2500m处差异分别达到显著,而3者间的最大净光合速率(Pmax)差异均达显著。表观量子效率(AQY)在3个海拔之间差异均不显著,但在2100m处的羧化效率(CE)分别与2300m和2500m处的差异显著。相同海拔下塔里木沙拐枣的暗呼吸速率值(Rday)要高于光呼吸速率值(Rp),且2500m处的暗呼吸速率分别与2100m和2300m处的有显著的差异,2100m处的光呼吸速率分别与2300m和2500m差异显著。3个海拔塔里木沙拐枣的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)的日变化均为单峰曲线。随着海拔的升高,塔里木沙拐枣Pn,Tr,GsLs的日均值降低,但光能利用率(LUE)和水分利用效率(WUE)却显著增加。塔里木沙拐枣的Pn与叶温(Tl)、大气温度(Ta)和光照强度(PPFD)具有极显著的正相关关系,与海拔呈显著负相关,与空气相对湿度(RH)和大气CO2浓度(Ca)之间均不具有显著相关性。TrTa,TlPPFD具有极显著的正相关性,与RH之间存在显著的负相关。Gs只与Ca之间呈极显著的负相关。PnTr,Ls,Gs,WUE和Vpdl分别具有极显著的正相关性,与Ci呈极显著的负相关。通过对不同海拔高度塔里木沙拐枣光合生理参数与光、温等生态因子关系的对比分析表明:塔里木沙拐枣对山地荒漠草地自然环境变化的温度和光照有很好的生态适应性。  相似文献

为研究鸡粪堆肥发酵不同阶段微生物菌数和堆体温度及多种酶活之间的关系,从而进一步了解堆肥发酵中微生物的作用,通过测定鸡粪堆肥发酵过程中微生物菌数和堆体温度及部分酶活性的变化趋势,并利用SPSS软件进行Pearson相关性和显著性分析,结果表明,细菌、真菌数量与堆体温度呈正相关关系(P<0.05),放线菌菌数与堆体温度无显著相关性;纤维素酶和总菌数呈正相关关系(P<0.05);过氧化氢酶与细菌菌数呈强正相关关系(P<0.01);脲酶和蛋白酶与菌数无显著相关性。  相似文献

本研究选择空腹血糖值(FPG)在正常范围内(3.20 mmol/L≤FPG<5.50 mmol/L)的中老年食蟹猴(Macaca fascicularis)60只,高能量膳食诱导12个月后,将其分为正常血糖组和诱高血糖组(FPG≥5.50 mmol/L)。采用荧光定量PCR技术对2组中36个糖尿病相关基因在诱导前后外周血白细胞中的mRNA表达量进行分析。结果表明,高能量膳食诱导后,诱高血糖组FPG和甘油三酯(TG)显著高于正常血糖组(P<0.05),而胆固醇(TCHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)与分组无显著相关性(P>0.05)。基因表达水平上,诱高血糖组和正常血糖组均有血管紧张素转换酶基因(ACE)、肝糖原磷酸化酶基因(PYGL)、水通道蛋白基因(AQP2)等19个基因的mRNA表达量在高能量膳食诱导前后存在显著差异(P<0.05),且基因的表达模式变化一致,但诱高血糖组的mRNA表达量变化大,且三磷酸腺苷柠檬酸裂解酶(ACLY)、选择素L(SELL)、突触相关蛋白23(SNAP23)、突触融合蛋白(STX4)这4个基因的mRNA表达水平仅在诱高血糖组高能量膳食诱导前后呈差异表达(P<0.05)。  相似文献

以鸡粪配方基质(腐熟鸡粪:腐熟玉米秸秆:河沙体积为3:4:3)和牛粪配方基质(腐熟牛粪:腐熟玉米秸秆:河沙体积为3:4:3)为试材,研究了基质中分别添加地福来、酵素菌、EM菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和农用微生物菌剂对基质酶活性和番茄产量及品质的影响.结果表明: 两种配方基质添加微生物菌剂40和60 d时根际基质的脲酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均显著提高,番茄植株生长量、果实产量及维生素C含量显著高于对照.鸡粪和牛粪配方基质均以添加地福来效果最好,番茄单株产量分别较各自对照增加14.7%和40.0%,果实维生素C含量分别提高22.2%和39.7%.在不添加微生物菌剂的情况下,鸡粪配方基质栽培的番茄单株产量和果实维生素C含量高于牛粪配方基质;分别添加地福来后,两种基质栽培的番茄单株产量和果实维生素C含量无显著差异.  相似文献

To ensure Escherichia coli reduction during cattle feces composting, co-composting with a variety of organic wastes was examined. A mixture of dairy cattle feces and shredded rice straw (control) was blended with organic wastes (tofu residue, rice bran, rapeseed meal, dried chicken feces, raw chicken feces, or garbage), and composted using a bench-scale composter under the high-moisture condition (78%). The addition of organic waste except chicken feces brought about maximum temperatures of more than 55 degrees C and significantly reduced the number of E. coli from 10(6) to below 10(2)CFU/g-wet after seven days composting, while in the control treatment, E. coli survived at the same level as that of raw feces. Enhancements of the thermophilic phase and E. coli reduction were related to the initial amount of easily digestible carbon in mass determined as BOD. BOD value more than 166.2 mg O2/DMg brought about significant E. coli reduction.  相似文献

