A microfungal isolate of Embellisia sp. (Simmons), assigned Embellisia sp2, not previously described from the Antarctic, has been identified by morphological means and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region sequencing. Embellisia sp2 was shown to be associated with the bryophyte Bryum argenteum, collected from Marble Point in Southern Victoria Land, Antarctica, and grew only in samples plated from crushed moss tissue and surface-sterilized leafy stems. Two other types of microfungi, Penicillium sp. and Trichoderma sp., were cultivated from a surface rinse of the moss. Accepted: 6 May 2000  相似文献

To improve the removal efficiency of subsurface wetlands vegetated mainly by Phragmites, pilot‐scale gravel‐based wetlands were used to treat sewage characterized by chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) pollution. For Phragmites vegetation, COD, TP and TN removal loads of wetland vegetation with Phragmites australisTypha angustataScirpus validus as main species reached 0.517 g m?2 d?1, 0.277 g P m?2 d?1 and 0.023 g N m?2 d?1. The COD removal loads in pilot‐scale and medium‐scale (260 m2 in area) wetlands with Phragmites‐monoculture vegetation were 0.62–0.64 g m?2 d?1, while that of P. australis–T. angustata–S. validus wetland reached 0.974 g m?2 d?1. Thus, the preferable poly‐culture model for Phragmites wetland vegetation was P. australis, T. angustata, S. validus and Zizania latifolia with stem density ratio of 8:1:5:1. After harvest, nitrogen and phosphorus standing stocks of wetland vegetations ranged only 2.2–9.93 g N m?2 and 5.39–13.5 g P m?2, respectively, as both the above ground biomass and the nitrogen and phosphorus contents of the wetland vegetation harvested in late autumn were low.  相似文献

The demand for an improved knowledge base for planning and management of tidal marsh restoration worldwide has become more fully recognized. In the Sacramento‐San Joaquin Bay Delta, California, U.S.A., concerns have arisen about the degradation of the Delta and key ecosystem services. One restoration method proposed includes intentionally breaching levees that protect agricultural lands to re‐establish a hydrology that encourages tidal marsh development. Our research investigated relevant constraints on vegetation establishment and expansion of key tidal marsh species. We transplanted three macrophyte species (Schoenoplectus acutus, Schoenoplectus californicus, and Typha latifolia) using two transplant types (rhizomes and adults) in locations that varied in hydrologic and edaphic conditions at Liberty Island, a post‐levee breach tidal marsh restoration site. Two years of monitoring revealed that transplanted adults outperformed rhizomes. In addition, S. californicus exhibited greater survival and vegetation expansion. S. californicus vegetation expansion covered a maximum area of approximately 23 m2, which is two orders of magnitude (OOM) greater than the maximum area covered by S. acutus (approximately 0.108 m2) and three OOM greater than T. latifolia (approximately 0.035 m2). Results suggest that hydrologic regime and degree of soil compaction are influential in controlling vegetation establishment and expansion. Greater vegetation expansion occurred in transplant sites characterized by a deeper surface layer of non‐compacted soil in conjunction with shorter durations of flooding. Information derived from this study is valuable to restoration planning in the Delta and other tidal marshes worldwide where these species occur, especially in terms of setting restoration goals and trajectories based on site‐specific environmental characteristics.  相似文献

Summary A method for determining the mass flow rate of xylem water in thin stems under natural field conditions is presented. Diurnal courses of xylem water flow and stomatal conductance of the vines Entadopsis polystachya, Cyclanthera multifoliolata, and Serjania brachycarpa were examined in a tropical deciduous forest on the west coast of Mexico. E. polystachya (leaf area 23.6 m2) had a maximum water flow rate of 6.50 kg h-1 or 1.44 kg cm-2 stem basal area h-1; daily water use was 2.00 kg m-2 leaf area day-1. S. brachycarpa (leaf area 4.5 m2) and C. multifoliolata (leaf area 3.6 m2) had a maximum water flow rate of 0.72 and 0.19 kg h-1 or 0.63 and 0.92 kg cm-2 stem basal area h-1. Daily water use was 1.26 and 0.39 kg m-2 leaf area day-1, respectively. The daily courses of xylem water flow were strongly influenced by the orientation of the leaf area to irradiance and its intensity. While leaves of E. polystachya had a constant high stomatal conductance during the day, S. brachycarpa had a maximum stomatal opening in the morning followed by continuous closure during the rest of the day. In contrast to the woody species, the herbaceous C. multifoliolata exhibited a strong midday depression of stomatal conductance and wilting of its leaves. The leaf biomass accounted for 8% (Entadopsis), 16% (Serjania), and 23% (Cyclanthera) of above-ground biomass. The relation of sapwood area to leaf area supplied (Huber value) was 0.19 (Entadopsis), 0.18 (Serjania), and 0.06 (Cyclanthera) cm2 m-2  相似文献

