A new gas-chromatographic mass-spectrometric method for the rapid determination of 11-dehydro-thromboxane B2 in urine, the major metabolite of systemic thromboxane formation, has been developed. Excellent sample clean-up was obtained in a single step by adsorption of 11-dehydro-TXB2 on phenylboronate cartridges, vigorous polar and organic washing and elution with an acidic methanol mixture. Then the pentafluorobenzylester trimethylsilylether derivative of 11-dehydro-TXB2 was formed and quantified in isotope dilution technique by negative chemical ionisation gas-chromatography tandem mass-spectrometry. The daughter fragments m/z 243/247 of the parent ion m/z 511/515 were monitored. Recovery was linear and quantitative over a wide range, accuracy was 95+7% and precision was 11% down to the very low pg range in biologica samples. Independent validation of this very fast extraction method with a reference method applying extensive sample purification with consecutive reversed and straight phase extraction, precolumn derivatisation, reversed phase high pressure liquid chromatography and tandem gas-chromatography mass-spectrometry gave excellent agreement of values. Values of 11-dehydro-TXB2 excretion in 8 healthy controls were 501+298 (range 231 to 1141) ng/g creatinin. Excretion was suppressed by aspirin, moderately elevated in heavy smokers (range 680 to 1540) and increased in patients with venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism (2370 to 13350 ng/g creatinin). This rapid extraction method is useful for the highly specific and sensitive determination of 11-dehydro-TXB2 in large sample numbers.  相似文献

11-Dehydrothromboxane B2 is one of the major enzymatic metabolites of thromboxane B2 (TXB2), a biologically inactive product of thromboxane A2. The short half-life of thromboxane A2 and ex vivo production of thromboxane B2 by platelet activation make these prostanoid metabolites inappropriate as indices of systemic thromboxane biosynthesis, whereas 11-dehydro-TXB2 has been shown to reflect the release of thromboxane A2 in the human blood circulation. Analysis of 11-dehydro-TXB2 in plasma and urine was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry using the chemically synthesized tetradeuterated compound as an internal standard. The high selectivity of triple-stage quadrupole mass spectrometry (tandem mass spectrometry) considerably facilitates sample purification as compared to single quadrupole mass spectrometric determination. Plasma concentrations in five healthy male volunteers were in the range 0.8-2.5 pg/ml. Urinary excretion of 11-dehydro-TXB2 was higher than that of 2,3-dinor-TXB2: 1.2 +/- 0.36 micrograms/24 h vs 0.53 +/- 0.33 micrograms/24 h (n = 5). Thus 11-dehydro-TXB2 appears at present to be the best index metabolite of systemic TXA2 activity in plasma as well as in urine.  相似文献

We report here a quantitative method for the analysis of ABT-578 in human whole blood samples. Sample preparation was achieved by a semi-automated 96-well format liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) method. Aluminum/polypropylene heat seal foil was used to enclose each well of the 96-well plate for the liquid-liquid extraction. A liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method with pre-column regeneration was developed for the analysis of sample extracts. Selective reaction monitoring (SRM) of the mass transitions m/z 983-935 and m/z 931-883 was employed for the detection of ABT-578 and internal standard, respectively. The ammonium adduct ions [M + NH(4)](+) generated from electrospray ionization were monitored as the precursor ions. The assay was validated for a linear dynamic range of 0.20-200.75ng/ml. The correlation coefficient (r) was between 0.9959 and 0.9971. The intra-assay CV (%) was between 1.9 and 13.5% and the inter-assay CV (%) was between 4.7 and 11.3%. The inter-assay mean accuracy was between 86.4 and 102.5% of the theoretical concentrations.  相似文献