This study has purposed to determine the optimum mixture ratio of used mushroom compost, chicken manure, cattle manure and carnation waste for composting. For this purpose, these materials have been mixed in seven various ratios (R1-R7) and composted in the experimental composting reactors. The highest dry material losses and temperature values have been obtained by the R4 which contains 50% carnation waste, 25% chicken manure and 25% spent mushroom compost. Beside R4, mixtures of R2, R5 and R6 have also provided high process temperature and dry material loss values. The lowest dry material loss and temperature values have been obtained in the R7 which contains only carnation wastes. In the study, it has also seen that FAS (free air space) parameter is effective on the process and must be in the interval of 24-32%.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to determine whether the addition of organic matter to soil increased numbers of bacterivorous nematodes and parasitic activity of the nematophagous fungus Hirsutella rhossiliensis. In a peach orchard on loamy sand, parasitism of the plant-parasitic nematode Criconemella xenoplax by H. rhossiliensis was slightly suppressed and numbers of C. xenoplax were not affected by addition of 73 metric tons of composted chicken manure/ha. In the laboratory, numbers of bacterivorous nematodes (especially Acrobeloides spp.) and fungivorous nematodes increased but parasitism of nematodes by H. rhossiliensis usually decreased with addition of wheat straw or composted cow manure to a loamy sand naturally infested with H. rhossiliensis. These results do not support the hypothesis that organic amendments will enhance parasitism of nematodes by H. rhossiliensis.  相似文献

The fate of manure-borne pathogen surrogates (gfp-labeled Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria innocua and avirulent Salmonella Typhimurium) in the field was monitored at both sub-surface (30 cm from surface) and surface sites of static composting piles (3.5-m base diameter) composed of chicken litter and peanut hulls. Despite exposure to elevated temperatures, Salmonella was detected by enrichment culture in sub-surface samples following 14 days of composting. In surface samples, pathogen surrogates were detected in the summer after 4 days of composting by enrichment culture only, whereas E. coli O157:H7 and L. innocua remained detectable by direct plating (>2log10 cfu/g) up to 28 days in piles composted during the fall and winter. All three types of bacteria remained detectable by enrichment culture in surface samples composted for 56 days during the winter.  相似文献

We investigated how the application of composted sewage sludge to tailings affects the physiological response of woody plants growing on abandoned coal-mining sites. Twenty seedlings ofBetula schmidtii were transplanted to pots containing various combinations of artificial soil plus nursery soil, tailings, composted soil, or tailings amended with composted soil. Dry weights, shoot to root ratios, relative growth rates (RGR), chlorophyll content and fluorescence, and carbohydrate concentrations were assessed at the end of the experiment. Growth responses differed significantly among soil types. For example, dry weights were greatest for seedlings grown in composted soil and smallest for plants raised in pure tailings. Shoot to root ratios were higher for seedlings in composted soil compared with those in either tailings or nursery soil. Leaf chlorophyll content was twice as high for seedlings from composted soil than for those in the nursery soil or tailings; chlorophyll fluorescence (Fv/Fm) was lower for seedlings in either nursery soil or tailings than for those in composted soil. In contrast, plants grown in either nursery soil or tailings had higher starch concentrations in their stems, whereas the carbohydrate allocation of seedlings in composted soil was highest in the leaves, followed by stems and roots. Overall, the carbohydrate content was highest in the leaves, except for seedlings treated with tailings. Therefore, we believe that composted soil can improve the physiological and biochemical properties of trees growing in tailings when appropriate nutrients are supplemented.  相似文献

Improvement of physical-chemical soil quality is a key step for carrying out revegetation programs of degraded lands in Mediterranean semiarid areas. Organic residue addition may restore the quality of these areas. A field experiment was conducted in a silt-loam soil (Typic Petrocalcid) from a degraded semiarid Mediterranean area to evaluate the effect of the addition of a composted urban residue on soil aggregate stability, bulk density and chemical properties and on the establishment of Pistacia lentiscus and Retama sphaerocarpa seedlings. The composted residue was applied at a rate of 6.7 kg m(-2) before planting. The nutrient content (NPK), total organic C and water soluble C were increased and bulk density was decreased, in the rhizosphere soil of both shrub species, by the composted residue. The addition of composted residue significantly increased the soil aggregate stability by about 22% for both shrub species. The beneficial effect of the composted residue on soil quality still persisted 18 months after addition. Eighteen months after planting, the addition of composted residue to soil had increased significantly the production of shoot biomass by P. lentiscus and R. sphaerocarpa, by about 160% and 320% respectively, compared to control values. Composted residue addition to soil can be considered an effective preparation method of a degraded area for carrying out successful revegetation programs with Mediterranean shrubs under semiarid conditions.  相似文献

