竹盲走螨对竹裂爪螨的捕食功能   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
在实验室模拟条件下,系统研究了竹盲走螨对竹裂爪螨的控制作用.结果表明,在25±0.5 ℃条件下,竹盲走螨对竹裂爪螨各螨态的功能反应均属HollingⅡ型.在同一温度条件下,雌竹盲走螨成螨对竹裂爪螨各螨态的处置时间依次为卵<幼螨<前若螨<后若螨<雌成螨.竹裂爪螨卵、幼螨、若螨、雌成螨共存时,竹盲走螨嗜食卵、幼螨和前若螨(Q>1),但其对卵与幼螨及幼螨与前若螨无偏嗜现象.当竹裂爪螨密度低于9头时,竹盲走螨的产卵量随密度增加而增加;9~15头时,其日平均产卵量保持在每雌2粒左右;超过15头以后,产卵量反而下降,说明猎物密度过高对捕食者生存、繁殖存在干扰作用.  相似文献

毒力测定结果表明.五种杀螨荆对食菌嗜木螨的毒力顺序由高至低为:天力Ⅱ号、扑螨特、单甲胖、螨克、克螨特。药效试验显示,用天力Ⅱ号(0.12%灭虫丁可湿性粉剂)的250倍液和10%扑螨特乳油的1000倍液防治食菌嗜木螨可取得较好的防治效果。  相似文献

研究了苹果全爪螨实验种群的密度效应。实验结果表明:二斑叶螨卵期不存在密度效应;幼、若螨期间存在密度效应,幼、若螨密度与其成活率明显相关,幼、若螨初始密度的增加导致死亡率增加,并且当代性比向偏雌性方向发展,而子代性比向偏雄性方向发展;不同幼、若螨密度和成螨密度对成螨产卵量均有极显著差异。苹果叶片上螨口密度大于2.5~3.5头/cm^2时,扩散量明显增加。  相似文献

用玉米粉培养基、BY(牛肉膏+酵母膏)软琼脂培养基、BY培养液3种培养基对实验室薄口螨(Histiostoma laboratorium)进行了培养。其最适培养基是玉米粉培养基;该螨在BY软琼脂培养基上也能生长,但生长速度比较缓慢,经过BY软琼脂培养基的培养,能够收集到大量干净的个体,为DNA提取和分子生物学研究提供了方便;在BY培养液中,实验室薄口螨不能进行继代生长,但能够产生大量的卵,可收集卵做更进一步的深入研究。休眠体是该螨生活史中的重要阶段,是借助携播者进行传播的特殊形式。对孳生于培养有果蝇的玻璃指管中的实验室薄口螨产生的休眠体及其在果蝇体表的吸附状况进行了观察,利用较高温度(30~35℃)培养基逐步干燥、较低温度(10~15℃)、BY液体培养3种方法,可以诱导该螨休眠体集中大量地形成,方便收集休眠体,是对其进行生理生化、基因表达、疾病传播机理等方面研究的先决条件。  相似文献

探讨引起尿螨病的病原螨种类,以离心沉淀法浓缩尿液或用铜丝筛(100目/寸)过滤,分离尿液中的螨,直接镜检鉴定螨种,从69例尿螨阳性者的尿液中共分离出17种病原螨,即:粗脚粉螨Acarus siro,腐食酪螨Tyrophagus putrescentiae,长食酪螨T.longior,椭圆食粉螨Aleuroglyphus ovatus,伯氏嗜木螨Caloglyphus berlesei,食菌嗜木螨C.mycophagus,纳氏皱皮螨Suidasianesbitti,河野脂螨Lardoglyphus konoi,家食甜螨Glycyphagus domesticus,甜果螨Carpoglyphuslactis,害嗜鳞螨Lepidoglyphus destructor,粉尘螨Dermatophagoides farinae,屋尘螨D.pteronyssinus,梅氏嗜霉螨Euroglyphus maynei,赫氏蒲螨Pyemotes hughesi,谷跗线螨Tarsonemus granarus,人跗线螨T.hominis,在同一受检者尿液中检出成螨者19例,检出幼螨者18例,同时发现成螨和幼螨者11例,成螨和卵同时检出者3例,成螨,幼螨和卵同时检出者11例,幼螨和卵同时检出者6例,休眠休和卵同时检出者1例;分别占尿螨阳性总数的27.54%,26.09%,15.94%,4.35%,15.94%,8.70%,1.44%.69例悄螨病患者每200mL尿液中检出螨数0.5个以下者32人,0.6-1个者25人,1.1=-1.5个者10人,1.5个以上者2人,引起尿螨病的病原螨种类较多,其中粉螨是主要的病原螨。  相似文献

