The 13CNMR spectra of six β-diketones and seven oxygenated β-diketones have been measured. The β-dicarbonyl grouping has the following effects on the chemical shifts of the neighbouring carbons: α-, + 8.72; β-, ? 3.98; γ-, ?0.42; δ-, ?0.33; ?-,?0.20; ζ-,?0.09; η-, ?0.05; θ-, ?0.03 ppm. The effects indicate the position of the grouping up to the 10,12-position. The positions of hydroxyl and oxo groups, up to the eighth carbon from the end of the chain, are also shown by long-range effects. The relative positions of a β-diketone grouping and another oxygen-containing group can be established from the 13CNMR spectrum with little ambiguity when they are separated by six or fewer methylene groups. For these structures NMR spectroscopy is more reliable than mass spectroscopy, which gives results which are difficult to interpret when groups are close together.Components of mixtures of hydroxy β-diketones, from grass waxes, are identified and proportions indicated by the NMR spectra.  相似文献

Leaf waxes from spring wheat varieties Selkirk and Manitou contain hydrocarbons (6%, 10%), long chain esters (14%, 13%), free acids (5%, 8%), free alcohols (19%, 21%), β-diketone (16%, 20%), hydroxy β-diketones (8%, 10%), unidentified gum (29%, 16.5%) and minor amounts of diol diesters, glycerides and aldehydes. The major hydrocarbon is nonacosane and major esters are octacosyl esters of C14–C32 acids but C20 and C22 alcohol esters of trans 2-docosenoic and tetracosenoic acids are also present (Selkirk 20%, Manitou 10% of total esters). Previously unknown trans 2-docosen-1-ol is present as an ester (Selkirk 5%, Manitou 2.5% of total esters). Free acids are C14–C32 acids and trans 2-docosenoic and tetracosenoic acids (Selkirk 30%, Manitou 9% of free acids). Octacosanol is the principal free alcohol. Hentriacontane-14,16-dione is the β-diketone and the hydroxy β-diketones are a 1:1 mixture of 8- and 9- hydroxyhentriacontane-14,16-diones.  相似文献

Wax on leaves of rye and of hexaploid Triticale (60–70-day-old plants) contains hydrocarbons (6–8%), esters (10%), free alcohols (14-8%), free acids (3%), hentriacontane-14,16-dione (39–45%), 25 (S)-hydroxyhentriacontane-14,16-dione (13–11%) and unidentified (14–15%). Diesters (1–3%) are also present in rye wax. Compositions of hydrocarbons (C27-C33) and esters (C28,C58) are similar for both waxes. Free and combined alcohols of rye wax are mainly hexacosanol but alcohols of Triticale wax are mainly octacosanol. The composition of Triticale wax is close to that of its wheat parent Triticum durum (cv. Stewart 63). Esters of wax from ripe rye contain 58% of trans 2,3-unsaturated esters. *NRCC No. 14033.  相似文献

Wax on leaves of Agropyron intermedium contains hydrocarbons (11%, C27–C33), esters (11%, C32–C60), free alcohols (180%, C26) 25-oxohentriacontane-14,16-dione (17%), 10-oxohentriacontane-14,16-dione (5y%), 25-hydroxyhentriacontane-14,16-dione (12%) and 26-hydroxyhentriacontane-14,16-dione (2%). Wax on spikes contains additional components, C25–C33cis 9-alkenes (32% of hydrocarbons), and more β-diketones, 25-hydroxy (17%) and 26-hydroxy (3%) hentriacontane-14,16-diones, 10,25-dioxohentriacontane-14,16-dione (1%) and 4-hydroxy-25-oxo-(2%), 25-hydroxy-10-oxo-(1.3%) and 26-hydroxy-10-oxo-(0.7%) hentriacontane-14,16-diones; free alcohols were very minor components (1%, C24–C32).  相似文献

