A critical review of the sipunculan genus Lithacrosiphon , based on all of the type material and museum specimens with the exception of L. uniscutatus , results in the combining of nine species into three. L. maldivensis with its granular anal shield remains unchanged. L. cristatus with a grooved anal shield and both unidentate and bidentate hooks is redescribed and now includes L. altriconus, L. gurjanovae, L. indicus , and L. odhneri . The L. uniscutatus complex which allegedly has only unidentate hooks is discussed and now includes L. kukenthali and L. poritidis . This is a troublesome species as the pertinent specimens were either unavailable ( L. uniscutatus ) or with missing introverts ( L. kukenthali and L. poritidis ). An identification key is provided and the several morphological characters used for purposes of identification are reviewed and evaluated.  相似文献

The land snail genus Tudorella shows a peculiar disjunct distribution around the western Mediterranean coasts. Despite high phenotypic plasticity, only two species with a disputed number of subspecific taxa are currently recognised. We delimited the species with mitochondrial (COI & 16S) and nuclear (ITS-1) markers based on the unified species concept and suggested that there are eight species in the genus, two of them currently undescribed. Applying Bayesian phylogenetic model selection, we tested four different biogeographic hypotheses that could be causal for the current distribution pattern of extant Tudorella species. A scenario involving vicariance events resulting from the repeated splits of the Tyrrhenian plate with subsequent dispersal events over land bridges during the Pliocene received greatest support in the data.  相似文献

The sipunculan taxon Fisherana Stephen, erected as a genus, is critically examined. Type material of three of the four originally assigned species is reviewed and Golfingia wasini is shown to be a junior synonym of G. lobostoma. Golfingia savalovi is reduced to a junior synonym of G. capitata . The subgenus Mitosiphon Fisher is considered in light of the recent discovery of the tentacular arrangement of G. murinae and G. misakiana . the tentacles do not surround the mouth but lie dorsal to it as in Phascolosoma . Following an analysis of hook and papilla morphology, including scanning electron microscopy, Fisherana and Mitosiphon are combined into one subgenus of Golfingia and the senior available name is applied: Apionsoma Sluiter, Keys to the species in this subgenus and to the subgenera of Golfingia are included.  相似文献

Three new Hagnagora Druce species (Geometridae, Larentiinae) are described: Hagnagora richardi Brehm, sp. n. from Ecuador, Hagnagora hedwigae Brehm, sp. n. from Ecuador, and Hagnagora mirandahenrichae Brehm, sp. n. from Costa Rica. A checklist of taxa assigned to Hagnagora is provided. Hagnagora is provisionally divided into six clades: the anicata clade (6 species), the buckleyi clade (3 species), the croceitincta clade (3 species), the ephestris clade (3 species), the mortipax clade (4 species) and Hagnagora subrosea (1 species). Two taxa are revived from synonymy: Hagnagora catagrammina Druce, stat. rev. and Hagnagora luteoradiata Thierry-Mieg, stat. rev. Two taxa are reinstated from subspecies to species level: Hagnagora acothysta Schaus, stat. rev. and Hagnagora jamaicensis Schaus, stat. rev. Four taxa are provisionally removed from Hagnagora: Hagnagoraignipennis, Hagnagoramesenata, Hagnagoravittata, and Hagnagoraceraria. After these changes, the genus Hagnagora now comprises 20 valid species.  相似文献

Summary Six species and two varieties of the genus Desmidium from Hokkaido have been investigated. Among them one species (D. grevillii), one variety (D. aptogonum var. acutius) and three facies (D. pseudostreptonema, facies ovalis; D. aptogonum, facies quadrangularis; D. baileyi, facies ovalis) are new to Japan. Zygotes were observed in three species and one variety (D. swartzii, D. aptogonum, D. baileyi and D. coarctatum var. cambricum) and parthenospores in one species (D. aptogonum).
Zusammenfassung 6 Arten und 2 Variet?ten von der Gattung Desmidium aus Hokkaido werden hier beschrieben und illustriert. Es wurden 1 Art (D. grevillii), 1 Variet?t (D. aptogonum var. acutius) und 3 Facies (D. pseudostreptonema, facies ovalis; D. aptogonum, facies quadrangularis; D. baileyi, facies ovalis) von diesen als neu für die Flora Japans angesehen. In den 3 Arten und 1 Variet?t (D. swartzii, D. aptogonum, D. baileyi und D. coarctatum var. cambricum) wurde Zygoten betrachtet und in 1 Art (D. aptogonum) Parthenosporen.

可口革囊星虫体液细胞的显微和亚显微结构   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文利用光学显微镜和透射电镜研究了可口革囊星虫体液细胞的显微和亚显微结构。研究发现该星虫体液中含有红细胞、颗粒细胞、桑椹胚样细胞和卵母细胞。可口革囊星虫的红细胞数量较多,红细胞呈盘状,从一边或两边略凹陷,最典型的是从三边发育的二裂片内陷,直径为24μm-32μm。圆形红细胞,核位于中央,细胞内很少有细胞器,细胞质内充满嗜锇的血红蛋白。体腔液内含有两种类型的颗粒细胞。Ⅰ型细胞含有大量的小颗粒,是典型的变形细胞,细胞质里含有大量的线粒体、最典型的高尔基体、内质网和各种形状不一的小池。Ⅱ型细胞含有大量的嗜锇细胞质。在可口革囊星虫体液中含有不同发育时期的卵母细胞。  相似文献
