本文报告在四川西部采集的寄生于缴形科植物水芹(Oenanthe javanica (Bl.)DG.)和 卵叶水芹(O. rosthornii Diels)上拟盘梗霉属的一个新种——水芹拟盘梗霉(Bremiella oenantheae Tao et Y. Qin sp. Nov.)。它与在捷克和罗马尼亚发现的,寄生在缴形科 Berula erecta上的 Bremiella baudysii 较为接近,但根据它们的孢子囊形态、大小、长宽比及萌发的方式等方面的差别,可以将它们区分开。对新种作了拉丁文及汉文描述,并附有形态图。  相似文献

本文报道了寄生于菊科植物大丁草(Leibnitzia anandria)上的盘梗霉的一个新种——大丁草盘梗霉(Bremia leibnitziae sp. nov.)。它的形态特征与小孢盘梗霉(B. microspora)较为接近,但根据新种的孢囊梗分枝次数较多,且有时不规则,孢子囊体积较小,卵孢子容易形成以及寄主的差别等特点,可以将它们区别开。  相似文献

1980—1981年先后自北京、昆明、福州等地双孢蘑菇[Agaricus bisporus (Lange)Sing.]上分离到一种真菌,在PDA上的培养性状与蘑菇轮枝菌(Vertieillium psalliotae Tresch.)和蛛网丝枝霉中国变种[Aphanocladium aranearum(Petch) Gams var sincase J.D.Chen]近 似。镜检可见其兼具上述两种菌的形态。经反复多次纯化,并挑取单孢子培养,肯定了这种真菌是纯菌。在培养基上已保存4年,形态稳定。它具典型蘑菇轮枝菌形态,而其丝枝霉型瓶梗的形成和瘪缩时间、长度、原瓶梗数量、末端瓶梗数及排列密度等,都与蛛网丝枝霉中国变种有一定差异,与丝枝霉属其它种亦不同,故定为两型丝枝霉新种(Aphanocladium dimorphum sp-nov.)。本文详细描述了该新种的形态,井对文甲所提的五种真菌及其与Engyodontium属间的关系进行了讨论。  相似文献

自1961年开始,从我国(除台湾省以外)的土壤和罹病植物组织中分离出大量腐霉菌种,通过研究,已鉴定者约40个种。本文报告其中5个在生物分类学上的新种,即:顶生腐霉(Pythium acrogynum sp. Nov.)、孤雌腐霉(P.Amasculinum sp. Nov.)、壁合腐霉(P.Connatumsp.nov.)、昆明腐霉(P. kunmingense sp. Nov.)和中国腐霉(P. sinense sp.nov.)。  相似文献

从云南热带地区野生或从野外移栽于温室中的蕨类植物根际土壤中分离得到六种VA菌根真菌:双网无梗囊霉Acaulospora bireticulata Rothwell et Trappe,细凹无梗囊霉Acaulospora scrobiculata Trappe,瘤状无梗囊霉Acaulospora tuberculata Janos & Trappe,多梗球囊霉 Glomus multicaule Gerdemann & Bakshi,棒孢硬囊霉 Sclerocystis clayisporaTrappe.帚状硬囊霉Sclerocystis coremioides Berk.& Broome,其中,瘤状无梗囊霉,多梗球囊霉和帚状硬囊霉为我国的3个新记录种。本文对这六种vA菌根真菌的主要形态学特征进行了描述,并对蕨类植物的VA菌根进行了讨论。  相似文献

Rhodtorula sp.Saccharomyces sp.Arthorbacter sp.和Candida sp.四属20株菌对由Fusarium graminearum 产生的类雌激素——赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone)的还原转化进行了研究。实验结果证明,Rhodotorula sp和 Arthrobacter sp.的还原产物主要是α-赤霉烯醇(α-Zearalenol,经HPLC鉴定含量分别为96%和84%)。Saccharomyces sp.和Candidasp.的主要还原产物是β-赤霉烯醇(β-Zearalenol,经HPLC鉴定含量分别为91%和92%)。产物均经HPLC、13C—NMR和MS鉴定确证。  相似文献

本文描述了单轴霉属(Hasmopara)霜霉菌的二个新种。它们是: 寄生于唇形科植物香薷(Elsholtzia ciliata (Thunb.)Hyland)上的香薷单轴霉(Plasmopara elsholtziae sp.Nov.)及苋科植物牛膝(Achyranthcs bidentata BI.)上的牛膝单轴霉(Plasmopara achyranthis sp.nov.)。牛膝单轴霉是本属真菌寄生于苋科植物的首次记录。 上述二新种都有拉丁文及汉文描述,还分别讨论了新种与其同科或不同科寄主上的近似种之间的区别。  相似文献

本文讨论了菊科植物上盘霜霉属Bremia的分类问题。根据专性寄生菌种的划分,在以形态特征为基础的同时,结合考虑寄生专化性或寄主范围的观点,我们提出菊科植物上Bremia的种的寄主限制在菊科“族”的范围内。对中国的菊科植物上Bremia属的已知种及变种列出了检索表,还报告了一个新种及一新组合,它们是兔苣盘霜霉(B.lagoseridis sp.nov.),寄生于兔苣(Lagoseris sanctae),和蓟盘霜霉(B.cirsii comb.nov.),寄生于蓟属(Cirsium spp.),标本保存于四川农业大学真菌实验室及中国科学院微生物所标本室。  相似文献

Protection experiments carried out in the greenhouse showed that preparations of thiram, zineb, ferbam and ziram were superior to cuprous oxide and copper oxy-chloride preparations, in controlling downy mildew of lettuce and in lack of phytotoxic effect.
Tests made in winter on lettuce seedlings grown in Dutch lights, showed that Bremia lactucae attack reduced the stand of seedlings, diminished their size and weight, and, when the crop was planted out into the open ground, reduced survival in the field and slightly delayed the date of reaching maturity. The best overall results in protecting foliage against downy mildew were given by thiram and zineb preparations.  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. We also discuss the development and practicality of various cell culture and animal model systems to study KSHV replication and pathogenesis.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献
