对动植物和人类基因组的测序为功能基因组研究提供了基础数据。然而,核苷酸序列信息并不足以帮助我们了解特定的基因组元件的功能及其在表型形成中的作用。基因编辑技术能够在很大程度上解决这一问题,帮助人们快速获得新的基因组突变模式,从而以更便捷高效的方式进行功能基因组研究。对基因编辑的基本原理及常见的锌指核酸酶(ZFN)、转录激活因子样效应因子核酸酶(TALEN)和2013年出现的CRISPR/Cas9系统进行了回顾,讨论了基因编辑技术的应用历史,特别在农业应用方面,重点关注了CRISPR/Cas9系统在水稻基因编辑中的应用,阐述了CRISPR/Cas9在基因组编辑领域的问题和其他应用方面的困难,探讨了基因编辑工具在作物改良方面所面临的主要挑战和未来发展趋势。  相似文献

果实蝇Bactrocera是危害经济作物的一类重要农业害虫,研发有效的果实蝇防控技术是现代农业产业发展的迫切需求。雄性不育技术是防控果实蝇高效绿色的防控方法。深入研究果实蝇求偶行为是雄性不育技术顺利开展的前提,也能为开发新防控技术提供有效的生物学靶标。本文将以果蝇研究作为对照,对果实蝇求偶行为与求偶歌的研究相关进展进行总结。果实蝇求偶行为基本属于预交配求偶行为,但其求偶歌中是否具有物种特异性的特征参数还有待验证。这为下一步开展果实蝇求偶行为与求偶歌的研究工作提供了基本依据与方向性引导。  相似文献