三峡库区蓄水后,其生态效应受到广泛关注。消落带植被固碳量作为衡量库区生态系统健康状态的重要指标,对库区碳循环与生态净化具有重要意义。针对消落带不同高程植被接受光照的时间有所差异,且受河流水位变化影响,传统的CASA模型在计算消落带植被固碳量时,存在对植物的光能利用率计算不够精确等问题。以三峡库区香溪河陡坡消落带为研究区域,提出了一种耦合RBFNN模型(Radial Basis Function Neural Network)与CASA模型(Carnegie-Ames-Stanford approach)的新方法(RBF-CASA)。基于RBFNN建立环境影响因子模型,借助高程数据及植被指数等特征计算适合消落带区域的环境影响因子。结合CASA模型中温度和水分胁迫因子,提高植被在像元尺度上的净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity,NPP)的估算精度,并对反演结果进行验证。模型验证结果显示:RBF-CASA模型估算值与观测值的决定系数(Coefficient of determination, R2)为0.730(P<0.01, n=32)。对比原始CASA模型,平均绝对误差(Mean absolute error, MAE)降低10.991,均方根误差(Root mean square error, RMSE)降低了23.861,相对均方根误差(Relative root mean square error, RRMSE)降低5.10%,平均绝对百分误差(Mean absolute percentage error, MAPE)降低1.12%。使用提出的RBF-CASA模型在库区水位落干期(7-8月份)进行固碳量估算,结果表明:NPP月均值在66.234-134.144g C/m2之间,NPP随着高程的增加呈现起伏变化,其总量在150-155m之间达到峰值,均值在170m以上区域最高。在2021年9月植被NPP均值为35.883g C/m2,2022年9月植被NPP均值为25.964g C/m2,由于降雨量减少、长江水位下降,在2021-2022年间植被恢复情况较差。研究结果可为库区碳循环、生态净化及生态修复等决策提供科学依据。  相似文献

Ground counts during 1959–1968 compared with counts using high resolution (0.6 m2) satellite imagery during 2008–2012 indicated many fewer Weddell seals (Leptonychotes weddellii) at two major molting areas in the western Ross Sea: Edisto Inlet‐Moubray Bay, northern Victoria Land, and McMurdo Sound, southern Victoria Land. Breeding seals have largely disappeared from Edisto‐Moubray, though the breeding population in McMurdo Sound appears to have recovered from harvest in the 1960s. The timing of decline, or perhaps spreading (lower numbers of seals in more places), is unknown but appears unrelated to changes in sea ice conditions. We analyzed both historic and satellite‐derived ice data confirming a large expansion of pack ice mostly offshore of the Ross Sea, and not over the continental shelf (main Weddell seal habitat), and a thinning of fast ice along Victoria Land (conceivably beneficial to seals). Timing of fast ice presence and extent in coves and bays along Victoria Land, remains the same. The reduction in numbers is consistent with an altered food web, the reasons for which are complex. In the context of a recent industrial fishery targeting a seal prey species, a large‐scale seal monitoring program is required to increase understanding of seal population changes.  相似文献

Isotoma klovstadi Carpenter, 1902 was one of the first Collembola described from the Antarctic continent. It was first collected in November 1899 during the British Antarctic Expedition on the north coast of Victoria Land in the Ross Sea region. It is now known to occur in an extensive area of northern Victoria Land, including the offshore Possession, Coulman, and Foyn Islands. More recently, I. klovstadi was moved to the genus Gnathisotoma Cassagnau, 1957 and has been included in this genus in an unpublished checklist (online) of all described Collembola. Here, we redescribe the species and use morphological and molecular (COI and 18S genes) evidence to investigate its affinities within the Isotominae. We show that it does not belong to Gnathisotoma, or Isotoma s. str. (the viridis group) as currently conceived, but is likely to be part of the species complex of Isotoma s. lat. We discuss reasons for placing it in the genus Desoria Nicolet, 1841. Our results reinforce the already high level of endemicity in the Antarctic fauna and emphasise the value of both morphological and molecular studies in examining relict Gondwanan taxa and their evolutionary relationships with those of other Southern Hemisphere continents.  相似文献