The platina-β-diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(μ-Cl)2] (1) was found to react with chelating N,N-ligands 2(RNCR)C5H4N (R/R=Ph/OH, H/Ph, Me/Ph) to form acyl(hydrido)platinum(IV) complexes [Pt(COMe)2Cl(H){2-(RNCR)C5H4N}] (R/R=Ph/OH 2a; H/Ph 2b; Me/Ph (2c)). Reactions of complex 1 with chelating S,S- and N,S-donors (RS-CH2-CH2-SR, 2-(RSCH2)C5H4N, R=Et, Ph, t-Bu) afforded acyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes [Pt(COMe)Cl(RSCH2CH2SR)] (R=Et, 3a; Ph, 3b; t-Bu, 3c) and [Pt(COMe)Cl{2-(RSCH2)C5H4N}] (R=Et, 4a; Ph, 4b; t-Bu, 4c), respectively. All complexes were fully characterized by microanalysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy. Furthermore, molecular structures of complexes 3b and 4b were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealing close to square-planar configuration. In complex 4b the acetyl ligand is trans to pyridine N atom (configuration index SP-4-2). The reactions are discussed in terms of consecutive oxidative addition and reductive elimination reactions.  相似文献

A surface lipid extract was made of uredospores of wheat stripe rust, Puccinis striiformis. The major components of the extract are β-diketones, n-alcohols and hydrocarbons. The surface lipid extract of the host wheat has a composition that is qualitatively similar, if not the same, in the major components. Even though there are quantitative differences in the two extracts, it appears that at least the three major components appear on the uredospore surface as a result of the host-parasite relationship.  相似文献

Treatment of [Rh(β-diketonato)(cod)] with CO resulted in better yields of [Rh(FcCOCHCOR)(CO)2] than by treating [Rh(Cl)(CO)2]2 with FcCOCH2COR, R = CF3 (Hfctfa), CH3 (Hfca), Ph (Hbfcm, Ph = phenyl) and Fc (Hdfcm, Fc = ferrocenyl). The single crystal structure of the fctfa rhodium(I) complex [C16H10F3FeO4Rh], monoclinic, C 2/c(15), a = 13.266(3) Å, b = 19.553(3) Å, c = 13.278(3) Å, β = 100.92(2)°, Z = 8 showed both rotational and translational displacement disorders for the CF3 group. An electrochemical study revealed that the formal reduction potential, E0′, for the electrochemically reversible one electron oxidation of the ferrocenyl group varied between 0.304 (for the fctfa complex) and 0.172 V (for the dfcm complex) versus Fc/Fc+ in a manner that could be directly traced to the group electronegativities, χR, of the R groups on the β-diketonato ligands, as well as to the values of the free β-diketones. Anodic peak potentials, Epa,Rh, for the dominant cyclic voltammetry peak associated with rhodium(I) oxidation were between 0.718 (bfcm complex) and 1.022 V (dfcm complex) versus Fc/Fc+. Coulometric experiments implicated a second, much less pronounced anodic wave for the apparent two-electron RhI oxidation that overlaps with the ferrocenyl anodic wave and that the redox processes associated with these two RhI oxidation waves are in slow equilibrium with each other.  相似文献

陆生植物的地上部分如叶、茎、花、果实等的表面覆盖着一层蜡质,它是由一系列复杂化合物组成的具有三维微结构的疏水层,在植物生长和发育过程中起着不可或缺的作用,具有很好的生物学功能。作为植物与环境的第一接触面,蜡质对外界环境因子的响应较敏感,当植物受到外界不利环境因子胁迫时,蜡质会改变自身晶体结构形态或化学组分构建防御机制以减少胁迫因子的作用,有效地协调植物与环境的关系。综述了近年来国内外关于植物蜡质的研究进展,在阐述蜡质层结构及其化学组分的基础上,着重介绍植物与环境因子的作用,包括非生物环境因子如水分、温度、光照、环境污染等以及植食性昆虫和病原菌等生物环境因子的作用。研究显示,胁迫环境下植物蜡质化学组分的变化,是由于不利环境因子的作用足以改变蜡质各产物的合成途径,从而影响蜡质产物。植物蜡质利用各种生理、化学机制对胁迫环境因子的适应以及响应,是植物适应各种生境的基础,因此通过对植物蜡质与环境关系的研究为进一步解析植物与环境关系提供证据。  相似文献