A selective, sensitive and rapid liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of levonorgestrel in plasma was developed. An Applied Biosystems API 3000 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer set to multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, using atmospheric pressure photospray ionisation (APPI) in the positive mode. Using 17-alpha-methyltestosterone as internal standard (IS), liquid-liquid extraction was followed by reversed phase liquid chromatography using a phenyl-hexyl column and tandem mass spectrometric detection. The mean recovery for levonorgestrel and 17-alpha-methyltestosterone was 99.5 and 62.9%, respectively. The method was validated from 0.265 to 130 ng levonorgestrel/ml plasma with the lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) set at 0.265 ng/ml. This assay method makes use of the increased sensitivity and selectivity of tandem mass spectrometric (MS/MS) detection, allowing for a rapid (extraction and chromatography) and selective method for the determination of levonorgestrel in human plasma. The assay method was used in a pharmacokinetic study to quantify levonorgestrel in human plasma samples generated after administrating a single oral dose of 1.5 mg levonorgestrel to healthy female volunteers for up to five half lives. The total chromatographic runtime of this method was 5.0 min per sample, allowing for analysis of a large number of samples per batch.  相似文献

A quantitative analytical method using automated on-line solid phase extraction (SPE) and liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) for the determination of 8-OHdG (8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine) in human plasma was developed and validated. A one-step membrane extraction method for the plasma sample preparation and a C18 SPE column with simple extraction and purification were used for the on-line extraction. A C18 column was employed for LC separation and ESI-MS/MS was utilized for detection. (15)N(5)-8-OHdG ((15)N(5)-8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine) was used as an internal standard for quantitative determination. The extraction, clean-up and analysis procedures were controlled by a fully automated six-port switch valve as one strategy to reduce the matrix effect and simultaneously improve detection sensitivity. Identification and quantification were based on the following transitions: m/z 284→168 for 8-OHdG and m/z 289→173 for (15)N(5)-8-OHdG. Satisfactory recovery was obtained, and the recovery ranged from 95.1 to 106.1% at trace levels in human plasma and urine, with a CV lower than 5.4%. Values for intraday and interday precision were between 2.3 and 6.8% for plasma and between 2.7 and 4.5% for urine, respectively. Values for the method accuracy of intraday and interday assays ranged from 93.0 and 100.5% for plasma and 110.2 and 119.4% for urine, respectively. The limits of detection (LOD) and LOQ were 0.008 ng/mL and 0.02 ng/mL, respectively. The applicability of this newly developed method was demonstrated by analysis of human plasma samples for an evaluation of the future risk of oxidative stress status in human exposure to nanoparticles and other diseases.  相似文献

A new method for the quantification of cidofovir (CDV), an acyclic nucleotide analogue of cytosine with antiviral activity against a broad-spectrum of DNA viruses, in human serum, using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) has been developed. A strong anion exchange (SAX) solid-phase extraction procedure was applied for the sample preparation. The tandem mass spectrometer was tuned in the multiple reaction monitoring mode to monitor the m/z 278.1-->234.9 and the m/z 288.1-->133.1 transitions for CDV and the internal standard 9-(2-phosphonylmethoxyethyl)guanine (PMEG), respectively, using negative electrospray ionization. The MS/MS response was linear over the concentration range from 78.125 ng/ml to 10,000 ng/ml, with a lower limit of quantification of 78.125 ng/ml. The intra- and inter-day precisions (relative standard deviation (%)) for CDV were less than 7.8% and the accuracies (% of deviation from nominal level) were within +/-12.1% for quality controls. The novel LC-MS/MS method allowed a specific, sensitive and reliable determination of CDV in human serum and was applied to investigate the yet unknown pharmacokinetic properties of CDV in a paediatric cancer patient.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and specific automated SPE-LC-MS-MS assay was developed and validated for determination of valdecoxib (I), its hydroxylated metabolite (II) and carboxylic acid metabolite (III) in human urine. The analytes (I, II and III) and a structural analogue internal standard (I.S.) were extracted on a C(18) solid-phase extraction cartridge using a Zymark RapidTrace automation system. The chromatographic separation was performed on a narrow-bore reverse phase HPLC column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (50:50, v/v) containing 10 mM 4-methylmorpholine (pH 6.0). The analytes were ionized using negative electrospray mass spectrometry, then detected by multiple reaction monitoring with a tandem mass spectrometer. The precursor to product ion transitions of m/z 313-->118, m/z 329-->196 and m/z 343-->196 were used to measure I, II and III, respectively. The assay exhibited a linear dynamic range of 1-200 ng/ml for I and II and 2-200 ng/ml for III in human urine. The lower limit of quantitation was 1 ng/ml for I and II and 2 ng/ml for III. Acceptable precision and accuracy were obtained for concentrations over the standard curve ranges. Run time of 5.5 min for each sample made it possible to analyze a throughput of 70 human urine samples per run. The assay has been successfully used to analyze human urine samples to support clinical phase I and II studies.  相似文献

