An injection of a suspension of B16 melanoma cell membranes, treated with micro-wave hyperthermia, increases the survival time of mice inoculated 26 days after with 10(7) (viability greater than 95%) of B16 melanoma. This delay (26 days) between these two injections corresponds to the moment where the synthesis of sera anticorps (IgG, IgA, IgM) is increased in "protected" mice. The earliest death of animals injected with untreated tumoral cell membranes and who received a suspension of B16 melanoma cells can be explained by an inhibition of humoral immunity system.  相似文献

Chemotherapeutic drugs have been successfully used to treat several cancers, including melanoma. However, metastasis occasionally occurs after chemotherapy. Here, we reported that paclitaxel (PTX) treatment for B16F10 tumour in mice led to an enhanced lymphatic metastasis of the melanoma cells, although a significant inhibition of tumour growth at the injection site was observed. Further study demonstrated that PTX upregulated the expression of C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7) in B16F10 cells, enhancing their migration through the activation of JNK and p38 signalling pathways. Loss of CCR7 or blockade of C-C motif chemokine ligand 21 (CCL21)/CCR7 axis abolished the pro-migration effect of PTX on B16F10 melanoma cells. Importantly, combination of PTX and CCR7 mAb could simultaneously delay the tumour growth and reduce the lymphatic metastasis in B16F10 melanoma. The blockade of CCL21/CCR7 axis may collectively serve as a strategy for lymphatic metastasis in some melanoma after chemotherapy.  相似文献

Sequentially treating human melanoma cell lines by priming with interferon-gamma before adding interferon-beta was previously found to be the most efficient protocol for producing concurrently increased expression of the three surface antigens B7-1, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and human histocompatibility leucocyte antigens Class I. The present study describes similar outcomes when the same sequential intercellular adhesion molecule-based protocol is applied to murine B16-F10 melanoma cells as well as preclinical studies using the B16-F10 model as a poorly immunogenic melanoma. Thus, treating B16-F10 cells or a highly expressing B7-1 transfected subline (B16-F10/B7-1 hi) by priming with interferon-gamma for 24 h before adding interferon-beta for a further 48 h (interferon-gamma 72/beta 48) increased expression of all three surface antigens, particularly major histocompatibility complex class I whose increased expression was sustained for several days. As a whole tumour cell vaccine, interferon-gamma 72/beta 48 treated B16-F10 cells produced greater levels of cytoxic T lymphocyte response compared to vaccines prepared from cells treated with a single type of interferon. Furthermore, B16-F10 cells expressing high levels of B7-1 and treated using the interferon-gamma 72/beta 48 protocol (interferon-gamma 72/beta 48-treated B16-F10/B7-1 hi) produced substantially increased cytoxic T lymphocyte responses with a fivefold greater synergy than the combined results of either interferon treated or B7-1 expressing cells tested individually. The resulting CD8+ cytoxic T lymphocyte showed greater specificity for B16-F10 cells with tenfold higher killing than for syngeneic EL-4 lymphoma cells. Killing proceeded via the perforin-mediated pathway. CTL responses were induced independent of CD4+ T helper cells. The majority of mice receiving interferon-gamma 72/beta 48-treated B16-F10/B7-1 hi vaccine in vivo remained tumour free after challenge with 5 x 105 live B16-F10 cells expressing intermediate B7-1 levels. The novel strategy described will help enhance vaccine potency when applied clinically to prepare whole cell based cancer vaccine therapies.  相似文献