冠层截留是降雨过程中的水量分配和流域水平衡的一个重要组成部分,通过水浸泡法和降雨模拟实验研究呼伦湖流域草原3种放牧制度下(休牧、轮牧、自由放牧(超载放牧))植被冠层截留量的变化规律,并利用遥感解译植被归一化指数(NDVI),确定3种放牧制度下草原面积,估算呼伦湖流域草原降雨截留量。研究表明:在休牧、轮牧、自由放牧3种制度下,水浸泡法测定的截留量分别是0.468、0.320、0.271 mm。降雨模拟实验法测得的结果分别是0.957、0.613、0.431 mm。休牧、轮牧、自由放牧草场叶面积指数、盖度、容重、生物量等指标差异显著(P0.05),且单株植被高度、鲜重对截留量影响显著呈线性正相关关系。呼伦湖流域草原一次降雨量为大于等于30 mm全流域降雨,其植被截留量为6.462×106m3。  相似文献

The RAPD technique (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) was used to assess the level of genetic diversity in Bryum pseudotriquetrum from Southern Victoria Land, Antarctica. Isolates were collected from two transects, and from several other geographically distinct populations within 150 km of Ross Island. Moss growth in one transect, sampled down a small exposed meltstream channel at Cape Chocolate, was very sparse with no other moss colonies found within several hundred meters. Isolates from this transect showed low levels of genetic variation, with many moss clumps appearing identical; these were probably dispersed by water along the channel. In another transect analysed from Granite Harbour, the moss colonies were large, luxuriant and protected by boulders. These isolates showed considerably higher levels of genetic variability than the Cape Chocolate samples, and both within- and between-clump variation was observed. Samples from other sites showed varying levels of genetic diversity. It appears from these results that the degree of protection from the harsh Antarctic environment can influence not only the type of moss growth, but also the level of genetic diversity. Wetlands in Uganda experience different forms of human pressure ranging from drainage for agriculture and industrial development to over harvesting of wetland products. In order to develop sustainable management tools for wetland ecosystems in Uganda and the Lake Victoria Region, water quality analyses were carried out in a rural undisturbed (pristine) wetland (Nabugabo wetland in Masaka) and two urban wetlands that are experiencing human and urban development pressure (the Nakivubo wetland in Kampala and Kirinya wetland in Jinja). The former wetland forms the main inflow into Lake Nabugabo while the other two border the northern shore of Lake Victoria, Uganda. Nabugabo wetland buffers Lake Nabugabo against surface runoff from the catchment, while Nakivubo and Kirinya wetlands provides a water treatment function for wastewater from Kampala City and Jinja town respectively, in addition to buffering Lake Victoria against surface runoff. Water quality was assessed in all the wetland sites, and in addition nutrient content and storage was investigated in the main plant species (papyrus, Phragmites, Miscanthidium and cocoyam) in Nakivubo and Kirinya wetlands. A pilot experiment was also carried out to assess the wastewater treatment potential of both the papyrus vegetation and an important agricultural crop Colocasia esculenta (cocoyam). Low electrical conductivity, ammonium–nitrogen and ortho-phosphate concentrations were recorded at the inflow into Nabugabo wetland (41.5 μS/cm; 0.91 mg/l and 0.42 mg/l respectively) compared to the Nakivubo and Kirinya wetlands (335 μS/cm; 31.68 mg/l and 2.83 mg/l and 502 μS/cm; 10 mg/l and 1.87 mg/l respectively). The papyrus vegetation had higher biomass in Nakivubo and Kirinya wetlands (6.7 kg DW m−2; 7.2 kg DW m−2 respectively), followed by Phragmites (6.5, 6.7), cocoyams (6.4, 6.6) and Miscanthidium (4.0, 4.2). The papyrus vegetation also exhibited a higher wastewater treatment potential than the agricultural crop (cocoyam) during the pilot experiment (maximum removal degree of ammonium–nitrogen being 95% and 67% for papyrus and yams). It was concluded that urbanisation pressure reduces natural wetland functioning either through the discharge of wastewater effluent or the degradation of natural wetland vegetation. It is recommended that wetland vegetation be restored to enhance wetland ecosystem functioning and for wetlands that are not yet under agricultural pressure, efforts should be made to halt any future encroachment.  相似文献