To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of digoxin in humans, a sensitive and specific LC/MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of digoxin concentrations in human plasma. The method was shown to be more sensitive, specific, accurate, and reproducible than common techniques such as RIA. For detection, a LC/MS/MS system with electro spray ionization tandem mass spectrometry in the positive ion-multiple reaction-monitoring (MRM) mode was used to monitor precursor to product ions of m/z 798.5-51.5 for digoxin and m/z 782.5-35.5 for the internal standard, digitoxin. The method was validated over a concentration range of 0.02-5 ng/mL and was found to have acceptable accuracy, precision, linearity, and selectivity. The mean extraction recovery from spiked plasma samples was above 80%. Imidafenacin, coadministered in a drug-drug interaction study, had no detectable influence on the determination of digoxin in human plasma. The novel method was applied to a drug-drug interaction study of digoxin and imidafenacin and the characterization of steady-state pharmacokinetics of digoxin in humans after oral administration at a dose of 0.25 mg on days 1 and 2 followed by 0.125 mg daily doses on days 3 through 8.  相似文献

Urinary immunoreactive thromboxane (irTXB2) has been found helpful in acute settings with altered renal, but also extrarenal thromboxane formation. As only trace amounts of systemically formed thromboxane are excreted unmetabolized, the nature of urinary irTXB2 was explored. The two most abundant metabolites of systemic thromboxane, 2,3-dinor-TXB2 and 11-dehydro-TXB2, crossreacted about 70% and less than 1%, respectively, with a widely used thromboxane antiserum. After solid-phase extraction of urine samples and separation on reversed-phase HPLC, the bulk of immunoreactivity always eluted as one peak shown to correspond to 2,3-dinor-TXB2. Much less was found in fractions where TXB2 eluted. Therefore, urines were read against calibration curves constructed with 2,3-dinor-TXB2. This direct estimation gave good recoveries for standard 2,3-dinor-TXB2 and correlated well, both in healthy controls and in patients at increased risk or with overt vascular disease, to values obtained after solid phase extraction, purification on reversed-phase HPLC and quantitation by either gas-chromatography mass-spectrometry or radioimmunoassay. Patients with multiple cardiovascular risk factors but free from detectable vascular disease excreted significantly more irTXB2 than age-matched controls with non-vascular conditions or normals. Therefore, urinary irTXB2 measured with this antiserum represents 2,3-dinor-TXB2, reflecting the systemic formation of TXB2. This simple approach is feasible for screening thromboxane formation in large series of patients. Its acumen in detecting the early development of vascular disease and its relation to established risk factors deserves large-scale prospective testing.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and rapid liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) method was developed and validated for quantification of chloroquine, an antimalarial drug, in plasma using its structural analogue, piperazine bis chloroquinoline as internal standard (IS). The method is based on simple protein precipitation with methanol followed by a rapid isocratic elution with 10 mM ammonium acetate buffer/methanol (25/75, v/v, pH 4.6) on Chromolith SpeedROD RP-18e reversed phase chromatographic column and subsequent analysis by mass spectrometry in the multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM). The precursor to product ion transitions of m/z 320.3-->247.2 and m/z 409.1-->205.2 were used to measure the analyte and the IS, respectively. The assay exhibited a linear dynamic range of 2.0-489.1 ng/mL for chloroquine in dog plasma. The limit of detection (LOD) and lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) were 0.4 and 2.0 ng/mL, respectively in 0.05 mL plasma. Acceptable precision and accuracy were obtained for concentrations over the standard curve range of 2.0-489.1 ng/mL. A run time of 2.0 min for a sample made it possible to achieve a throughput of more than 400 plasma samples analyzed per day. The validated method was successfully used to analyze samples of dog plasma during non-clinical study of chloroquine.  相似文献