Leplothrombiumsp.是属绒螨科的一种寄生螨,可寄生于北京油葫芦、银川油葫芦、大扁头蟋、斗蟋、长颚蟋等多种农田蟋蟀。其寄生率一般在10%~30%,个别达80%以上。单头寄生螨数通常1~5头,多者达20头以上。该寄生螨1年1代,7至9月幼螨寄生于蟋蟀虫体,8月下旬离开蟋绊进入土壤中,变为若螨。若螨在20cm以下的土壤中越冬,第2年5月变为成螨。6~7月成螨出土活动,卵产于蟋蟀体上。7月中旬,田间开始出现被寄生蟋蟀,8月为奇生盛期,主要寄生姐蟀的中、老龄着虫和成虫,以螫胶吸附在蟋蟀虫体背面、后胸及腹部第亚、2腹节的节间、足基部…  相似文献

【目的】为明确不同杀螨剂对朱砂叶螨Tetranychuscinnabarinus不同发育阶段的生物活性。【方法】采用浸渍法分别测定了10种杀螨剂对朱砂叶螨成螨、卵和若螨的毒力。【结果】丁氟螨酯、阿维菌素和联苯肼酯对成螨、卵和若螨的活性均较高;乙螨唑和螺螨酯对卵和若螨活性较高,但对成螨活性明显偏低;甲氰菊酯对成螨和若螨的活性优于卵;唑螨酯、哒螨灵和三唑锡对3种螨态也均具有毒杀作用,但毒力偏低。同一种杀螨剂对若螨的活性均高于成螨和卵,乙螨唑、螺螨酯、联苯肼酯、唑螨酯和炔螨特对卵的活性高于成螨,丁氟螨酯、阿维菌素、甲氰菊酯、哒螨灵和三唑锡对成螨的活性高于卵。【结论】不同杀螨剂对朱砂叶螨不同发育阶段毒力存在较大差异,田间用药防治时应根据害螨发生情况和发生阶段,选择适合的防治药剂。  相似文献

本文报导在实验室中用集体饲养和单个饲养法所观察的地里恙螨第四代至第五代的生活史。对于卵、次卵、幼虫、若蛹、若虫和成蛹等各期的发育过程与发育时间作了记述;观察了雌雄成虫间接交配的过程, 记录了雄螨产置精胞和受精雌螨产生卵的数量、雌雄螨的不同寿命、以及摄食蚤卵的数量。 文内讨论了各发育期的淘汰率及其因素、卵与次卵、若蛹、成蛹等静止阶段的发育场所及其出现角突和足芽的规律性。 本文还分析了文献上关于恙螨卵壳破裂方式的描述有错误的可能性。 文中附有地里恙螨卵、次卵和卵壳的详图, 并拟就一个较完整的地里恙螨生活史的图解。  相似文献

胡瓜钝绥螨Amblyseius cucumeris Oudemans能捕食为害蝴蝶兰的害螨---太平洋细须螨Tenuipalpus pacificus Baker的卵、幼螨、若螨和成螨。室内研究了胡瓜钝绥螨雌成螨对太平洋细须螨卵、幼螨、若螨的捕食功能反应。结果表明,随着太平洋细须螨密度的增加,胡瓜钝绥螨雌成螨对太平洋细须螨的捕食数量也随之上升,捕食功能反应曲线符合Holling II型方程。胡瓜钝绥螨雌成螨对太平洋细须螨卵的控制能力显著强于对幼螨和若螨的控制能力,a/Th值分别为165.8、79.2和63.8。在猎物密度一定时,由于胡瓜钝绥螨个体间存在相互竞争和相互干扰作用,随着捕食螨密度的提高,捕食螨平均捕食量逐渐减少。  相似文献