We characterized the metastatic ability and mortality of four different mouse melanoma cell lines, B16-F0, -F1, -F10 and -BL6. B16-F0 is the parent cell line. B16-F1 was obtained by a one-time selective procedure and B16-F10 by a ten-time selective procedure using Fidler's method. B16-BL6 derived from B16-F10 has much more invasive activity than B16-F10. To investigate the difference in mortal malignancy among B16-F0, -F1, -F10 and -BL6, we examined the survival time of syngeneic C57BL/6Cr mice intravenously inoculated with these cells. As a control, we used the C57BL/6J-embryo mouse fibroblast-like semi-normal cell line. The ability to form lung metastatic nodules in mice gradually increased in the order: B16-F0, -F1, and -F10 (=-BL6). C57BL/6J-embryo cell (1 x 10(5)/mouse)-inoculated mice survived for over 46 days. B16-F0, -F1, -F10 and -BL6 (1 x 10(5)/mouse)-inoculated mice survived 31.4+/-4.4 (7), 25.7+/-2.8 (7), 23.6+/-1.5 (7) and 25.3+/-2.3 (7) days [mean+/-S.D. (number of mice)], respectively. According to the Mann-Whitney test, the B16-F0 inoculated group versus -F1 inoculated group (P<0.05), -F0 inoculated group versus -BL6 inoculated group (P<0.05), and -F0 inoculated group versus -F10 inoculated group (P<0.01) were significantly different, but the B16-F1 group versus -F10 group, -F1 group versus -BL6 group, and -F10 group versus -BL6 group were not. These results suggest that mortal malignancy is not necessarily correlated with lung-colonizing potential and even only one-time selected B16-F0 mouse melanoma cells are useful as an experimental metastatic model in vivo.  相似文献

We previously described an inverse correlation between galectin-9 (Gal-9) expression and metastasis in patients with malignant melanoma and breast cancer. This study verified the ability of Gal-9 to inhibit lung metastasis in experimental mouse models using highly metastatic B16F10 melanoma and Colon26 colon cancer cells. B16F10 cells transfected with a secreted form of Gal-9 lost their metastatic potential. Intravenous Gal-9 administration reduced the number of metastases of both B16F10 and Colon26 cells in the lung, indicating that secreted Gal-9 suppresses metastasis. Analysis of adhesive molecule expression revealed that B16F10 cells highly express CD44, integrin alpha1, alpha 4, alpha V, and beta1, and that Colon26 cells express CD44, integrin alpha2, alpha 5, alpha V, and beta1, suggesting that Gal-9 may inhibit the adhesion of tumor cells to vascular endothelium and the extracellular matrix (ECM) by binding to such adhesive molecules. Indeed, Gal-9 suppressed the binding of hyaluronic acid to CD44 on both B16F10 and Colon26 cells, and also suppressed the binding of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 to very late antigen-4 on B16F10 cells. Furthermore, Gal-9 inhibited the binding of tumor cells to ECM components, resulting in the suppression of tumor cell migration. The present results suggest that Gal-9 suppresses both attachment and invasion of tumor cells by inhibiting the binding of adhesive molecules on tumor cells to ligands on vascular endothelium and ECM.  相似文献

The role of interleukin-2 (IL-2) on tumor growth of B16F10 melanoma cells was assessed in two sets of mice with different immune status: normal (immunocompetent) mice and immunodeficient mice. The two sets of animals were treated with cyclophosphamide (CY) or IL-2 alone or with a combined therapy of CY+IL-2. On days 6 and 10 after tumor cell injection, we evaluated the incidence of hepatic B16 melanoma metastases and the percentage of hepatic volume occupied by metastatic tissue. We observed that the CY alone (300 mg/kg, days 3 and 8 post-tumoral inoculation) significantly reduced tumor growth in all treated mice; however, CY proved more effective in normal recipients than in immunodeficient hosts. On the other hand, whereas administration of IL-2 alone (105 IU daily, from day 3 to day 7) in immunocompetent mice significantly reduced tumor growth on days 6 and 10, in immunodeficient mice, no significant differences were observed in tumor growth either on the 6th or on the 10th day, in comparison to control groups. Finally, when the combined CY+IL-2 therapy was administered, an antisynergistic effect between these therapeutic agents was achieved both in normal and in immunodeficient mice. Thus, the addition of low-dose IL-2 (25×103 IU daily, from day 4 to day 7) to high-dose CY (300 mg/kg, days 3 and 8) significantly increased tumor growth in both the early and later periods, compared to the effect of CY alone. It is concluded that exogenous IL-2 can facilitate tumor growth of B16 melanoma cells in vivo.  相似文献