A simple and selective determination method of 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 (11-dehydroTXB2), which is urinary metabolite of TXA2, has been developed employing liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS). 11-DehydroTXB2 and its deuterium-labeled analogue as an internal standard were extracted from urine by simple solid-phase extraction (SPE). These compounds were analyzed using LC-MS-MS in the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode, by monitoring the transitions from m/z 367 to m/z 161 for 11-dehydroTXB2 and from m/z 371 to m/z 165 for its internal standard. A good linear response over the range 50 pg-10 ng per tube was demonstrated. The values determined by LC-MS-MS were well validated and closely corresponded to the values determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The mean concentration of 11-dehydroTXB2 in urine of healthy adults was 635 +/- 427 pg/mg creatinine (mean +/- S.D., n = 13). This simple, accurate and selective determination method described in this study should greatly aid in evaluating the role of TXA2 in vivo.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatographic/tandem mass spectrometric method for determination of misoprostol acid, the active metabolite of misoprostol, was developed and validated. Following liquid-liquid extraction, the analytes were separated using an isocratic mobile phase on a C(18) column. An API 4000 tandem mass spectrometer equipped with Turbo IonSpray ionization source was used as detector and was operated in the negative ion mode. Multiple reaction monitoring using the precursor to product ion combinations of m/z 367-249 and 296-269 was performed to quantify misoprostol acid and the internal standard hydrochlorothiazide, respectively. The method was linear in the concentration range of 10.0-3000 pg mL(-1) using 200 microL plasma. The lower limit of quantification was 10.0 pg mL(-1). The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviation over the entire concentration range was less than 8.3%. Accuracy determined at three concentrations (25.0, 200 and 2700 pg mL(-1) for misoprostol acid) ranged from -0.5 to 1.2% in terms of relative error. Each plasma sample was chromatographed within 3.5 min. The method was successfully used in a pharmacokinetic study of misoprostol in human plasma after an oral administration of 0.6 mg misoprostol.  相似文献

An automated high-throughput liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for quantitative determination of donepezil in human plasma. 150 MicroL of plasma samples were placed in 2.2 mL 96-deepwell plates and both donepezil and loratadine (IS) were extracted from human plasma by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), using hexane as the organic solvent. Robotic liquid handling workstations were employed for all liquid transfer and solution preparation steps and resulted in a short sample preparation time. After vortexing, centrifugation and freezing, the supernatant organic solvent was evaporated and reconstituted in a small volume of reconstitution solution. The method developed, includes a sample analysis performed by reversed phase LC-MS/MS, with positive ion electrospray ionization, using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The chromatographic run time was set for 2.0 min with a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min in a C18 analytical column. The method was significantly sensitive, specific, accurate and precise for the determination of donepezil in human plasma and had the shortest run time. The curve was proven to be linear for the concentration range of 0.1-100 ng/mL. After validation, the method was applied to the rapid and reliable quantitative determination of donepezil in a bioequivalence study after per os administration of a 5mg donepezil tablet.  相似文献

A new extraction method has been developed for the extraction of prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) from human plasma of patients suffering chronic inflammatory disorders. The extraction solvents were optimised systematically and simultaneously by using a central composite design. The optimised method involves precipitation of the protein fraction, centrifugation, evaporation and dissolution of the supernatant in the mobile phase, screening to confirm the presence of the analyte, and quantification of the positive samples by liquid chromatography tandem ion-trap mass spectrometry. Tandem mass spectrometry in negative mode was performed by isolating and fragmenting the ion [PGE(2)-H](-) signal m/z 351. Identification and quantification was carried out by extracting the ion fragment chromatograms at 333, 315 and 271 m/z. The quantitative determination was linear for the low nanogram (1-50 ng/ml) and upper picogram (400-1000 pg/ml) range studied, using 15 and 0.5 ng/ml of internal standard, respectively. The lower limit of detection was 2.5 pg for an injection volume of 25 microl. The optimised extraction method showed high reproducibility (coefficients of variation<4%) and recovery values, estimated from standard addition experiments, ranging from 96 to 98%.  相似文献