The life cycle of Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis was systematically investigated in vivo. The life cycle of females and males consisted of an egg, larva, protonymph, and a tritonymph that gave rise to an adult. Development from egg to adult required 10.06-13.16 days for the male and 9.93-13.03 days for the female. Egg incubation times were greater than 50.1 to less than 52.97 hr. Larval duration was between 3.22 and 4.20 days. The durations of protonymphal stages that were destined to become females and males were greater than 2.40 to less than 3.40 days and greater than 2.33 to less than 3.33 days, respectively. Tritonymphs destined to become females and males molted in greater than 2.22 to less than 3.22 days and greater than 2.42 to less than 3.42 days, respectively. During development, all life stages frequently left their burrows and wandered on the skin surface.  相似文献

The duration of immature life stages and the preoviposition period of Solenopotes capillatus Enderlein (Anoplura: Linognathidae) were determined by daily observation in vivo of individual specimens. The duration of the egg and nymphal stages was obtained by daily observation of eggs deposited by females transferred to normal predilection sites of uninfested cattle. The preoviposition period was determined by transferring third instars to uninfested cattle and then recording the period from adult eclosion to first oviposition. The egg stage required 11-13 d. Both first and second instars required 3-4 d, and third instars, based on observations of females, required 5-6 d. The preoviposition period was 2 d. Between 27 and 29 d was required for completion of the cycle (egg to egg). The size (length) of unmounted specimens, in millimeters, was egg 0.70; first instar 0.69; second instar, 0.82; third instar, 1.06; adult female, 1.50; and adult male, 1.08.  相似文献

Data are presented on the biology and life cycle of Nemoura avicularis Morton in a North Wales lake, Llyn Dinas, and in the laboratory. Aspects of egg, nymphal and adult biology are described and discussed. Special attention is given to the early instars. The life cycle in the field was followed for a 2-year period. Eggs hatched during April, May and the first half of June, and growth then continued more or less continuously until late January when the nymphs were fully grown. Emergence, however, did not begin until March, reaching a peak in April and continuing into the early part of May. In the laboratory N avicularis was reared through its life cycle from egg to adult. The results of the present study are discussed in relation to previous research on the biology and life cycle of N. avicularis.  相似文献

The life cycle of Steinernema scapterisci Nguyen and Smart, 1990 consists of an egg stage, four juvenile stages, and an adult stage (male and female). The cycle from IJ (third stage infective juveniles) to IJ may proceed by one of two routes. If the nutrient supply is sufficient and the population is not overcrowded, the IJ develop to adult males and females of the first generation. Most eggs from these adult females hatch and the juveniles develop through each life stage to become adult males and females of the second generation. Eggs produced by these females develop to IJ. This cycle takes 8-10 days (long cycle) at 24 C. If the nutrient supply is insufficient or if overcrowded, the IJ develop to adult males and females of the first generation, and eggs produced by the females develop directly to IJ. This cycle takes 6-7 days (short cycle). The nematode is less tolerant of lower temperatures and more tolerant of higher temperatures than are other species of the genus. The sex ratio is influenced by temperature. At 15 and 24 C, females constituted 54% and 60% of the population, respectively, but at 30 C females constituted 47% of the population.  相似文献

虾钳菜日龟甲 Cassida japana Baly是农田杂草藜 Chenopodium album L.的重要天敌。该虫在江苏地区一年发生4代,以成虫越冬。成虫产卵期一般为16~31 d,每雌产卵量最多为482粒,平均为175粒。各虫态历期因代别而异,卵期3~13d,幼虫期8~16 d,蛹期3~6 d,成虫寿命一般为15~35 d,越冬代成虫寿命长达200余d。该虫全年盛发期在6月中、下旬至8月中旬,发生为害与温度关系密切,高温对其不利。本文选择15科26种植物进行寄主专一性测定,结果表明:虾钳菜日龟甲对藜的嗜食程度很高,并能在藜上完成世代;而其它供试植物不是虾钳菜日龟甲的寄主,因此可以将该虫安全用于杂草藜的生物防治。  相似文献

扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley是近年在我国新发现的一种重要外来入侵害虫, 特别是对我国棉花生产具有潜在的巨大威胁,本文研究了实验室条件下(27±1℃, RH 70%±5%)该虫在棉花上的发育历期、 繁殖能力及各虫态的形态特征。结果表明:扶桑绵粉蚧雌虫生活史包括卵、1龄若虫、2龄若虫、3龄若虫和雌成虫;雄虫生活史包括卵、1龄若虫、 2龄若虫、预蛹、 蛹和雄成虫。卵期很短,雌虫若虫期15~20 d,总历期约为47~59 d;雄虫若虫和蛹期17~22 d,总历期约为20~26 d;雌虫寿命明显长于雄虫。该蚧虫繁殖能力强,雌成虫产卵量200~862粒/头,平均产卵458粒/头。各虫态主要形态特征为:卵呈长椭圆形,橙黄色, 略微透明; 1龄若虫,淡黄绿色,行动活泼;2龄若虫体缘突起显现, 尾瓣突出,至末期可根据体表黑斑的可见程度区分雌、 雄虫;3龄雌若虫, 体表有薄层蜡粉, 在前、中胸背面亚中区和腹部1~4节背面亚中区可见清晰斑点, 形成纵向黑色条斑, 外表形似雌成虫。雌成虫呈卵圆形,体表蜡粉厚实,胸、腹背面的黑色条斑在蜡粉覆盖下呈成对黑色斑点状,体缘蜡突明显,共18对,其中腹部末端2~3对较长; 雄虫蛹包裹于松软的白色丝茧中;雄成虫,虫体较小,黑褐色;触角细长,具一对发达透明前翅,后翅退化为平衡棒,腹部末端具2对白色长蜡丝。本文通过对扶桑绵粉蚧的基本生物学特性和各个龄期发育的形态特征的研究, 为该虫的进一步研究和科学防控提供了基本资料,具有重要的理论和实践意义。  相似文献

The complete life cycle of Triatoma flavida, weekly fed on hens, was studied at 28+/-2 degrees C and 80+/-10% RH. Aspects related to hatching, life span, mortality and feeding behavior for each stage of its life cycle were evaluated. The hatching rate observed for 100 eggs was 93% with an average incubation period of 27.2 days. Sixty-two nymphs completed the cycle and the mean egg to adult development time was 230.4 days. Mean duration of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th instar nymphs was 22.1, 25.3, 36.7, 49.7 and 69.4 days, respectively. The number of blood meals on each nymphal stage varied from 1 to 7. The mortality rate was 6.5% for NI, 23% for NIII and 7.5% for NV nymphs. Mean number of laid eggs per female was 283.1. Adult survival rates were 344.8 +/- 256.4 days for males and 285.3 +/- 201.8 days for females.  相似文献

cAMP-dependent protein kinases (PKAs) are the main transducers of cAMP signalling in eukaryotic cells. Recently we reported the identification and characterisation of a PKA catalytic subunit (SmPKA-C) in Schistosoma mansoni that is required for adult schistosome viability in vitro. To gain further insights into the role of SmPKA-C in biological processes during the schistosome life cycle, we undertook a quantitative analysis of SmPKA-C mRNA expression in different life cycle stages. Our data shows that SmPKA-C mRNA expression is developmentally regulated, with the highest levels of expression in cercariae and adult female worms. To evaluate the biological role of SmPKA-C in these developmental stages, cercariae and adult worms were treated with various concentrations of PKA inhibitors. Treatment of cercariae with H-89 or PKI 14-22 amide resulted in loss of viability suggesting that, as in adults, PKA is an essential enzyme activity in this infectious larval stage. In adult worms, in vitro exposure to sub-lethal concentrations of H-89 or PKI 14-22 amide resulted in inhibition of egg production in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, using a murine model of schistosome infection where S. mansoni fecundity is impaired, we show that reduced rates of egg production in vivo correlate with significant reductions in SmPKA-C mRNA expression and PKA activity. Finally, restoration of parasite egg production in vivo also resulted in normalisation of SmPKA-C mRNA expression and PKA activity. Taken together, our data suggest that PKA signalling is required for cercarial viability and may play a specific role in the reproductive activity of adult worms.  相似文献

The life history and feeding habits of Lasioseius scapulatus, an ascid predator and potential biocontrol agent of nematodes, was examined. Reproduction was asexual, and the life cycle was 8-10 days at room temperature. Life history consisted of the egg, protonymph, deutonymph, and adult. Both nymphal stages and the adult captured and consumed nematodes. Two fungal genera and eight genera of nematodes were suitable food sources. Second-stage root-knot nematode juveniles were eaten, but eggs and adult females were not. The mite fed voraciously on nematodes and drastically reduced Aphelenchus avenae populations in vitro. It is suggested that mites are of considerable importance in the ecology of certain nematodes.  相似文献