Cultured murine B16 melanoma cells normally grow as spindle-shaped cells firmly attached to tissue culture flasks. Pellets obtained from harvested B16 melanoma cells are white to grey in color. When the same cells were grown in synthetic, serum-free AIM V medium, cellular morphology and pigmentation were radically altered. Within 3 days of subculture in AIM V, cells rounded up and grew in clusters in suspension. Melanin content increased to greater than 30 times and tyrosinase activity was found to be 10-50 times higher in cells grown in AIM V medium compared to those cultured in normal medium. A concomitant increase in the level of immunoreactive tyrosinase was also induced. The individual growth factors and hormones present in AIM V medium were examined to determine which component(s) stimulates melanogenesis. Only those cells grown in the presence of 2.5% human albumin were stimulated to synthesize melanin. These findings suggest that albumin, or a component associated with albumin, has a major effect upon the regulation of melanogenesis in these cells.  相似文献

The tumor microenvironment is complex and creates an immunosuppressive network to tolerize tumor-specific immune responses; however, little information is available regarding the response against non-tumor antigens in tumor-bearing individuals. The goal of the present study was to evaluate if tumor burden could influence a CD4+ T cell response against a soluble protein, not expressed by the tumor, in the absence of in vitro stimulation. Using an experimental system in which we can compare CD4+ T cell responses to the Ea antigen when it is either expressed by B16F10 melanoma cells (B16EaRFP cells) or is an exogenous, non-tumor antigen (soluble EaRFP protein), in immunizations of B16F10 tumor-bearing mice, we observed that the tumor can modulate the CD4+ T cell-specific response to the antigen when it is expressed by the tumor cells. TEa cells proliferated poorly and produced less IFN-γ in mice bearing B16F10 melanoma expressing Ea peptide, and tumor growth was impervious to this response. However, in mice bearing 7 days B16F10 tumors, not expressing the Ea antigen, priming of TEa cells was similar to that observed in tumor-free mice, based on the total number of cells recovered and proliferation assessed by CFSE dilution after EaRFP immunization. We also investigated if tumor burden could influence recall responses of already differentiated effector cells. We immunized mice with EaRFP antigen and after a few days injected B16F10 cells. After 10 days of tumor growth, we challenged the mice with the non-tumor antigen. We found that the number of TEa cells producing IFN-γ in tumor-bearing mice was not different compared to tumor-free mice. No differences in antigen presentation, assessed by YAe antibody staining, were verified in the draining lymph node of these two groups. Collectively, our data indicate that tumor burden does not affect immune responses to non-tumor antigens. These results have important implications in the design of anti-cancer therapy.  相似文献

The distribution pattern and the number of tumor cells arrested in the liver were studied in mouse livers. Mice were perfused intravascularly with a suspension of B16F10 melanoma cells. The animals were sacrificed at 0, 1, 5, and 20 min after tumor cell perfusion. The pattern of tumor cell distribution was studied by morphological methods, and by a combined method of fluorescent-tumor cell labelling and histochemical succinate dehydrogenase activity on frozen sections, in order to define the localization of tumor cells arrested in the liver lobule. The results show that the tumor cells have an exclusive distribution in the periportal regions of the liver lobule (identified as the high succinate dehydrogenase activity areas), and that the cells are not arrested in the pericentral regions (identified as the low succinate dehydrogenase activity areas). In addition, indomethacin treatment (2 mg/kg/day) induced an increase in the number of melanoma cells arrested in the liver, but a different distribution with respect to controls was not observed. These results show that periportal regions of the liver lobule constitute a particular domain in which the B16F10 melanoma cells present a special retention ability that can be modulated by indomethacin treatment.  相似文献

Tonicity shock or caffeine postirradiation treatment makes evident fast-type potentially lethal damage (PLD). Caffeine expresses fast-type PLD more efficiently than tonicity shock in X-irradiated B-16 mouse melanoma cells, compared with V79 Chinese hamster cells. The survival curves of thermal neutrons for either V79 or B-16 cells exhibit no shoulder. Neither V79 nor B-16 cells show the sublethal damage (SLD) repair of thermal neutrons. Caffeine-sensitive fast-type PLD repairs exist in X-irradiated B-16 cells, as well as V79 cells. The fast-type PLD repair of B-16 cells exposed to thermal neutrons alone is rather less than that of X-irradiated cells. Furthermore, an extremely low level of fast-type PLD repair of B-16 cells with 10B1-paraboronophenylalanine (BPA) preincubation (20 hours) followed by thermal neutron irradiation indicated that 10B(n,alpha)7Li reaction effectively eradicates actively growing melanoma cells. The plateau-phase B-16 cells are well able to repair the slow-type PLD of X-rays. However, cells can not repair the slow-type PLD induced by thermal neutron irradiation with or without 10B1-BPA preincubation. These results suggest that thermal neutron capture therapy can effectively kill radioresistant melanoma cells in both proliferating and quiescent phases.  相似文献