A new LC-ESI-MS/MS assay method has been developed and validated for the quantification of swertiamarin, a representative bioactive substance of Swertia plants, in rat plasma using gentiopicroside, an analog of swertiamarin on chemical structure and chromatographic action, as the internal standard (IS). The swertiamarin and IS were extracted from rat plasma using solid-phase extraction (SPE) as the sample clean-up procedure, and they were chromatographed on a narrow internal diameter column (Agilent ZORBAX ECLIPSE XDB-C(18) 100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and water containing 0.1% acetic acid (25:75, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The detection was performed on an Agilent G6410B tandem mass spectrometer by negative ion electrospray ionisation in multiple-reaction monitoring mode while monitoring the transitions of m/z 433 [M+CH(3)COO](-)→179 and m/z 415 [M+CH(3)COO](-)→179 for swertiamarin and IS, respectively. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) was 5 ng/mL within a linear range of 5-1000 ng/mL (n=7, r(2)≥0.994), and the limit of detection (LOD) was demonstrated as 1.25 ng/mL (S/N≥3). The method also afforded satisfactory results in terms of sensitivity, specificity, precision (intra- and inter-day), accuracy, recovery, freeze/thaw, long-time stability and dilution integrity. This method was successfully applied to determination of the pharmacokinetic properties of swertiamarin in rats after oral administration at a dose of 20 mg/kg. The following pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained (mean): maximum plasma concentration, 1920.1 ng/mL; time to reach maximum plasma concentration, 0.945 h; elimination half-time, 1.10h; apparent total clearance, 5.638 L/h/kg; and apparent volume of distribution, 9.637 L/kg.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method for simultaneous quantitation of dexamethasone palmitate and dexamethasone in human plasma was developed. After sample preparation by protein precipitation and liquid-liquid extraction, the analytes and internal standard (IS) were separated on a Venusil XBP-C8 column using gradient elution. Multiple reaction monitoring of dexamethasone palmitate, dexamethasone and IS used the precursor to product ion transitions at m/z 631.8-->373.1, m/z 393.2-->147.1 and m/z 264.2-->58.1, respectively. The method was linear over the ranges 1.5-1000ng/mL for dexamethasone palmitate and 2.5-250ng/mL for dexamethasone with intra- and inter-day precisions of <10% and accuracies of 100+/-7%. The assay was applied to a clinical pharmacokinetic study involving the injection of dexamethasone palmitate to healthy volunteers.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic assay with tandem mass spectrometric detection was developed and validated for quantitation of the broad spectrum kinase inhibitor, flavopiridol, in human plasma. Sample preparation conditions included liquid-liquid extraction in acetonitrile (ACN), drying, and reconstitution in 20/80 water/ACN. Flavopiridol and the internal standard (IS), genistein, were separated by reversed phase chromatography using a C-18 column and a gradient of water with 25 mM ammonium formate and ACN. Electrospray ionization and detection of flavopiridol and genistein were accomplished with single reaction monitoring of m/z 402.09>341.02 and 271.09>152.90, respectively in positive-ion mode [M+H](+) on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. Recovery was greater than 90% throughout the linear range of 3-1000 nM. Replicate sample analysis indicated within- and between-run accuracy and precision to be less than 13% throughout the linear range. This method has the lowest lower limit of quantitation (LLOQ) reported to date for flavopiridol, and it allows for more accurate determination of terminal phase concentrations and improved pharmacokinetic parameter estimation in patients receiving an active dosing schedule of flavopiridol.  相似文献

