在中国文衣科地衣系统研究中,对裂隙衣属Fissurina地衣进行了订正,报道了16种,其中中国新记录种3个,即连绵裂隙衣F.consentanea、球孢裂隙衣F.globulifica和皱体裂隙衣F.insidiosa。建议4个异名,即Fissurina isidiata Z.F.Jia为Platythecium dimorphodes(Nyl.)Staiger的异名;Fissurina marginata Staiger为Fissurina elaocarpa(A.W.Archer)A.W.Archer的异名;Graphis canlaonensis Vain.为Fissurina consentanea Nyl.的异名;Graphis glauca Müll.Arg.为Fissurina dumastii Müll.Arg.的异名。本文提供了中国裂隙衣属每个种的描述和分布,并提供了鉴定检索表。  相似文献

报道了中国唇形科(Lamiaceae)刺蕊草属一新记录种--香薷状刺蕊草(Pogostemon elsholtzioides Benth.),该种在中国产于西藏墨脱县,凭证标本保存在PE。该种在喜马拉雅地区分布广泛,与特产于云南西北部地区的狭叶刺蕊草(P. dielsianus Dunn)的主要区别为:花萼钟形,长3~3.5 mm,花萼齿长为花萼筒的1/3~1/2,花冠长约4.5 mm。  相似文献

对青海禾本科一新种——扎曲鹅观草(Roegneria zaquensis Y.H.Wu et S.L.Lu)进行了形态描述和图解。该种与玉树鹅观草(R.yushuensisL.B.Cai)相近,但本种的叶鞘顶端两侧具叶耳,穗状花序灰绿色,长10~15 cm,基部被顶生叶鞘所包;颖稍短,第一颖长2~3 mm,第二颖长4~5 mm;外稃背部无毛,芒长15~30 mm,第一外稃长10~12 mm;花药黄色或带绿色,长2~2.5 mm,可以区别。  相似文献

报道了酢浆草科(Oxalidaceae)感应草属(Biophytum DC.)的1个中国新记录种——长梗感应草[Biophytum reinwardtii(Zucc.)Klotzsch],提供了其形态描述和标本照片,并对其后选模式作了选定。该种新发现于中国西南部中缅边境的盈江县。长梗感应草与感应草[B.sensitivum(Linn.)Candolle]最为近似,但前者的花梗在花期长5~7mm,而后者的花梗长约1mm,两者容易区别。  相似文献

对采自我国热带地区的柔膜菌科标本进行了研究,发现膜盘菌属1个新种,命名为海南膜盘菌,该种子囊盘盘状、具柄,外囊盘被为矩胞组织、厚60~160μm,盘下层为交错丝组织、厚80~400μm,子囊长棒状、8孢、(58~)61~70×5~6(~7)μm,子囊孢子梭椭圆形、7~8×2.5~3.0μm。对其形态解剖学特征进行了详尽描述和图示,对与相近种的差异进行了讨论。  相似文献

Datta等于1992年依据印度标本建立1新种,命名为Tanytarsus gracilistylus (Chaudhuri & Datta),,本文作者在中国长跗摇蚊族研究中发现了采自福建省的同一种类,依据Ekrem(1999)和Cranstonetn,(1989)提出的属级鉴别特征,对该种性状进行比较分析,确认该种除中附器不分枝外,其余特征均符合枝长跗摇蚊属Cladotanytarsus的属征,而与长跗摇蚊属Tanytarsus的属征不符。该种中附器不具分枝应属于枝长跗摇蚊属内种间的一个特殊变异。本文将该种由长跗摇蚊属移入枝长跗摇蚊属作为新组合,同时依据中国标本对该种进行了详细描述,制作了本属中国13种雄成虫分种检索表。  相似文献

报道了十字花科(Brassicaceae)四齿芥属(Tetracme Bunge)一中国新记录种——帕米尔四齿芥(Tetracme pamirica Vassilcz.)。标本采自西藏自治区札达县底雅乡,生于干燥的河谷坡地。该种与相近种四齿芥的区别是,角果长10~13 mm,种子长1~2 mm。凭证标本保存在内蒙古大学植物标本馆(HIMC)。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. We also discuss the development and practicality of various cell culture and animal model systems to study KSHV replication and pathogenesis.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.  相似文献