Mannosylerythritol lipid (MEL), a novel extracellular glycolipid from yeast, was found to inhibit the proliferation of mouse melanoma B16 cells in a dose-dependent manner and to induce the apoptosis of B16 cells at concentrations higher than 10 microm (Zhao, X., Wakamatsu, Y., Shibahara, M., Nomura, N., Geltinger, C., Nakahara, T., Murata, T., and Yokoyama, K. K. (1999) Cancer Res. 59, 482-486). We show here that exposure of B16 cells to MEL (5 microm) for 2 days resulted in an increase of the levels of differentiation-associated markers of melanoma cells such as melanogenesis and tyrosinase activity, which were accompanied by morphological changes. The MEL-induced differentiation of B16 cells at this concentration was closely associated with arrest of the cell cycle at G(1) phase, but no significant population of apoptotic cells was identified. Expression of protein kinase Calpha (PKCalpha) was enhanced after exposure of B16 cells to MEL for 48 h. Antisense oligodeoxynucleotides against the mouse gene for PKCalpha prevented MEL-induced melanogenesis in B16 cells. Conversely, the effects of the expression of a constitutively active form of PKCalpha mimicked the effects of MEL on B16 cells. These data suggest that MEL, a yeast-derived glycolipid, triggers the differentiation of B16 melanoma cells through a signaling pathway that involves PKCalpha.  相似文献

In order to transfect melanoma specifically by receptor-mediated endocytosis we prepared dioctadecyl aminoglycylspermine (lipospermine)--DNA complexes with [Nle(4),D-Phe(7)]-alpha-MSH(4--10), a pseudo-peptide analogue of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH) linked to a thiol-reactive phospholipid. With these complexes we obtained an up to 70-fold increase of transfection with B16-F1 melanoma cells. However when B16-G4F, an alpha-MSH receptor negative melanoma cell line was transfected, an up to 700-fold increased transfection efficiency was observed. The peptide hormone analogue was equally efficient when it was only mixed with lipospermine--DNA complexes without covalent coupling. In addition to melanoma cells we also obtained up to 30-fold increased transfection with BN cells (embryonic liver cells). Our data show that an alpha-MSH analogue increased transfection independently of the MSH receptor expression but reaches efficiencies approaching those obtained with peptides derived from viral fusion proteins. The absence of targeting of constructs containing [Nle(4),D-Phe(7)]-alpha-MSH(4-10) can probably be attributed due to the relatively modest number of MSH receptors at the surface of melanoma. We suggest, however, that the peptide hormone analogue used in this study has membrane-active properties and could be of interest as helper agent to enhance non-viral gene delivery presumably by endosomal-destabilizing properties.  相似文献

The melanotropin (MSH) receptor of mouse B16-F1 melanoma cells was characterized by photoaffinity cross-linking, using a potent alpha-MSH photolabel, [norleucine4, D-phenylalanine7, 1'-(2-nitro-4-azidophenylsulfenyl)-tryptophan9]-alpha-melanotropin (Naps-MSH). Its monoiodinated form, 125I-Naps-MSH, displayed a approximately 6.5-fold higher biological activity than alpha-MSH. Scatchard analysis of the saturation curves with 125I-Naps-MSH revealed approximately 20,000 receptors/B16-F1 cell and an apparent KD of approximately 0.3 nM. Analysis of the cross-linked MSH receptor by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that a photolabeled band of approximately 45 kDa occurs in B16-F1, B16-F10, and Cloudman S91 mouse melanoma, as well as in human D10 and 205 melanoma but not in non-melanoma cells. The labeled 45-kDa protein had an isoelectric point of 4.5-4.9 as determined by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Treatment of the labeled 45-kDa protein of B16-F1 cell membranes by neuraminidase shifted the band to approximately 42 kDa. A similar band of about 42 kDa was also observed after receptor labeling of B16-W4 cells, a cell line with a decreased number of terminal N-linked neuraminyl residues. These results indicate that the labeled 45-kDa glycoprotein contains terminal sialic acid residues, explaining the low pI of this protein, and that it is characteristic for melanoma cells and hence part of the MSH receptor.  相似文献