A sensitive method was developed for the simultaneous determination of omeprazole and its major metabolites 5-hydroxyomeprazole and omeprazole sulfone in human plasma by HPLC-electrospray mass spectrometry. Following liquid-liquid extraction HPLC separation was achieved on a ProntoSil AQ, C18 column using a gradient with 10 mM ammonium acetate in water (pH 7.25) and acetonitrile. The mass spectrometer was operated in the selected ion monitoring mode using the respective MH(+) ions, m/z 346 for omeprazole, m/z 362 for 5-hydroxy-omeprazole and omeprazol-sulfone and m/z 300 for the internal standard (2-{[(3,5-dimethylpyridine-2-yl)methyl]thio}-1H-benzimidazole-5-yl)methanol. The limit of quantification (LOQ) achieved with this method was 5 ng/ml for 5-hydroxyomeprazole and 10 ng/ml for omeprazole and omeprazole-sulfone using 0.25 ml of plasma. Intra- and inter-assay variability was below 11% over the whole concentration range from 5 to 250 ng/ml for 5-hydroxyomeprazol and from 10 to 750 ng/ml for omeprazole and omeprazole-sulfone. The method was successfully applied to the determination of pharmacokinetic parameters of esomeprazole and the two major metabolites after a single dose and under steady state conditions.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective LC-MS-MS method has been developed and validated for the determination of cryptotanshinone (CTS) and its active metabolite tanshinone II A (TS II A) in rat plasma using fenofibrate (FOFB) as internal standard. Liquid-liquid extraction was used for sample preparation. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a Waters symmetry ODS column using methanol and water (85:15) as mobile phase delivered at 1.0 mL/min. LC-MS-MS analysis was carried out on a Finnigan LC-TSQ Quantum mass spectrometer using atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and positive multiple reaction monitoring. Ions monitored were m/z 297.0--> 251.0 for CTS, m/z 295.0--> 249.0 for TS II A, and m/z 361.1--> 233.0 for FOFB with argon at a pressure of 0.2 Pa and collision energy of 25 eV for collision-induced dissociation (CID). The assay was linear over the range 0.1-20 ng/mL for CTS and 0.2-15 ng/mL for TS II A. The average recoveries of CTS and TS II A from rat plasma were 93.7 and 94.7%, respectively. The established method has been applied in a pharmacokinetic study of CTS in rats.  相似文献

An analytical method based upon liquid chromatography coupled to ion trap mass spectrometry (MS) detection with electrospray ionization interface has been developed for the simultaneous identification and quantification of droperidol and ondansetron in human plasma. The two drugs were isolated from 0.5 mL of plasma using a basic liquid-liquid extraction with diethyl ether/heptane (90/10, v/v) and tropisetron and haloperidol as internal standards, with satisfactory extraction recoveries. They were separated on a 5-μm C(18) Highpurity column (150 mm×2.1 mm I.D.) maintained at 30°C. The elution was achieved isocratically with a mobile phase of 2 mM HCOONH(4) pH 3.8 buffer/acetonitrile (60/40, v/v) at a flow rate of 200 μL/min. Data were collected either in full-scan MS mode at m/z 100-450 or in full-scan MS-MS mode, selecting the [M+H] (+) ion at m/z=294.0 for ondansetron, m/z=285.2 for tropisetron, m/z=380.0 for droperidol and m/z=376.0 for haloperidol. The most intense daughter ion of ondansetron (m/z=212.0) and droperidol (m/z=194.0) were used for quantification. Retention times for tropisetron, ondansetron, droperidol and haloperidol were 2.50, 2.61, 3.10 and 4.68 min, respectively. Calibration curves were linear for both compounds in the 0.50-500 ng/mL range. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.10 ng/mL and 0.50 ng/mL, respectively. The intra- and inter-assay precisions were lower than 6.4% and intra- and inter-assay recoveries were in the 97.6-101.9% range for the three 3, 30 and 300 ng/mL concentrations. This method allows simultaneous and rapid measurement of droperidol and ondansetron, which are frequently co-administrated for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting.  相似文献