为明确小麦不同器官表皮蜡质晶体结构和蜡质组分的差异,该研究以小麦品系CP98(11)为材料,在小麦扬花期分别取小麦的旗叶、叶鞘、穗下茎、花药和颖壳,利用气相色谱技术对各器官表皮蜡质组分进行鉴定,并通过扫描电镜观察其蜡质晶体结构。结果表明:(1)小麦不同器官的蜡质成分共鉴定出30种,主要为初级醇、二酮、烷烃、脂肪醛、脂肪酸、酯。(2)叶鞘、穗下茎、颖壳的蜡质中二酮含量最高,分别占蜡质总量的78.96%、67.03%和68.6%;花药的蜡质中烷烃含量最高(75.82%);旗叶的蜡质中初级醇含量最高(45.91%),其次为烷烃33.19%。(3)扫描电镜观察显示,旗叶正面的蜡质晶体呈片状结构,旗叶反面和颖壳的蜡质晶体结构呈片状与柱状混合的结构,花药的蜡质呈明显的波浪状结构,穗下茎和叶鞘的蜡质晶体呈柱状结构。  相似文献

Naturally occurring macromolecules present at the epicuticular wax/stalk tissue interface of sugarcane were investigated using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Investigations of water, cellulose, and wax‐cellulose interrelationships were possible using NIRS methods, where in the past many different techniques have been required. The sugarcane complex interface was used as an example of typical phenomena found at plant leaf/stalk interfaces. This detailed study showed that sugarcane cultivars exhibit spectral differences in the CHn, water OH, and cellulose OH regions, reflecting the presence of epicuticular wax, epidermis, and ground tissue. Spectrally complex water bands (5276 cm?1 and 7500–6000 cm?1) were investigated via freeze‐drying experiments which revealed sequentially a complex band substructure (7500–6000 cm?1), a developing weak H‐bonding system (~7301 cm?1), and strong H‐bonding (~7062 cm?1) assigned to water—cellulose interactions. Principal component analysis techniques clarified complex band trends that developed during the desorption experiment. Bands from wax‐free stalk were minimized in the 4327–4080 cm?1 region (C? Hn vibrational modes associated with long chain fatty compounds), while bands from the stalk tissue (particularly lignin and moisture) became more pronounced. Sedum album is a succulent plant, with phenotypic variability resulting in delimitation of a number of taxa with diverse taxonomic recognition. We analyzed the taxa from Sedum album in broad sense (S. album, S. micranthum, S. athoum and S. serpentini) from Balkan Peninsula, to check whether the variability of their epidermal structures and epicuticular wax composition corresponds to their taxonomic reliability. Epidermal structures and epicuticular waxes were analyzed using light and scanning electron microscopy, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-flame ionization detector chromatography and multivariate statistical techniques. Analyses of studied taxa have shown that significant systematic characters include adaxial epidermal and guard cell length, stomatal frequency and subsidiary cells area on abaxial epidermis. The content of n-alkanes C29, C30, C27, C32 and C33 was shown to be valuable criterion for their phytochemical delimitation. The comparison of epicuticular wax microstructures has shown no significant differences. Results indicate presence of two (micromorphology) or three (phytochemistry) well-defined groups of populations, with S. serpentini manifesting a considerable level of separation toward the others. Sedum athoum have shown weak to moderate degree of differentiation, while S. micranthum has shown general resemblance to S. album.  相似文献

Metallocyclic platinum(II) complexes coordinating with 2-phenylpyridine (ppy) and a series of β-diketone ancillary OO ligands, (ppy)Pt(acac), (ppy)Pt(ba), (ppy)Pt(dbm), and (ppy)Pt(tta) (acac = acetylacetone, ba = benzoylacetone, dbm = dibenzoylmethane, tta = thenoyltrifluoroacetone) were synthesized. The crystal structure, absorption, emission, quantum yield and phosphorescence life time were characterized. As the conjugative π system of the OO ligand increases in the order acac < ba < dbm, or there is a group -CF3to attract the electron density of the tta ligand, the quantum yield decreases in the order (ppy)Pt(acac) > (ppy)Pt(ba) > (ppy)Pt(dbm) > (ppy)Pt(tta) due to an energy back-flow from ppy to the OO ligand, a trend also in contrast to the phosphorescence emission spectra and time decay (biexponentially, ∼0.7-13 μs).  相似文献