TGF-beta superfamily co-receptors are emerging as targets for cancer therapy, acting both directly on cells and indirectly on the tumour neovasculature. Endoglin (CD105), an accessory component of the TGF-beta receptor complex, is expressed in certain melanoma cell lines and the endothelial cells of tumour neovessels. Targeting endoglin with immunotoxins is an attractive approach for actively suppressing the blood supply to tumours. Here, we report evidence indicating that endoglin is expressed in mouse melanoma B16MEL4A5 and mouse fibroblast L929 cell lines. We prepared an immunotoxin to target endoglin by coupling the rat anti-mouse MJ7/18 (IgG2a) monoclonal antibody (mAb) to the non-toxic type 2 ribosome-inactivating protein nigrin b (Ngb) with N-succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio)-propionate (SPDP) as a linker with a molar nigrin b at a MJ7/18 stoichiometry of 2:1. The MJ7-Ngb immunotoxin generated killed both cell lines, with IC50 values of 4.2 × 10?9 M for B16MEL4A5 and 7.7 × 10?11 M for L929 cells. For in vivo assays of the immunotoxin, B16MEL4A5 cells were injected subcutaneously into the right flanks of 6-week-old C57BL/6 J mice. When the animals developed palpable solid tumours, they were subjected to treatment with the immunotoxin. While treatment with either MJ7/18 mAb or Ngb did not affect tumour development, treatment with the immunotoxin completely and steadily blocked tumour growth up to 7 days, after which some tumours re-grew. Thus, vascular-targeting therapy with this anti-vascular immunotoxin could promote the destruction of newly created tumour vessels at early stages of B16MEL4A5 tumour development and readily accessible CD105+ B16MEL4A5 melanoma cells.  相似文献

 The aim of this study was to compare the antigenicity of human melanoma cells molecularly modified by particle-mediated gene transfer to have transient or stable expression of the B7-1 co-stimulatory molecule (CD80). The unmodified melanoma cells (mel5, m21) had no constitutive expression of B7-1, but 22%–28% of cells had transient B7-1 expression 24 h following transfection with cDNA for B7-1 (mel5-B7, m21-B7). In addition, 85%–90% of cells had stable B7-1 expression following transfection with cDNA for B7-1 and in vitro culture under selection conditions (mel5-B7neo, m21-B7neo). Allogeneic HLA-unmatched normal donor peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) secreted greater amounts of granulocyte/macrophage-colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) when incubated for 3 days with m21-B7neo than did PBMC incubated with m21-B7, which, in turn, secreted greater amount of GM-CSF than PBMC incubated with m21. Similarly, cell-mediated cytotoxicity against unmodified melanoma cells by PBMC co-cultured for 5 days with the modified or unmodified melanoma cells was proportional to the level of B7-1 expression on the stimulating cells. This cytolytic activity had both an HLA-class-I-restricted and an HLA-class-I-unrestricted component. Following 5 days of co-culture, PBMC expression of CD28, the ligand for B7-1, was down-regulated in proportion to the level of B7-1 expression on the stimulating melanoma cells. Thus, particle-mediated gene delivery of cDNA for B7-1 into human melanoma cells increased expression of functional B7-1 and enhanced the antigenicity of the gene-modified cells in proportion to their level of B7-1 expression. P14 TCR transgenic CD8+ T cells (LCMV gp33-specific) were activated by antigen in the presence of either IL-2 or IL-2+IL-4 to generate effector cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). The therapeutic effectiveness of such IL-2- or IL-2+IL-4-grown CTLs was tested in mice that had received intravenous inoculations of B16.gp33 melanoma cells 7 days previously. Administration of P14 CTLs activated by antigen +IL-2+IL-4 was significantly more effective at reducing melanoma colony formation in the lung than those grown in the presence of antigen +IL-2. Highly significant improvement in survival was observed with 80% of B16.gp33-inoculated mice showing long-term survival after therapy with 10×106 antigen +IL-2+IL-4-activated P14 CTLs. Similar therapeutic effectiveness of antigen +IL-2+IL-4-activated P14 CTLs against subcutaneously inoculated B16.gp33 melanoma cells was also found. There was significant reduction in P14 CD8+ T cells in the peripheral blood of B16.gp33-inoculated mice than in mice that did not receive B16.gp33 melanoma cells, indicating possible homing of P14 CD8+ T cells to the site of tumor growth or antigen-induced apoptotic cell death. These results may have implications in tumor therapy using CTLs grown ex vivo, especially during early stages of tumor formation. They also support the concept that the therapeutic effectiveness of CTLs can be governed by the cytokine context in which they are activated.  相似文献

