记述采自中国广东的优树甲属1新种:高氏优树甲Uenostrongylium gaoi Lin&Yuan sp.nov.,该种因鞘翅刻点上缘具小颗粒而与浙江的粗皱优树甲Uenostrongylium scaber Yuan&Ren,2018相似.文中提供了新种的整体图和特征图.

对中国及其毗邻地区的胖鳖甲属Syachis Bates,1879进行了分类研究,描述1新种,即西藏胖鳖甲S.xizanganasp.nov.,提供了已知种目录及其检索表.所有研究标本和新种模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆.新种与分布喀喇昆仑山的S cugiae Gridelli,1934在外形上近似,两者的主要区别是:前者前胸背板侧缘弱弧形弯曲,侧缘有皱纹状刻点;额两侧平坦.后者前胸背板两侧强烈弯曲,侧缘附近有细刻点;额两侧有短纵脊.     

新疆漠王属昆虫三新种记述(鞘翅目:拟步甲科)

记述采自新疆的漠王属Platyope Fischer—waldheim 3新种：奇台漠王Platyope qitaiensis,sp．nov．,霍城漠王Platyope korgasica,sp．nov．,库尔勒漠王Platyope korlaensis,sp．nov．。模式标本保存在新疆大学生命科学与技术学院。     

Two new species of the genus Endelus Deyrolle, 1864 from China (Coleoptera: Buprestidae)

The genus Endelus Deyrolle, 1864 belongs to the subfamily Agrilinae, tribe Aphanisticini. Two new species, E. (E.) violaceithorax sp. n. from Hainan Island and E. (E.) wangi sp. n. from Guangxi and Yunnan, are herein described and illustrated. Taxonomic study of the genus Laena from Sichuan in China,with description of four new species (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae)

The genus Laena Dejean, 1821 belongs to the subfamily Lagriinae, tribe Laenini. Four new species of this genus are described and illustrated from Sichuan under the following name: Laena ceratina Wei & Ren, sp. nov., Laena edentata Zhao & Ren, sp. nov. (from Sichuan and Qinghai), Laena latitarsia Wei & Ren, sp. nov. (from Sichuan and Yunnan) and Laena sufflofemora Wei & Ren, sp. nov..