干旱区荒漠植被地上生物量是植被生长状况评价与荒漠化监测的重要指标。在乌兰布和沙漠东北缘的荒漠-绿洲过渡带选取典型区,基于地面调查数据构建主要植物种的异速生长方程,对样方内的植被地上生物量进行估算;基于样方调查数据和Quick Bird影像数据,分别建立植被指数与人工固沙林和荒漠植被地上生物量的回归模型,并对研究区植被地上生物量进行估算。结果表明:植冠体积V是较好的预测变量,所得荒漠植物异速生长方程精度较高,能够满足样方内荒漠植被地上生物量估算需要;采用RVI对数模型估算人工固沙林地上生物量的效果最好(R~2=0.72,RMSEP=56.15),采用RVI线性模型估算荒漠植被地上生物量的效果最好(R~2=0.82,RMSEP=15.07);研究区内荒漠植被和人工固沙林的单位面积地上生物量分别为90.73g/m~2和105.28g/m~2。该研究可以为荒漠化监测和荒漠植被遥感信息提取提供参考。  相似文献

Simultaneous field measurements of transpiration and sap flow were performed on short-rotation Salix viminalis trees ranging in diameter from 1.5 to 3.5 cm (2-year-old shoots on 8-year-old stumps). Transpiration was measured using an open-top ventilated chamber enclosing the whole foliage of a tree. Sap flow was measured using a tree-trunk heat balance (THB) technique with a constant temperature difference and variable heat input. Both the instantaneous and daily values of water flux measured by the two absolute techniques agreed well with a difference of up to about 5%. In July, the hourly transpiration reached a maximum of about 0.2 kg m–2 (leaf area) or 0.45 kg tree–1, whereas maximum daily integrals reached 4 kg tree–1. The response of sap flow rate to abrupt flux change when inducing emboli by cutting-off the stem was very rapid: the registered signal dropped by 85% within 10 min for a specimen with a projected leaf area of 2 m2. For S. viminalis trees, transpiration was linearly correlated with stem cross-sectional area and with leaf area.  相似文献

1. Streams are subject to frequent natural and anthropogenic disturbances that cause sediment erosion and loss of submerged vegetation. This loss makes downstream transport and retention of vegetative propagules on the streambed very important for re‐establishing vegetation cover. We measured dispersal and retention of macrophyte stem fragments (15–20 cm long) along 300 m long reaches of four small to medium sized Danish lowland streams. 2. The number of drifting stem fragments declined exponentially with distance below the point of release. This finding makes the retention coefficient (k, m−1) in the exponential equation a suitable measure for comparisons among different macrophyte species, and between stream reaches of different hydrology and vegetation cover. 3. Buoyancy of macrophyte tissue influenced retention. Elodea canadensis stems drifted below the water surface, and were more inclined to be retained in deeper water associated with submerged plants and obstacles in the streambed. Ranunculus peltatus stems were more buoyant, drifted at the water surface, and were more inclined to be trapped in shallow water and in riparian vegetation. 4. The retention coefficient of drifting stems increased with the relative contact between the flowing water and streambed, bank and vegetation. Thus, the retention coefficients were highest (0.02–0.12 m−1) in shallow reaches with a narrow, vegetation‐free flow channel. Here there were no significant differences between E. canadensis and R. peltatus. Retention coefficients were lowest (0.0005–0.0135 m−1) in deeper reaches with wider vegetation‐free flow channels. Retention of E. canadensis was up to 16 times more likely than retention of R. peltatus. 5. Overall, the longitudinal position in the stream system of source populations of species capable of producing numerous stems, the species‐specific retention coefficients of stems, and the retention capacity of stream reaches should be important for species distribution in perturbed stream systems. Retention of stems is probably constrained in headwaters by the small downstream flux of stem fragments because of the restricted source area, and constrained in downstream reaches by small retention coefficients. Macrophyte retention may, consequently, peak in medium‐sized streams.  相似文献