Summary. The in vitro and in vivo effects of two flavonons, naringenin (NG) and hesperitin (HP) on the proliferation rate of highly metastatic murine B16-F10 melanoma cell were investigated. NG or HP treatment of melanoma cells produced a remarkable reduction of cell proliferation, paralleled with both the lowering of the intracellular levels of polyamine, spermidine and spermine and the enhancement of transglutaminase (TGase, EC 2.3.2.13) activity. Orally administered NG or HP in C57BL6/N mice inoculated with B16-F10 cells affected the pulmonary invasion of melanoma cells in an in vivo metastatic assay. The number of lung metastases detected by a computerized image analyzer was reduced, compared to untreated animals, by about 69% in NG-treated mice and by about 36% in HP-treated mice. Survival studies showed that 50% of the NG-treated animals died 38 ± 3.1 days after tumor cell injection (control group: 18 ± 1.5 days) and HP-treated mice died 27 ± 2.3 days after cell inoculation. Taken together, these findings provide further evidences for the potential anticancer properties of dietary flavonoids as chemopreventive agents against malignant melanoma.  相似文献

Vascular endothelial cells synthesize an extracellular matrix or basal lamina composed of collagens, proteoglycans and glycoproteins such as fibronectin (FN). Using affinity-purified anti-FN, we have examined the role of FN in adherence of metastatic B16 melanoma cells to endothelial cell monolayers which lack FN on apical cell surfaces and to their basal lamina which contains FN. B16 melanoma cells, which do not contain significant amounts of FN, attached at much higher rates to endothelial basal lamina and polyvinyl-immobilized FN compared with intact endothelial cell monolayers. Anti-FN failed to inhibit attachment of melanoma sublines of low (B16-F1) or high (B16-F10) metastatic potential to intact endothelial cell monolayers, inhibited slightly B16 cell attachment to basal lamina and completely abolished attachment of B16 cells to polyvinyl-immobilized FN. The antibiotic tunicamycin which inhibits glycosylation of B16 cell surface glycoproteins and blocks experimental metastasis [18] inhibited B16 attachment to endothelial cells, basal lamina and immobilized FN. The results suggest that FN mediates, only in part, the adhesion of B16 melanoma cells to basal lamina through glycoprotein receptors on B16 cells.  相似文献

Gelatinases/type IV collagenases have been shown to be involved in tumor invasion and metastasis. In this study, we examined the effect of culture medium pH on the secretion of the gelatinases from mouse B16 melanoma cell lines and human tumor cell lines using zymography analysis. The highly metastatic clone F10 of B16 melanoma did not secrete any gelatinase in neutral culture media (pH 7.1-7.3), whereas it secreted a high level of a 103-kDa gelatinase in an initial pH range of 5.4-6.1. The addition of an excess amount of glucose into a neutral culture medium also induced the gelatinase secretion from the cells by decreasing the medium pH during incubation. The extent of the acid-induced gelatinase secretion by the B16 melanoma cell lines was in the order of BL6 greater than F10 greater than F1 much greater than the parent B16 line, in good agreement with the order of their metastatic potentials. Two human cell lines (A549 and HT1080) secreted a higher level of a 90-kDa gelatinase at pH 6.8 compared with pH 7.3. The acid-induced gelatinase secretion from B16-F10 cells was blocked by cycloheximide, indicating that the enzyme induction was due to de novo synthesis. When in vitro tumor cell invasion was assayed in Boyden chambers, B16-F10 cells incubated in an acidic medium exerted a more active migration through type IV collagen gel than those in a neutral medium. These results suggest that the acidic environment formed around tumor tissues may be an important factor in invasion and metastasis of some types of tumors.  相似文献