We studied the influence of inoculation with a mixture of three exotic arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi, Glomus intraradices Schenck & Smith, Glomus deserticola Trappe, Bloss. & Menge and Glomus mosseae (Nicol & Gerd.) Gerd. & Trappe, and the addition of composted sewage sludge (SS) on the activities of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1) and total peroxidase (POX) and of shoot and root nitrate reductase (NR, EC 1.6.6.1) in Juniperus oxycedrus L. seedlings, an evergreen shrub, grown in a non-sterile soil under well-watered and drought-stress conditions. Both the inoculation with exotic AM fungi and the addition of composted SS stimulated significantly growth and the N and P contents in shoot tissues of J. oxycedrus with respect to the plants neither inoculated nor treated with composted SS that were either well-watered or droughted. Under drought-stress conditions, only inoculation with exotic AM fungi increased shoot and root NR activity (about 188% and 38%, respectively, with respect to the plants neither inoculated nor treated with composted SS). Drought increased the POX and SOD activities in both shoots of J. oxycedrus seedlings inoculated with exotic AM fungi and grown with composted SS, but the increase was less than in the plants neither inoculated nor treated with SS. Both the plants inoculated with exotic AM fungi and the plants grown with composted SS developed additional mechanisms to avoid oxidative damage produced under water-shortage conditions.  相似文献

Glasshouse experiments were conducted to assess the influence of Pseudomonas fluorescens, Azotobacter chroococcum, Azospirillum brasilense and composted organic fertilizers (cow dung, horse dung, goat dung and poultry manure) alone and in combination on the multiplication of Meloidogyne incognita and growth of tomato. P. fluorescens was better at improving tomato growth and reducing galling and nematode multiplication than A. chroococcum or A. brasilense. Among composted organic fertilizers, poultry manure resulted in less galling and nematode multiplication than occurred with goat dung. However, composted goat dung was better in reducing nematode multiplication and improving plant growth than horse dung. Cow dung was the composted organic fertilizer least effective in reducing galling and nematode multiplication. Poultry manure with P. fluorescens was the best combination for the management of M. incognita on tomato but improved management of M. incognita can also be obtained if goat dung is used with P. fluorescens or poultry manure with A. chroococcum.  相似文献

Aerobic composting of chips from clear-cut trees with various co-materials   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Swollen chips made from trees felled during clear-cutting were composted with various organic and inorganic materials in an aerobic composting reactor for 5 months and then piled for 5 months. The organic materials included chicken feces, urea, nitrogenous lime (calcium cyanamide, manure), and material rapidly composted from food garbage in 24-h bacterial fermentation, while the inorganic materials were coal ash and volcanic ash. In this paper, we first attempt to estimate the quality and degree of maturity of each compost from its chemical properties. Furthermore, we try to calculate the maturity of the fermented wood chip composts from their mixture ratio of the initial materials by multiple linear regression analysis. We measured changes in the C/N ratio, nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N) content, percentage of humic acid in the alkali soluble fraction (PQ), cation exchange capacity, pH, and EC during the composting period. The degrees of maturity of the composts were estimated via a plant growth test using Chinese cabbage. We found that the CN ratio, NO3-N concentration, and PQ were suitable for estimating the degree of maturity of wood chip composts. For maturity, the CN ratio should be less than 14, the PQ more than 66.2, and the NO3-N concentration more than 853 mgkg-1. We devised an equation to estimate the degree of maturity after 10 months by a multiple linear regression analysis from the mixing ratio of wood chips and the co-composted materials. From the multiple linear regression analysis, the above three indices of compost maturity could be estimated from the mixing ratio of the initial materials. This equation should enable us to determine the degree of compost maturity after 10 months based on the initial mixing ratio.  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine effects of composted hazelnut husk (CHH) on some chemical properties of soil and soil humic acid (HA). Compost application increases organic matter (OM) content of the soil considerably, OM value of 3.18% became 3.89% in 3 years time interval. Before application of compost, the soil pH was found to be 5.37, while after compost application it became 5.61. FTIR characteristics of humic acid/humic acid-like materials extracted from the original hazelnut husk, composted hazelnut husk and composted hazelnut husk amended soil have been investigated. C and O content of humic acid-like/humic acid materials were in the range of 41.4–50.8% and 37.8–50.5%, respectively. The N content of the humic acid/humic acid-like materials are in the expected range for humic materials which is 2–6%. Comparison of FTIR spectra of hazelnut husk and composted hazelnut husk humic acid-like fractions shows that both exhibit similar but not identical series of IR bands indicating the presence of the same functional groups in both samples. The only difference in the spectra seemed to be a decrement in the peak intensities of composted sample compared to uncomposted one. The similar differentiation of the intensities of IR bands of compost applied soil sample has also been observed. The FTIR spectral results show that the characteristics of composted material tend to become similar to that of soil humic acids characteristics in time.  相似文献