互花米草是沿海滩涂生态系统的重要入侵物种,其分布状况和覆盖度是湿地生态研究的重要参数和基础。以宁德三沙湾(三都澳)滩涂湿地为研究区,以SPOT6 6 m空间分辨率卫星影像为数据源,对互花米草分布和植被覆盖度进行研究,并与同期10 cm空间分辨率无人机影像进行比较验证。结果表明,影像覆盖区域内互花米草总面积为20.19 km~2,其中蕉城区互花米草分布较广,面积为9.63 km~2,占研究区互花米草总面积的47.70%。互花米草植被覆盖度整体上以40%-60%和60%-80%的中、高覆盖度分布为主,其分布面积分别为5.44 km~2和4.95 km~2,占互花米草总分布面积的26.92%和24.52%,而40%以下的低覆盖度和80%以上较高覆盖度分布相对较少。SPOT6遥感影像估算得到的互花米草植被覆盖度具有较好的精度,与无人机影像值之间的均方根误差RMSE为0.117,线性回归决定系数R~2为0.918,可用于滩涂湿地植被覆盖度分析。  相似文献

Highly productive papyrus (Cyperus papyrus L.) wetlands dominate many permanently flooded areas of tropical East Africa; however, the cycling of carbon and water within these ecosystems is poorly understood. The objective of this study was to utilise Eddy Covariance (EC) techniques to measure the fluxes of carbon dioxide and water vapour between papyrus vegetation and the atmosphere in a wetland located near Jinja, Uganda on the Northern shore of Lake Victoria. Peak, midday rates of photosynthetic CO2 net assimilation were approximately 40 μmol CO2 m−2 s−1, while night time losses through respiration ranged between 10 and 20 μmol COm−2 s−1. Numerical integration of the flux data suggests that papyrus wetlands have the potential to sequester approximately 0.48 kg C m−2 y−1. The average daily water vapour flux from the papyrus vegetation through canopy evapotranspiration was approximately 4.75 kg H2O m−2 d−1, which is approximately 25% higher than water loss through evaporation from open water.  相似文献

Enhanced nitrogen (N) deposition at high latitudes is a circumpolar phenomenon. Low soil phosphorus (P), however, may limit vegetation responses to increased N inputs. From 2000 to 2002, the effects of N at 0, 0.5 (a rate occurring in Greenland and Iceland) and 5 (equivalent to deposition in areas of Europe) g N m−2 a−1 and P (0.1 g m−2 a−1) treatments on plant species’ cover and diversity were determined at a polar semidesert site (ambient deposition c 0.1 g N m−2 a−1) in Svalbard (79°N). The largest response was to combined 5 g N plus 1 g P m−2 a−1, where cover of Saxifraga oppositifolia increased c fourfold, density of Salix polaris leaves c ninefold, seedlings of several ‘new’ species (Draba oxycarpa, Saxifraga caespitosa, Sagina nivalis) were established and ‘immigration’ of Bryum arcticum and ‘extinction’ of Schistidium apocarpum were observed. There were fewer, less pronounced, effects on the plant community at 0.5 g N m−2 a−1. Low P availability did indeed appear to restrict vegetation response to N. There was a trend for plant species’ richness and diversity to increase with 1 g P m−2 a−1 at 0 and 0.5 g N m−2 a−1, but not at 5 g N m−2. Plant species showed individualistic responses so that generalisation by functional type was not possible. Such increased colonisation by moss species of bare soil, and greater densities of previously unrecorded angiosperm seedlings, are not usually observed in more closed (subarctic) tundra as a response to N and P additions. These changes are likely to influence significantly nutrient cycles, whole system carbon budgets and surface energy and water balances. Abstract. Bryophyte dynamics after fire in the Mediterranean macchia of Southern Italy was studied both by diachronic and synchronic approaches. Changes of bryophyte cover and species composition were found in relation to both age and fire intensity. During the first 2 yr after fire, bryophytes dominated the plots which had experienced the highest fire intensity while herbs were dominant in plots affected by lighter fires. Pioneer species, such as Funaria hygrometrica, Barbula convoluta and Bryum dunense, characterized recent intense fires, whereas Bryum torquescens, B. radiculosum and B. ruderale were dominant after less intense burning. Pleurochaete squarrosa, Tortula ruraliformis and Tortella flavovirens dominated intermediate successional stages. Pleurocarpous mosses were dominant only in the older closed stands. Different patterns of regeneration strategies were described: spores dominated early stages of intense fire, while vegetative propagules characterized later successional stages and less severely burned areas. Although bryophytes usually have a low abundance in Mediterranean vegetation, their role in post-fire vegetation dynamics may be locally enhanced according to burning conditions.  相似文献

The results reported here are part of a joint study on possible ecological effects in the delta area of Lake Randsfjorden, Southern Norway, caused by a reduction in water flow as a result of hydroelectric power development.From 1988 to 1990 the mean daily water flow decreased sharply and the total load of suspended matter was greatly reduced. During the same period there was an increase in oligochaete abundance from 6,096 ind. m–2 in 1988 to 100,051 ind. m–2 in 1989 and 154,345 ind. m–2 in 1990. Piguetiella blanci was the dominant species in 1988 making up 48.5% of the total community. In 1989, Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri, Nais variabilis/Nais communis and enchytraeids were the most abundant oligochaetes, making up 29.3%, 26.1% and 28.2%, respectively of the total number. Reduced water flow from 1988 to 1989 and 1990 caused reduced disturbance of the bottom sediments and is considered the main reason for the change in species composition and abundances.  相似文献

The vertical distribution of heterotrophic bacteria and four ultraphytoplanktonic (<10 µm) groups (Prochlorococcus, Synechococcus, pico- and nanoeukaryotes) was investigated by flow cytometry at three process stations located in three different sub-systems belonging to the Antarctic Circumpolar Current frontal zone and to the Southern Indian Ocean (60–66°E, 43–46°S; ANTARES 4 cruise, January-February 1999): the Subtropical Zone (STZ), the Convergence Zone and the Polar Frontal Zone (PFZ). In each sub-system, short-term variability of cell abundance and flow cytometric parameters (right-angle light scatter and chlorophyll autofluorescence) was assessed through a times series of up to 24 h with a 2 h sampling frequency. The ultraphytoplankton vertical distribution exhibited a high spatial variability, with dominance of Prochlorococcus in the STZ (mean: 762.85×1010 cells m–2), whereas picoeukaryotes (<3 µm) were dominant in the PFZ (55.46×1010 cells m–2), a typically high-nutrient low-chlorophyll zone. Heterotrophic bacteria abundance was maximum (9.84×1013 cells m–2) in the frontal zone, between the Agulhas Front and the Subtropical Front. Nanoeukaryotes showed the largest (up to 80%) variations between two consecutive sampling periods (2 h). Abundance variations could not be assigned to the same water mass during the time series due to the highly variable hydrodynamics of the study area. Trends of short-term abundance variations were opposite between the PFZ (lowest at night) and north of the Subtropical Front (highest at night). The observed spatial and short-term variations illustrate the complexity of the water masses in the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean, and highlight the challenge of extrapolating discrete measurements over space and time for use in evaluating carbon budgets in such dynamic areas.  相似文献

芦苇作为湿地生态系统中重要的群落类型,其地上生物量是衡量湿地生态系统质量的关键指标。应用面向对象的土地覆盖分类技术,基于多季相Landsat8 OLI遥感数据,提取松嫩平原西部芦苇湿地分布信息;依托野外实测芦苇地上生物量数据(AGB)和同期MODIS数据源的NDVI、EVI、RVI、MSAVI和WDVI 5种光谱植被指数,探讨不同光谱植被指数对芦苇AGB的敏感性,进而构建松嫩平原西部芦苇AGB遥感估算最优模型,并进行芦苇AGB遥感反演及空间格局分析。结果表明:2014年松嫩平原西部地区芦苇总面积为1653 km~2,其中扎龙湿地自然保护区内芦苇分布面积最大(1178km~2),占区域芦苇总面积的71.3%;所选取的5种植被指数均与芦苇AGB呈极显著正相关(P0.01),基于EVI构建的指数曲线模型为松嫩平原西部芦苇AGB反演的最优模型(R2=0.55)。研究区芦苇平均AGB为372.1g/m~2,AGB总量为6.14×105t,其中扎龙湿地自然保护区内芦苇AGB总量为4.38×105t;各保护区芦苇平均AGB由大到小依次为:向海保护区(469.7 g/m~2)大布苏保护区(454.1 g/m~2)莫莫格保护区(373.0 g/m~2)扎龙保护区(372.4 g/m~2)查干湖保护区(369.8 g/m~2);松嫩平原西部芦苇AGB总体呈现南高北低的分布格局,将为湿地生态系统管理与保护及芦苇资源的合理利用提供科学依据。  相似文献
